This paper will develop what is understood by the right to education and how it is specifically regulated in the contexts of confinement, taking into account how the educational stimulus regulated in article 140 of Law 24.660 operates and its importance in the process of social reintegration of inmates. A comparison will be made between what is sanctioned by the National Education Law and the international human rights instruments with constitutional hierarchy that support this right and what actually happens in the penitentiary system. Likewise, an analysis will be made of Argentine jurisprudence that recognizes the right to education of persons deprived of liberty and its importance for the system of progressiveness regulated by the law of penal execution. On the other hand, an analysis will be made of how, in practice, the reduction regulated by article 140 has lost its virtuality due to the introduction of a group of offenses that are not eligible for the liberatory institutes through Law 27.375. The main objective lies in the need to emphasize that education in prison contexts is essential for social reintegration and that the State has the obligation to guarantee this right. The development of this TIC was based on virtual didactic strategies for emotional education in Early Childhood education. The KetMag group received an IV bolus of 0.3 mg/kg of ketamine and 50 mg/kg magnesium, followed by continuous infusion of ketamine (0.15 mg/kg/h) and magnesium (10 mg/kg/h) until extubation. The Ket group received the same bolus and infusion of ketamine, together with a bolus and continuous infusion of placebo instead of magnesium. The Control group received saline instead of ketamine and magnesium. The groups were compared in morphine consumption during the first 12h, body-postoperative pain and disability scale until the 90th day, the time until the first morphine request on the PCA pump, pain scores, and the adverse effects related to the use of study drugs. Results: The KetMag group had a lower morphine consumption by almost 50% during the first 12h than the Control and the Ket groups. In addition, the KetMag group required the first dose of morphine later than the other two groups. There were no differences in the adverse effects of the proposed treatments. Finally, multiple linear regression and a nonlinear approach analysis indicated that the Control group experienced a higher degree of pain and increased morphine consumption per hour than Ket and KetMag groups. Conclusion: Co-administration of intraoperative ketamine plus magnesium and ketamine alone are an effective and easy regime for reducing pain and opioid consumption in the postoperative period. Keywords: abdominoplasty, ketamine, lipectomy, magnesium, analgesics, postoperative pain

- Abstract
This monographic work is situated in the field of Basic Education, specifically in the area of Language and Literature. The purpose of the study was to theoretically demonstrate how reading comprehension influences the academic performance of children in Secondary Education through documentary research, in addition to proposing strategies that contribute to improving reading comprehension. This monograph is divided into three fundamental chapters in which reading comprehension, academic performance and the relationship between them are theoretically addressed. Reading comprehension is understood as a process in which the reader uses strategies to understand the message of the texts and relate them to their previous knowledge and experiences, while academic performance is considered as a qualitative and quantitative assessment of everything achieved in the teaching-learning process. Finally, it was evidenced that reading comprehension significantly influences the academic performance of Basic Education students in all areas of knowledge. For this reason, it is necessary to develop activities that strengthen reading comprehension, which will help students to function adequately not only in the academic sphere but also in the social and personal sphere

- Abstract
The present research on "proposal for the improvement of the logistics system in the marketing and distribution company Racser SA. "-Cajamarca, for the reduction of costs", seeks to make collection of theory of the logistic system with special emphasis on three areas that comprise it supply, storage and distribution, in order to identify the impact that has the logistics system in a company's marketing and distribution as Racser S.A in addition, in order to contrast the theory with practice logistic indicators has been developed in three areas already mentioned above to show real data of the logistics system and costs involved in this process. Was a diagnosis general logistics system covering areas related to the same, making diagrams of Ishikawa in order to identify the problem with higher degree of severity, relate their causes and effects and propose a solution to each problem identified, on the other hand the proposal of developing flowcharts for area and process diagrams help the standardization of time in activities and reorganization of the process that they follow to avoid downtimes and follow processes standards in each of the areas, so also will be solution to common in these same hidden costs. The presentation of actual data and projections through logistic indicators serve to identify cost overruns that exist in the logistics process that follows the company and thereby a constant monitoring can be done to alleviate the unnecessary costs percentage that disburses the company. The proposal to implement a new software, one system more consistent with the business of the company and that it can show clearly the problems in what is repeating the logistic system. Therefore, that proposes a software involving purchases, sales, payments, storage and management, since with them would have greater control in the logistics system and it would be easier to identify any problems in the system. In the chapter on diagnosis, results and discussion, you will se

- Abstract
Background: glycosylated hemoglobin is a test often used in the evaluation of diabetes mellitus. It is not known what would be the effectiveness of the test in patients with diabetic nephropathy and chronic kidney disease (CKD) who have anemia. Objective: to determinate relationship between the presence of anemia and glycosylated hemoglobin valuesin patients with diabetic nephropathy and CKD in José Carrasco Arteaga Hospital of Cuenca in 2013. Methodological design: this is an analytical, quantitative, cohort study. The sample was composed with 135 patients, 41 had anemia (exposed cohort) and 94 without anemia (unexposed cohort) . The main variables analyzed were the presence of anemia and levels of glycosylated hemoglobin. The data was obtained through an interview with the patients and their digital clinical history, based on which, a form is filled, after the information was transferred to the computer for further analysis with Excel Microsoft , SPSS, Minitab15 programs. Results: the mean value of the glycosylated hemoglobin was 8.3 % in the total number of individuals included in the study, whereas in the group with anemia was 7.4 % and in the group without anemia turned 8, 7%, a difference that was statistically significant ( p < 0.05 ) , in addition to also establish a cause- effect , patients with anemia have most likely lower glycosylated Hb values compared to patients without anemia ( RR > 1 CI 1.02 to 6.73 , p < 0.05). The validity of the glycosylated hemoglobin test, used to monitor the control of diabetes mellitus and CKD may be diminished if a patient develops anemia Conclusion: it was determined that patients with anemia have lower glycosylated hemoglobin values. The utility of this test may be decreased in controlling the anemic patient with diabetes mellitus and CKD. - Abstract
ABSTRACTThere is a clinical need to test new schemes of benznidazole administration that are expected to be at least as effective as the current therapeutic scheme but safer. This study assessed a new scheme of benznidazole administration in chronic Chagas disease patients. A pilot study with intermittent doses of benznidazole at 5 mg/kg/day in two daily doses every 5 days for a total of 60 days was designed. The main criterion of response was the comparison of quantitative PCR (qPCR) findings prior to and 1 week after the end of treatment. The safety profile was assessed by the rate of suspensions and severity of adverse effects. Twenty patients were analyzed for safety, while qPCR was tested for 17 of them. The average age was 43 ± 7.9 years; 55% were female. Sixty-five percent of treated subjects showed detectable qPCR results prior to treatment of 1.45 (0.63 to 2.81) and 2.1 (1.18 to 2.78) parasitic equivalents per milliliter of blood (par.eq/ml) for kinetoplastic DNA (kDNA) qPCR and nuclear repetitive sequence satellite DNA (SatDNA) qPCR, respectively. One patient showed detectable PCR at the end of treatment (1/17), corresponding to 6% treatment failure, compared with 11/17 (65%) patients pretreatment (P= 0.01). Adverse effects were present in 10/20 (50%) patients, but in only one case was treatment suspended. Eight patients showed mild adverse effects, whereas moderate reactions with increased liver enzymes were observed in two patients. The main accomplishment of this pilot study is the promising low rate of treatment suspension. Intermittent administration of benznidazole emerges a new potential therapeutic scheme, the efficacy of which should be confirmed by long-term assessment posttreatment.

This work was developed in the province of Pastaza, its objective: To determine the incidence of land use in the hydrodaphological characteristics in the Apangora and Kotococha, Huagrayacu and San Jacinto catchments. The recharge area was determined, points were established for soil sampling and infiltration tests, the contents of organic matter, carbon, moisture, apparent density and roots were determined in the soil. Statistical differences were reported for land use with respect to most parameters, where the mosaic reported higher carbon concentration and higher infiltration speed, there were also correlations between the characteristics of the recharge zone and the flow. It is concluded that the type of land use influences the infiltration rate and the moisture content. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
