303. 新型碳纤维板锚具设计及试验研究.

- Abstract
Since traditional carbon fiber reinforced plastic(CFRP) plate anchors are prone to slippage and splitting, and the pre tightening force provided by bolts is difficult to control, the structure of traditional anchors needs to be improved. With theoretical analysis of the force mechanism of the new anchorage, the theoretical for the design of structural size of the anchorage was provided. A finite element software was used to simulate the forces on CFRP plate anchors under different parameters, and the design dimensions of the anchors were obtained for experimental research. The research results show that when the lateral displacement of the splint is 0. 65 mm, the maximum anchoring efficiency of the anchor is 89. 37%, and the CFRP plate is explosively destroyed. The research also demonstrates that the pre-tightening force can be controlled by the inner curved design of the anchor splint because of the displacement of the splint. 307. 重庆市某区 2003~2014 年艾滋病疫情分析.

- Abstract
Objective To analyze the infection status and epidemic characteristics of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) in a district of Chongqing city from 2003 to 2014 so as to provide the scientific basis for Changshou district formulating AIDS related prevention strategies. Methods The related information data of HIV infected persons and AIDS patients in Changshou district during 2003-2014 were collected from the AIDS Comprehensive Prevention and Treatment Information System in the China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention and analyzed by using the descriptive epidemiology method. Results Totally 718 cases of HIV infection/AIDS were reported in Changshou district, including 443 cases (61.70%) of HIV infection and 275 cases (38.30%) of AIDS. In 718 cases of HIV infection/AIDS, 585 cases (81.48%) were males and 133 cases (18.52%) were females. The patients were mainly in the age group of 40-<50 years old [34.12% (245/718)], housework and unemployed [27.86% (200/718)], and junior middle school education level [52.37% 376/718]. The transmission routes mainly included hetero-sexual transmission [57.66% (414/718)], injecting drug transmission [20.89% (150/718)], homosexual transmission [15.60%(112/718)]. Conclusion Changshou district of Chongqing city is a the class 1 county as the AIDS epidemic situation, sexual trans-mission and injection drug use are the main transmission routes and high-risk groups generally lack the AIDS related knowledge. The men sexed with men (MSM) sexual contact crowd and elderly with HIV infection are increased year by year, which has be-come the focus of the current AIDS prevention and control work. 308. MK-801 诱导精神分裂症小鼠的 c-Fos 及 NADPH 氧化酶通路机制研究.

- Abstract
Objective: To explore the pathogenesis mechanism of schizophrenia induced by MK-801 in order to provide reference for clinical research and treatment. Methods: Mice were divided into 3 groups, control group, low dose group and high dose group (n=20). The schizophrenia mice model was established by injecting MK-801, and the expression of c-Fos and NADPH oxidase units was detected by Western blot. Results: The activity distance and stereotyped behavior were enhanced in the low dose and high dose of MK-801 group (P<0.01), and the expression of c-fos, and the NADPH oxidase units, p22 and p47 were upregulated greatly compared with control group (P<0.01). But high dose of MK-801 indicated toxic role for myodynamia disorder of legs. Conclusion: c-Fos overexpression and oxidative stress participated in the pathogenesis of schizophrenia in mice induced by MK-801. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
Objective: There is a lack of effective treatment for traumatic brain injury(TBI), and it is needed to find new intervention targets. The asparaginyl endopeptidase(AEP) plays an important role in immune and neurological diseases, and this study observed the activation and changes of AEP in a mouse TBI model to explore the significance of AEP on brain injury and repair. Methods: Controlled cortical impact was used to create TBI damage in the right cerebral hemisphere of mice, and the lactate content and AEP activity changes in the damaged brain tissue were measured at different time points after modeling, and the activation of glial cells and the expression of AEP in TBI were observed by immunofluorescence chemical staining 3 days after TBI. Results: TBI causes lactate to accumulate in damaged brain tissue, resulting in reactive activation and proliferation of microglia and astrocytes. The upregulation and activation of AEP occur in the secondary brain injury stage of TBI, and AEP is upregulated in both microglia and astrocytes. This study aimed to explore the effects of different mulching films on machine-picked cotton yield, economic benefit, and mulching film recovery in southern Xinjiang. The experiment was conducted in 2021 in the cotton field of Shaya County, Aksu Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The bare land was used as the control to set two different mulching films, namely, high castle mulching film(GB)and common PE mulching film(PE). The yield and economic benefits of cotton under different mulching films were statistically analyzed, and the residual mulching films were recovered. The results showed that, compared with the common PE film and bare land, GB could significantly increase the soil temperature of the 0–10 cm soil layer in the cotton field during the seedling stage(20 d after sowing)by 0.78 ℃ and 2.19 ℃, respectively. The water retention rate at 30th day was 2.51 percentage points higher than that of common PE film, which was effective for increasing temperature and preserving soil moisture. The yield and economic benefit of cotton were significantly increased in GB. Compared with the common PE mulching film and bare land, the seed cotton yield increased by 9.91% and 33.13%, and the profit in GB and PE mulching increased by 55.77% and 27.22%, respectively, compared that in bare land which was beneficial to cotton growth and yield. In addition, the tensile load and fracture nominal strain GB of before and after use were higher than that of ordinary PE film, and the disposable mechanical recovery rate exceeded 80%. This study showed that high castle mulching film had a better effect on increasing temperature and preserving soil moisture in machine-picked cotton fields in southern Xinjiang, was more beneficial to cotton growth and yield than common PE film and bare soil, and the recovery efficiency was higher. 目的 探讨ATP 敏感性钾通道(KATP)在异丙肾上腺素(Iso)诱导的心肌肥厚中对开放剂敏感性的变化。方法 急性分离SD 大鼠心肌细胞,随机分为正常组、肥大组。正常组继续培养24 h,不做其他干预;肥大组以5 μmol/L 的Iso 处理24 h,成功诱导了心肌肥大模型。采用全细胞膜片钳记录两组开放剂吡那地尔诱发的心肌细胞膜KATP(sarcKATP)电流密度,采用激光共聚焦显微镜记录两组开放剂二氮嗪诱发的心肌细胞线粒体黄素荧光蛋白的荧光强度间接检测线粒体KATP(mitoKATP)敏感性变化。结果 正常组心肌细胞和肥大组心肌细胞sarcKATP 的电流密度分别为(2.98 ±0.35)、(6. 2 ± 1. 00)pA/pF,线粒体黄素荧光蛋白的荧光强度分别为(40.10±2.26)% 、(21.88 ±0. 17)% ;两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P 均< 0. 05)。结论 心肌肥厚时sarcKATP 对吡那地尔的敏感性增强,mitoKATP 对二氮嗪敏感性减弱。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In recent years, methane steam reforming for hydrogen production has attracted much attention. However, the complexity of methane reforming and the uncertainty of reaction mechanism are the important factors that restrict the industrial hydrogen production of methane steam reforming. Therefore, the reforming process from five aspects of the process of hydrogen production, reaction mechanism, thermodynamic research, catalyst types and reactors selection are summarized and analyzed in this paper. The change trend of Gibbs free energy in the process of hydrogen production from methane steam reforming is described, the influence rule of different vmrking conditions parameters on the reforming reaction and the select ion of reactors in reforming process are studied, the microscopic mechanism of the reforming reaction process is analyzed, and the influence degree of catalysts on the reforming reaction is revealed according to different kinds of catalysts. In this paper, the variation law of methane steam reforming for hydrogen production is summarized comprehensively, and the development prospect and research direction of methane steam reforming for hydrogen production are reviewed. The black soil area has diverse ecological types and natural advantages in achieving green agricultural development. However, due to long-term and intensive development and utilization, the cultivated land in the black soil area has begun to deteriorate, and the reduction of semi-natural habitats such as wetlands and forests have led to a decrease in biodiversity, seriously restricting the green development of agriculture in the black soil area. On the basis of analyzing the current situation of agro-biodiversity in the black soil area, and comparing the experience of biodiversity conservation and green development of agriculture in China and abroad, we point out the main problems in protection of farmland biodiversity in the black soil area. Then we proposes strategies for intensive farmland biodiversity protection so as to provide theoretical basis for the restoration of black soil biodiversity and the green transformation of agriculture. - Abstract
Based on the construction of a theoretical model of artificial intelligence (AI) affecting pollution emissions decisions, this paper empirically tested the impact and internal mechanisms of AI on pollution emissions by combining industrial robot data provided by the International Federation of Robotics and Chinese provincial panel data from 2006 to 2019. We found that: ① AI significantly reduced the pollution emission intensity, which was still valid after a series of robustness tests and using the instrumental variable method to overcome endogeneity. ② Our mechanism analyses showed that the pollution reduction effect of AI was mainly realized by promoting technological innovation, increasing investment in emission reduction equipment, and replacing low-skilled labor. Specifically, from the perspective of technological innovation, AI could effectively increase the number of patent applications; from the perspective of emission reduction investment, AI could significantly promote the investment in emission reduction equipment; and from the perspective of labor structure, AI could effectively replace low-skilled labor and optimize the labor input structure. ③ The heterogeneity analyses indicated that the environmental optimization effect of AI was more prominent in areas with stricter environmental performance assessments and in those with higher pollution emission intensity. ④ Further analyses showed that AI had the dual role of 'emission reduction and output enhancement,' meaning that it could promote the coordinated development of economic growth and environmental governance. Besides, based on firm-level microdata, we found that AI could significantly reduce corporate pollution emission intensity. In this paper, a mathematical model was developed for the hydrogen production of methane steam reforming under concentrated radiation based on a self-designed solar thermochemical reactor. The model that coupled conduction, convection, thermal radiation and chemical reaction kinetics was adopted to calculate the concentration, reaction rat es and temperature of react ant and product in reactor and to investigate the effect of various operating parameters (porosity, gas inlet temperature, steam to methane ratio) on the conversion rat e of methane. The research results showed that: methane steam reforming reacts rapidly at the inlet of porous region. Along the reactor center line, the reaction rate decreases due to the constant decrease of reactant concentration, which leads to the steady concentration and temperature of the mixed gas. The conversion rate of methane conversion increases as the increasing in porosity, gas inlet temperature and steam to methane ratio. The methane conversion rate was 96%, the hydrogen yield was 28 % while the gas inlet temperature, porosity, steam to methane ratio and inlet velocity were 500 K, 0. 75, 2. 5 and 0. 006 m/s, respectively. On the basis of the acute myeloid leukemia (AML) clinical data and multi-omics database, the role of ferroptosis-related genes in AML was explored, and a prognostic model related to gene expression of ferroptosis was established. The clinical and transcriptomic datasets of AML and controls were obtained from TCGA [AML (n=151)] and GTEx [whole blood (n=337)]. The Wilcoxon test and univariate Cox analysis results were intersected to screen out differentially expressed genes(DEGs) related to prognosis, and Lasso regression was used to build a gene signature prognostic model. Receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve was used to evaluate the predictive value of the model, the Kaplan-Meier method was utilized for survival analyses, univariate and multivariate Cox regression analysis of clinical data were performed, and differential gene expression analysis and other methods were adopted to compare transcriptomic differences between high and low risk patients. Finally, the gene signatures were validated using the BeatAML database. Results of differential gene expression analysis and univariate analysis were intersected to obtain 13 prognosis-related DEGs. A prognostic scoring model of eight genes was constructed, and the patients were divided into high and low risk groups. ROC curve analysis confirmed the good predictive performance of the model, survival analysis showed that the survival rates of patients in the high and low risk groups were significantly different, univariate analysis revealed that age and risk score were significantly associated with overall patient survival, and multivariate analysis demonstrated that age and risk score were independent prognostic indicators. A total of 384 DEGs were screened between the two risk groups. The GO enrichment analysis showed that most of the enriched genes were related to immune-related molecules and pathways such as chemotaxis and migration of neutrophils and leukocytes. The KEGG enrichment pathway was mainly related to the TNF signaling pathway, cytokine and cytokine receptor interaction. The validation using the BeatAML database showed that five genes were significantly associated with prognosis. Ferroptosis-related genes are significantly expressed in AML, and high risk patients have a poor prognosis. Under the condition of drip irrigation water and fertilizer integration, maize field experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different types of film mulching combined with nitrogen fertilizer application on maize yield, soil moisture, temperature, nitrogen fertilizer use efficiency and economic benefits, so as to screen out the degradable film mulching and the suitable combined application amount of nitrogen fertilizer for maize planting in Ningxia irrigation area. The results showed that under different film mulching, the soil water content, yield, nitrogen use efficiency, nitrogen partial productivity and economic benefit under biodegradable film mulching S2 treatment increased by 1.15%, 13.15%, 2.38%, 11.69% and 19.03% respectively compared with S1 treatment, and there was no significant difference between biodegradable film mulching S2 treatment and common mulching film P treatment; there was no significant difference in 5−25cm soil average temperature between S2 and S1 treatments; the soil water content, nitrogen fertilizer use efficiency and nitrogen fertilizer partial productivity of 0−100cm layer under N2 treatment decreased by 2.31%, 4.59% and 38.15% respectively, while the maize yield and economic benefit increased by 62.22% and 108.69% respectively compared with N0 treatment; nitrogen fertilizer application had no significant effect on soil temperature in 0−25cm. - Abstract
The dynamic monitoring of coastline is of great significance to the planning and management of coastal zone. Due to the complex sea and land environment, the spectral characteristics of the sea and land boundary in remote sensing images are not obvious, which leads to inaccurate positioning of the extracted coastline. This paper proposes a deep convolutional neural network (EWNet) combining semantic segmentation network and edge detection network. The network contains two branch streams. The semantic segmentation stream is responsible for extracting hierarchical semantic information and is used to guide the edge detection stream to obtain coastline semantic information. The edge detection stream uses the semantic segmentation stream to refine the edge semantic information. Experimental results on GF-1 remote sensing images show that, compared with several latest models, EWNet obtains more accurate coastline boundary extraction results. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Rain streaks can seriously degrade the quality of captured images and affect subsequent computer vision tasks. In order to improve the quality of rainy images, this paper proposed a single-image deraining algorithm based on Transformer. First, the algorithm obtains a wide range of receptive fields through the Transformer with window mechanism, and then obtains the contextual information of rain streak features to improve the ability of the model to extract rain streak features; secondly, the algorithm extracts and fuses different kinds and levels of features through multi-branch modules to improve the model’s ability to characterize complex rain streaks information; finally, this paper fuses the shallow features and deep features through residual connections to complete the missing details in the deep features, which enhances the expression ability of the network. The experimental results on the public datasets Rain100 L, Rain100 H and the private dataset Rain3000 show that the method is more effective in removing rain streaks compared to existing algorithms while better recovering the lost background texture information in the images. In order to improve the stability of vehicles under complex operating conditions when the actuator fails, a fault reconstruction strategy based on observer was designed for the electronic stability control system of uncertain vehicles. Considering the uncertain factors in the four-wheel steering system, a dual-input and dual-output mathematical model was established. An augmented system is constructed and the observer gain matrix is obtained by Lyapunov function and linear matrix inequality techniques. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by MATLAB/ Simulink and Carsim joint simulation. The results indicate that there is some certain deviation between the observer state estimated value and the real value when the fault occurs. However, the estimated value can quickly track the real value to realize fault diagnosis. Compared with the front-wheel steering system, the four-wheel steering system can significantly enhance the stability and safety of the vehicle at high speed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

333. HTV2第二次飞行试验气动热环境及失效模式分析.

- Abstract
The second flight of the hypersonic technology vehicle 2 (HTV-2) failed on August 11,2011. According to the engineering review board (ERB) analysis report, the most probable cause of the premature flight termination is unexpected aeroshell degradation, creating multiple upsetvS of increasing severity that ultimately activated the flight safety system. In order to investigate this failure,the aerothermodynamic environment, ablation,and stress are calculated and analyzed in this paper using numerical simulation and empirical calculation combined method,based on reconstructed HTV-2 configuration and the flight trajectory. It has been found that, at the height of 40 km, there is a possibility of boundary layer transition, leading to turbulent flow along the leading edge of the wing. Especially, due to the shock interaction,the transition moves forward, and the heating rates are 55% higher than those with laminar flow condition at Z=200mm in spanwise direction at leading edge. The maximal value of cold wall heating rate reaches 11 MW/m2,and the ablation recession is approximately 3mm. Since the thickness of 2-D carbon cloth is only 1mm, there are two to three layers of carbon cloth are burned up at body leading edge. At the same time, the normal stress exceeds the bonding strength between carbon cloth layers. The most probable cause for the termination of the HTV2 second premature flight can be concluded according to the present study. The aeroshell degradation process can be described as follows. An unexpected great ablation at the leading edge breaks several layers of the carbon cloth, resulting in a long breakage,meanwhile the normal stress invalidates the bonding between carbon cloth layers. Under the influence of aerodynamic force, several layers of the carbon cloth can be lifted up from the breakage. This behaviour has a strong impact on the stable aerodynamically controlled flying,and finally activates the vehicles autonomous flight safety system to make a controlled descent and splashdown in the ocean. [Objectives] The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of bamboo leaf extract(BLE) on the morphological structure and antioxidant function of ileum in suckling piglets. [Methods] At 3 days of age,sixty-four piglets[Duroc×(Landrace×Yorkshire)]with similar body weight(BW) were randomly selected and divided into 4 groups with 8 replicates,and each replicate had 2 piglets. In the control(CON) group,piglets were treated orally with sodium carboxymethyl cellulose solution daily. Piglets in the BLE-treated groups received BLE by oral route daily at dosage of 100,200,300 mg·kg-1,respectively. The trial lasted 21 days. [Results] Compared with CON group,oral administration of BLE at dose of 300 mg·kg-1 significantly increased the villi height of the ileum(P<0.05),but had no significant effect on the crypt depth(P>0.05). Oral administration of BLE at doses of 200 and 300 mg·kg-1 significantly reduced the content of malondialdehyde in serum and ileum mucosa of piglets(P<0.05). Oral administration of BLE at doses of 300 mg·kg-1 significantly improved the serum and ileum mucosa glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) activities,and increased the mRNA expression level of nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2(Nrf2) and GSH-Px in the ileum mucosa(P<0.05). Oral administration of BLE at dose of 300 mg·kg-1 could significantly improve the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in the ileum mucosa,and increased the mRNA expression level of SOD2 and heme oxygenase 1(P<0.05). In addition,200 and 300 mg·kg-1 BLE increased the protein expression levels of Nrf2 and SOD2 in ileum mucosa(P<0.05). [Conclusions] BLE could improve the intestinal morphology and structure of suckling piglets,promote the intestinal development of suckling piglets,and improve ileum mucosa antioxidant capacity by activating Nrf2 pathway. - Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between insulin resistance, glucose and lipid metabolism related molecules and colorectal polyps. Methods A total of 262 healthy people who underwent colonoscopy in Shandong cancer hospital from June 2019 to September 2020 were selected. The levels of serum vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1), fibroblast growth factor 19 (FGF19), insulin like growth factor (IGF-1), fasting blood glucose and fasting blood insulin were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) was calculated, and the influencing factors of occurrence, pathological type, size and number of polyps were analyzed. Results Among 262 cases, 116 cases were polyp free, 113 cases were adenomatous polyp and 33 cases were inflammatory polyp. HOMA-IR, VCAM-1 and FGF19 in polyp group were 2.904±1.754, (334.415±139.573) ng/ ml and (135.865± 98.470) pg/ ml, respectively, which were higher than 2. 369 ± 1. 306, (302.480± 99. 946) ng/ ml and (110.694±76.044) ng/ ml in non-polyp group, respectively (P < 0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the gender (OR =4.269, 95%CI: 1.963-9.405) and FGF19 (77.0-131.4 pg/ ml: OR = 2.385, 95%CI: 1.155-4.926) were independent factors of colorectal polyps. The gender (OR =3.799, 95% CI: 1.650-8.748) and FGF19 (77.0-131.4 pg/ ml: OR = 2.290, 95%CI: 1.072-4.891) were independent factors of colorectal adenomatous polyps. The gender(OR = 6.725, 95% CI: 1.853-24.410) and fasting plasma glucose (=6.5 mmol/ L: OR =0.047, 95%CI: 0.009-0.245) were independent factors of colorectal inflammatory polyps. The gender (OR = 3.539, 95% CI: 1.293-9.689) was an independent factor for the occurrence of single polyp. The gender (OR =5.063, 95% CI: 2.048-12.515), FGF19 (77.0-131.4 pg/ ml: OR =2.502, 95%CI: 1.102-5.681), fasting plasma glucose (=6.5 mmol/ L: OR = 0.282, 95%CI: 0.095- 0.839) were independent factors of multiple polyps. The gender (OR =3.416, 95% CI: 1.134-10.289) and fasting insulin (=9.4 µU/ ml: OR = 9.480, 95% CI: 1.485-60.521) were independent risk factors for colorectal polyps<0.5 cm. The gender (OR=3.151, 95%CI: 1.244-7.984) and fasting plasma glucose (=6.5 mmol/ L: OR =0.310, 95%CI: 0.102-0.941) were independent risk factors for colorectal polyps with the size of 0.5-0.9 cm. The gender (OR =22.649, 95%CI: 4.154-123.485), age (55 to 64 years old: OR = 4.473, 95%CI: 1.070-18.704; =65 years old: OR = 5.815, 95%CI: 1.300-26.009), BMI (=28 kg/ m2: OR = 5.310, 95%CI: 1.224-23.032) and FGF19 (77.0-131.4 pg/ ml: OR =7.474, 95%CI: 1.903-29.351) were independent factors for colorectal polyps with size = 1.0 cm. Gender stratification analysis showed that FGF19 was an independent factor for the occurrence of male polyps (77.0-131.4 pg/ ml: OR =6.109, 95%CI: 1.688-22.104) and adenomas (77.0-131.4 pg/ ml: OR =6.401, 95%CI: 1.717-23.864). The age (55 to 64 years old: OR = 3.783, 95%CI: 1.052-13.611) and VCAM-1 (=352.8 ng/ ml: OR = 4.341, 95%CI: 1.142-16.493) were independent risk factors of female polyps. The age (55 to 64 years old: OR = 5.743, 95%CI: 1.205-27.362, =65 years old: OR =6.885, 95%CI: 1.143-41.467), VCAM-1 (=352.8 ng/ ml: OR =6.313, 95%CI: 1.415-28.159) and IGF-1 (=7.6 ng/ ml: OR = 5.621, 95%CI: 1.069-29.543) were independent factors of female adenoma. Conclusions The occurrences of colorectal polyps and adenomatous polyps are related to insulin resistance and glucose and lipid metabolism. Serum FGF19 is an independent influencing factor for the occurrence of colorectal polyps and adenomatous polyps, and is a potential serological diagnostic marker and therapeutic target for colorectal polyps and adenomatous polyps. To investigate the potential genes and pathways associated with esophageal adenocarcinoma through microarray expression profiling data analysis and bioinformatics approaches. Methods The mRNA expression microarray data related to esophageal adenocarcinoma development were screened out with GEO database and the biological processes. signaling pathways and network of these genes were statistically analyzed using "R" software. Results The GSE26886 was obtained from GEO database. A total of 1383 differentially expressed genes were associated with carcinogenesis of esophageal adenocarcinoma. including 607 up regulated and 776 down-regulated genes. These genes were involved in metabolism. stimulate responses cell adhesion cell regeneration and immune biological processes. Eight significantly enriched pathways were identified by pathway analysis. Conclusion The bioinformatic method can analyze the gene chip data effectively. Multiple genes and signaling pathways are involved in the carcinogenesis of esophageal adenocarcinoma, which provides a new idea or approach for exploring biomarkers of early screening and therapeutic targets. Based on reinforcement learning, an agent for three-dimensional first person shooting game(DOOM)was designed. The agent can move, shoot enemies and collect objects in the game environment. The proposed algorithm combines the Faster RCNN algorithm of deep learning and the Deep Q-Networks(DQN)algorithm of reinforcement learning, which can greatly reduce the search space of DQN algorithm and improve the training efficiency of the proposed algorithm. The experiments were carried out in two scenes(Defend_the_center and Health_gathering)of the virtual game platform(ViZDoom), and the proposed algorithm was compared with the state-of-the-art three-dimensional shooting game agent algorithm. - Abstract
A prediction method for solving the conduction-radiation coupled thermal response of the vehicle structural components along the trajectory is established, based on the numerical method solving the aerodynamic healing environment, the Monte Carlo method solving the radiation heat transfer of cavities, and the finite element method solving the three-dimensional heat conduction. The calculations are carried out and the thermal response of the hypersonic vehicle structural components along the given trajectory are obtruned in both cases of with and without considering the radiation heat transfer of the cavities. The research results show that the coupled calculation method developed in this paper has a good precision and better engineering applicability . The highest local temperature under the condition of considering the radiation heat transfer of cavities is obviously lower, and the maximum difference of the local temperatures in two cases is more than 400 K. The temperature distribution is more uniform and the temperature gradient is smaller under the condition of considering the radiation heat transfer of cavities.
