Alyssum strigosum Banks & Sol. subsp. strigosum ve A. strigosum Banks & Sol. subsp. cedrorum (Schott & Kotschy) Dudley taksonlarının morfolojik, anatomik ve palinolojik özellikleri, bu çalışma ile ayrıntılı olarak ortaya konulmuştur. Köklerin enine kesitleri, iki alt türün, primer yapısında olduğu gibi benzer anatomik karakterlere sahip olduğunu gösterdi. Gövde bölümleri tipik dikotiledon gövde anatomik yapısını yansıtmış ve türlerin oval şekilli korteks parankimine sahip oldukları belirlenmiştir. Gövdede bulunan damar demetleri, incelenen türlerin her ikisinde de tek sıra halinde düzenlenmiştir. Mezofil türü eş yüzeyli olarak tespit edildi. İncelenen türler monad, isopolar, prolat ve trikolpat polen tanelerine sahiptir. İncelenen iki tür için ekzin heykel retikülat olarak gözlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak, Alyssum strigosum'daki anatomik ve palinolojik özellikler, alttürlerin ayrılmasını destekleyici niteliktedir., Alyssum strigosum Banks & Sol. subsp. strigosum and A. strigosum Banks & Sol. subsp. cedrorum (Schott & Kotschy) Dudley, which are two subspecies of Alyssum strigosum with their morphological, anatomical, palynological traits, were presented in detail with this study. The anatomical analysis has been carried out using handmade sections. The transverse sections of roots showed that two subspecies have similar anatomical characters as with primer structure. The sections of stem were reflected the typical dicotyledonous stem anatomical structure and were determined that species have oval shaped cortex parenchyma. The vascular bundles in stem were arranged in one row both examined species. The mesophyll type was detected as equifacial. The examined species have monad, isopolar, prolate and tricolpate pollen grains. For two examined species, exine sculpture were observed as reticulate. As a conclusion, the characteristics of anatomical and palynological in Alyssum strigosum have been showed the supporting the separation of subspecies.

The seed exomorphic characteristics of four taxa (Cardamine graeca, C. impatiens subsp. impatiens, C. raphanifolia and C. uliginosa) belonging to Cardamine were investigated with scanning electron microscopy (SEM). This study presents exomorphic characteristics, including seed colour, shape, winged, measures, seed coat pattern. Four coat patterns were observed; regularly reticulate, irregularly-reticulate, blister and tuberculate-reticulate, and two shapes were distinguished; broadly oblong and oblong. The results showed that the morphological characteristics of seed could contribute as criteria to distinguish taxa. This is the first study in which the seed surface of any Cardamine taxa growing in Turkey is studied with SEM.

Draba (kayadolaması) cinsine ait olan dört taksonun [Draba bruniifolia Steven subsp. bruniifolia (kaya dolaması), Draba heterocoma Fenzl (tüylü dolama), Draba haradjianii Rech. f. (Hatay dolaması) ve Draba nemorosa L. (orman dolaması)] tohum morfolojileri, taramalı electron mikroskobu (SEM) ile incelenerek taksonomik karakter olarak önemleri belirlendi. Makro- ve mikromorfolojik karakterleri, tohum rengi, şekli, kanatı, ölçüsü ve tohum yüzey modeli incelendi. İki tohum yüzeyi modeli (düzensiz-retikulat, düzenli-retikulat ve çukurcuklu) gözlendi ve dört tane de tohum şekli (ovat, dar ovat, eliptik ve geniş eliptik) tespit edildi. Sonuçlar tohumların morfolojik karakterlerinin taksonların ayrımına katkı sağlayabileceğini göstermiştir.

Barbarea cinsine ait olan dört taksonun (Barbarea auriculata var. auriculata, Barbarea trichopoda, Barbarea verna ve Barbarea vulgaris subsp. vulgaris) tohum morfolojileri, taramalı electron mikroskobu (SEM) ile incelendi. Bunların taksonomik karakter olarak önemleri belirlendi. Makro- ve mikromorfolojik karakter olarak tohum rengi, şekli, ölçüsü ve yüzey modeli incelendi. Düzensiz-retikulat ve tüberküllü-retikulat olarak iki tohum yüzeyi modeli ve geniş oblong, oblong ve geniş eliptik olarak üç tohum şekli tespit edildi. Türkiye Florası'nda seksiyon, Türkiye Bitkileri Listesi'nde cins olarak kabul edilen Cyanus, alt cins olacak şekilde yeniden düzenlenmiştir. 2014-2017 yılları arasında yapılan arazi çalışmaları sonucunda ülkemizin farklı bölgelerinden çok sayıda örnek toplanmış, yurtiçi herbaryumlarında bulunan örneklerle birlikte kapsamlı bir biçimde incelenmiştir. Cyanus alt cinsindeki taksonlar üzerinde morfolojik, karyomorfolojik ve mikromorfolojik çalışmalar yapılmıştır. Yapılan morfolojik çalışmalar neticesinde taksonların benzerlik ve farklılıkları belirlenmiştir. Tek yıllık taksonların temel kromozom sayısı x=8, 10 ve 12 olurken çok yıllık taksonların ise x=10 ve 11'dir. Çok yıllık taksonların yedisi tetraploid kromozom sayısına sahipken tek yıllıklarda tetraploid takson bulunmamaktadır. Bütün taksonların AI, A1, A2, CVCL, CVCI ve MCA indeksleri hesaplanmıştır. Asimetri indeksleri dikkate alındığında taksonların çoğunun simetrik karyotipli olduğu sonucuna varabiliriz. En sık karşılaşılan karyotip formülleri sırasıyla 40m, 20m ve 16m + 4sm'dir. Çoğu taksonun karyogramında satellit tespit edilmiştir. Aken mikromorfolojisi çalışmalarında ise aken ornamentasyonu, hilum pozisyonu ve pappus tüylerinin ayırt edici taksonomik karakterler oldukları belirlenmiştir. C. reuterana Boiss. var. reuteriana, C. woronowii Bornm., ve C. bourgaei Boiss. taksonlarının Türkiye dışından yeni kayıtlarının verilmesi nedeniyle endemiklikten düşürülmüşlerdir. Bu taksonomik revizyon çalışması ile Türkiye Bitkileri Listesi'nde 16 tür 20 taksondan oluşan Cyanus alt cinsi genişletilerek tür sayısı 18'e takson sayısı ise 21'e çıkartılmıştır. Cyanus was accepted as section in `Flora of Turkey` and as genus in `A Checklist of the Flora of Turkey`, it has been rearranged as subgenus with this study. Between the years 2014-2017 from different regions of our country as a result of land studies collected numerous examples, they were examined comprehensively with examples found in national herbaria. Morphological, karyomorphological and micromorphological studies were made on taxa belonging Cyanus subgenus. Chromosome numbers were determined as x=8, 10 and 12 for annual taxa while the perennial taxa x=10 and 11. Seven taxa of perennial have tetraploid chromosome numbers on the other hand there is no tetraploid taxa in annuals. AI, A1, A2, CVCL, CVCI and MCA indexes were calculated for all taxa. According to the asymmetry indices can conclude that most of the taxa have symmetry karyotype. The most common karyotype formulas respectively 40m, 20m and 16m + 4sm. Satellites were identified in karyograms of most of taxa. According to the studies achene micromorphology, achene ornamentation, hilum position and pappus hairs are distinctive taxonomic characters. Endemism of C. reuterana Boiss. var. reuteriana, C. woronowii Bornm., and C. bourgaei Boiss. are reduced due to the establishing in the other regions. Cyanus included 16 species and 20 taxa in `Türkiye Bitkileri Listesi` but with this study it has expanded as 18 species and 21 taxa. 218

Çalışma alanı İçel ili, Mut ilçesi sınırları içerisinde yer alan Büyük Eğri Dağı ve çevresi olup, Davis’in Grid kareleme sistemine göre C4 karesi içerisinde yer almaktadır. Alanda Akdeniz floristik bölgesinin etkisi görülür. Toplanan bitki örneklerinin teşhisi sonucu 21 familyaya ait 44 cins ve 56 endemik takson tespit edilmiş olup endemizm oranı %16.96’dur. Endemik bitkilerin 1’i EN, 11’i VU, 7’i NT ve 37’si LC tehlike kategorisinde yer almaktadır. En fazla endemik takson içeren familyalar 9 takson ile Compositae ve 7 takson ile Leguminosae iken en fazla endemik taksona sahip cinsler ise 4 takson ile Astragalus ve 3 takson ile Linaria cinsleridir., Research field is Büyük Eğri Mountain which located in Mut district of İçel province and it is in the C4 square according to the grid system of Davis. The research area is under the effects of Mediterranean Floristic Region. As a consequence of identification of the collected plant specimens 56 endemic taxa belonging to the 44 genera and 21 families have been determined and the endemism ratio is 16.96%. Threat categories of endemic plants; 1 EN, 11 VU, 7 NT and 37 LC. Families which have the most endemic taxa Compositae with 9 taxa and Leguminosae 7 taxa. On the other hand Astragalus (4 taxa) and Linaria (3 taxa) genera have the most endemic taxa.

Taksonların fitocoğrafik bölgelere göre dağılımı şöyledir: Akdeniz elementi 90 (% 27.3), İran-Turan elementi 47 (% 14.3), Avrupa-Sibirya elementi 9 (% 2.7), geniş yayılışlı 58 (% 17.5) ve fitocoğrafik bölgesi bilinmeyenler 126 (% 38.2). Endemik takson sayısı 67 (% 20.3)'dir. İhtiva ettiği takson sayısı bakımından en büyük familyalar; Compositae (Asteraceae) 52, Leguminosae 30, Cruciferae (Brassicaceae) 29, Labiatae (Lamiaceae) 23, Caryophyllaceae 18, Boraginaceae 17, Scrophulariaceae 13, Aristolochiaceae 13, Poaceae (Gramineae) 12 ve Ranunculaceae 10. Bu çalışmanın amacı İçel ili ve Mut ilçesinde yer alan Büyükeğri Dağı'nın florasını tespit etmektir. Çalışma alanı kareleme sistemine göre C4 karesinde yer almaktadır. Bölgeden 2012 yılında 414 bitki örneği toplanmış olup 46 familya, 155 cins ve 255 takson tespit edilmiştir. Taksonların fitocoğrafik bölgelere göre dağılımı şöyledir: Akdeniz elementi 72 (% 28.2), Iran - Turan elementi 39 (% 15.4), Avrupa - Sibirya elementi 6 (% 2.3), geniş yayılışlı 40 (% 15.7) ve fitocoğrafik bölgesi bilinmeyenler 98 (% 38.4)'dir. Endemik takson sayısı 54 (% 21.1)'dir. Çalışma alanında 255 takson Spermatophyta divisiyosuna aittir. Gymnospermae alt divisiyosundan 3, Angiospermae alt divisiyosundan ise 252 takson tespit edilmiştir. Angiospermae alt divisiyosuna ait olan Dicotyledones sınıfında 223, Monocotyledones sınıfından 29 takson tespit edilmiştir. İhtiva ettiği takson sayısı bakımından en büyük familya Compositae (Asteraceae) 33, Leguminosae 26, Cruciferae (Brassicaceae) 23, Labiatae (Lamiaceae) 19, Liliaceae 18, Boraginaceae 17, Caryophyllaceae 14, Ranunculaceae 10, Scrophulariaceae 10 ve Papaveraceae 9'dur. En fazla takson içeren cinsler ise: Centaurea 7, Ornithogalum 7, Astragalus 5, Alyssum 4, Anchusa 4, Alkanna 4, Veronica 4, Papaver 3, Fumaria 3 ve Hesperis 3'dür., This research was carried out to determine the flora of the Büyükeğri Mountain and its surroundings. The fruit and seed morphologies of five taxa (Al. desertorum Sapf., Al. linifolium Stephan ex. Willd. var.teheranicum Bornm., Al. minus (L.) Rothm. var. minus, Al. strigosum Banks & Sol. subsp. cedrorum (Schott & Kotschy)and Al. strigosum Banks & Sol. subsp. strigosum) belonging to Alyssum L. were investigated with scanning electronmicroscopy (SEM) in order to determine the significance of fruit and seed features as taxonomic characters. This studypresents macro- and micromorphological characters, including seed shape, winged, measures, epidermal cell pattern andfruit shape, colour, measures, trichome morphology. Three epidermal cell patterns were observed; micro-reticulate,normal-reticulate, rugose-foveate and the same number trichome morphologies were distinguished; glabrous,monomorphic (stellate), dimorphic (bifurcate and stellate). The results showed that the morphological characteristics offruit and seed could be used as criteria to distinguish taxa., Alyssum L. cinsine ait olan beş taksonun (Al. desertorum Sapf., Al. linifolium Stephan ex. Sonuçlar meyve ve tohumların morfolojik karakterlerinin taksonlarınayrımında kullanılabileceğini göstermiştir.

WOS: 000474619300010, In this study, the karyomorphology of 20 Turkish Centaurea (subgenus Cyanus) taxa was examined. The number of chromosomes of 11 taxa belonging to the subgenus Cyanus was determined for the first time. As a result of the karyomorphological studies, the number of basic chromosomes was determined to be x = 8, 10, and 12 in annuals and x = 10 and 11 in perennials. The populations are tetraploid in the seven perennial taxa and polyploidy is not rare for this group. On the other hand, all annual taxa are diploid. Considering the asymmetry indices, we can conclude that most taxa have symmetrical karyotypes. The most common karyotype formulas are 40 metacentric chromosomes (m), 20m, and 16m + 4 submetacentric chromosomes, respectively. A satellite was detected in the majority of the taxa, but it was observed to be mainly localized on the short arm of the chromosome. WOS: 000499975800010, Centaurea uysalii Sirin & Cecen, a new Asteraceae species from the province of Karaman, in Turkey, is described and illustrated herein. It is morphologically similar to C. bourgaei Boiss. (Subgen. Cyanus), but it mainly differs from its relative in terms of the involucre and achene lengths. The achene micromorphological features and karyomorphology of C. uysalii and C. bourgaei were examined in this study.
