The article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of the implementation of the automatic beehive management system as a component of the digitalization of the main capital of apiaries of Ukraine. The influence of digitization on increasing the efficiency of the use of fixed capital and increasing labor productivity in the field of beekeeping due to the optimization of work processes and the reduction of the labor intensity of operations has been determined. A comprehensive analysis of the economic performance of apiaries before and after the introduction of automation systems has been carried out. Some recommendations for optimizing the structure of the fixed capital of apiaries through the introduction of modern digital technologies, including a phased modernization plan and sources of financing, have been developed. Predictive indicators of the economic effect from the introduction of automated management systems in apiaries of various scales have been presented. The article presents a comprehensive study of the development and implementation of the automatic beehive control system based on an Arduino microcontroller as a component of the DIY strategy of digitalization of beekeeping in Ukraine. The influence of available technologies on the transformation of the processes of reproduction of fixed capital in the industry and the formation of new models of production modernization has been analyzed. A multi-component system for monitoring the life parameters of bee families has been developed, which includes monitoring of temperature, humidity, hive weight, CO₂ level and acoustic indicators with the functions of automatic microclimate regulation and remote control. An annual practical test of the system has been conducted at an experimental apiary, which demonstrated a significant increase in production efficiency according to key indicators. The economic aspects of the implementation of DIY solutions in beekeeping and their influence on the processes of modernization of the industry have been studied. The role of available technological platforms in the formation of a new paradigm of technological development of traditional branches of agriculture has been substantiated. Methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of DIY solutions and their impact on economic indicators of production have been proposed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
