В статье рассмотрены проблемы международного трудового права в условиях глобализации и региональной интеграции. Глобализация рассматривается в качестве одной из актуальных негативныхтенденций, проявляющихся в сближении государств международного сообщества с целью оказанияих взаимного влияния в различных сферах. Экономическая региональная интеграция приводит кформированию межгосударственных рынков труда, в связи с чем ставится вопрос о возможностях и эффективности международного трудового права в условиях глобализации и региональной интеграции. Задачейнастоящего исследования является характеристика проблем глобализации, региональной интеграции.

Delayed entry into first marriage, seen as an element of the second demographic transition, represents one of the markers of global changes in society. However, this element can vary depending on economic opportunities in different countries and the geographical scale at which changes occur. The aim of this study is to analyze the impact of global economic trends on the temporal changes in marriage entry. Systematic analysis and critical interpretation were used to assess the coherence of the argumentation, identify any hidden assumptions, biases and potential problems, and thus gain a deeper understanding and evaluation of the various materials. The selected literature was subjected to analysis using NVivo software. The analysis of studies confirming the link between economic conditions and family decisions indicates that factors influencing marriage postponement include individual educational and economic opportunities, workforce mobility, access to global markets, as well as employment instability and labor market uncertainty. In some parts of the world, worsening youth employment conditions emerge as a barrier to family formation, particularly among men, but women's ability to earn contributes to a steady rise in their social status and decision-making opportunities. Despite variations in these trends within societies, dependent on socio-economic conditions and cultural norms, the overall picture suggests that people today have more choices than ever before. The article provides an overview of research on religious identity conducted by the scholars from Kazakhstan. An analysis of various methodological approaches and the evolution of the study of religious identity in Kazakhstan was carried out. The findings were obtained through application of a qualitative analysis of 21 publications using the keyword "Religious identity" in two internationally recognized citation databases, i.e., "Scopus" and "Web of Science". Through application of such research method, the authors attempted to answer the research questions relating to following issues; the aspects religious scholars from Kazakhstan pay attention to and scientific conclusions they reached when studying the problem of religious identity, the hierarchy of factors influencing the formation of religious identity, interaction of religious identity with other spheres of identity and forms of its manifestation. The analysis of publications allowed the authors to carry out some terminological differentiation and identify the main priority areas that would enable scholars from Kazakhstan to formulate future research tasks. Further, the article focuses specifically on the religious identity of women and provides the results of the analysis of educational, age, ethnic, and cultural factors forming and changing their religious identities. At the same time, the analysis of the selected publications made it possible to identify the gaps jeopardizing the advancement of the scholarship of religious identity in Kazakhstan. This study is aimed at considering topical international legal problems of ensuring international security in the modern environment of environmental and nuclear law. Within the framework of this article, special emphasis is placed on the fact that in the current conditions of international relations, the authority of international law has been significantly undermined in recent years, which is why it is necessary to reaffirm the belief in the inviolability and necessity of the existence of the international legal system as a guarantor of the continued existence of mankind in a stable and inviolable international peace and security. The author draws attention to the fact that one of the possible ways to raise the value of general international law can be the modernization of international legal consciousness, which should be filled with a qualitatively new content, due to the need to solve problems associated with the growth of new threats and challenges to the existence of mankind.

Обосновано формирование урбанологии как новой синтетической науки о городах. В ней систематизированы и обобщены актуальные сведения ряда естественных, гуманитарных, инженерных и информационно-технологических наук о различных аспектах существования и развития городов и сформирован общий каркас системы знаний о реальных процессах их функционирования. Раскрыты понятие, объект, предмет, задачи и функции урбанологии, ее истоки и соотношение с другими науками, намечены основные направления разработки урбанологической теории современного города. В авторском понимании урбанология – наука, которая изучает города как сложные социальные системы, связанные с окружающей средой и взаимодействующие с ней. С урбанологией сопряжен сити-менеджмент – система управления городом, включающая планирование, организацию, контроль и координацию всех аспектов городской жизни, в том числе экономики, инфраструктуры, транспорта, социальной сферы, экологии и безопасности. Показано, что урбанология, как наука и учебная специальность, обладает уникальным и качественно новым функциональным потенциалом для разработки как теоретических моделей, так и практических рекомендаций по обеспечению устойчивого и эффективного регулирования жизнедеятельности горожан. Урбанология рассматривает особенности городской среды и предлагает решения по улучшению качества жизни горожан, а сити-менеджмент занимается практическим управлением городом и реализацией подобных решений. Обобщены теоретические модели зарубежных и отечественных специалистов, проанализирован их эвристический потенциал и выявлена значимость этих моделей для изучения современных проблем городов. Предложен ряд направлений дальнейших исследований, призванных обеспечить выход процесса формирования проектных решений в части пространственного развития городов на новый уровень. Подчеркнута важность социальной справедливости и экологического благополучия в городской среде. Статья может быть интересна географам, архитекторам, градостроителям, руководителям органов исполнительной власти, отдельных предприятий и учреждений, а также всем, кто интересуется современным развитием городов в условиях глобализации.

Статья посвящена феномену социально вовлеченного буддизма в современном мире. Данное движение нередко называют ангажированным или социально-ангажированным буддизмом. Социально вовлеченный буддизм сегодня сосредоточен на расширении воз­мож­ностей буддизма в решении социальных проблем. Отчасти вовлеченный буддизм можно рассматривать как основной компонент растущего западного буддийского движения. В то же время социально вовлеченный буддизм сохраняет свою связь с традиционным буддизмом, который является его духовной основой и источником вдохновения. Эта форма буддизма впервые появилась в Азии во второй половине XX в. как ответ на вызовы колониализма, модернизации и секуляризации. Одним из первых примеров социально вовлеченного буддизма можно считать движение Сарводая в Шри-Ланке. Оно возникло в 1970-е гг. и начало внедрять в практику буддийскую хозяйственную модель. Среди других организаций, представляющих социально вовлеченный буддизм, можно вы­делить Международную сеть вовлеченных буддистов, Буддийское братство мира, Сока Гаккай Интернэшнл и т. д. Ярким представителем социально вовлеченного буддизма был вьетнамский мастер Тхить Нят Хань, хорошо известный в современном мире. Близок по своим убеждениям к социально вовлеченному буддизму и Его Святейшество Далай-лама XIV. В деятельности современных буддийских организаций России также можно обнаружить значительный элемент социально вовлеченного буддизма — стремление активно участво­вать в решении социальных проблем и вызовов. Буддийская традиционная Сангха России (БТСР) по инициативе XXIV Пандито Хамбо-ламы Д. Аюшеева уже более 10 лет реализует проект «Социальная отара». В Калмыкии при поддержке главного храма республики «Зо­лотая обитель Будды Шакьямуни» периодически проводятся благотворительные акции «Доброе сердце». Буддийское духовенство Тувы участвует в пропаганде здорового образа жизни, вклю­чающего в себя и культуру питания, и формирование нравственно здоровой личности. В последние годы социально вовлеченный буддизм превратился в отдельную область академических исследований и распространился среди буддийских общин по всему миру. Круг вопросов, которыми занимаются социально ориентированные буддисты разных традиций данной религии, теперь включает: ми­ротворчество, охрану окружающей среды, борьбу с расизмом и ксенофобией, работу с заключенными, хосписную помощь, борьбу с негативными последствиями глобализации, гендерные вопросы и т. д.

Целью данной статьи является анализ лексико-грамматических приёмов речевого манипулирования в политических англоязычных текстах и выявление наиболее часто и наименее часто использующихся. Пропаганда, рассматриваемая в поле политического дискурса, направлена на изменение отношения людей к обществу, в котором они живут, к его главным ценностям и приоритетам. Речевые манипуляции в политике реализуются не только в выступлениях политиков, немаловажную роль в этом процессе играют СМИ и интернет. В политических текстах языковые манипуляции представлены весьма широко – а именно, совокупностью приёмов, и имеют несколько целей – сформировать и навязать аудитории определённые взгляды, а также – побудить её к действиям, желательным для манипуляторов.

Авторы проверяют гипотезу о том, что глобализация не прекращается, а становится региональной, в связи с чем формируются интеграционные ядра в каждом регионе. Цель работы — выявить характерные черты «новой глобализации» и характера работы интеграционных ядер. Для достижения цели поставлен ряд задач: проанализировать интеграционные процессы в азиатском и латиноамериканском регионах с использованием эконометрических методов, проверить наличие предпосылок для формирования интеграционных ядер в исследуемых регионах, выделить особенности этих процессов. Использованы методы динамического норматива, статистического и корреляционного анализа. Гипотеза доказана через систему разработанных инструментов в части формирования интеграционного ядра в Азии и опровергнута для Латинской Америки. Определены следующие особенности интеграционных ядер: противодействие неоколониализму; продвижение экспортоориентированной модели; технологическая кооперация; способность превзойти страны англосаксонского мир-системного ядра в экономическом развитии; выделение новых черт глобализации — увеличение издержек взаимодействия между странами и ядрами; конфликтогенность и фрагментированность самого процесса глобализации; выделение возможных путей кросс-ядерных взаимодействий. Ключевым выводом исследования стало доказательство гипотезы о формировании глобализационных ядер и изменении процесса глобализации в сторону его фрагментированности.

This article follows the substantial shift in the position of Karl Marx from a somewhat evolutionist conception of development to one that aligns more with our understanding of combined and uneven development. Lenin's epistemological break from an orthodox or evolutionist view of development to a view of the global economy via the hinge of imperialism then ushers in a new view of capitalism as non-homogenous, where part of the world develops and another 'under-develops'. Does the later neo-Marxist conception of 'under-development' represent a continuation of Marx's concept of capitalist development, or does it represent something completely different? My argument is that we need a return to Marx despite the ambiguities in his own analysis to obtain a useful guide to development in the 21st century. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The article is based on the results of a nationally representative sociological survey conducted in 2021 within the project “National and European Dimensions of the Contemporary Identity of Bulgarians” (KP06-H50/6/30.11.2020), funded by the Bulgarian National Science Fund. The transformations in the identity of Bulgarian citizens are traced in today’s world of increased mobility, migration and communication with representatives of other ethnicities and nations, which changes the meaning of national borders, eliminates the closedness of national cultures and leads to the formation of a consciousness of supranational or European identity. The analysis of the ongoing processes in the contemporary identity of Bulgarian citizens is based on the understanding of identity as a social construct which has relational and situational/contextual structure, determined by the nature of interaction with “others” and changing over time. The results show that although at this stage the national identity is the leading and determining one in the self-identification of the Bulgarian citizens, the processes of formation of the supranational/ European identity have begun and represents an important part of their self-identification. Over 50% of all Bulgarian citizens have consciousness of belonging to supranational structures, i.e., we can talk about processes of formation of supranational identity; and in 30% of them it is a question of a declared consciousness of belonging to Europe, including the identification as citizens of the European Union. The article examines the globalization of the 21st century, which is driven by the postmodernist processes of decanonization that create a hybrid cultural environment in the present. The main focus of the text is the film-literature relationship, which is both synergistic and competitive in the market of cultural products. The article presents key postmodern novels from the 80s and 90s of the last century and their film adaptations, which even in the 21st century reproduce with the techniques of cinema a common, archetypal, futuristic, fictional model. Cinema and literature in the third millennium are subordinated to corporate interests and media giants, and the rhizomatic interface between the arts argues for the ubiquitous hybridization of culture. Education of a comprehensively developed personality is one of the strategic tasks in the period of globalization and internationalization of modern educational space. Intensive communication processes of the modern world make us assess the role and importance of a foreign language in the educational process in a different way. Today formation of a highly qualified specialist is impossible in a narrow local framework. The system of global education implies formation of foreign language speech communication in students, allowing them to communicate freely in a different socio-cultural environment. When learning foreign languages, students first of all encounter not linguistic problems, but factors that determine social, everyday and cultural spheres of a target language country. Therefore, modern methods of teaching a foreign language cannot but include a sociocultural aspect, because it is only on its basis that the effect of linguistic-cultural immersion is achieved. The dialectical method is the basis of the methodology of the presented research. In the system analysis of various methods of learning foreign languages, the author uses a synergetic method. Investigating the application of the sociocultural approach in education, the author relies on the categorical apparatus presented in modern Pedagogy, Sociology and Cultural studies. As a result of the study, it has been shown that modern methods of teaching a foreign language should include socio-cultural aspects, which allow students to adapt more quickly to any foreign language environment.

Анализируются преобразования в системе социального страхования населения Федеративной Республики Германии в ХХІ в., произошедшие под влиянием процессов глобализации, увеличения миграционных потоков, демографических изменений и экономического кризиса. Отмечается, что нормы в сфере социального обеспечения в немецком обществе требуют совершенствования. Сегодня одними из главных задач правительства Германии выступают предоставление равных возможностей всем категориям населения и сокращение социальной несправедливости. Показано, что в основе обязательного социального страхования в ФРГ лежит принцип делегирования государством ряда задач исполнительным органам, а также принцип солидарности поколений, при котором часть выплат производит работающая часть населения. Определено, что на современном этапе развития Германии происходит отказ от сложившихся механизмов социального регулирования. На протяжении более чем века финансирование системы социального обеспечения в ФРГ осуществлялось за счет страховых взносов работоспособного населения и работодателей. Однако в связи с пандемией COVID-19, которая повлекла за собой значительные экономические трудности, финансирование системы социального обеспечения оказывается под вопросом. Сделан вывод о том, что проведенные в XXI в. правительством ФРГ реформы затронули наиболее подверженные кризисам области социального обеспечения, в частности рынок труда и пенсионную сферу, которые являются основой системы социального страхования.

В статье анализируются причины пренебрежения истиной в процессе толкования права и предлагаются направления выхода из кризиса современной юриспруденции. Актуализация духа права позволит верно расставить приоритеты при коллизиях правовых ценностей. Иерархия ценностей в праве предполагает уважение к истине. Но постмодерн, по существу, отвергает стремление к истине. Автор статьи отмечает опасности, связанные с господством постмодернизма в юридическом процессе. Глобализм муссирует многозначность в юриспруденции, то есть разнообразие смыслов и содержаний. Такая многозначность не оправдывается обстоятельствами объективного порядка. Многозначность права нужна глобализаторам мира для того, чтобы поддерживать и обострять проблему интерпретации (толкования) права, т. к. вследствие многозначности в любые нормы и принципы можно вкладывать различный смысл, до поры до времени не уточняя его. А затем действовать по ситуации, руководствуясь соображениями выгоды. Известное понятие лицемерия производно от многозначности. Юриспруденция обслуживает мир, основными характеристиками которого являются децентрализация, фрагментация, плюрализм, эклектика, множественность, неопределенность, прерывность, изменчивость и т. п. Для философии постмодернизма на первый план выходит не мировоззрение, а мироощущение, то есть рациональность и чувственность меняются местами: логически оформленная парадигма уступает место эмоциональным реакциям. Постмодернисты в качестве боевого отряда глобализма считают и невозможным и бесполезным пытаться устанавливать какой-либо иерархический порядок или какие-либо системы приоритетов в жизни. Если они и допускают существование модели мира, то основанной лишь на энтропии, на равновероятности и равноценности добра и зла, всех конститутивных элементов. В статье проводится идея о необходимости ранжирования принципов права. В процессе практического использования принципов права между ними неизбежны коллизии. В этом случае компромиссного решения между законностью и справедливостью не должно быть – решение нужно принимать в пользу справедливости. А коллизию между справедливостью и милосердием надо снимать в пользу милосердия. Любые коллизии между принципами права носят иерархический характер. Таким образом, любые коллизии среди принципов права следует преодолевать в пользу принципа высшего порядка.

В статье рассматриваются современные проблемы восприятия и реализации базового принципа верховенства закона через соотношение с конституционно-правовой концепцией парламентаризма, предлагаемой в качестве рычага повышения эффективности законотворческих процедури формирования внутренне устойчивого справедливого государственного механизма. Обращаетсявнимание на практические трудности сопоставления рассматриваемых терминов, связанные с различным национальным восприятием концепции верховенства закона; с дискуссионностью определения справедливости закона; с наличием зачастую неуловимой разницы между юридической силой закона и подзаконного акта; с вторжением судебной и исполнительной власти в прерогативызаконодателя; с процессами глобализации, ставящими наднациональные органы выше парламентов; с хаотичностью, противоречивостью, иррациональностью и значительным объемом норм права, а также многообразием сфер правового регулирования в современном государстве. В то же время в статье отмечаются позитивные тенденции сближения юридических конструкций верховенствазакона и парламентаризма, сопряженные с появлением юридических рычагов обеспечения реальности верховенства закона (права), в том числе конституционной юстиции, наднациональных органов;осознанием неразрывной взаимосвязи верховенства закона с реализацией прав человека, разделением властей, доступностью и справедливостью суда, ответственностью органов власти; постановкой вопроса об эффективности законодательства.

This article discusses the prerequisites for development, theoretical and methodological aspects and principles of modern globalizing world economy. The directions of the uneven distribution of benefits and the damage caused by globalization. It was found leads to increased globalization of homogeneity or heterogeneity mirotselostnosti. It analyzes the globalization of world economic ties on the basis of calculation of the globalization index (KOF Index of Globalization), which is calculated by the Swiss Economic Institute.

During an era of globalization and intensive development of the market relations in the world the increasing value is found by the problems affecting aspects of impact on the environment. With respect thereto the characteristic of development and application of various methods ofprevention of an environmental disaster is provided in work. Relevance of carrying out environmental audit and development of concepts of ecological management within various companies participating in the world economic relations that has economic, ecological and social aspects is reasoned. Importance of carrying out environmental audit for ensuring normal functioning of the companies and their active interaction with all market structures in world practice is shown.

Standing waiting for the next wave of the crisis and the negative news background have an oppressive effect on the Russian stock market. On the market there are no fresh investment ideas and the positive signals, the outflow of capital, investors and issuers continued, hopes to return to the market dynamics of the 2006-2007 years lost. Stock indices showed strong growth only in the beginning of the 2015 year to the end of the year they showed a positive return, which does not compensate for the loss of the previous year. The article presents the dynamics of the Russian stock market, the analysis of its key indicators. Marked paths and the vectors offurther development. The assessment of influence of the foreign capital on dynamics of the banking sector of the country is carried out. The effect from Russia's accession to the World Trade Organization and OECD is analysed. Observance of requirements of the Basel agreement III concerning standards of sufficiency of the capital and liquidity of the credit organizations of Russia is considered.

The article considers topical issues of functioning of the financial market in a globalized economy, approaches to determination of essence of the world financial market, classification of risks, inherent to the Russian financial market in terms of international sanctions. Analyzed the impact of the imposition of sanctions, the peculiarities of the stock market of the Moscow exchange in contrast to global exchanges. The analysis of risk factors in the financial market and ways to neutralize them.

The article aims at revealing the degree and power of the worldwide globalization processes influence on Russian national economy. In the process of research, the tasks were settled to define and analyze the key indicators characterizing the principal effects of globalization. Basing on the proposed model, the impact of globalization processes on the Russian economy is calculated. It is proved that the transnationalization index in Russia does not demonstrate steady dynamics. This is explained by the volatility of foreign direct investment, which directly depends on political conditions, the desire of residents to keep money within the state, the macroeconomic situation and relations with the main trading partners. The volume of exports of goods, services and capital are key indicators to determine the economic growth rate in the Russia. An increase in the real effective exchange rate of the ruble leads to a decrease in the gross domestic product.

The article considers topical issues of the functioning of the European market in a globalizing economy. The notion of «Euromarket», considers the types of transactions and loans in the Euromarket, the participants and direction of development. Identified major changes in operations on the Euromarket in the context of globalization, a share of participation of Bank of Russia and the national banks, the necessity of increase of efficiency offunctioning of the financial market in order to strengthen the international economic relations and increasing the volume of international trade in inancial instruments.

Душевный строй и менталитет каждого этноса меняется на протяжении всей его истории и зависит от событий, происходящих в жизни страны. Неизменными остаются устойчивые характеристики, определяющие черты и свойства национального духа, находящего свое отражение в культуре и языке народа. Именно язык является носителем культуры, а также непосредственно участвует в преемственности культурного и национального наследия. Глобализация и мировая интеграция с одной стороны, способствуют сближению и объединению культурных сообществ, а с другой – способны лишить сообщество национальной самобытности. Цель данной статьи – выявить и проанализировать языковые и культурные единицы, влияющие на мировоззрение национальной личности, а также причины, по которым некоторые национальные ценности могут утратить свою значимость в сознании отдельного представителя лингвокультурного сообщества.

В международной практике проявлениями глобализации выступает экономическая интеграция, либерализация экономических взаимосвязей, влияние геополитики на социально-экономическую ситуацию государств. В статье проведен анализ влияния глобализационных процессов на экономическую безопасность России. Определено, что имеющиеся нормы и правила, которые выдвигают процессы глобализации, усиливают угрозы национальной экономике. Государственное управление экономикой России требует перехода к принципам управления на основе утвержденных национальных приоритетов и государственных инновационно-инвестиционных проектов, подготовки специалистов, политики занятости, стратегии инновационного развития. Актуальным является развитие высокотехнологичных сфер, создание инновационных кластеров и центров трансфера технологий, упрощение ведения бизнеса, увеличение объемов прямых иностранных инвестиций, снижение импортозависимости.
