The article examines the theoretical and practical foundations of the formation of state juvenile policy. In particular, the initial principles on which an effective juvenile policy should be based are considered, in particular the principles of human rights, social justice, a preventive approach and an interdisciplinary approach. The author analyzes the role of state institutions in ensuring children's rights, as well as the interaction between different levels of government and public organizations. The importance of integrating social, legal and psychological aspects into the process of developing juvenile policy, as well as its adaptation to changing socio-cultural conditions, is emphasized. The key challenges and prospects facing the state in the context of protecting children's rights and preventing juvenile delinquency are also highlighted. The importance of interagency and intersectoral cooperation for the implementation of juvenile policy is also discussed. The emphasis is placed on the need for a comprehensive approach to the problem, which includes the interaction of social protection bodies, education, healthcare, law enforcement bodies and justice bodies. The author proposes a vision of a model of state juvenile polic y, which is aimed not only at punishing offenders, but also at creating favorable conditions for their rehabilitation and social adaptation. The issue of ensuring children's access to necessary social services, in particular in the field of psychosocial support and education, is also considered. An important aspect of the article is the identification of priority areas for the development of juvenile policy, including improving the legislative framework, modernizing the system of upbringing and support for children, and improving preventive measures to prevent delinquency among minors. In addition, the author emphasizes the need for constant assessment of the effectiveness of state juvenile policy and its adaptation to changes in society, in particular by taking into account the latest approaches in the field of psychology, sociology, and pedagogy. The article provides important recommendations for specialists in the field of juvenile justice, social workers, teachers, and representatives of state bodies who work with children and adolescents in difficult life situations. The article examines the scientific works of domestic scientists on the civil process and the practice of justice in civil cases for the meaningful evolutionary path of formation and development of national legal opinion and legislation regarding such a legal phenomenon as the principle of good faith. Issues of good faith and improper procedural behavior, abuse of procedural rights, civil procedural liability and procedural coercion, procedural duties as related legal categories of our research are analyzed. This topic is insufficiently developed, since domestic proceduralists mainly focus their efforts on the problem of abuse of procedural rights in civil proceedings, fragmentarily touching on the issue of procedural integrity. The main works of modern Ukrainian researchers who studied the problem of the principle of good faith in its various manifestations, which, in our opinion, have a conceptually complete character and serve the purpose of studying the chosen subject of research are considered. In general, a number of researchers consider good faith through the interaction of the court and the parties in the civil process, characterize it as a complex, evaluative legal category that distinguishes lawful procedural behavior from the abuse of procedural rights, draw attention to the need for a legislative definition of the definition and criteria of the abuse of law. Adjacent legal categories are studied, which allow identifying possible forms of abuse of procedural rights, classification and assessment of the legal consequences of their implementation. Measures are proposed to encourage participants in the court process to conscientious procedural behavior during the consideration and resolution of a civil case. It was determined that good faith in civil justice has an integrative meaning, and may include similar legal categories: prohibition of abuse of procedural rights; requirement of conscientious performance of procedural duties; procedural estoppel or prohibition of other unlawful obstructions in the administration of justice. В статті розглядається методологічна проблема використання методу опитування на етапі збирання первинних даних в дослідженнях невизначеності стратегічного контексту бізнесу. Встановлено, що в сучасних дослідницьких проєктах використовують декілька методів збирання первинних даних, які дозволяють отримати достовірну якісну інформацію: опитування, спостереження, інтерв`ю, кейс-методів, а також методи експертних оцінок та статистичного аналізу. Розглянуто методологічний дизайн досліджень різної тематичної спрямованості, що виконані в період 2023-2024 рр. міжнародними й українськими консалтинговими компаніями та аналітичними агенціями. Емпіричні дані вказаних досліджень отримані методом опитування цільових груп респондентів – керівників компаній різних видів діяльності, масштабів та локацій. Зроблено висновки щодо обмежень та переваг застосування методу опитування в методології досліджень невизначеності стратегічного контексту бізнесу.

The article is devoted to a topical subject of distributed generation of electrical energy. The cage and skip mine hoists of the iron ore mining enterprise were considered as generators of electrical energy. The purpose of the study is to compare theoretical and experimental data on electricity generation by mine hoisting units of the Sukha Balka PJSK (Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine). The research methods are theoretical ones - on the transformation of the potential energy of a solid body into electrical energy during its movement through a mine shaft, and experimental ones - involving instrumental measurements of the consumption and generation of electrical energy by cage and skip hoists units during industrial operation. Research schedule: collection and processing of information on the operation of the cage and skip hoists of the mine named after Frunze and similar indicators of the cage and skip hoists units of the Yuvileyna mine for the period from September 1 to December 31, 2021. The novelty of the research lies in the instrumental measurement of the electrical parameters of mine hoists in real Ukrainian operating conditions. The most significant results: it was found that the volumes of electricity generation by mine cage hoists significantly exceed the results of skip hoists. The actual indicators of electricity generation by cage hoists units are much lower than the results of theoretical estimates. There is an imbalance between the generation and consumption of energy resources - 9% for the cage elevation of the mine Frunze; about 2% for the cage hoist of the Yuvileyna mine; less than 1% on skip units. It was found that there is a statistically significant correlative relationship between the generation and consumption of electricity by the cage hoist of the mine named after Frunze and no statistically significant relationship between the generation and consumption of electricity by the cage hoist unit of the Yuvileyna mine. The electricity obtained from the daily operation of two cage and two skip units of the Sukha Balka PJSC (approximately 400 kWh) is enough to power 58 average Ukrainian households. The article describes the development of the history of studying the discipline "Methods of ecological research". Three periods are conventionally distinguished, which demonstrate the gradual progress of the formation of this teaching. The first stage (before the 1850s) - scientists began to study the relationship between vegetation, animals and the environment. During this time, such fundamental research methods as detection, tagging, and monitoring of animal dynamics, population monitoring, measurement of biological parameters, and analysis of the impact of human activity on the environment were created. The second stage (1850-1970) - during this period, scientists began to use more sophisticated methods, such as soil and water chemical analysis, gas analysis, radioisotope methods and satellite technology. Standardization of research methods also took place. New areas of research are emerging, such as environmental genetics, molecular ecology, and environmental biochemistry. The third stage (after 1970) is the period when scientists use more precise and advanced research methods, including molecular and genetic methods. Quantitative research methods are being developed, such as mathematical modeling of ecosystems and statistical data analysis. The article describes the development of the history of the study of science "University education and academic writing". Three periods are conventionally distinguished, which demonstrate the gradual progress of the formation of this doctrine. The first stage (up to the ХVIII century) -- in the Middle Ages, universities developed as centers of preservation and transmission of knowledge in the fields of theology, medicine, and law. Over time, church universities were replaced by state universities that had a greater level of autonomy and independence from church authorities. The period when the Catholic and Protestant churches begin to compete for control of the universities. During this period, university education became more secular, and states began to play an important role in the funding and management of universities. The main emphasis was on the development of speaking skills, critical thinking and general education, without clearly defined standards of academic writing. The second stage (XVIII-XX centuries) - during this period, the courses taught at universities are expanded, new specialties appear, universities become more accessible to the general mass of people, and not only to the elite. Also, during this period, the development of mass higher education takes place, new methods of learning and research appear, new technologies and means of communication appear. During this period, the importance of research activities in the university environment is growing. The study of academic writing becomes more systematic, the first courses and textbooks on this subject appear. The third stage (after the ХХ century) -- at this stage, large-scale reforms of university education are carried out in order to improve its quality and efficiency. In particular, educational programs are being reformed, the latest learning and knowledge assessment technologies are being introduced, and the structure of university institutions and their management is changing. Particular attention is paid to the development of research activities, in particular, the introduction of innovative technologies, the creation of research centers and laboratories. The importance of the development of computer technology and digital media is increasing, which affects the ways of learning and the practice of academic writing. У статті розглядаються наукові праці вітчиз­няних вчених з цивільного процесу і практики правосуддя у цивільних справах для осмислен­няеволюційного шляху становлення й розвитку національної правової думки та законодавства щодо такого правового явища, як принцип до­бросовісності. Аналізуються питання добросо­вісності та неправомірної процесуальної пове­дінки, зловживання процесуальними права­ми, цивільної процесуальної відповідальності та процесуального примусу, процесуальних обов’язків як суміжних правових категорій на­шого дослідження. Вказана тема є недостатньо розробленою, оскільки вітчизняні процесуалісти переважно зосереджують свої зусилля на проблемі злов­живання процесуальними правами в цивільному судочинстві, фрагментарно зачіпаючи питання процесуальної добросовісності. Розглянуто основні праці сучасних україн­ськихдослідників, які вивчали проблематику принципу добросовісності у різних його про­явах,які, на нашу думку, мають концептуально завершений характер і слугують цілям вивчення обраного предмета дослідження. Узагальнено, що ряд дослідників розгляда­ютьдобросовісність через взаємодію суду і сто­рін у цивільному процесі, характеризують її як комплексну, оціночну правову категорію, яка розмежовує правомірну процесуальну поведін­ку від зловживання процесуальними правами, звертають увагу на необхідність законодавчого визначення дефініції та критеріїв зловживання правом. Досліджуються суміжні правові катего­рії, які дозволяють виявити можливі форми про­яву зловживань процесуальними правами, про­водятьїх класифікацію та оцінку правових на­слідків здійснення. Пропонуються заходи щодо стимулювання учасників судового процесу до добросовісної процесуальної поведінки під час розгляду та вирішення цивільної справи. Визначено, що добросовісність у цивільно­мусудочинстві має інтеграційне значення, та може включати схожі правові категорії: забо­рону зловживання процесуальними правами; вимогу добросовісного виконання процесуаль­них обов’язків; процесуальний естопель або заборону чинити інші протиправні перешкоди у здійсненні правосуддя.

There was a need to create an installation that would ensure the integration of the possibilities of virtual and physical research of the parameters and characteristics of electronic devices, devices and systems in laboratory conditions, with the possibility of conducting research and analyzing their results both physically and virtually. The research objective: to reveal the characteristics, purpose and principle of operation of the developed model of a universal laboratory installation for the study of parameters and characteristics of electronic devices, devices and systems, ensuring the possibility of operation of the installation with computer and software. The statement of basic material. The article describes the characteristics, purpose and principle of operation of the developed model of a universal laboratory installation for the study of parameters and characteristics of electronic devices, devices and systems, with the provision of the possibility of operation of the installation with computer and software. The installation can successfully replace several measuring devices, which allows for better quality research. Its elements allow integrating their communication using an interface and optimize the research process by using the necessary software; physical measurements of parameters and characteristics of models of electronic devices and systems are carried out with the help of software, for example, based on the circuit modeling program «MULTISIM». The installation can be effectively used in the training of electronics specialists in institutions of higher education, as well as in conducting research and tests in the field of electronics. В статті представлені результати дослідження клієнтів благодійних фондів в контексті реалізації концепції когнітивного маркетингу. Авторами обґрунтовано актуальність дослідження клієнтів благодійних фондів, як цільової аудиторії, яка характеризується певними ознаками для імплементації та підтвердження результативності когнітивних технологій. Крім того, такий підхід дозволив вирішити проблематику виявлення потребу в спеціалістах певної кваліфікації та необхідними компетенціями в умовах імплементації концепції когнітивного маркетингу. В статті обґрунтовано та підтверджено гіпотезу дослідження, що саме клієнти благодійних фондів є одним з основних цільових сегментів, націлених на отримання нових знань через проходження курсів перекваліфікації. Представлене дослідження носить оригінальний характер та проводилось за допомогою опитування 432 респондентів за період з травня по червень 2023 р. Емпіричні дані були зібрані та оброблені за допомогою методу онлайн-анкетування та сервісу Survey Monkey. Збір даних відбувався через отримання відповідей респондентів після розсилки СМС-повідомлень за телефонами, які залишили бенефіціари благодійних фондів для зв‘язку. Цільова аудиторія респондентів складалась серед бенефіціарів загальноукраїнської мережі благодійних організацій. В результаті проведеного дослідження було сформовано типовий портрет клієнту благодійного фонду. Це переважно жінки віком від 46 до 59 років з активною життєвою позицію та високим рівнем адаптації к змінам та прагненням й зацікавленістю в засвоєнні нових знань та фаху. Всі ці ознаки типового портрету опитаних свідчать про високий ступень розвитку у них емоційного інтелекту, що сприятиме імплементації прикладних аспектів концепції когнітивного маркетингу. Результати проведеного дослідження клієнтів благодійних фондів, підтвердили гіпотезу про те, що саме вони є одним з основних цільових сегментів, націлених на отримання нових знані через проходження курсів перекваліфікації та послуг з навчання й психологічної допомоги.

Інвестиційні програми – це потужний інструмент для розвитку сфери поводження з відходами, але вони потребують ефективного контролю та регулювання. Метою дослідження є аналіз сучасної політики управління відходами та методів їх фінансування на прикладі інвестиційних програм, провести дослідження алгоритму подання, затвердження та впровадження інвестиційних програм і на основі цього надати рекомендації, щодо удосконалення законодавчої бази екологічної політики та механізму подання, затвердження та контролю реалізації інвестиційних програм. У процесі дослідження були задіяні наступні наукові методи: системний; функціональний аналіз; структурний аналіз; інформаційний аналіз; порівняльний аналіз. У науковій статті було досліджено проблему управління відходами та законодавство покликане її вирішити. Розглянуто інвестиційні програми, як один з інструментів фінансування управління відходами. Проаналізовано відповідні закони та урядові документи пов’язані з розробкою, погодженням та затвердженням інвестиційних програм і на базі цього запропоновані рекомендації удосконалення цього процесу. Інформація щодо поточної програми управління відходами та про інвестиційні програми як інструмент здійснення їх фінансування може бути використана для удосконалення системи фінансування екологічно спрямованих заходів пов’язаних з переробкою та/або утилізацією різних видів відходів, що допоможе наблизити Україну до європейських стандартів екологічної свідомості. Ця робота була підтримана Міністерством освіти і науки України (науково-дослідна тема №0123U100112 «Післявоєнне відновлення енергетики України: оптимізація управління відходами з урахуванням здоров'я населення, екологічних, інвестиційних, податкових детермінант») та Виконавчим агентством з питань освіти та культури Європейського Союзу (Модуль Жана Моне, проект № 101047530 «Healthy economy and policy: European values for Ukraine»).

У збільшенні продуктів тваринництва важлива роль належить кролівництву, одній зі скоростиглих галузей дрібного тваринництва. Від кролиці і її приплоду за рік можна отримати понад 100 кг м’яса. Організм кроликів, як і інших с.-г. тварин, впродовж життя підпадає під вплив абіо- і біотичних чинників, що обумовлюють депресію росту, зміну морфологічного складу крові, імунологічних показників. На сьогодні заслуговує на увагу використання біологічно активних препаратів, що підвищують імунологічну реактивність, стимулюючи ріст, розвиток і резистентність. Застосування пробіотичних препаратів молодняку тварин на ранніх стадіях вирощування нормалізує мікрофлору шлунково-кишкового тракту, стимулює синтез імуноглобуліну IgA, підвищує природну резистентність організму, активізує гомеостаз. Метою роботи було провести гігієнічну оцінку впливу пробіотика Біосевен на природну резистентність організму кролів. Для отримання наукової інформації використовували наступні методи спостереження: біологічні, гематологічні, біохімічні дослідження, статистичні. Дослідження проводили на кролях породи сірий велетень обох статей. В експериментах використано здорових тварин з відповідною масою тіла. Коливання маси тіла у групах не перевищували ±10,0 %. Тварин утримували групами в клітках із дотриманням санітарно-гігієнічних вимог. У науково-дослідній роботі обґрунтовано використання нового вітчизняного біологічно активного препарату (пробіотика) Біосевен, як засобу превентивної дії. Доведено позитивний вплив препарату на морфологічні, біохімічні та імунологічні показники крові тварин, підвищення природної резистентності та інтенсивності росту кролів. За проведення морфологічних досліджень установлено, що рівень ендогенної інтоксикації організму кролів дослідних груп та контролю впродовж періоду спостережень залишався стабільним і становив 17,95-18,33 % (дослідні) та 18,42±0,55 – контроль, що вказує на відсутність супресорної дії пробіотика Біосевен на антиоксидантні властивості організму кролів у дозах 0,5-5,0 г/гол. Економічна ефективність від застосування Біосевену: зниження захворюваності тварин, підвищення їх збереженості, середньодобового приросту маси тіла, а отже і додаткового приросту на 0,300-1,200 кг (залежно від дози), зменшення затрат на отримання одиниці продукції (на 0,5 %) та зниження собівартості тваринницької продукції на одну голову за період досліду на 5,0–15,0 грн. Отже, гігієнічна оцінка впливу пробіотика Біосевен на природну резистентність організму кролів вказує на відсутність супресорної дії препарату на метаболічні процеси організму лабораторних тварин.

Важливою ланкою підтримки епізоотичного благополуччя країни є своєчасно встановлений діагноз інфекційної хвороби тварин. В умовах сьогодення та підвищених вимог до біобезпеки зростає важливість своєчасного та якісного проведення лабораторних досліджень. За більшості заразних хвороб лише лабораторно підтверджений діагноз є остаточним. Класичний бактеріологічний метод є основою для експертного висновку – як результату лабораторного дослідження, спрямованого на виявлення збудників бактеріозів. Актуальність зоонозів обумовлюється епізоотологічним, епідеміологічним, екологічним, соціально-економічним значеннями та небезпекою для людини і тварин. У статті проведено ґрунтовний аналіз та репрезентовані результати лабораторних досліджень біоматеріалу від різних видів тварин та дані щодо домінуючих і спорадично виникаючих збудників бактеріозів на території Харківської області. Визначено структуру основних збудників та об’єктів виділення. Зокрема, за результатами аналізу бактеріологічних досліджень встановлено, що на території Харківської області циркулюють збудники колібактеріозу (41,0 %), стафілококозу (30,0 %), стрептококозу (17,0 %), сальмонельозу (5,0 %), пастерельозу (2,0 %). Частка збудників дизентерії, аеромонозу та американського гнильцю бджіл становить по 1,48 % кожна. Результати досліджень доводять необхідність продовження проведення як активного, так і пасивного бактеріологічного моніторингу з виявлення збудників бактеріозів на території Харківської області та всій території України з метою підтримання суспільної та своєчасної профілактики зоонозних захворювань.

Стаття присвячена визначенню факторів, що здійснюють вплив на інвестиційну привабливість підприємства та узагальнюючого підходу при визначенні його інвестиційної привабливості. Авторами проаналізовано основні аспекти оцінки інвестиційної привабливості підприємства, де серед основних визначено привабливість продукції підприємства, кадрову, інноваційну, фінансову, територіальну, соціальну привабливість. Виявлено взаємозв’язок між інвестиційною привабливість та фінансовим станом підприємства. Доведено, що інвестиції дають підприємству конкурентну перевагу і часто є каталізатором зростання. Для інвесторів надзвичайно важливим є аналіз та оцінка інвестиційної привабливості підприємства, оскільки це дає можливість мінімізувати ризик неправильного інвестування. Ефективність інвестиційної діяльності промислового підприємства значною мірою залежить від організації управління інвестиційною діяльністю на ньому. Обґрунтовано необхідність під час дослідження інвестиційної привабливості підприємства оцінювати не лише саме підприємство, а й ринок та галузь в якому перебуває це підприємство в цілому. Зроблено акцент на необхідності ефективної організації управління інвестиційною діяльністю на підприємстві та підвищення інвестиційної активності підприємства. У висновках зазначено, що у сучасних умовах існує декілька підходів до оцінки інвестиційної привабливості підприємств. чим більше підходів і методів буде використано в процесі оцінки, тим більшою буде ймовірність того, що сукупне відображення інвестиційної привабливості підприємства буде об'єктивним. Доведено, що інвестиційна привабливість підприємств є основним механізмом залучення інвестицій в економіку. Інвестиційна привабливість залежить від зовнішніх (рівень розвитку регіону та галузі, розміщення підприємства) і внутрішніх (всередині підприємства) факторів.

Наукова стаття присвячена вивченню та аналізу важливості удосконалення маркетингової діяльності в контексті забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Стаття розглядає сучасний стан маркетингу на підприємствах, ідентифікує основні проблеми та виклики, з якими вони стикаються, і аналізує фактори, що впливають на конкурентоспроможність через маркетингові стратегії. Досліджуються різні стратегії та інструменти, які можуть бути використані для підвищення ефективності маркетингової діяльності та збільшення конкурентних переваг підприємства. Розглядається важливість дослідження та аналізу ринку для отримання глибшого розуміння потреб і побажань споживачів, що дозволить підприємствам адаптувати свої стратегії до змін у споживчому попиті. Ця стаття має на меті сприяти розумінню важливості маркетингової діяльності для підприємств у сучасному конкурентному середовищі та розгляд їх ефективності на реальному прикладі.

The article deals with the issue of the organization of scientific research activities of future music teachers - graduates of the first (bachelor's) and second (master's) levels of higher education majoring in the specialty 014.13 Secondary education (Musical art). Regulatory industry documents, in particular, the Law of Ukraine "On Higher Education," which regulates the scientific and research activities of higher education institutions and the organization of student scientific research, have been identified. The main directions of scientific and research work of higher education applicants are characterized. They are the following: study of mandatory components of the educational program preparing for scientific and research work, scientific research in problem groups and scientific circles, and participation in scientific and organizational events, conferences, seminars, round tables, and competitions. Forms of educational work are disclosed (preparation of reports, and essays on specific topics when studying mandatory and optional disciplines of the educational program; performance of practical, laboratory, and independent tasks of a problem-research nature; conducting scientific and pedagogical research during practical training; performance and defense of coursework and qualifying master's studies). The content component of the course "Methodology and Organization of scientific research" for applicants of the second (master's) level of higher education, general and professional competencies formed in the process of its study have been determined. The results of the organization of research activities of students and master's students at the Hryhoriy Levchenko Department of Music of PNPU have been analyzed. The topic of course and master's studies is subordinate to the general departmental scientific topic, includes a regional aspect, and is freely chosen by the applicant in accordance with the academic discipline and the scope of their scientific interests. The scientific and research work of students and master's students in problem groups is carried out under the guidance of experienced teachers, and it is aimed at preparing scientific publications, reports, and reports for participation in scientific events and approbation of research results. Based on the refined mathematical model of the linear induction motor, which considers the end effects, the saturation of the magnetic field and the incomplete overlap of the inductor by the secondary element, a simulation model of the electric drive was created in the Matlab package. A simulation of the linear electric drive operation was carried out, which takes into account the effect of the input-output of the secondary element from the magnetic field of the inductor. The obtained results of the studies confirm the efficiency of the developed model and its suitability for carrying out refined modeling and synthesis of the control laws of the linear electric drive. Розглянуто, проаналізовано й узагальнено світовий досвід розвитку органічного виробництва. Систематизовано та проаналізовано статистичну інформацію, яка стосується обсягів світового ринку органічної продукції. На підставі проведеного аналізу чотирьох міжнародних звітів, які торкаються стану та перспектив розвитку цього ринку було встановлено, що прогнозують майже в тричі його зростання продовж наступних десяти років. З'ясовано, що глобальний ринок органічних продуктів харчування та напоїв виріс завдяки зростанню свідомості споживачів щодо свого здоров'я та численним перевагам безпечного споживання органічних продуктів харчування та напоїв. Виокремлено чинники, які сприяють зростанню даного ринку, а саме – причин розширення обсягів споживання його органічної продукції та обізнаності про її користь для здоров'я, підвищенню доступності органічних продуктів харчування та вишуканих напоїв. Виявлено, що зростанню світового органічного ринку сприятиме впровадження в дію законодавства в галузі органічного сільського господарства, адже 74 країни світу повністю запровадили правила такого господарювання, водночас 21 країна має органічні правила, проте не повністю впроваджені, а 50 країн ще розробляють відповідне законодавство. Іншим чинником, який істотно впливає на зростання світового ринку органічної продукції, на нашу думку є зростання органічних сільськогосподарських угідь, які, станом на кінець 2021 року в усьому світі становили 1,6 %. У цьому ж році площа органічних сільськогосподарських угідь збільшилася на 1,3 млн га, що на 1,7 % більше порівняно з попереднім роком. У проведеному дослідженні обґрунтовано подальші перспективи розвитку світового ринку органічної продукції на підставі аналізу та систематизації статистичної інформації, яка відображена у різних доступних джерелах. Зазначено, що не зважаючи на воєнну агресію РФ вітчизняні оператори органічного ринку зуміли дещо наростити обсяги експорту органічної продукції.

Стаття присвячена методології дослідження механізму забезпечення прав і свобод внутріш­ньо переміщених осіб. У статті звертається увага на те, що наукове дослідження механізму забез­печення прав і свобод внутрішньо переміщених осіб є завдяки правильно обраній методології важливим і фундаментальним. Ця наукова теоретична діяльність допомагає отримати нові знання про загальні закономірності виникнення, розвит­ку, функціонування та взаємозв'язку між сус­пільством і людиною в досліджуваній площині. У статті зазначається, що методологія дослідження забезпечення прав і свобод внутрішньо перемі­щених осіб представляє собою концептуальний план та мету дослідження, визначення змісту та практичного застосування методів і прийомів для розуміння процесів і явищ, що стосуються забез­печення прав і свобод внутрішньо переміщених осіб. Обґрунтовується, що сполучення концеп­туальних підходів, методів, принципів і засобів дослідження забезпечення прав і свобод вну­трішньо переміщених осіб дозволяє максимально розкрити сутність об'єкта дослідження, передба­чати можливі шляхи розвитку цієї сфери суспіль­них відносин, отримувати нові теоретичні знання і розробляти практичні рекомендації по удоско­наленню відповідного механізму з їх забезпе­чення, розробляти шляхи подолання деструк­тивних явищ у досліджуваній сфері. Доводиться, що методологія дослідження забезпечення прав і свобод внутрішньо переміщених осіб є склад­ною системою концептуальних підходів, загаль­них принципів наукового дослідження, методів та засобів, які разом вивчають формування, розвиток та поточний стан сучасного механізму забезпечення прав і свобод внутрішньо перемі­щених осіб, враховуючи вплив глобалізаційних та внутрішньодержавних факторів. Запропоно­вана методологія має синергетичний та міждис­циплінарний характер і вимагає використання методичних засобів з різних галузей наук, таких як юриспруденція, міжнародне право, філософія права та історія.

Diffusers are used to convert the kinetic energy of the gas flow into potential energy, i.e. to reduce the velocity and to increase the pressure. The most common types of diffusers are vaneless, vaned, and channel ones. Each type of diffuser has its design features and its performances. Improving the operational characteristics of vaneless diffusers is possible by using stepped diffusers with flow injection. The developed mathematical model of gas flow in a vaneless diffuser with flow injection provides design of the stage of centrifugal compressor with the wider range of stable operation. Traditional methods of designing vaned and channel diffusers of turbomachines are focused on the use of simple geometric lines and surfaces, such as a straight line, arc of a circle, plane, cylindrical surface, etc. The design is performed according to recommendations based on experimental data. The other way of designing the vaned and channel diffusers of turbomachines is related to solving the inverse problem of fluid dynamics, when the shape of the surfaces is determined by the given distribution of velocities along the surfaces of the channel. This paper describes the design principles for the centrifugal compressor diffusers based on physical and mathematical models of the flow of swirling viscous compressible fluid. According to the presented method, the designing diffusers are based on the preseparation condition of the boundary layer along one of the surfaces. Such a design ensures a reduction in separation zones in the channels of the diffusers and, accordingly, a reduction in total pressure losses and an expansion of the range of stable operation. A new method of designing the vaned and channel diffusers provides an improvement in the gas dynamic characteristics of diffusers compared to traditional geometry diffusers. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

It has been found that the world flagship of financing innovation activities are TNCs, which, due to the high level of concentration of investment potential, have the opportunity to finance capital-intensive innovation projects related to the modernization of the most high-tech industries and basic information and telecommunication technologies. It is proved that the selection of sources and methods of financing the innovation activity of TNCs depends on the stage of the life cycle of an innovative product, which makes it possible to timely eliminate the deficit of financing by diversifying the sources of financial and investment support for research, development and approbation of prototypes of equipment and technologies. Studies have shown that the financing of innovation activities in American, European and Japanese TNCs is marked by their distinctive features based on the structure of sources of funding for research and development, in particular the participation of the State in this process. It is determined that Ukraine needs an innovative model of transformation of the post-war economy in order to eliminate at an accelerated pace the terrible consequences of the armed invasion of russian aggressors, to modernize energy-intensive segments of the national economy, to ensure the mass introduction of modern innovative technologies in all phases of the reproductive process and to use the existing production and technical potential of regional economic complexes to straighten territorial imbalances of the socioeconomic development. It has been found that the main catalyst for innovative transformation of regional economic complexes in Ukraine is the inclusion of TNC divisions in them, primarily in terms of financing the processes of production and introduction of innovative technologies. It is substantiated that in the context of the expediency of implementing the best practices of financing research and development into the domestic practice of innovative transformation of the regional economy, it is worth adopting the South Korean experience, which allowed this country to turn from an industrially backward agrarian country into an advanced country in Southeast Asia in a few decades. Показано стан поліграфічної галузі у воєнний час. Проаналізовано важливість математичних знань для аналізу достовірності отриманих виробничих, експериментальних даних, їх статистичного опрацювання, побудови математичних моделей для видавничо-поліграфічної галузі тощо. Показано сутність застосування програмних документів для дослідження виробничих задач в ракурсі інноваційних інформаційних технологій. Зокрема, на прикладі застосування програмного пакету STATISTICA розглянуто можливий варіант опрацювання експериментальних, економічних, статистичних числових даних, отриманих в результаті дослідження процесів та явищ видавничо-поліграфічного виробництва, можливість графічної візуалізації засобами програмного середовища тощо. Статистична обробка експериментальних даних є важливою та передбачає вирішення ряду задач: досягнення оптимізації у виборі альтернативних рішень; покращення виробництва за рахунок відновлення зруйнованого війною чи створення за новими форматами більш сучасних ліній; запровадження нових методик дослідження, опрацювання експериментальних даних для подальшого їх аналізу та засвідчення їх достовірності при подальших обчисленнях.

Розглянуто методологічний підхід до побудови типології напрямів досліджень воєнної розвідки, яка є підґрунтям для визначення пріоритетних досліджень, розробки відповідної стратегії і плану її реалізації. З’ясовано загальне розуміння сутності типології, її теоретичного та емпіричного різновидів у аспекті об’єкта та предмета цього дослідження. Побудовано приклад емпіричної типології шляхом аналізу сучасних та доступних науково-прикладних праць, присвячених покращанню функціонування і розвитку воєнної розвідки. Аналіз цієї типології доводить, що теперішні напрями досліджень мають міждисциплінарний характер, оскільки поєднують розробки у галузях державного і військового управління; радіоелектронної боротьби, радіотехнічної розвідки, протидії іноземним технічним розвідкам; розвідувально-інформаційної та інформаційно-аналітичної роботи, інформаційних технологій тощо. Наведений приклад типології є фрагментом реальних напрямів досліджень, оскільки проаналізовано доступний масив праць. Для розширення уявлення про поле досліджень запропоновано використати метод систематичного покриття науково-прикладних праць: статей, монографій, дисертацій, звітів про НДР тощо. Для посилення уявлення про поле досліджень пропонується виявити потенційно їх можливі напрями шляхом застосування теоретичної типології основних складових механізму воєнної розвідки. Такий підхід є доцільним, оскільки: об’єкт і предмет дослідження є взаємопозв’язаними; кожний напрям досліджень співвідноситься з певною складовою цього механізму в аспекті її удосконалення. Обґрунтовано підхід до побудови моделі цього механізму, яку представлено відкритою системою, що поєднує зовнішні і внутрішні складові. До останніх віднесено: основні елементи і процеси функціонування і розвитку воєнної розвідки, механізми взаємодії і координації у складі механізму управління воєнною розвідкою в державі. Порівняльний аналіз складових емпіричної і теоретичної типологій доводить, що емпірично виявлені напрями досліджень торкаються лише окремих складових цього механізму. Тобто є прогалини в полі досліджень. Уточнити типологію напрямів досліджень можна шляхом систематичного покриття міждисциплінарного масиву науково-прикладних праць, вивчення думки експертного середовища тощо.

The purpose of the work. Based on the theoretical and practical achievements of representatives of modern folklore and jazz trends, identify and explore their conceptual basis, establish distinctive features and formulate your own vision of the development of the folklore-jazz trend in the cultural and artistic space of Ukraine in the period of late 20th - the first quarter of the 21st centuries. The research methodology consists in considering historical, analytical and systemic approaches to reveal the main principles and methods of development of the folk-jazz direction in the cultural and artistic space of Ukraine in late 20th - the first quarter of the 21st centuries. Scientific novelty lies in the actualisation and implementation of innovative developments in the spheres of theoretical, practical, and executive programme of activity in the work of the specified research direction. Conclusions. The folk-jazz direction in the cultural and artistic space of Ukraine in late 20th - the first quarter of the 21st centuries is a promising stage in the formation of musicological, cultural, and other aspects in modern Ukrainian musical art. Practical interest in mixing folklore and jazz opens up new perspectives and horizons of study, analysis, approbation and implementation of new trends, models and forms in educational, performance, and research processes. The interest and use of folk-jazz direction is really relevant in today's realities. Ukrainisation of modern music content has led to a new surge in the desire to use national melos and colour among professional musicians, actors, directors and artists and among almost all sections of society. The desire to identify each individual as a Ukrainian dictates new principles for the implementation of the folk-jazz direction in the musical culture of Ukraine and the perception of the folk code of the nation beyond its borders. The purpose of the article is to ascertain the stages of collecting European portrait miniature of the 16th - 19th century from the outset of this art until now as an important factor for the research of the Bohdan and Varvara Khanenko National Museum of Arts miniatures, Kyiv. The research methodology is based on historiographical analysis coupled with axiological and holistic approaches to identify the relationship between the history of collecting and the evolution of the art of portrait miniature. The scientific novelty of the article lies in determining the general trends in collecting works to clarify the reasons for collecting European portrait miniatures in Ukraine, inter alia, at the Bohdan and Varvara Khanenko National Museum of Arts in Kyiv. Conclusions. Transformation of portrait miniature from an object of private property to a museum artefact began in the 17th century. Portrait miniature was recognised as a separate artistic genre. The processes of studying the term ―miniature portrait‖, researching of the art tradition, and creating the first museum's collections were launched. It was at that time that the core of the miniatures collection was set up by its founders in the Bohdan and Varvara Khanenko National Museum of Arts. Now it is one of the greatest in Ukraine. Understanding of the artworks value have been proceeding during decline of demand for the traditional portrait miniature after invention of daguerreotype. The purpose of the article is to analyse the decorative and monumental works of the Ukrainian artist Fedir Tetianych, created in the 1970s, and to identify the traditions of the transavant-garde in their design and methodology. The research methods are based on the fundamental principles of art historical analysis with the involvement of interdisciplinary connections (psychology, cultural studies, and philosophy). The method of epistemological analysis is used in the process of clarifying the concepts of a number of art historical concepts, in particular, neo-expressionism, transavant-garde, mythopoetics. The systematic-analytical method is used to highlight the artistic and technological features of F. Tetianych's monumental works as an original example of the Ukrainian transavant-garde. The scientific novelty of the study is to identify the formative and compositional achievements of F. Tetianych's monumental works, which stylistically correspond to the traditions of the transavant-garde of the last third of the twentieth century. Conclusions. After analysing the monumental works of F. Tetianych, which were created in the 1970s, it can be argued that this period was important in the formation of both the philosophical and poetic doctrine of ―Fripulia‖, the author's original mythopoetics, and interesting techniques and methods of implementation, which involved the use of industrial and consumer waste. The described artistic and technical techniques and methods of F. Tetianych, who belonged to the representatives of the ―unofficial‖ art of Ukraine, correspond to the traditions of the transavant-garde and are in tune with the style of many foreign artists of the last third of the twentieth century. The article substantiates the expediency of using the biographical approach to study the pedagogical personality of the out- standing historian, local historian, teacher, leader of education and science Vasyl Loburets (1930-2006). Based on the analysis of the works of foreign (Erik Erikson, C. Wright Mills, Carlo Ginzburg, Ronald A. Giere, William H. McNeill, Antonina Kloskowska) and Ukrainian (H. Belan, N. Dichek, M. Leshchenko, N. Lisovska-Muskieieva, M. Sydorov, O. Sukhomlynska) researchers, the article reveals the peculiarities of using the biographical approach, the sources and methods of studying the creative biography of the scientist. It is proved that at the end of the twentieth century, the biographical approach became widespread not only in psychology and sociology, but also in the literary, historical, historical and pedagogical fields. As a result of these transformations, a separate scientific field emerged - biography - the object of study of which was a prominent personality in the context of his or her various connections with society. The article substantiates the idea that biography as a separate scientific field has acquired an interdisciplinary status and is based on the methodology of the humanities (sociology, philosophy, psychology, history, literary studies, history of pedagogy, etc.). The use of a biographical approach allows for a greater contextual understanding of the issue. By studying individual biographies, historians of education can gain a deeper understanding of the social, political and cultural contexts of a particular historical era. The formation of scholarly ideas and personal experiences is largely influenced by significant historical forces, so the study of biographies can help to reveal the cultural and social connections between educational definitions. The use of the biographical approach creates a holistic view of science that combines the intellectual, professional and personal aspects of scientific achievements, and provides a fundamental and critical analysis of the educational sphere. The biographical approach is a universal tool for studying Vasyl Loburets' pedagogical personality. Summary: One of the main aspects of the innovative development of STEM-education is the introduction of innovative pedagogical approaches and teaching methods. STEM education is based on active learning that includes problembased, proj- ect-based, and research-based approaches. The analysis of the literature proved that the topic of STEM education was researched by many Ukrainian and foreign scientists. M. John, A. Nicolas, V. Rokhov, S. Sosnovskyi studied the approaches; N. Morze, О. Stryzhak considered the theoretical foundations. І. Slipukhina, V. Chornomorets in his works found out the content of the implementation of STEM-technologies. О. Stryzhak, І. Slipukhina, N. Polikhun, І. Chernetskyi considered the main concepts of STEM-education. The purpose of this article is to reveal the main definitions of STEM-education. The scientific novelty consists in the selection of different approaches to the concepts of STEM-education, the authors who research this issue are detailed, and the specific concepts are defined on the basis of the analyzed sources. In the course of a scientific search, it was established that the scientist N. Valko found out that for the first time STEM-education as a new direction appeared in the documents of the USA in 2001, in Ukraine - in 2015, and is considered as a curriculum that includes the following disciplines: science, design, engineering and mathematics. We tend to define the term as follows: it is an educational program that prepares students in elementary, middle, high school, as well as college, university and graduate students for the purpose of comprehensive development and focuses on the combination of science, mathematics, technology and engineering. Considered the well-known concept of STEM-education - it is the space of an individual in which he can explore, experiment, studying various subjects, work in a team and search for his "self". STEM-education is based on STEM-competencies and skills. N. Honcharenko interprets them as follows: first, the system of knowledge, abilities and skills; secondly, values and personal qualities that characterize innovative activity; thirdly, the ability to solve problems, work in a team, be able to control emotions and negotiate. In the composition of STEM-competencies, it is possible to distinguish characteristic specific components, which include cognitive, reflective-analytical, operational-activity, value-motivational ones. STEM-competencies are important for preparing young people for future professional challenges and the development of innovative technologies. We consider it expedient to highlight the following statements: STEM learning tools are a set of equipment, ideas, actions and phenomena with the help of which research, experimental and other works are carried out in lessons and in extracurricular time (circles). STEM-methods are a specific activity of students and teachers, during which the former discover new things and make discoveries themselves with the help of special methods and forms of work. Analysis of the concept of STEM-technologies by scientists N. Valko and O. Barna. allow us to highlight that technologies in STEM are a complex of psychological and pedagogical tools aimed at the formation of professional and socio-economic competences in the process of combining disciplines and collective work. Thus, the terminological analysis of the main definitions of STEM-education is of great relevance for improving the common understanding and practical application of STEM-education, as well as for improving the quality of education and preparing young people for the modern technological world. We highlighted the main concepts of STEM-education, innovative and STEM-technologies, STEM-specialist, STEM-competencies, innovative technologies, STEM-laboratory, STEM-tools and methods. The essence of some concepts was also explained with clarifications. A modern integrated direction will ensure the development of critical thinking, technological thinking and communication skills, which are becoming increasingly important for success in the future labor market. Terminology analysis will help you confidently identify and develop curricula that meet these needs. У статті наведено дослідження якості насіння сої сортів різних строків збирання, що часто відрізняється своїми якісними показниками. Задля підвищення такої якості доцільно проводити фракціонування насіння за різними властивостями (геометричні розміри, густина ін.). Мета дослідження – вивчити питання формування якості насіння сої залежно від процесу його фракціонування. Для досягнення мети були поставленні наступні завдання дослідження: провести технологічну оцінку насіння сої раннього та пізнього сортів; встановити процес фракціонування та визначити його вплив на якість насіння. Предметом досліджень було насіння сої раннього сорту (вегетаційний період – 105 днів) та пізнього сорту (вегетаційний період – 120 днів). Об’єкт дослідження – це процеси формування якості насіння сої під час його фракціонування. Для дослідження використовували сита з круглими отворами діаметром: 6,0 мм, 5,5 мм, 5,0 мм, 4,5 мм, 4,0 мм, 4,25 мм, 4,0 мм, 3,37 мм, 3,5 мм, 3,25 мм, 2,5 мм, 2,0 мм, 1,0 мм. У результаті вимірів геометричних характеристик насіння сої, що вивчали встановлено, що насіння раннього сорту вирізняється більшими лінійними значеннями. Так, довжина насіння знаходилась в межах від 5,0 до 7,0 мм, ширина – від 4,0 до 7,0, а товщина – від 2,0 до 4,0 за середніх значень відповідно 6,0, 4,6 і 3,1 мм. В свою чергу, зерно сої пізнього сорту поступалося за їхніми середлніми лінійними показниками довжини, ширини і товщини на 8, 9 і 32% відповідно. За обома сортами спостерігали тенденцію до збільшення значення густини зі зменшенням розміру насіння. За допомогою фракціонування насіння можна запобігти самосортування насіння під час переміщенні та струшуванні, та в результаті ефективного очищення, покращити його якість, відокремивши зерно з більшим вмістом білка.

В статті розкривається проблема необхідності проведення окремих експериментально-дослідницьких дій, спрямованих на встановлення можливості сприйняття особою певних фактів або явищ, здійснення нею конкретних дій, наявності або відсутності певних вмінь і навичок тощо. Такі дослідження виконуються шляхом проведення слідчого експерименту. Разом із тим слідчий експеримент, як і будь – яка інша слідча дія, забезпечує не тільки перевірку даних, що мають значення для провадження кримінальної справи, а також отримання нових доказів (зокрема, встановлення механізму утворення слідів кримінального правопорушення). Особлива увага звертається на те, що розкриття кримінальних правопорушень та розслідування кримінальних проваджень – складний процес пізнання, який детально регламентований кримінально-процесуальним законом. Відступ від якого розцінюється як порушення закону. Процесуальною формою діяльності слідчих під час проведення попереднього розслідування є слідчі дії, що виступають одночасно і як спосіб доказування. Але такі слідчі дії, як допит, виїмка, пред’явлення для впізнання отримали, загальне визнання (як у теорії, так і на практиці), то стосовно слідчого експерименту, передбаченого ст. 240 КПК України, єдності в поглядах не існує. Через це виникають проблеми вибору тактики проведення слідчого експерименту; оцінювання отриманих під час його проведення результатів; визначення ролі цієї слідчої дії в процесі доказування. Тому в статті зроблено висновок про необхідність аналіз стану проблем і концептуальних основ вдосконалення процедури отримання нової доказової інформації та перевірки наявних доказів шляхом проведення слідчого експерименту, що має забезпечити швидке, якісне й ефективне розслідування кримінальних правопорушень. Крім цього, автором звертається увага на те, що слідчий експеримент є найбільш трудомісткою складною слідчою дією, оскільки у ньому бере участь велика кількість осіб. Проте результати правильно проведеної слідчої дії відіграють важливу роль у процесі доведення вини осіб, які підозрюються у вчиненні кримінального правопорушення, особливо за їх відмови від раніше наданих показань або у випадку смерті. Якісне та ефективне проведення слідчого експерименту вимагає ретельної підготовки, чіткої організації та використання низки тактичних прийомів і комбінацій, що не тільки дозволить одержати правдиві показання, та довести причетність певних осіб до кримінальної діяльності.

Стаття присвячена вивченню методики проведення аудиту виробничих запасів для покращення управління запасами та виробничими процесами на підприємствах. Виробничі запаси відіграють важливу роль у стабільному функціонуванні підприємства та забезпечують неперервну роботу виробництва. У статті розглядається аудит виробничих запасів як складний процес, який вимагає високої кваліфікації аудитора. Проаналізовані різні методики проведення аудиту, включаючи перевірку обліку, оцінку зберігання, визначення вартості запасів, виявлення ризиків та порушень, а також надано рекомендації для покращення систем управління запасами. Метою статті є дослідження цих методів аудиту та їх ефективності з метою покращення управління запасами та оптимізації виробничих процесів на підприємствах. Вона враховує останні дослідження в цій галузі та надає рекомендації для подальших досліджень у цьому напрямку. З проведених досліджень визначено, що наразі не існує єдиної узагальненої методики аудиту виробничих запасів, і дослідники пропонують різні підходи та інструменти для проведення аудиту.

Aluminium alloy of D16 grade is widely used in aircraft industry, but at nonconsumable electrode arc welding it demonstrates a susceptibility to solidifi cation ("hot") cracking in the weld and zone of fusion with the base metal. This is associated with the action of the mechanism of high-temperature segregation cracking of the grain boundaries and breaking of metal bonds at metal crystallization, as a result of increase of local residual stress, which reduces the joint strength. Furtheron, the alloy composition was optimized by the quantity of alloying elements and admixtures. At present advanced alloys and welding technologies are used. The objective of the study is evaluation of the conditions of sound weld formation, their strength and ductility characteristics, depending on the chemical composition of batch-produced ZvAK5 and Zv1201 fi ller wires. The fi rst wire widens the silicon content in the weld structure, it will promote lowering of the alloy susceptibility to technological heating and slowing down of metal embrittlement, and the second one is close to the alloy by its chemical composition. It is found that the cracking susceptibility of D16 alloy is determined by arc welding technology, fi ller wire chemical composition, and scheme of its feeding into the weld pool. It is shown that the conditions of consumable electrode welding slow down the realization of metal cracking mechanism, characteristic for nonconsumable electrode welding. На основі уточненої математичної моделі лінійного асинхронного двигуна, яка враховує кінцеві ефекти, насичення магнітопроводу та неповне перекриття індуктора вторинним елементом побудована імітаційна модель електроприводу в пакеті Matlab. Проведено моделювання роботи лінійного електроприводу, що враховує ефект входу-виходу вторинного елементу з магнітного поля індуктора. Отримані результати досліджень підтверджують працездатність розробленої моделі і її придатність для проведення уточненого моделювання та синтезу законів керування лінійного електроприводу. Стаття присвячена питанням формування і розвитку кримінально-виконавчої політики України на сучасному етапі її становлення, як правової системи держави. Політика відображає принципи, стратегію, основні напрямки та форми досягнення соціальних цілей, що стоять перед суспільством, його політичними і владними структурами. Варто зазначити, що мета соціальної політики має складну ієрархію, яка залежить від характеру і спрямованості діяльності держави та й органів щодо реалізації цієї діяльності. Окрім того кримінально-виконавча політика в Україні спрямовує діяльність держави, і її відповідних органів на профілактику злочинів та інших правопорушень, адже їхнє своєчасне відвернення і припинення, реалізацію відповідальності осіб, які скоїли злочини, виконання покарання щодо засуджених і досягнення його цілей. Водночас політика у сфері виконання кримінальних покарань є логічним відображенням загальної та кримінальної політики держави, проявом державної стратегії забезпечення національних інтересів та громадської безпеки, необхідним елементом вираження ставлення держави та суспільства до злочинності, можливості боротьби з нею, а також підтримання правопорядку. Врегулювання норм кримінально-виконавчого законодавства, норм кримінального законодавства у частині призначення та виконання покарань завжди корелюють з актуальними змінами видів та способів скоєння злочинів, загальною динамікою та станом злочинності у певний період, сучасними внутрішніми та зовнішніми кримінологічними загрозами. В рамках кримінально-виконавчої політики розробляються основні напрямки, форми та методи виконання покарань, застосування інших заходів кримінально-правового характеру, надання виправного впливу на засуджених, взаємодії системи виконання покарань з іншими державними органами та громадськими формуваннями. Політика держави у цій сфері багатопланова і, в першу чергу, вона визначає основи кримінальної політики, яка являє собою заснований на об’єктивних законах розвитку суспільства напрямок діяльності державних і громадських органів з охорони інтересів народу від злочинних посягань, виконання заходів державного примусу до осіб, які їх вчинили, а також заходів з попередження злочинів. Цілі і завдання сучасної кримінально-виконавчої політики базуються на вироблених міжнародним співтовариством положеннях про поводження із засудженими, відповідних міжнародних актах, досягненнях науки.

У статті досліджено особливості розвитку концепції холістичного маркетингу в контексті наукових досліджень методологічних та практичних аспектів його імплементації в різні сфери бізнес-діяльності. Показано, що дослідження проблематики сучасного холістичного маркетингу набуває глобального розповсюдження і охоплює широке коло питань в різноманітних напрямах ділової активності. Концепція холістичного маркетингу привертає увагу наукової спільноти, оскільки одночасно має універсальний характер щодо застосування певних інструментів для переважної більшості галузей та ринків, а з іншої сторони є гнучкою у виборі цих інструментів щодо конкретних суб’єктів ринків. Виділено роль холістичного маркетингу як важливого компонента в формуванні успішних ринкових стратегій. Проаналізовано сучасні наукові підходи щодо аспектів впровадження холістичної концепції в маркетингову діяльність ринкових суб’єктів. Виділено основні тенденції розвитку та проблеми оцінки ефективності застосування інструментів холістичного маркетингу. Виокремлено перспективний шлях подальшого розвитку холістичного маркетингу в контексті еволюції ІТ-технологій.

Виникнення криз базується на багатьох факторах, але найчастішим є вплив саме економічного характеру, що породжує економічні кризи. Нині ж в Україні найвпливовішою кризою є психологічна, що утворилася внаслідок повномасштабного вторгнення країни-агресора на територію нашої держави у лютому 2022 року. У статті розглянуто розробку комунікаційної стратегії за та її практичне застосування в аспекті аналізу обраної проблеми. Подальшими перспективами майбутніх досліджень з обраної теми є протидія появі нових психологічних проблем, запровадження і моніторинг сучасних інноваційних технологій й практик при розробці комунікаційної стратегії щодо подолання психологічної кризи, яка може стати причиною зародження економічних чи техногенних проблем.

The article examines competitors on snail farms and in snail production products in Spain, and presents ways in which the ‘Snail Paradise’ farm fights against competition. This study delves into the world of snail farming in Spain and explores its potential as a rapidly developing industry. We examine various aspects of the industry, including marketing and advertising methods for promoting snail products in the market and analyzing state support. We also consider the economic and ecological advantages of the snail industry in Spain and areas for further research and innovative developments. This study also provides a practical example of a successful snail farming business, Snail Paradise, and explores various methods that farmers use to promote their products and stand out among competitors. In addition, we analyze various methods used to reduce feed costs, increase production efficiency, and overcome typical problems faced by snail farmers. Our study also explores various regulatory and legislative acts that ensure the safety, quality, and compliance of snail farming methods. We also examine the role of marketing and business promotion in the success of snail farming in Spain. Despite the significant potential of the snail industry in Spain, there are problems that need to be addressed, including standardization, low demand, and competition. But with proper investment and support, the snail farming industry can become an important source of income for rural farms and businesses in Spain, as well as provide job opportunities and contribute to the development of the national economy. Unfortunately, low demand and competition are serious challenges for the industry, which requires marketing and advertising measures. However, implementing proper standardization and ensuring product quality can help increase demand for snail products and position them in the market. The research includes analysis not only of snail farming methods, but also of their processing and use in the food and medical industries. At the end of the article, an overview of potential economic and environmental advantages of the snail industry in Spain and areas for further research and innovative developments is provided. This can serve as a basis for the development of new directions in snail farming and use, which has the potential to create new jobs and promote innovative technologies. In summary, this research has great potential for the development of the snail farming industry in Spain and can be a catalyst for increasing demand for snail products and popularizing them. The article is devoted to analysing the influence of meteorological conditions on the efficiency of solar panels in Ivano-Frankivsk region. The issue of using solar panels as one of the key sources of alternative energy and the importance of evaluating their effectiveness depending on meteorological conditions were considered. The relationship between various meteorological parameters, such as average air temperature, average precipitation, and average wind speed, and the production of solar electricity were investigated. Using the Pearson method, the correlation coefficients between the specified parameters and solar energy production were determined. As a result, the correlation values were obtained, on the basis of which conclusions were drawn regarding the influence of various factors on the efficiency of solar panels. It is emphasized that when planning the location of small solar power plants, it is important to take into account the average air temperature, since there is a strong positive correlation between it and the production of solar electricity. It is noted that the optimal temperature for the efficient operation of solar panels is +21°C The article also provides recommendations on taking into account the average wind speed and average precipitation when planning the location of solar power plants, in particular for the tourism industry in Ivano-Frankivsk region. The article deals with the issue of implementin g a competence approach to the study of fiction at school. The research of modern scientists on the formation of students' reading competence is analyzed. The assimilation of sociocultural and life meanings during reading is inextricably linked to emotions (feelin gs, experien ce, memory, imagination), and emotions as a personal regulator of activity are linked to motivation (especially to reading). The psychological aspect of reading consists in the fact that the foun dation of the work as an emotional-volitional activity of the writer and the perception of the reader is their emotional-value sphere and socioemotional skills. A task for searching for meanings, an algorithm for working on what has been read, and reading keys for working with the text are proposed (emotional meanings, reconstruction of the author's model of the world and the behavior of the characters, "trying on" meanings and assimilation of the personally significant). Today, innovative technologies get into all spheres of life: medicine, transport, entertainment, education. Specialists who use modern technologies, understand complex technical problems, develop new solutions and possess universal skills are increasingly needed on the labor market. The modern stage of development of the international education system is determined by innovations. Such activity in the scientific field is quite important in today's conditions, because it makes a significant contribution to the development of an innovative person. STEM-education is the best way to educate the society of the future: students can easily become goal-oriented, educated and reliable members of society. That is why foreign experience is very relevant for the modernization of education. The purpose of the article is to analyze the peculiarities of the formation of STEM education based on foreign experience. The scientific novelty of this work is that it singles out the peculiarities of the implementation of STEMeducation abroad and in Ukraine. The scientific novelty consists in structuring and highlighting the peculiarities of the implementation of STEM-education abroad and in Ukraine. The analysis of scientific publications proved that the theoretical foundations of STEM education were considered by M. John, A. Nicholas, V. Rokhlov, H. Fleischman, А. Frolov. The implementation of STEM-technologies and their research was carried out by J. Gerlach, О. Patrykeieva, І. Slipukhina, V. Chornomorets, G. Yakman. It was found that the strategy for the development of STEM-education involves the creation of solid foundations for the formation of physical and mathematical literacy of educators, which is combined with creative thinking; ensuring equality for all students who will be able to acquire innovative skills regardless of gender, nationality or financial status; preparing students for future professions. Bright example of institutions implementing STEM-education is the University of Lower Silesia in Wroclaw. In the world, there is an increase in federations, organizations that help in the development of STEM: Washington STEM (provides resources and support to teachers and students to improve knowledge in this subject), companies (Danish private company The Lego Group) and corporations (USC Rossier School of Education, Intel and Northeastern University). The article examines the peculiarities of the introduction of STEM-education in Ukraine and abroad: the using of organizational and interactive forms of learning: individual, group work, creating projects, combining several subjects for better learning and focusing on students. The next feature is partnership between countries. Cooperation of organizations, help with tools for work, holding webinars. The next feature that we have highlighted is the creation and improvement of new programs, the combination of subjects by direction is implemented in order to improve the level of assimilation of professional disciplines in colleges and universities and the creation of subject cycles in schools. Level education should also be singled out, for example abroad there are 3 levels: STEM1 theoretical programs "Science, Technology and Engineering" and "International Baccalaureate"; STEM2 - STEM1 and 2-3 years of professionally oriented education with the application of biology; STEM3 - STEM2 and 2-3-year professionally oriented education with the application of technology and engineering. Attention was also paid to the gender education. Gender equality means that the interests, needs and priorities of both women and men are taken into account, recognizing the diversity of different groups of men and women. the using of specialized programs, applications, methods, work in groups or individually, all this creates conditions for training, development, creativity of future specialists. The use of robotics in educational institutions is considered, as there is already an urgent need for specialists for the development, design and programming of innovative machines. Attracting young people to learn robotics is also extremely important for the further development of technology in any progressive nation. S. Papert's research showed that with the use of robots, pupils and students not only acquire many key skills, especially in the field of creative and critical thinking, but also "metacognitive skills", learn to learn, communicate. It also highlights the problems that hinder the process of education modernization, possible ways to overcome them, describes a number of European institutions and methods of implementing STEM-education in them. Thus, STEM-education is gaining more and more popularity in today's world. Focusing on innovative pedagogical approaches, modern European and American educational institutions already have competent specialists who know how to build an effective dialogue with students using new teaching methods. The experience of introducing STEM-technologies into the educational process of the USA and the EU shows that the upbringing of modern and intellectually gifted children is our guide for the future, because the level of education of society is the key to progressive development and competitiveness for the country. The key point in the implementation of new technologies in the classroom is the objective assessment of the student's progress, not the relationship with the teacher. The paper gives the results of investigation of the features of formation of D16 aluminium alloy welds in consumable electrode welding with application of two insulated fi ller wires or embedded elements of diff erent chemical composition. Wires of Zv1201, ZvАК5, ZvАК12 grades of 1.6 mm diameter and embedded elements cut out of V92, V96 and 7056 alloy blanks with diff erent content of zinc were evaluated. It is shown that ZvАК5 wire ensures reduction of the length of solidifi cation cracks and quantity of pores in welded joints, and welded joint strength becomes higher at addition of zinc into the welds. 15 Ref., 5 Tabl., 5 Fig. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

У статті схарактеризовано стан наукових досліджень з історії формування української громади в Криму в кінці XVIII – на початку XXI ст., які з’явилися в 90-ті роки ХХ ст. – на початку ХХІ ст., коли після відродження його автономії настав прорив у дослідженнях різних аспектів кримської історії, та написані на новому, більш високому рівні на принципах історизму, об’єктивності, альтернативності. Саме пострадянський період характеризується широкими науковими дискусіями з історії Криму і перспектив його розвитку. Особливу увагу звернено на аналіз праць, у яких осмислюються дискусійні питання спільної історичної долі України й Криму, розвінчуються міфи про «исконно русский Крым», висвітлюються проблеми вирішення кримського питання у 1917–1920 рр., хронологія походу П. Болбочана, проголошення кримських республік у 1918–1921 рр., проведення більшовиками політики коренізації в Криму, голод 20–30-х років та репресії на півострові, а також партизанська війна у роки Другої світової війни. Автор стверджує, що після 1991 р. з’явилися сотні наукових монографій, статей, захищено десятки дисертацій, проведено ряд наукових конференцій з різних напрямів історії Криму. Встановлено відсутність комплексного дослідження формування громади українців Криму наприкінці ХVIII – на початку ХХІ ст. Недостатньо з’ясованими є суспільно-політичне, демографічне, господарче становище українців на півострові в часи розвалу Російської імперії та існування на її теренах національних і квазідержавних утворень, а також політика крайових кримських урядів щодо українців та політика урядів УНР та УД щодо захисту українців у Криму, його державної належності тощо. Потребують комплексного аналізу політика України щодо української етнічної спільноти АР Крим та м. Севастополя у 1991–2014 рр., а також окупаційна політика РФ після 2014 р., яка призвела до дискримінації кримських українців та загрози асиміляції частини з них. Анексія Криму, яка відбулася з порушенням Конституцій України і АРК, законів України та загальновизнаних міжнародних правових норм, прав і свобод громадян України, що проживають на території Криму, була заздалегідь підготовленою спецоперацією, однією з ключових складових якої стала інформаційно-пропагандистська політика. Нині маловивченими є проблеми зародження і подолання проросійської ідентичності в Криму на сучасному етапі та вироблення шляхів оптимізації системи державного управління й національної безпеки України.

Музеї та музейний простір зазвичай слабко асоціюються з соціологічною наукою. Переважно музейна тема звужується до царини історичної науки. Решта підходів та оптик позиціонуються або як суміжні, або як тематично фокусовані на окремих аспектах чи конкретних проблемах. Соціологія знаходить себе найчастіше в міждисциплінарному зв’язку та в ситуаціях конкретно-емпіричних досліджень на замовлення музейних інституцій. У цій статті подано міркування щодо соціологічного підходу до вивчення музеїв як соціально інституційованих просторів (науки, політики, економіки, культури, дозвілля, повсякдення, ідентичності та соціалізації). Зауважено на галузевій ніші соціології музеїв, або музейній соціології. Звернено увагу на охоплення соціологічним поглядом соціальних процесів, які супроводжують зародження, функціонування та потенціал музеїв і музейних практик. Музейний простір осмислено як елемент соціальної ойкумени в подвійній оптиці: а) крізь позиціонування соціології в пізнанні та вивченні музейних практик та б) крізь аналіз ролі музеїв у їх власному осмисленні формування себе як компонентів соціальної системи (у функціоналістському значенні). Музеї проаналізовано в соціально-просторовому контексті як складник поселенської одиниці (міста). Музеї в сучасних містах мають враховувати особливості міграційних процесів, які відповідають їхнім локальностям і досить сильно впливають на культурні, соціальні, економічні й політичні умови їхнього функціонування. Місцевим музеям необхідно вибудовувати сценарії взаємодії між місцевим населенням і приїжджими, формувати соціальну атмосферу порозуміння і лояльності, впроваджувати адаптивні заходи для приєднання туристів до локального контексту й організації заходів комплектації всього різноманіття міських культур у загальну картину уявлення про місцеву спільноту та її історію. Зауважено на таких підходах і стратегіях ефективного функціонування музеїв, як комерціоналізація, партисипативність і локалізація. Окремою складовою статті є емпірична компонента про досвід соціологічного дослідження музею, який демонструє кейс прикладних можливостей та практичні інструменти соціології в розвитку й функціонуванні конкретного музею.

У статті досліджено важливість використання статистичних методів при проведенні маркетингового аудиту та контролю в аграрному підприємстві. Для дослідження використовували системний аналіз, аналітичні та порівняльні методи. Проведено аналіз та класифікацію маркетингових методів і моделей. Визначено комплекс статистичних методів, який використовується в практиці проведення маркетингового аудиту та контрою, в основі якого є методи дослідження сукупностей, тенденцій, взаємозв’язків. Зазначено, що основна функція статистичних методів полягає в зборі та обробці інформації. Це дозволяє аудиторам зробити правильні висновки, та передбачати потреби аграрного підприємства, забезпечуючи конкурентні переваги. Для якісного проведення маркетингового аудиту та контролю пропонується використання статистичних інструментів, орієнтованих на маркетинг.

The performance of nata de bamboo (NDB) and nata de chayote (NDCh) membranes as zinc-carbon battery separators has been investigated. NDB and NDCh are bacterial cellulose produced from a fermentation process by bacterium acetobacter xylinum on bamboo shoots and chayote substrate, respectively. Two types of membranes, i.e., complete sheet (type 1) and homogeneous (type 2) from both natas were fabricated with various weights. The membranes were pressed, dried, and placed on the zinc-carbon battery as a separator. The digital caliper was used to measure the thickness of the membranes. The electrochemical properties of the membranes as zinc-carbon battery separators were observed by Linear Sweep Voltammetry (LSV) and Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) techniques. A comparison study was conducted with an original membrane separator of a zinc-carbon battery. The results showed that the thickness of type 1 membranes from both NDB and NDCh in all variations is thinner than that of type 2 membranes and original membranes. NDB and NDCh membranes' resistance was similar to the original membrane separator. The best result was achieved from type 1 of NDB and NDCh membranes. This indicates that NDB and NDCh membranes have the potency to replace an original membrane separator of zinc-carbon batteries. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Ранній неонатальний сепсис здебільшого має бактеріальну природу (у 84% випадків), у 12% – грибкову, а в 4% – вірусну та паразитарну. За даними Європейського центру контролю захворювань та профілактики (CDC), виникнення сепсису в новонароджених тісно пов’язане з масою тіла при народженні, гестаційним віком, а також із кольором шкіри. Встановлено, що найтяжчий стан спостерігається в дітей з масою тіла 400–1500 г і гестаційним віком менше 30 тижнів. Паразитарний сепсис у новонароджених належить до тяжких форм дитячого сепсису з високим рівнем летальності. Клінічний випадок. Наведено досвід успішного лікування 2 дітей з тяжким паразитарним сепсисом в умовах пологового будинку, коли пацієнти були нетранспортабельними. На початку лікування детально вивчено анамнез кожної вагітності. Обом пацієнтам, починаючи з першої доби, проведено комплексне інструментальне дослідження (ультразвукове і рентгенологічне), а також лабораторні дослідження крові (полімеразна ланцюгова реакція, імуноферментний аналіз, коагулограма, С-реактивний білок, прокальцитонін, загальні біохімічні тести). Першу дитину, передчасно народжену на 30-му тижні вагітності з вагою 1070 г, лікували від внутрішньоутробного хламідіозного сепсису. Другу, народжену в строк, яка страждала на внутрішньоутробний токсоплазменний сепсис і резус-конфлікт, почали лікувати внутрішньоутробно – на 30-му тижні вагітності. Обох дітей лікувала багатопрофільна команда, діти одужали. Висновки. Позитивний результат лікування демонструє ефективність патогенетичного підходу до лікування тяжких форм сепсису в новонароджених. Комплексна спеціалізована протизапальна терапія і стимуляція захисних механізмів дає змогу вилікувати новонароджених і завчасно народжених дітей, навіть із паразитарним сепсисом. Дослідження проведено відповідно до принципів Гельсінської декларації. На проведення досліджень отримано згоду батьків дітей. Автори заявляють про відсутність конфлікту інтересів.

Метою статті є здійснення ретроспективного аналізу коміксу як об’єкта дослідження в наукових роботах українських і зарубіжних науковців у галузі мальопису та коміксології, а також у систематизації основних періодів вивчення цієї теми у світовому науковому просторі. Методологія дослідження базується на застосуванні як загальних, так і спеціальних методів наукового пізнання, зокрема ретроспективного, теоретико-дослідницького, системно-структурного та емпіричного. Зазначений методологічний підхід дозволив розкрити і проаналізувати дослідження зарубіжних та українських науковців щодо історичних аспектів становлення коміксу як самостійного складного мультимодального утворення. Наукова новизна виконаного дослідження полягає в тому, що у роботі комплексно розглянуто основні аспекти та актуальні наукові підходи до дослідження мальопису серед вітчизняних і зарубіжних науковців та здійснено періодизацію розвитку коміксів із виділенням його семи етапів як інформаційного продукту і розкрито їх специфіку. Автором встановлено, що комікс є інтерсеміотичним феноменом людської творчої діяльності, самостійним складним мультимодальним утворенням. У висновках у результаті детальної характеристики особливостей наукових досліджень у сфері коміксології аргументовано появу нових тенденцій у дослідженні науковцями графічних історій не лише в розрізі ретроспективи коміксу як окремого напрямку мистецтва, а й таких, як: взаємодія вербальних і невербальних компонентів; соціального впливу мальованих історій на життя та побут читачів; інформаційно-комунікаційних властивостей мальованих історій; особливості лінгвокультурологічних аспектів коміксу; визначення дефініції поняття «комікс»; співвідношення певних композиційних складових коміксу інформаційно-комунікаційних властивостей мальованих історій; системне дослідження різновидів та типології коміксу.
