- Abstract
Purpose. The purpose of this article are studies of the creative concept of training in the preparation of economists in the functioning of the system of higher education in Ukraine in the context of euro integration. Achieving the goal necessitates the following tasks: analytical comparison of traditional teaching methods (lectures, seminars, workshops) with creative techniques; conduct creative personality characteristics by processing the literature; summarizing the experience of formation of professional competence of students by conducting classes in the form of "gaming"; analysis of the progress and quality of training in the implementation of innovative teaching methods. Methods. Method of research involves the use of methods of analysis and synthesis, comparison (to determine the differences of traditional and innovative methods of teaching), the method of generalization (to summarize the results of performance and quality of training in the implementation of innovative teaching methods), systems approach (to organize the individual components of creativity). Findings. We analyzed the symptoms that are characteristic to replace traditional methods of learning innovation. The basic innovative methods and teaching methods in the preparation of economists in the universities. Expediency of the creative concept of training to improve the competitiveness of the future experts in the conditions of Euro integration of Ukraine. Originality. It was revealed that in the Euro integration of Ukraine changed the requirements for the level of training of future specialists, especially economists, it requires a change in teaching methods. Systematize the basic components of a creative personality. Bring the feasibility of using innovative teaching methods: the introduction of "gaming", the use of multimedia equipment for training, student participation in the programs of academic mobility and other EU projects. The practical significance. Understanding the need to implement the creative concept of learning allows the introduction of innovative teaching methods, which can significantly improve the training of future specialists, especially economists, and allow them to be competitive not only in the labor market in Ukraine, but also on the European labor market.
