The main objective of this research is to examine the management styles and creative leadership characteristics of school administrators. The study used a descriptive and quantitative survey model. It was conducted on 50 academics and associates based on voluntary participation. The research used two different questionnaires. The scale “Creative Leadership Qualities of School Administrators” was used to measure the perceptions of teachers regarding innovative leadership qualities. It was formulated as a five-point Likert scale by Uçar and Sağlam (2019). The other scale used in the study was the “Scale of Management Styles Exhibited by School Principals” developed by Asar (2019) as a five-point Likert scale to collect the data. The study found no significant difference in the management styles and creative leadership characteristics of administrators based on variables such as sex, age, professional seniority and educational level of teachers.

One of the important factors for teachers to be effective and productive is managerial behaviors ofschool principals. Managerial behaviors ofschool principals affect many factors such as organizational climate, motivation of employees and effective communication with stakeholders. This research aims to reveal the managerial behaviors of school principals in line with the opinions of teachers. Accordingly, it wasconducted with the participation of 17 teachers working in primary schools of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus in the 2021-2022 academic year. The research used aqualitative research methodwitha semi-structured interview form developed by the researcher. The research data were categorized bythe interview questions and the participant responses were collected under themes. As a result of the research, the school principals’managerial behaviors were not sufficient and effectivein line with the opinions of the teachers and they did not meet theirexpectations.

This study was carried out to find solutions to the problems of the method that emerged from the fact that English hasa very important position in the world and the growing number of people who want to learn the English language. It also aims to draw attention to the importance of educational games in English vocabulary teaching. This qualitative research investigates intothe effect of usinggames in teaching English vocabulary to second gradestudents in Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) primarypublic schools. The working group of the research consists of English teachers working in TRNC state primary schools in the 2021-2022 academic year. A total of 25 second gradeEnglish teachers working in TRNC state primary schools participated in the study. The research used a semi-structured interview form developed by the researcher. The NVIVO 12 Plus qualitative data analysis program was used to group into categories and to encode the data. As a result of the data analysis obtained fromthe study, most teachers claimed that applying games had an important effect on teaching English language.

Communication between parents of students from different backgrounds and school administration is a problem that needs to be addressed in education. As Turkey's population becomes more and more diverse, school administrators must develop new ways to reach their stakeholders. For their children to be successful, all families must be involved in their children's academic development. Today, school administrators must identify innovative ways to convey vital information, and improve the level of communication within the school for parents from different backgrounds. Therefore, this research aims to evaluate the positive or negative effects of the communication process on Syrian immigrant students studying at primary school in the context of intercultural communication from the perspective of school administration and parents. The study group of the research, which was designed as a case study, is the families of Syrian students studying in primary schools in Gaziantep and Hatay, Turkey, and school administrators working in the schools where these students are enrolled. The perspectives of 18 parents and 12 school administrators who migrated from Syria were obtained with a semi-structured interview form. The data obtained from the semi-structured interview form were subjected to descriptive analysis using the NVivo R1 Program. As a result of the research, it was revealed that school administrators and parents should act in cooperation and firstly overcome the communication issue in order to find solutions to the problems of immigrant students. It can be said that in order for immigrant students to be successful, they need to support their education with assistance education programs and courses, and the school administration, which can help them in this regard, should do detailed research and obtain knowledge about them and their culture.

The scope of this research is to reveal the opinions of secondary school students after STEM Education Course in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. Quantitative research methods were used in the research. The study group consists of 15 secondary school students aged 12 years. The questionnaire form developed by Özcan and Koca (2018) was used by the researcher after obtaining the necessary permissions to collect the data. SPSS-21 program was used for data analysis and modeling of the emerging situation. The findings obtained as a result of the research were discussed with the relevant field. As a result of the analysis, it was concluded that after the STEM education course, students developed their skills, and this education should be given in their schools and that it benefits them. In line with the results obtained, recommendations were made on STEM applications.

Pre-school books are one of the indispensable materials of education life, even though technology has been developed, preschool books are still among the fundamental building blocks of education and it can be said that it will continue in the future. Preschool teachers' evaluation of 4-6 year old preschool books for Visual Design principles was aimed by pre-school teacher candidates. In the study, "Graphic / Visual Design Principles Scale for Textbooks" Alpan (2004), which is a visual design scale, was used. The scoring of the scale was calculated as 2 points for the "Yes" option, 1 point for the "Partial" option and 0 points for the "No" option. The data obtained as a result of the research were evaluated by scoring between 1-10. According to the results obtained from the results of the evaluation of the prospective teachers, it has been concluded that the books have different averages according to the scale dimensions, but are quite suitable in terms of general lines., O objetivo do artigo é estudar as fontes e a interpretação pedagógica da "questão das mulheres". O tema da pesquisa é a “questão das mulheres” e sua realização artística nos romances de Marko Vovchok. A análise do problema foi realizada integrando os métodos tradicionais da crítica literária histórica comparativa russa com novas abordagens da crítica literária mundial - gênero, sociocultural, pós-colonial e feminista. Como resultado do estudo, chegamos à conclusão de que as visões pedagógicas sobre a "questão das mulheres" na escritora foram formadas e desenvolvidas sob a influência da comunicação com os intelectuais ucranianose europeus do século XIX. A parte progressista da intelectualidade da segunda metade do século XIX -início do século XX preconizava uma mudança no status social da mulher. Representantes do poder público e pedagógico acreditavam que uma mulher não só pode ser mãe, esposa, dona de casa, ela é capaz de se realizar em outras áreas da sociedade, para as quais precisa de uma educação digna. O trabalho jornalístico sobre este problema das mulheres com uma possível caracterização comparativa das regiões de algumas europeias, que no período em estudo faziam parte dos impérios austro-húngaros, merece um estudo mais aprofundado., El propósito del artículo es estudiar las fuentes y la interpretación pedagógica de la "cuestión de las mujeres". El tema de la investigación es la “cuestión de las mujeres” y su realización artística en las novelas de Marko Vovchok. El análisis del problema se llevó a cabo integrando los métodos tradicionales de la crítica literaria histórica comparada rusa con nuevos enfoques de la crítica literaria mundial: de género, sociocultural, poscolonial y feminista. Como resultado del estudio, llegamos a la conclusión de que las opiniones pedagógicas sobre el "tema de la mujer" en el escritor se formaron y desarrollaron bajo la influencia de la comunicación con la intelectualidad ucraniana y europea del siglo XIX. La parte progresista de la intelectualidad de la segunda mitad del siglo XIX y principios del siglo XX propugnó un cambio en la condición social de la mujer. Representantes del público y pedagógicos creían que una mujer no solo puede ser madre, esposa, ama de casa, es capaz de autorrealizarse en otras áreas de la sociedad, para lo cual necesita una educación digna. El trabajo periodístico sobre este problema de la mujer con una posible caracterización comparativa de las regiones de algunos europeos, que en el período en estudio formaron parte de los imperios austro-húngaros, merece un mayor estudio.

Social skills play an important role in interpersonal social skills. This study investigates social skills training concept in general sense in articles, master and doctorate degree programs. Literature review was made in the research between the years 2010-2017. In this literature review process the concepts of publication type, subject area, publication year, research design, data collection tool, sample group, province and department concepts were discussed for social skills training. Study group meta-analysis technique was used in this research. Thirty-eight articles and the theses existing in 22 master’s degree and 21 doctorate program in Turkish Council of Higher Education National Thesis Centre and Google Scholar were analysed.

This article emphasizes the necessity and importance of system engineering in the field of education. The problems related to education in the field of system engineering and the necessities in the field of education are discussed. Nowadays, many institutions and organizations have developed systems engineering in order to simplify the projects to be carried out in the field of education for it to be high quality and less costly. In order to meet the needs of the public and private sectors, system engineering is very important and the demand towards it in the academic field is increasing day by day. In this context, the necessary changes to be made in the field of education, inputs and outputs to be done, if any, to reach the solution of the problems or to make improvements are among the aims of the system engineering. This research is done to reveal the opinions of teachers and managers and their past experiences in such cases. Pre-test and post-test were applied in the study and the results were evaluated. The field of system engineering is still young and dynamic and will be recognized more and more over time and will be implemented both in organizations and training.
