Makale, WOS:000934061100010, Bu çalışmada, Organik Rankine Çevrimi (ORÇ) üze rinde etkisi olan performans parametrelerinin hassasiyet seviyeleri ve katkı oranları belirlenmiştir. Performans parametreleri evaporatör-kondenser pinch point sıcaklık farkı (Delta T-pp,T-e,Delta T-pp,T-k), soğutma suyu giriş sıcaklığı (T-c,T-l), aşırı kızdırma sıcaklığı (T-ak), türbin-pompa izantropik verimleri(eta(t) ve eta(p)) olarak seçilmiştir. Bu parametrelerin ORÇ sistemi üzerindeki etkisi farklı amaç fonksiyonları altında değerlendirilmiştir. İncelenen amaç fonksiyonları; ısıl verim, net güç ve ekserji verimi maksimizasyonu ile toplam tersinmezlik, hacimsel debi oranı (VFR) ve çevresel etki faktör (EEF) minimizasyonudur. Böylece enerji-ekserji analizi ile termodinamik performans, türbin ekonomisinde önemli etkisi olan VFR ve termodinamik sürdürülebilirlik indeksleri ile çevresel faktör incelenmiştir. Amaç fonksiyonlarının değişmesiyle performans parametrelerinin etkisinin büyük bir oranda değişkenlik gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. Delta T-pp,T-e’nin etkisi maksimum ısıl verimin elde edilmesinde %20.59 etkili iken, maksimum türbin gücünün elde edilmesinde %71.9 etkili olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmada Taguchi-ANOVA’dan yararlanılmıştır. L25 ortogonal dizilim kullanılmasıyla amaç fonksiyonlarına ulaşılmasında optimum ortogonal dizilimler ve parametrelerin hassasiyet seviye sıralaması tespit edilmiştir. Tüm amaç fonksiyonlarının eşit oranda etkilediği bir ağırlık fonksiyonu tanımlanmasıyla ORÇ performansı üzerinde %42.85 Delta T-pp,T-e ve %25.71 ise T-c,T-t ’nin etkisinin olduğu belirlenmiştir. Son olarak; regresyon analizi ile her bir amaç fonksiyonu için performans parametrelerine bağlı olarak denklemler çıkarılmıştır. Ampirik denklem ile tahmin edilen sonuçlar ile nümerik analiz sonuçları arasındaki hata oranları çıkartılmıştır. Bu oranlara bakıldığında ampirik denklemlerin ORÇ performansının belirlenmesinde başarılı bir şekilde kullanılabileceği tespit edilmiştir., In this study, the sensitivity levels and contribution rates of the performance parameters that have an effect on the Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) were determined. Performance parameters were chosen as evaporator-condenser pinch point temperature difference (Delta T-pp,T-e,Delta T-pp,T-k), cooling water inlet temperature (T-c,T-l), superheating temperature (T-ak), turbine-pump isentropic efficiencies (eta(t) ve eta(p)). The effects of these parameters on the ORC system were evaluated under different objective functions. Examined objective functions; thermal efficiency, net power, and exergy efficiency maximization; total irreversibility, volumetric flow rate (VFR) and environmental impact factor (EEF) minimization. Thus, thermodynamic performance with energy-exergy analysis; VFR, which has a significant impact on turbine economy; thermodynamic sustainability indices and environmental factor were examined. It has been determined that the effect of performance parameters varies greatly with the change of objective functions. While the effect of Delta T-pp,T-e was 20.59% effective in obtaining maximum thermal efficiency, it was determined that it was 71.9% effective in obtaining maximum turbine power. Taguchi-ANOVA was used in the study. By using the L25 orthogonal array, the optimum orthogonal arrays and the sensitivity level order of the parameters have been determined to reach the objective functions. By defining a weight function that affects all objective functions equally, it was determined that 42.85% Delta T-pp,T-e and 25.71% T-c,T-t had an effect on ORC performance. Finally; with regression analysis, equations are derived for each objective function depending on the performance parameters. The error rates between the results estimated by the empirical equation and the numerical analysis results were extracted. Considering these ratios, it has been determined that empirical equations can be used successfully in determining ORC performance..

Bu çalışmada, R600a, R290 ve R152a akışkanı kullanılarak tasarlanan üç farklı Organik Rankine Çevrimi (ORÇ) modelinin ekserji analizi yapılmıştır. Bu analiz, farklı türbin giriş sıcaklığı (oC) ve türbin giriş basıncı (kPa) değerlerinde yapılmıştır. Bu giriş parametreleri kullanılarak, ısıl verim, sistemin ekserji verimi ve birim kütle başına bileşenlerde oluşan tersinmezlik değerleri üç farklı akışkan içeren ORÇ için tespit edilmiştir. Ekserji analizi, MATLAB ve Engineering Equation Solver (EES) yazılımı kullanılarak yapılmıştır. ORÇ teknolojisinde çeşitli tipteki akışkanların kıyaslamalı olarak ekserji analizinin yapılabilmesi için, kuru tip akışkan için R600a, izentropik tip akışkan için R290, ıslak tip akışkan için ise R152a akışkanı seçilerek, 150 giriş ve 900 çıkış numerik veri kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışmada, MATLAB ve EES yazılımı kullanılarak oluşturulan üç farklı model ile Organik Rankine çevriminin ekserji analizinin başarıyla uygulanabildiği gösterilmiş, farklı akışkan kullanılmasının bileşenlerde meydana gelen tersinmezlik değerlerine etkisi belirtilmiştir., In this study, exergy analysis was performed on three different Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) models designed using R600a, R290 and R152a fluids. This analysis was carried out at different values of condenser inlet pressure (kPa), turbine inlet temperature (oC) and turbine inlet pressure (kPa). Using these input parameters, the thermal efficiency, the exergy of the system, and the irreversibility values of the components per unit mass were determined for the ORC containing three different fluids. Exergy analysis was performed using the MATLAB and Engineering Equation Solver (EES) software. R600a for dry type fluid, R290 for isentropic type fluid and R152a fluid for wet type fluid were selected and 150 input and 900 output numerical test values were used in order to perform exergy analysis in different types of fluids in ORC technology. In this study, we show that the exergy analysis of the Organic Rankine cycle can be successfully applied with three different models created using the MATLAB and EES software, and the effect of using different fluids on the irreversibility values that occur in the components is indicated.

Bu çalışmada; su-çimento oranı, çimento dozajı ve hava sürükleyici katkı maddesinden oluşan parametrelerin betonun taze haldeki özellikleri üzerindeki etkileri incelenmiştir. Deney tasarımı aşamasında ve sonuçların istatistiksel analizinde Taguchi Yöntemi kullanılarak optimizasyon yapılmıştır. Optimizasyon sonucunda betonun işlenebilirliği için çimento dozajı; birim ağırlık ve hava içeriği için ise hava sürükleyici katkı maddesi en önemli parametre olarak bulunmuştur. Genellikle betonun donma- çözülmeye karşı direncini artırması için kullanılan hava sürükleyici katkı maddesi, taze betonun akışkanlığını da artırmıştır. Deneylerde kullanılan Taguchi Yöntemi; deney sayısını azaltmış, her üç deney için geçerli olacak şekilde parametrelerin optimum seviyelerinin belirlenmesini sağlamış ve yapılmayan deneylerin sonuçlarının kestirimini mümkün kılmıştır.

ÖZET Doktora Tezi NORMAL PORTLAND ÇİMENTOLU BETONLARIN DON DİRENCİNİN TAGUCHİ YÖNTEMİ İLE OPTİMİZASYONU VE HASAR ANALİZİ Remzi ŞAHİN Atatürk Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü İnşaat Mühendisliği Anabilim Dalı Danışman: Prof. Dr. Rüstem GÜL Ortak Danışman: Prof. Dr. M. Ali TAŞDEMİR Don etkisindeki betonun hasan oldukça kompleks bir olay olup hasara neden olan mekanizmaları açıklamak için çeşitli teoriler ileri sürülmüştür. Bu teoriler arasında en önemli olanları; i) kapiler boşluklardaki donma nedeniyle hidrolik basıncın yayılması, ii) donma başladıktan sonra j el suyunun kapiler boşluklara doğru hareketi, ii) ısıl etki gibi lokal genleşmelerin neden olduğu farklı şekil değiştirmeler ve iv) çözeltilerin kapiler boşluklardaki kısmî donmasından kaynaklanan osmotik basınçtır. Bu çalışmada farklı kompozisyonlara sahip betonların hem donma-çözülme (seri A) hem de donma- buz çözücü tuz (seri B) dirençleri kapsamlı bir şekilde araştırılmıştır. Deneysel parametrelerin betonun don direnci üzerindeki etkileri Taguchi Yöntemi ile optimize edilmiş, oluşan iç hasar ise Hasar Mekaniğine dayalı olarak geliştirilen Skaler Hasar Değişkeni (D) ile analiz edilmiştir. Deneylerde seçilen parametreler; su-çimento oranı, çimento içeriği, hava sürükleyici katkı maddesi, kür şartlan ve ikinci mastarlama (yanlızca seri B için)'dır. Donma-çözülme etkisi ile betonda 100 çevrim boyunca oluşan hasar, boy ve ağırlık değişimi; donma-buz çözücü tuz etkisi ile 50 çevrim boyunca oluşan hasar ise görsel yöntem ve pullanma miktarı ile belirlenmiştir. Her iki seride de numunelerde oluşan iç hasar ultrases hızı (UPV) ile ölçülmüştür. Numunelerin boşluk yapısı Civalı Porozimetre, mikroyapısal analizler ise XRD, TG ve SEM ile yapılmıştır. Yapılan optimizasyon ve hasar analizinden sonra betonun don direncini etkileyen en önemli parametrenin, yeterli dozda olmak koşulu ile, hava sürükleyici katkı maddesi olduğu tesbit edilmiştir. Taze betona %4-6 arasında hava sürüklemek, betona yeterli don direnci vermiştir. Betonun donma-çözülme direncini en iyi boy değişimi, donma-buz çözücü tuz direncini ise birim alandan olan pullanma yansıtmıştır. Ayrıca, yüzey pürüzlülüğüne karşı duyarlı olmasına rağmen UPV ile toplanan veriler D ile analiz edilerek de betonun don direncininin belirlenebileceği sonucuna varılmıştır. Yeterli don direnci için D=0.40 değeri üst limit olarak alınabilir. Betonun don direncini belirlemek için ASTM standartlarının önerdikleri yöntemler çok şiddetli ve sübjektiftir. Bu nedenle bu konudaki standart geliştirme çalışmalarında CIF-Test prosedürü örnek alınmalıdır. Yapılan iç yapı çalışmalarında ise donma-çözülme etkisiyle betondaki boşluklarda gecikmiş etrenjit, donma-buz çözücü tuz etkisiyle ise etrenjitle beraber Kuzel tuzu (veya Friedel tuzu)'nun oluştuğu tesbit edilmiştir. Among the most important mechanisms, which may lead to disintegration of concrete, are; i) generation of hydraulic pressure due to freezing in capillaries, ii) diffusion of gel water into capillaries followed by freezing, ii) differential strains due to localised and swelling as well as thermal strains, and iv) osmotic pressures resulting from partial freezing in capillaries of solutions with a local salt concentration. The present work submits a detailed investigation on the resistance of freeze-thaw (series A) and freeze-deicing salt (series B) of the concretes having different compositions. The effects of the experimental parameters on the frost resistance of concrete were optimised by Taguchi Method. The internal damage occured was analysed by scalar damage variable (D) based on Damage Mechanics. The parameters chosen in the experiments were water-cement ratio, cement content, air-entrainment admixture, curing conditions and different finishing procedure (only for series B). For freezing and thawing, the deterioration was determined for 100 cycles by length change and weight loss while for freezing and deicing salt it was determined for 50 cycles by visual inspection and surface scalling. For both series, the internal damage was measured by ultrasonic pulse velocity (UPV) tecnique. The pore structure of the samples was determined by Mercury Porosimetry, and the transitions in the microstructures were examined by XRD, TG and SEM. The optimisation and the damage analysis results showed that the most important parameter governing the frost resistance of the concrete was the air-entrainment admixture provided that it was employed in sufficient dosage, which corresponded to an air content with 4-6% of fresh concrete. The best methods for the determination of freeze-thaw and freeze-deicing s alt resistance were to measure the length change and to weight the scalling amount, respectively. Although the UPV is sensitive to surface roughness, it can be used to determine the internal damage. The data from UPV can be analysed by D. The value of D=0.40 can be taken as critical limit for frost resistance. Since the methods prepared by ASTM to determine the frost resistance of concrete are very severe and subjective, for standardisation studies, the CIF-Test procedure must be taken into consideration. It was determined that in microstructural analysis, delayed ettringite was formed in the cracks due to freezing and thawing effect and Kuzel's salt (or Friedel's salt) was formed accompanied by ettringite formation due to deicing salt effect. ÖZET Doğal veya suni hafif agregalarla üretilen hafif betonlar, normal betonlara göre daha hafif olup daha yüksek ısı yalıtımı özelliğine sahiptirler. Bu özellikleri yanısıra hafif betonları taşıyıcı elemanlarda da kullanmak mümkündür. Bu çalışmada, Van ili Erciş ilçesi Kocapınar yöresi hafif agregasının (pomza) hafif beton üretiminde kullanılabilirliği araştırılmıştır. Bunun için pomza.karışımdaki toplam agrega hacmine oranla, % 25, % 50, % 75 ve %100 oranlarında normal agregaya katılarak üç farklı çökme değerli (3±1 cm, 5±1 cm ve 7+1 cm) betonlar üretilmiştir. Daha sonra % 75 normal, % 25 hafif agregalı karışımlarda dozaj 200, 250, 300, 350, 400 ve 500 kg/m3 şeklinde değiştirilerek dozajın betona etkisi incelenmiştir. Bunlara ilaveten yukarıdaki karışımda 300 kg/m3 dozlu betonlarda karışıma, çimento ağırlığına oranla % 16.67, % 33.33, % 50, % 66.67 ve % 100 oranlarında puzolan katılarak pomzanın puzolanik özelliğinin olup olmadığı araştırılmıştır. Elde edilen bu betonların birim ağırlık ve mukavemet gibi özellikleri yalnızca normal agrega kullanılarak üretilen betonların aynı özellikleri ile karşılaştırılmıştır. % 25 ve % 100 oranlarında pomza katılan karışımların birim ağırlıklarının, tamamen normal agrega ile üretilen betonların birim ağırlıklarına oranla % 12 ve % 41.5 oranlarında daha düşük olduğu görülmüştür. Ancak, birim ağırlıktaki bu azalma ile birlikte mukavemetin de düştüğü tespit edilmiştir. Çimento dozajı ise betonun hem birim ağırlığını hem de mukavemetini artırmıştır. Karışımdaki puzolan da mukavemet düşmelerine sebeb olsa da düşük puzolan oranlarında bu düşmelerin çok az olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Sonuçta; bu hafif agreganın hem yalıtım maksatlı hem de taşıyıcı olarak kullanılan hafif betonların üretiminde kullanılabileceği ve puzolanik özelliğinin olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. SUMMARY Lightweight concretes produced with natural or artifical lightweight aggregates are lighter and have larger termal insulation properties than those of normal concrete. Lightweight concretes are used succesfully in the construction of structural units. In this study, the usability of lightweight aggregate (pumice) from Erciş region of Van province in the production of lightweight concrete has been investigated. For this porpuse, concretes with there different slump values (3 ± 1 cm, 5 ± 1 cm and 7 ± 1 cm) have been produced by mixing the pumice with normal aggregate. These concretes had 25, 50, 75 and 100 % pumice. The effect of cement quantity on the concrete was investigated by using a mixture of 75 % normal and 25 % lightweight aggregates in quantities of 200, 250, 300, 350, 400 and 500 % kg/m3. In addition to this, in order to investigate whether pumice had pozzolanic property the above mixture with 300 kg/m3 cement quantity was mixed with pozzolan in quantities of 16.67, 33.33, 50, 66.67, and 100 % with respect to the cement weight. Properties of these concretes, such as unit weight and compressive strength, was compared with the same properties of concretes produced by using only normal aggregate. It was observed that unit weights of mixtures with 25 % and 100 % pumice were, respectively, 12 % and 41.5 % lower than those of concretes produced by using only normal aggregate. It was also observed that the compressive strength decreased with decreasing unit weight. On the other hand, increasing cement quantity increased both unit weight and compressive strength. It was shown that, although the pozzolan caused decreases in the compressive strength, its effect was not significant for its smaller ratios. In conclusion, It was found that this lightweight aggregate had pozzolanic property and could be used in the pruduction of lightweight concretes used for both insulation and structural purposes. 116

Bu çalışmada 500 dozlu, su/bağlayıcı oranı 0,30 olan, %2 süper akışkanlaştırıcı katkılı (SAK) ve çimentonun %10'u yerine silis dumanı (SD) ikamesi içeren yüksek dayanımlı betonlar üretilmiştir. Çimento miktarının %0, %10, %20 ve %30'u oranlarında uçucu kül (UK) kullanılmıştır. Üretilen betonlar havada ve suda ayrı ayrı 28 gün süre ile kür edilmiştir. Numuneler etüvde 24 saat süre ile kurutulduktan sonra su emme oranları ölçülmüş ve 23°C, 100°C, 300°C, 500°C ve 700°C sıcaklıklara maruz bırakıldıktan sonra basınç dayanımları incelenmiştir.Sonuç olarak karışımdaki UK oranının %10'dan fazla artması ile başlangıç basınç dayanımında genelde düşüşler gözlenmiştir. Öyle ki %30 UK içeren havada ve suda kür edilmiş numunelerin genel itibariyle yüksek dayanımlı beton sınıfında değerlendirilemeyecek basınç dayanımlarına sahip olmuştur. UK oranı arttıkça hem havada kür edilmiş hem de suda kür edilmiş numunelerin su emme miktarları azalmıştır. Tüm sıcaklık değerlerinde suda kür edilmiş numuneler havada kür edilmiş numunelerden genellikle daha yüksek basınç dayanımı değerlerine sahip olmuşlardır. Yüksek sıcaklık etkisi altında her iki kür ortamı için de %10 UK katkılı karışımlar en yüksek basınç dayanımı değerlerini vermiştir. Bu nedenle, yüksek dayanımlı/performanslı beton üretiminde SD'nin tek başına kullanılmasından ise uygun oranda olmak koşuluyla UK ile birlikte kullanılması önerilmiştir. Bu çalışma çerçevesinde %10 SD içeren betonlar için optimum UK oranı %10 olarak belirlenmiştir. Nitekim tüm karışımlar içerisinde 700°C'de en yüksek basınç dayanımına %10SD + %10UK karışım oranına sahip numunelerin sahip olmuştur. In this study, high strength concrete with 500 doses, water/binder ratio 0.30, 2% superfluidizer additive (SFA) and silica fume (SF) substitution were produced instead of 10% of cement. Fly ash (FA) was used for 0%, 10%, 20% and 30% of cement amount. The concrete produced was cured separately in air and water for 28 days. After drying the samples for 24 hours, water absorption rates were measured and pressure resistances were examined after exposure to temperatures of 23⁰C, 100⁰C, 300⁰C, 500⁰C and 700⁰C.As a result, the FA ratio in the mixture increased by more than 10% and overall decreases in initial pressure strength were observed. So, that air and water cured samples containing 30% FA have generally had pressure resistances that cannot be evaluated in the high strength concrete class. As the FA rate increased, water absorption amounts of both air-cured and water-cured samples decreased. Water-cured samples at all temperature values have generally higher compressive strength values than air-cured samples. For both curing environments under the influence of high temperatures, 10% FA doped mixtures yielded the highest compressive strength values. Therefore, it is recommended that SF be used alone in the production of high strength/performance concrete and that it be used in conjunction with the FA, provided that it is appropriate. In this study, the optimum FA ratio for concrete containing 10% SF was determined as 10%. As a matter of fact, the samples had the highest pressure strength at 700⁰C with a mixture ratio of 10SF + 10FA. 72

Bu çalışmada farklı dayanımlı bazı özel betonlar ile geleneksel betonun gerilme-şekil değiştirme davranışlarını karşılaştırılmıştır. Çalışmada özel beton olarak çelik lifli, mikro polipropilen lifli ve kendiliğinden yerleşen betonlar seçilmiştir. Dayanım sınıfı olarak da C16, C30 ve C50 betonları alınmıştır. Deneylerde maksimum agrega çapı 16 mm, çelik lif ve mikro polipropilen lif oranı %1, mineral katkı olarak silis dumanı seçilmiş, kimyasal katkı olarak ise süper akışkanlaştırıcı katkı kullanılmıştır. Taze beton deneyleri olarak çökme, birim ağırlık ve yayılma; sertleşmiş beton deneyleri olarak ise eksenel basınç dayanımı ile eğilmede çekme deneyleri yapılmıştır. Betonların eksenel basınç yükü altındaki gerilme-şekil değiştirme grafiklerinin elde edildiği çalışmada tüm betonların elastisite modülleri ve toklukları hesaplanmıştır. Sonuç olarak; düşük (C16), orta (C30) ve nispeten yüksek (C50) beton sınıfına sahip olan betonların şekil değiştirme kapasitelerinin birbirinden farklı oldukları belirlenmiştir. En fazla şekil değiştirme kapasitesine sahip betonların ise çelik lif içeren betonlar olduğu belirlenmiştir. Tüm beton çeşitlerinde, beton sınıfı arttıkça elastisite modülü de artmıştır. Ayrıca, 30MLPB hariç, diğer tüm sınıflarda çelik lif içeren betonların en yüksek tokluk değerlerine sahip olduğu belirlenmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Beton, Çelik Lif, Mikro Polipropilen Lif, Kendiliğinden Yerleşen Beton, Gerilme-Şekil Değiştirme, Elastisite Modülü, Tokluk In this study, stress-strain behaviors of some types of special concrete with different strength are compared with those of conventional concrete. Concretes including steel fibers and micro polypropylene fibers and self-compacting concrete were chosen as special concretes. C16, C30 and C50 were also taken as strength classes. The maximum aggregate size was 16 mm, the ratio of steel fiber and micro polypropylene fiber was 1%, silica fume was used as a mineral additive and super plasticizing additive was used as a chemical additive in the tests. Slump, unit weight and slump-flow were chosen as fresh concrete tests; axial compressive strength and flexural strength tests were carried out as hardened concrete tests. In the study of the stress-strain diagrams of concrete under axial pressure load, elastic modulus and toughness of all concretes were calculated. As a result; it has been determined that the strain capacities of concrete with low (C16), medium (C30) and relatively high (C50) concrete classes are different from each other. Concretes with the highest strain capacity were determined to be concrete containing steel fiber. In all concrete types, as the concrete class increases, the modulus of elasticity also increases. Bu tez çalışmasında; günümüzde giderek artan bir şekilde açığa çıkan elektronik aletlerin atığının (e-atık), polimer betonda bulunan dolgu maddesinin (kuvars kumu ve çakıl) bir kısmı yerine kullanılması sonucu betonun mekanik özelliklerindeki değişimin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, doymamış polyester reçine malzemesi, polimer malzeme olarak seçilmiş ve polimer beton üretiminde bağlayıcı olarak kullanılmıştır. Dolgu maddesi olarak kuvars kumu, çakıl ve bu iki malzemeyle belirli oranlarda yer değiştiren elektronik plastik atık kullanılmıştır. Literatürdeki çalışmalar da dikkate alınarak maksimum agrega tane boyutu 16 mm olarak seçilmiştir. Buna ilaveten reçine/dolgu oranı %10-%90, %15-%85 ve %20-%80 olarak belirlenmiş, elektronik plastik/dolgu oranının da %0, %5, %15 ve %25 olacak şekilde karışıma katılmasına karar verilmiştir. Ayrıca yapılan ön deneylerin sonucunda polimer betona katılacak sertleştirici oranının %1, hızlandırıcı oranının ise %0,1 olmasına karar verilmiştir. Toplamda 3 seri ve 12 gruptan oluşan polimer beton üretiminde, her bir grup için 4 adet 100x200 mm'lik silindir numune ile 2 adet 70x70x280 mm'lik prizma numuneler üretilmiştir. Böylece deneysel çalışma sonucunda, toplamda 48 adet silindir ve 24 adet prizma numune üretimi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Elde edilen numuneler üzerinde 28 günlük eksenel basınç deneyi, eğilmede çekme deneyi, yarmada çekme deneyi yapılarak sonuçları değerlendirilmiştir. Yapılan deneyler sonucunda; e-plastik oranı arttıkça basınç, eğilmede ve yarmada çekme dayanımları azalmıştır. Öte yandan elektronik plastik atık polimer betonun sünekliğini artırmıştır. Ayrıca ideal reçine oranının %15 ve e-plastik oranının da %5 ve %15 olduğu görülmüştür. In this study, with using partially waste of electronic equipments (e-waste) which comes out increasingly in this days, using instead of some part of filler(quartz sand and gravel)which exists in polymer concrete analysis of the changes in the mechanical properties of concrete is aimed. For this purpose, the unsaturated polyester resin material chosen as polymer material and used as binders at polymer concrete production. As filler element quartz sand, gravel and electronic plastic waste, susbstitutes with these two materials at specific portion, are used. Maximum aggregate size is chosen as 16 mm by taking into account the studies in the literature also. In addition, the resin/ filler ratio is determined as 10%-90%, 15%-85%, 20%-80% and electronic plastic/ filler ratio as 0%, 5%, 15% and %25 is decided to join in to mix. Also as the results of preliminary experiments the ratio of hardener which will added to polymer concrete as 1% and the accelerator ratio as 0,1% are decided.In polymer concrete production which consists of 3 series and 12 groups as total,for each group 4 pieces 100x200 mm cylinder samples with 70x70x280 mm prism specimens as 2 pieces were produced. Thus, as a result of experimental studies, a total of 48 cylinders and 24 prism samples were produced. On the obtained samples with axial compression test, flexural test, splitting tensile test for 28 days and the results are evaluated. The experiements show that when e-plastic rate increases, compressive, bending and splitting tensile strength are decreased. On the other hand, electronic plastic waste increased the ductility of polymer concrete. Also the ideal resin ratio as 15% and e-plastic ratio as 5% and 15% were observed. 104
