The new histidine derivative 3-{1-[3-(9H-fluoren-9-ylmethoxycarbonylamino)-propyl]-1H-imidazol-4-yl}-2-(3-trimethylsilanyl-ethylcarboxyamino)-propionic acid methyl ester (7) has been prepared via alkylation of the histidine urea derivative (7S)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-7-(methoxycarbonyl)-5-oxoimidazo-[1,5-c]-pyrimidine (2) with Fmoc-protected 3-iodopropyl-amine, followed by ring opening with 2-trimethylsilylethanol. After Fmoc cleavage by HNEt2, the histidine amine derivative was coupled to biotin, to the pentapeptide leucine-enkephalin and to Vitamin B12-b-acid by amide formation, employing TBTU as the coupling reagent. In order to make the histidine accessible for labelling, the teoc protecting group was removed by either NBu4F (for the biotin conjugate) or by TFA (for the enkephalin and B12 conjugates). Reaction of a 10−4 M solution of the bioconjugates with [99mTc(H2O)3(CO)3]+ at 50 °C for 30 min led to the formation of one single new peak in the HPLC radiochromatogram in each case, confirming quantitative labelling of the respective biomolecules. To assess the nature of the labelled compounds, the rhenium analogues with Re(CO)3 were also synthesised and similar retention times confirmed the identity with the 99mTc labelled conjugates.

A new method for 99mTc-labeling using solid-phase technology is described. It allows the separation of unlabeled from labeled bioactive molecules by simple filtration. The procedure is based on a site-specific C–N bond cleavage reaction initiated by the formation of [TcI(CO)3L]-complexes.

The 16-mer peptide nucleic acid sequence H-A GAT CAT GCC CGG CAT-Lys-NH2 (1), which is complementary to the translation start region of the N-myc oncogene messenger RNA, was synthesized and conjugated to a pyrazolyl diamine bifunctional chelator (pz). The novel conjugate pz-A GAT CAT GCC CGG CAT-Lys-NH2 (2) was labeled with technetium tricarbonyl, yielding quantitatively the complex fac-[99mTc(CO)3(kappa3-pz-A GAT CAT GCC CGG CAT-Lys-NH2)]2+ (4). Complex 4 was obtained with high radiochemical purity and high specific activity, revealing high stability in human serum and in cell culture medium. The identity of 4 was confirmed by comparing its reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography profile with that of the rhenium analog fac-[Re(CO)3(kappa3-pz-A GAT CAT GCC CGG CAT-Lys-NH2)]2+ (3), prepared by conjugation of fac-[Re(CO)3(3,5-Me2pz(CH2)2N((CH2)3COOH)(CH2)2NH2)]+ to 1, using solid-phase techniques. UV melting experiments of 1 and 3 with the complementary DNA sequence led to the formation of stable duplexes, indicating that the conjugation of 1 to the pyrazolyl chelator and to the metal fragment fac-[M(CO)3]+ did not affect the recognition of the complementary sequence as well as the duplex stability. For a first screening, SH-SY5Y human neuroblastoma cells, which express N-myc, were treated with 4. The results show that 4 internalizes (7% of the activity goes into the cells, after 4 h at 37 degrees C), presenting also a relatively high cellular retention (only 40% of internalized activity is released from the cells after 5 h).

Until recently, the only known complexes of Tc(IV) with organic chelating ligands were dimers built around the characteristic (Tc({mu}-O){sub 2}Tc)' core. As reported 5 years ago, mononuclear complexes have also been synthesized where the Tc(IV) center is coordinated to the oxygen atoms of an alcohol. A promising group of other tridentate chelating alcoholato ligands are the derivatives of tris(hydroxymethyl)methane, with a tripod' structure. It has been reported that these alcohols, schematically shown in Figure 1, form stable complexes with metal centers of A type, e.g. Fe(III);{sup 5} thus the formation of Tc(IV) complexes could be expected. The authors, therefore, decided to investigate the tripod' coordination chemistry of technetium and here report the synthesis and the X-ray structure of a stable mononuclear 1:2 Tc(IV) complex with a derivative of tris(hydroxymethyl)methane with R = N(CH{sub 3}){sub 3}{sup +}, i.e. the cation (H{sub 3}THMT){sup +} that gives the complex (Tc(THMT){sub 2}).

The metalation of the tetradentate molecule pyrphyrin by copper substrate atoms on a Cu(111) surface is studied. Pyrphyrin, in contrast to porphyrin, consists of four fused pyridine groups instead of pyrrol groups. Using thermal desorption spectroscopy (TDS) and N 1s X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), we show that metalation of the monolayer of pyrphyrin with Cu atoms from the Cu(111) surface occurs at 377 K. The formation of an extended two-dimensional (2D) network is observed with scanning tunneling microscopy (STM). A honeycomb-like lattice of metalated pyrphyrin molecules is formed by intermolecular connection via the two cyano groups at the periphery of pyrphyrin as well as Cu adatoms. Dehydrogenation at the periphery of the molecule is observed during annealing at 520 K. The surface-adsorbed metal-pyrphyrin has the potential to serve as a molecular catalyst.

A series of bulky organometallic and organic analogues of the bromodomain (BRD) inhibitor (+)-JQ1 have been prepared. The most potent, N-[(adamantan-1-yl)methyl]-2-[(9S)-7-(4-chlorophenyl)-4,5,13-trimethyl-3-thia-1,8,11,12-tetraazatricyclo[8.3.0.02,6]trideca-2(6),4,7,10,12-pentaen-9-yl]acetamide, 2e, showed excellent potency with an KD=ca. 130 nm vs. BRD4(1) and a ca. 2-fold selectivity over BRD4(2) (KD=ca. 260 nm). Its binding to the first bromodomain of BRD4 was determined by a protein cocrystal structure.

We have developed a technetium labeling technology based on a new organometallic chemistry, which involves simple mixing of the novel reagent, a 99m Tc(I)-carbonyl compound, with a His-tagged recombinant protein. This method obviates the labeling of unpaired engineered cysteines, which frequently create problems in large-scale expression and storage of disulfide-containing proteins. In this study, we labeled antibody single-chain Fv fragments to high specific activities (90 mCi/mg), and the label was very stable to serum and all other challenges tested. The pharmacokinetic characteristics were indistinguishable from iodinated scFv fragments, and thus scFV fragments labeled by the new method will be suitable for biodistribution studies. This novel labeling method should be applicable not only to diagnostic imaging with 99mTc, but also to radioimmunotherapy approaches with 186/188 Re, and its use can be easily extended to almost any recombinant protein or synthetic peptide.

Tiene por finalidad dos objetivos generales: contribuir con el conocimiento del proceso histórico de los Xauxas a través de la descripción del tinkuy y del análisis de los gráficos, diseños y dibujos que se encuentran principalmente en la cerámica; y en segundo lugar, proponer una teoría general del desarrollo cultural de los Xauxas del Periodo Intermedio Temprano hasta inicios del Horizonte Medio. En contraposición a lo que propone el arqueólogo norteamericano David Browman (1970) que, en el antiguo valle de Jauja existieron guerras cruentas; se puede observar que las evidencias materiales (cerámica) halladas en San Juan Pata, principal centro ceremonial de los Xauxas, tienen sólo una connotación ritual, no existen restos de instrumentos bélicos, tampoco restos humanos que demuestren la existencia de guerras, violencias y conflictos. Si bien existen figurinas antropomorfas con representaciones de personajes, quienes sujetan entre sus brazos “cráneos trofeos” no son indicadores que afirmen y comprueben la existencia de ese estado de violencia. Establece las estrategias de dominación que aplicó el Tawantinsuyu en el Complejo arqueológico de Lumbra, en el valle medio del río Chancay-Huaral. Para ello se realizaron excavaciones durante dos temporadas de campo en los sectores A y B de este importante sitio tardío, definiendo una secuencia cultural que va desde el Horizonte Medio hasta el periodo de transición Tawantinsuyu – Colonial o de desestructuración andina, con ocupación uniforme y marcada en el Intermedio Tardío y Horizonte Tardío. Los estratos culturales del Horizonte tardío revelaron la poca densidad de materiales culturales del Tawantinsuyu y presentándose mezclado con atributos locales. Se nota la continuidad de la tradición cultural local tardía, agregándose pocos elementos del estado Tawantinsuyu. El Tawantinsuyu aplicó una estrategia de dominación indirecta, interesándose solo en la recolección de tributos y en el control de la población a través de la élite gobernante. Tesis

La presente investigación tiene por finalidad demostrar que las reglas para la Investigación Preliminar establecidas en el nuevo Código Procesal Penal respetan las atribuciones y funciones señaladas constitucionalmente para la Policía Nacional del Perú, como para el Ministerio Público. Igualmente, nos proponemos demostrar que las reglas señaladas para la Investigación Preliminar en el nuevo Código Procesal Penal no implican un sometimiento o pérdida de autonomía de la Policía Nacional del Perú ante el Ministerio Público, así como explicar que el incremento de la delincuencia no guarda relación de causa- efecto con la dación del nuevo Código Procesal Penal. Para ello, hemos estructurado el presente trabajo del siguiente modo: El primer título está referido al Planteamiento del problema, sus antecedentes, objetivos, justificación e identificación de las variables. En el segundo título desarrollamos el marco teórico en que se sustenta la presente investigación, el marco conceptual y las hipótesis planteadas. The present investigation is aimed at demonstrating that the rules for the Preliminary Inquiry established in the new Code of Criminal Procedure complied with the powers and functions identified constitutionally to the National Police of Peru, as for the Public Ministry. Also, we propose to show that the aforementioned rules for the preliminary investigation in the new Code of Criminal Procedure does not involve a submission or loss of autonomy of the National Police of Peru before the Public Ministry, as well as explain that the increase in crime is cause-and-effect relationship with the promulgation of the new Code of Criminal Procedure. To do this, we have structured this work follows: The first title is referred to the approach of the problem, its background, objectives, justification and identification of variables. In the second title we develop the theoretical framework underlying the present investigation, the conceptual framework and the assumptions made. The third title contains the methodology employed in the research: the type and design of the research, tools and techniques of data, population, sample, statistical design, etc. Finally, the fourth title is the presentation and analysis of the results obtained. Esta investigación es de carácter descriptivo explicativo, pues busca explicar el por qué los operadores de derecho no aplican los principios lógico-jurídicos al momento de evaluar y resolver en los casos sobre nulidad o anulabilidad de los actos jurídicos y socio-económicos, se utilizó los métodos analítico, deductivo-inductivo, y descriptivo-explicativo, a fin de utilizar con propiedad los datos sobre las variables de estudio, se tomó como población materia de estudio a los denominados operadores de derecho que desempeñan sus funciones en los juzgados Civiles y Salas Superiores del Distrito Judicial de Loreto, abarcando el periodo 2011-2013, la muestra fue el 25% de dicho universo, de manera aleatoria. De dicho porcentaje, se consideró: 10% de magistrados, 10% abogados y 5% auxiliares jurisdiccionales, con la investigación se concluyó que un (95%) de las resoluciones sobre nulidad o anulabilidad de los actos jurídicos no utilizan los principios lógico-jurídicos, que un 95% no ha llevado algún curso de capacitación relacionado con el tema materia de investigación, un 90% de encuestados manifiestan que en los planes de estudios de sus respectivas universidades no comprendía la cátedra de Lógica Jurídica, aunque si el del Acto Jurídico, concordando con la percepción que se manifiesta a través de los medios de comunicación, un alto índice (80%) de los encuestados entre público y abogado se encuentra inconforme con el servicio jurisdiccional que recibieron, mientras que solo un 5% manifiesta estar muy satisfecho. This research is explanatory descriptive, it seeks to explain why the operators of law do not apply the logical-legal principles when evaluating and resolve cases of revocation or cancellation of legal acts and socioeconomic, was used the analytical, deductive-inductive, descriptive and explanatory methods to properly use the data on the study variables was taken as population study concerning the so-called right operators who perform their functions in the civil courts and Superior Rooms Loreto Judicial District, covering the period 2011-2013, the sample was 25% of that universe, randomly. This percentage was considered: 10% of judges, 10% of lawyers and 5% of court staff, the investigation concluded that one (95%) of the resolutions revocation or cancellation of legal acts do not use the principles logical-legal , that 95% have not taken a course of training related to the research topic, 90% of respondents state that in the curricula of their universities did not understand the chair of Legal Logic, even if the legal act , agreeing with the perception that manifests itself through the media, a high rate (80%) of respondents between public and lawyer is dissatisfied with the service they received court, while only 5% said they were very satisfied . La presente investigación tiene por finalidad demostrar que el uso de las reglas de la responsabilidad extracontractual es perfectamente aplicable al momento de determinar el monto de la reparación civil, esta investigación es básicamente de carácter descriptivo-explicativo, pues busco explicar y demostrar cómo las reglas de la reparación extracontractual son aplicables al momento de determinar el monto de la reparación civil, se utilizó los métodos analítico, deductivo-inductivo y descriptivo-explicativo en la investigación, a fin de utilizar con propiedad los datos obtenidos sobre las variables de estudio; en el presente estudio se tuvo la colaboración de los magistrados y autoridades del Distrito Judicial de Loreto para obtener las resoluciones que nos permitieran concluir la presente investigación; sin embargo, con el tema de las entrevistas sí tuvimos un poco de problemas al momento de responder las preguntas formuladas en las encuestas, en la medida de que nos manifestaban que se encontraban ocupados. Aun así, consideramos que obtuvimos las muestras propuestas, obteniendo el siguiente resultado: La naturaleza atípica del hecho u otro presupuesto procesal que se presentan para imposibilitar la sentencia penal en el transcurso del proceso, no significa que no deba declararse la responsabilidad civil que haya sido efectivamente demostrada, otro cambio que se necesita con urgencia en nuestro sistema de justicia se refiere al hecho de que existe una absoluta falta de hábito en los abogados del actor civil para introducir una pretensión civil expresa, probar el daño y exigir un monto específico por concepto de indemnización en el proceso penal y otro problema gravísimo de nuestra administración de justicia, también vinculado al tema tratado, radica en que la práctica judicial revela que los montos dinerarios que se establecen por concepto de daño en sede penal son en realidad ínfimos y no guardan relación con el hecho que constituye el objeto procesal. La presente investigación tuvo la finalidad de demostrar, a partir de un trabajo de campo y la experiencia en el ejercicio de la profesión, que los Fiscales Especializados en lo Penal del Distrito Judicial de Loreto, han venido formulando inadecuadamente sus requerimientos acusatorios durante los años 2012-2014 en el marco del nuevo Código Procesal Penal. Para ello, hemos estructurado el presente trabajo del siguiente modo: El primer título está referido al planteamiento del problema, sus antecedentes y formulación, los objetivos, justificación, importancia y limitaciones de la investigación. El segundo título contiene el marco teórico de esta investigación; así, consideramos la primacía de la Constitución y el debido proceso, el derecho de defensa, a la prueba y la regulación del control de la acusación fiscal. This study attempts to determine that the specialized prosecutor office in criminal law inside the Judicial District of Loreto, have not written appropriately accusations during the period 2012 and 2014 in accordance with 2004 Peruvian new Penal Procedure Code. In this line, we have structured this study in the following form: The first title is about: The approach to the problem, its background information and its formulation. The objectives, justification and the importance of the research. The second title is about: the theoretical framework supporting the research.
