Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the regulatory mechanism of lncRNA LINC01106 on EC.Methods: The expression of lncRNA LINC01106, miR-449a and MET in EC tissues and cells was detected by qRT-PCR. Through MTT, wound healing and transwell invasion assays, the proliferation, migration and invasion of EC cells were detected, respectively. The xenograft tumor model was constructed in nude mice to confirm the inhibiting effect of LINC01106 knockdown on EC in vivo. The interactions between miR-449a and LINC01106/MET were predicted by Starbase/Targetscan software and verified by the dual-luciferase reporter assay or RNA immunoprecipitation assay. Western blot assay was performed to determine the protein level of MET.Results: LncRNA LINC01106 expression was highly up-regulated in EC tissues and cells. The proliferation, migration and invasion of EC cells in vitro were inhibited by the transfection of sh-LINC01106. The growth of tumor xenograft was suppressed by injection of sh-LINC01106. MiR-449a was a target of LINC01106and was negatively modulated by LINC01106. MiR-449a overexpression suppressed the proliferation, migration and invasion of EC cells. In addition, MET was identified as a target gene of miR-449a. Both the high expression of miR-449a and low expression of MET reversed the inhibiting effects of LINC0110

Abstract

Knowledge acquisition and dissemination have been considered as two endpoints of knowledge management (KM) process. Knowledge management affects new product performance through the two endpoints on the knowledge value chain. This study attempts to find how the knowledge acquisition and dissemination are related to new product financial performance. Employing additivity and variance stabilisation (AVAS) analysis, this paper examines the relationship between KM and the new product financial performance, and identifies different hidden patterns in which knowledge acquisition and dissemination affect new product financial performance. These findings imply that if organisations fail to understand the subtle ways by which different dimensions of knowledge acquisition and dissemination influence new product performance, they may fail to harvest the full value of KM in developing new products. Abstract

Urushiol monomers, which are used as a new ultraviolet curable binder (Ur Binder), have been directly applied to prepare silicon/graphite electrodes of lithium batteries. Investigations show that the Ur Binder is conducive to the preparation of uniform electrode slurry and the formation of uniform electrode coating layer, which makes a close contact between electrochemical active materials and conductive carbon. Besides that, strong interaction between the polymer of the Ur Binder and silicon powders plays a key role in the long-cycling lithium battery. Lithium coin cells using the Ur Binder achieve a capacity of 603.3 m Ah g−1 and excellent capacity retention of 96.1% after 400 cycles. Even at a high current density of 2.0C, the coin cell with the Ur Binder maintains approximately 77.9% of its original capacity (0.2C rate). Notably, slurry containing the Ur Binder can be superimposed on copper foil for coating and curing, which helps to relieve the low capacity limitations of ultraviolet curable silicon/graphite electrodes for commercial applications.

432. Effect of Fluctuated Water Pressure Flushing Treatment on the Anticlogging Performance of Pressure Compensated Emitter.

Abstract

Emitters are widely used in drip irrigation technology. The clogging problem caused by emitters shortens the service life and affects the popularization of drip irrigation technology. Using fluctuating water pressure irrigation and flushing drip line can prevent the emitter from clogging. In order to explore the clogging characteristics and the mechanism of water and sediment movement of emitters under fluctuated pressure flushing, the authors selected the patch-type pressure compensation emitter as the research object and chose two flushing water modes (fluctuated pressure, constant pressure) and three flushing frequencies (4, 8, and 12 days) for anticlogging performance testing in this paper. The change of clogging characteristics (Dra , Cu) under different flushing treatments was studied, and the content of silted sediment in the drip line was also analyzed. The gradation comparison and particle size analysis of the discharged sediment and clogged sediment from the emitter were carried out by using the laser particle size analyzer. The results show that (1) using fluctuated water pressure under high-frequency flushing treatment can significantly improve the service life of emitters. Under the coupling effect of the two, the service life of the emitter increases by 105.96%. (2) Different flushing treatments significantly impact the specific surface area blockage content (p<0.05), with M2 decreasing by a maximum of 55.54%. (3) Fluctuated water pressure flushing treatment acts on the sediment in the stagnant area of the flow channel, enabling it to return to the mainstream zone quickly and discharge from the body. Moreover, it promotes the discharge of sand particles and sensitive sediment (30–38 μm, 75–100 μm) and significantly reduces blocked sediment's upper limit particle size. Abstract

A multichannel microwave interferometer system has been developed on the HL-2A tokomak. Its working frequency is well designed to avoid the fringe jump effect. Taking the structure of HL-2A into account, its antennas are installed in the horizontal direction, i.e. one launcher in high field side (HFS) and four receivers in low field side (LFS). The fan-shaped measurement area covers those regions where the magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) instabilities are active. The heterodyne technique contributes to its high temporal resolution (1 μs). It is possible for the multichannel system to realize simultaneous measurements of density and its fluctuation. The quadrature phase detection based on the zero-crossing method is introduced to density measurement. With this system, reliable line-averaged densities and density profiles are obtained. The location of the saturated internal kink mode can be figured out from the mode showing different intensities on four channels, and the result agrees well with that measured by electron cyclotron emission imaging (ECEI).

Abstract

Dripline flushing is an effective way to relieve emitter clogging and extend the longevity of drip irrigation systems. This laboratory study was conducted at Kunming University of Science and Technology to evaluate the effect of three targeted flushing velocities (0.3, 0.6, and 0.9 m/s) and four flushing frequencies (no flushing, flushing daily, and flushing every three or five days) on the emitter&rsquo, s service life and the particle size distribution of the sediment discharged from emitters and trapped in an emitter channel. The gradation of particle size was analyzed by a laser particle size analyzer. The experiment results suggested that flushing velocity and flushing frequency had a significant effect on the service life of emitters, and the emitter&rsquo, s service life was extended by 30.40% on average under nine different flushing treatments. Flushing can effectively reduce the accumulation of sediments in the dripline and decrease the probability of coarse particles flowing into emitters and fine particles aggregating and cementing in the labyrinth channel, thus relieving the emitter clogging. Therefore, dripline flushing can effectively slow down clogging in muddy water drip irrigation system. The recommended flushing velocity should be set at 0.6 m/s, and the flushing intervals should be shortened.

Abstract

For the polarity test of the CT for 1, 000kV ultra-high voltage(UHV) infrastructure projects, the polarity layout method and test program of a main transformer, etc. were discussed under 3/2 complete serial connection mode in an all-round manner. The protection of 1, 000kV bus difference, circuit breakers, lines and high resistance, the polarity of a metering device CT and the receiving method of a secondary circuit were discussed; and a reasonable point polarity method was provided before actual production. The polarity configuration of CTs at the low-voltage side of an ultra-high voltage transformer body bushing, common windings, a voltage regulation-compensation transformer, a house transformer and a main transformer, and the calculation logic of protective devices were studied. The effect of essential factors such as actual wring, equivalent impedance, etc. on polarity were analyzed, and the adverse factor of voltage regulation position was pointed out. When the polarity at the high-voltage side of the housing transformer was being studied, it is strongly interfered by electromagnetic coupling. The selection scheme of CT secondary circuit was studied according to the requirements of different ultra-high voltage protective devices, and the point polarity measures of the voltage regulation-compensation transformer were explored according to protection calculation logic. When the polarity of the main transformer and the auxiliary transformer for a compensation transformer were being tested, the cause of interference among three phases due to the Y/Δ wiring method at HV and low sides of the main transformer was mainly discussed.
