Objectives. The objective of the study was to determine the features of competitive activities among national football teams based on the integral assessment of playing tactics. Materials and methods. The study was conducted during the 2024 European Football Championship. The competitive activities of national football teams from European countries (Germany, Spain, England, Switzerland, France, Portugal, Netherlands, Turkey) were analyzed, focusing on the playing tactics in 50 halves. In order to carry out the study, the following methods were used: theoretical analysis of literature sources; pedagogical observation of competitive activities; analysis of video materials of competitive activities; methods of mathematical statistics. The statistical analysis of the research results was conducted using descriptive mathematical statistics. The sample was characterized by determining the arithmetic mean, standard deviation (S), and coefficient of variation (V). The significance of observed differences in the indicators was assessed using the parametric Student’s t-test for independent samples. Prior to this, the data’s conformity to a normal distribution was verified using the Shapiro-Wilk W-test. Results. A methodology for the integral assessment of the tactics undertaken by national football teams was developed. The integral assessment of team tactics consisted of 10 specific coefficients that reflect the main components of football players’ competitive activities in the phases of ball possession and recovery. The competitive activities in 50 halves of the 2024 European Football Championship were analyzed. The average value of the integral assessment of the tactics in national football teams was determined to be 5.62 ± 0.43 points. The findings revealed significant tactical variations between the teams, with Spain’s use of high pressing and creative play contributing to their championship victory. A ten-point scale for evaluating the tactics of national football teams was developed, on the basis of which the level of competitive activities is interpreted. Conclusions. The developed methodology for monitoring and analyzing the tactics of football teams allows for targeted management influences on the competitive activities of football players at the operational, current, and stage levels. The article considers the influence of the use of different types of spare parts on the total damage and the application of wear of the component parts when calculating the amount of damage caused to the wheeled vehicle. The authors have conducted a comparative analysis, evaluated the economic efficiency of the use of various spare parts.

Навчання історії не може бути продуктивним без формування в учнів геопросторового мислення, яке передбачає орієнтацію у просторі, в якому відбувались події минулого. Метою публікації є визначення поняття «геопросторове мислення учнів» як обов’язкового результату навчання громадянській та історичній освітній галузі, а також шляхів його формування у учнів 5‒6 класів з використанням потенціалу підручника. У статті зазначається, що сучасне суспільство демонструє зростаючий інтерес до навичок отримання та використання геопросторових даних, що відображається в Державному стандарті базової середньої освіти 2020 року. Водночас, автори констатують теоретичний дисонанс, оскільки поняття «геопросторове мислення» не визначено в методичній науці, що призводить до обмеженого розуміння цього завдання вчителями-практиками. У статті пропонується визначення геопросторового мислення як комплексу знань і навичок використання просторових концепцій, карт та графіків для аналізу й осмислення подій, явищ і процесів минулого, а також здатності учнів використовувати їх для аналізу та розв’язання проблем сьогодення. Авторами підкреслюється необхідність розроблення відповідної методики формування цієї характеристики мислення учнів, яка потребує певного зламу стереотипів і стандартних підходів учителів до використання історичної та контурної карт на уроках історії. Метою має стати усвідомлення учнями поняття «історичний простір» і його відмінностей від простору географічного, осмислення причинно-наслідкових зв’язків між характеристиками історичного простору та особливостями розвитку локальної людської спільноти й цілої цивілізації, глибокої обумовленості економічних, політичних і навіть культурних явищ розташуванням у просторі з усіма його ресурсними можливостями та обмеженнями. Зроблено висновок про потребу в спеціальних засобах навчання, зокрема підручниках з історії, методичний апарат і дизайн яких орієнтовані на розвиток геопросторового мислення, зокрема зі спеціальним набором картографічних матеріалів і системою пізнавальних завдань до них. Також наголошується на необхідності подальших теоретичних досліджень та впровадження у педагогічну практику технологій GIS і можливостей інтернет-карт із супутниковим зображенням.

The article examines the essence of the investment attractiveness of the enterprise as an economic category according to normative sources, educational and methodological and scientific literature, and dissertation studies. Methodical approaches to the assessment of the investment attractiveness of the enterprise are defined according to the financial condition, the integral indicator, the matrix approach, and others. The existing methodology for assessing the investment attractiveness of the enterprise, chosen based on the criteria of a comprehensive approach and relative simplicity of calculations, has been improved by refining the indicators that will be used for calculation. The choice of indicators is justified, including, based on the same positive dynamics – growth, which ensures the same positive dynamics for the indicator of the investment attractiveness of the enterprise calculated on their basis. According to the method justified for use and specified by the author, an assessment of the level of investment attractiveness of two agricultural enterprises of the Volyn region was carried out, and the results were interpreted. The advantages of the methodology specified by the author, which is based on the calculation of the geometric mean value of four main indicators that characterize the level of turnover of assets, the level of capital profitability, the level of financial stability of the enterprise and the level of liquidity of its assets, are established: the relative simplicity of calculations and, accordingly, the high speed of obtaining results. At the same time, this method takes into account indicators that characterize the main areas of financial analysis of the company's activity. The methods of application of the proposed methodology are substantiated – the analysis of the investment attractiveness of the enterprise in dynamics and the possibility, based on the results of factor analysis, to identify negative changes in certain areas of financial analysis (business activity, profitability, financial stability or liquidity); comparing the level of investment attractiveness of two or more enterprises and establishing, on this basis, a more attractive investment object for a potential investor. Статтю присвячено дослідженню та розробці методики формування організаційно-штатної структури відділів прикордонної служби типу “Б” під час виконання завдань в пунктах пропуску для автомобільного сполучення в умовах воєнного стану. Проаналізовано специфіку виконання завдань відділом прикордонної служби тип “Б” в умовах воєнного стану та обґрунтовано методологічний підхід щодо розробки методики формування організаційно-штатної структури відділом прикордонної служби типу “Б” для виконання завдань в пунктах пропуску для автомобільного сполучення в умовах воєнного стану. З’ясовано, що вхідними даними для реалізації завдання щодо формування раціональної організаційно-штатної структури відділу прикордонної служби типу “Б” є дані, отримані в результаті аналітичних формацій накопиченої специфічної інформації, що використовується для оцінювання обстановки та прогнозування рівня її загострення на ділянці відповідальності. Розглянуто структуру специфічної системи, яка має взаємопов’язані елементи, взаємодіє із середовищем як єдине ціле і відокремлена від нього, а також має динамічно змінну сукупність пов’язаних об’єктів та властивостей організації. Сформовано синтезовану схему методики формування організаційно-штатної структури відділу прикордонної служби типу “Б” для виконання завдань в пунктах пропуску для автомобільного сполучення в умовах воєнного стану. Акцентовано на тому, що ефективність виконання завдань Державної прикордонної служби України в міжнародних пунктах пропуску для автомобільного сполучення залежить від своєчасності виявлення стану загострення обстановки у прикордонній сфері, тому в роботі виконано розрахунок узагальненого показника повноти реалізації функцій в чинній організаційно-штатній структурі відділу прикордонної служби типу “Б” та визначено показник рівня оперативності реалізації функцій охорони державного кордону в межах організаційно-штатної структури відділу прикордонної служби типу “Б” у пунктах пропуску автомобільного сполучення в умовах воєнного стану. Обґрунтовано можливість отримання кількісно-якісних даних параметрів, які дають змогу визначити інтегральний показник ефективності запропонованої організаційно-штатної структури, що є вихідними даними для обґрунтування пропозицій щодо прийняття управлінських рішень. Вони є елементами сукупності вхідних даних для запропонованої методики, що дозволяє реалізовувати своєчасні організаційні заходи з метою попередження негативних наслідків для національної безпеки держави у прикордонній сфері діяльності при зміні обстановки. Запропоновано методику, яка передбачає кількісне оцінювання ступеня відповідності організаційно-штатної структури цілям, завданням і функціям відділу прикордонної служби типу “Б”, які реалізуються у пунктах пропуску для автомобільного сполучення в умовах воєнного стану в державі.

The article examines the problem of forming scientific and technical programs for the conversion of research nuclear installations at the decommissioning stage, which arose in the aspect of justifying the possibility of extending the designated service life of all existing research nuclear reactors in Russia. To solve this problem, a methodology is proposed, which includes an information model and a process description of the necessary step-by-step actions, as well as a set of appendices in the form of documents justifying the most optimal ways to form a project for managing the quality of nuclear reactor conversion processes in relation to special life cycle conditions of specific nuclear reactors. The general view of the methodology is described: principles and methods of construction, structure. An example of the application of this technique in the conversion of the Hydra salt solution pulsed research reactor for the decommissioning stage is given. The purpose of the conversion of the Hydra reactor is to extend the designated service life by replacing non-repairable equipment ­ the vessel. The main criteria for justifying the residual life of the housing are formulated, which are the presence of a safety margin of the housing material, taking into account the accumulated fluence on more vulnerable areas and the justification of the integrity and tightness of the housing. For clarity, the conceptual information model of the methodology for justifying the safety of the process of replacing the Hydra reactor vessel is presented in the form of an Ishikawa diagram. The methodology represents a series of sequential scientific and technical activities, research and a finite number of step-by-step actions to achieve the final goal – extending the service life. The stages of the methodology for justifying the safety of replacing the Hydra reactor vessel are described, such as «clarification of initial data», «performing computational studies and laboratory experiments», «clarification of the requirements of methodological documentation» and «formation of a work plan» and «registration of licensing documents for operation».

В статье представлен опыт работы автора по изучению творчества дальневосточного писателя Н.Д. Наволочкина в рамках литературного краеведения. Описываются применяемые методы и приемы знакомства учащихся с творческой биографией художника слова, формы внеаудиторной деятельности (экскурсии, проектная деятельность, проведение краеведческого диктанта, создание квеста и т.д.). Использованы историко-культурный, биографический методы, а также методы педагогического наблюдения, сравнения и логического сопоставления. Обосновываются актуальность и необходимость применения этих методов в практике преподавания, так как изучение региональной литературы не только знакомит студентов с историко-культурными процессами, проходящими на Дальнем Востоке (переселение, освоение природных богатств, развитие территорий), но и прививает любовь и уважение к «малой родине», почтительное отношение к литературному, культурному, научному наследию писателей и ученых Дальнего Востока.

В останні роки була вирішена важлива проблема ризик-менеджменту – поділення його на три основні частини: ризик-економіку, ризик-інженерію і ризик-адміністрацію. Наразі, на думку авторів, актуальною стає проблема удосконалення методологій ризик-менеджменту, а конкретніше – його методик. Як свідчить особистий досвід дослідницької і, зокрема, викладацької діяльності авторів, багато існуючих методик ризик-менеджменту поряд з перевагами мають й недоліки. На думку авторів, найбільш прийнятною для сучасного стану ризик-менеджменту є методика гарантованої визначеності. Саме її удосконалення є найбільш простим, але саме воно суттєво підвищить ефективність ризик-менеджменту. Зазначене визначило мету цієї статті.

В научном сборнике о жизни и деятельности Т. С. Голуб, известного белорусского литературоведа и текстолога, лауреата литературной премии имени М. Горецкого, прослеживаются основные этапы ее научного пути, анализируется вклад исследовательницы в развитие национальной текстологии. Издание содержит биографические и биобиблиографические сведения о Т. С. Голуб, а также описана ее методика текстологической подготовки публикаций многотомных академических собраний сочинений классиков белорусской литературы – Якуба Коласа, Янки Купалы, Максима Горецкого, Ивана Шамякина и др., осуществленные коллективом ученых Института белорусской литературы НАН Беларуси. Цель. Совершенствование методики оценки эффективности действий должностных лиц временного штаба управления ликвидацией аварийного разлива нефти в море. Методы. Общенаучные методы исследования: анализ и синтез, сравнение и обобщение; метод критического пути. Результаты. Внесены изменения в методику оценки эффективности действий должностных лиц временного штаба управления ликвидацией аварийного разлива нефти в море, приведены результаты ее апробации при проведении учений. Область применения исследований. Результаты работы могут быть использованы в практической деятельности при управлении аварийно-спасательными службами Министерства по чрезвычайным ситуациям Азербайджанской Республики в военное время.

Статья посвящена исследованию криминалистической характеристики преступлений как одного из ключевых понятий криминалистической методики расследования преступлений. Рассматривается эволюция взглядов и подходов, сложившихся в науке относительно роли криминалистической характеристики преступлений в структуре разрабатываемых частных методик, ее содержания и структуры. При этом отмечаются содержательные аспекты криминалистической характеристики преступлений, разделяемые большинством ученых, и аспекты, вызывающие дискуссию. Проводится анализ структуры криминалистической характеристики преступлений и основных подходов, сложившихся в юридической литературе по этому вопросу. Рассматриваются основные элементы, предлагаемые к включению в структуру криминалистической характеристики, приводится их оценка. Акцентируется внимание на необходимости дальнейших исследований вопросов криминалистической характеристики преступлений и предлагаются возможные направления их развития. В качестве одного из основных таких направлений называется выработка единых критериев формирования структуры криминалистической характеристики преступлений. В связи с этим в статье приводится обзор существующих на этот счет в криминалистической литературе авторских позиций, в том числе использование в качестве критерия элементов состава преступления, обстоятельств, подлежащих доказыванию по уголовному делу и др. Анализируются причины значительного расхождения позиций ученых по вопросам содержания и структуры криминалистической характеристики преступлений. В качестве одной из основных причин обозначается различное понимание авторами сущности и роли криминалистической характеристики преступлений в структуре методики расследования, обусловленное в том числе применяемой терминологией – термин «криминалистическая характеристика преступлений» не совсем точно отражает суть обозначаемого понятия. В связи с этим проведен анализ используемой терминологии с этимологических позиций и сформулированы предложения по ее дальнейшему применению в криминалистической методике.

The fretting corrosion machine has been modernized for testing spherical bearings under vibration conditions. Enterprises carry out financial and economic activities under constant changes, which directly or indirectly affect the content, volume and structure of information flows arising from identifying, measuring and formalising data related to economic operations and their results. The article aims to identify the elements of the preparation method of integrated reporting, the application of which by the accountant will help increase the degree of satisfaction of users' information needs. It was established that the preparation of integrated reporting includes three stages: determining users' information needs, obtaining relevant information for forming indicators, and directly filling out forms of integrated reporting. The first stage's goal is to establish the characteristics that should be concise, understandable for most users, and meaningful enough to make adequate management decisions on their basis. An essential aspect of the second stage is the determination of the sources of obtaining the necessary data with the identification of factors that contribute to reducing the cost of acquiring data, ensuring their relevance in terms of the time of receipt and intended purpose, as well as availability and a high level of trust. The preparation of integrated reports involves the selection of an acceptable conceptual basis that would consider the branch and territorial aspects of the functioning of business entities, their organisational and functional structure, policies and procedures for implementing individual financial and economic operations, and segments of activity. An accountant's application in practical activities of the approach to the preparation of integrated reporting disclosed in the article will allow the assessment of the expediency of obtaining individual data based on their importance for users, the ratio of benefits from receiving them, and related costs. Qualitatively prepared integrated reporting will give users confidence that formalised and properly systematised indicators characterise the enterprise's economic activity, taking into account the influence of quantitative, qualitative and cost factors. In the article, the authors present a resource-oriented methodology of studying global economic ratings in the system of training future specialists in business economics, which consists of 5 stages: theoretical, search, analytical, summarizing and predictive. The theoretical stage involves the presentation of theoretical material to students: the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the discipline "Global Business Environment", its purpose, subject and tasks, methods of calculating global indices. Teaching methods: visualization of educational content, interactive discussions, mind mapping. The search stage directs students to use Internet resources to search for information on the assigned tasks. Teaching methods: contextual search, visual reading method, mathematical and statistical methods (collection, grouping, generalization). The analytical stage aims to perform indicative tasks aimed at selecting the necessary information, performing successive generalizations of the found information and analytical calculations. Teaching methods: research methods, mathematical and statistical methods (collection, grouping, generalization, sampling method), methods of information analysis (analysis of documents, reports, analytical notes). The summarizing stage focuses on the performance of tasks to generalize the information found and the students' application of calculation and analytical methods to determine the place of individual components in the total population (percentage and rank method of data evaluation). Teaching methods: research methods, mathematical and statistical methods (collection, grouping, generalization, sampling method), methods of information analysis (analysis of documents, reports, analytical notes). The predictive stage involves the execution of tasks in the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet using analysis, decision-making and forecasting tools. Через широкомасштабне вторгнення російської федерації в Україну сьогодні встановлено сотні кілометрів квадратних мінних полів, тисячі груп та одиночних мін, а також саморобних вибухових пристроїв, лежать сотні тисяч боєприпасів, які не розірвалися. Війна російської федерації проти України призвела до того, що Україна виявилася найбільш забрудненою вибухонебезпечними предметами країною світу. Замінованість території, ракетні і артилерійські обстріли України, де під загрозою – будь-який об’єкт на її території зумовлють необхідність у сучасних засобах розвідки та розмінування місцевості. Проте досвід застосування інженерних підрозділів Сил оборони показує, що комплекти розвідки й розмінування на сьогодні застарілі, мають низьку ефективність і не відповідають вимогам щодо виконання подібного роду завдань. Одними з таких засобів є типові комплекти розвідки та розмінування типу КР-О, КР-І, КР-Е, якими оснащуються як військові підрозділи, так і інші підрозділи Сил оборони. Підвищення ефективності застосування таких засобів стає нагальним завданням. Результати аналізу вказують на те, що наявні комплекти розвідки та розмінування не відповідають вимогам сучасної ситуації, тому необхідно шукати нові рішення і підходи до їх розробки. Результати аналізу показали, що деякі питання, пов’язані з підвищенням ефективності застосування засобів подолання мінно-вибухових загороджень, до кінця не вирішено. Однією з найсуттєвіших причин є невизначеність у підходах щодо вибору необхідних параметрів комплектів розвідки та розмінування місцевості та їх оцінки і відповідно вибору необхідного для виконання завдання зразка. У статті проаналізовано стан комплектів інженерної розвідки й розмінування місцевості та розглянуто підхід щодо оцінювання значень їхніх параметрів за допомогою коефіцієнтів вагомості основних параметрів для визначення кращого варіанта з альтернатив.

Мета роботи: розробити методику визначення потреби в оснащенні збройних сил безпілотними системами для виконання завдань на суші, у повітрі та на морі. Метод дослідження: аналітичний метод, математичне моделювання. Результати дослідження: у статті розроблена методика визначення потреби у безпілотних системах, які застосовуватимуться на суші, у повітрі та на морі, методика дає можливість визначити потребу в безпілотних системах для ведення розвідки, нанесення уражень об’єктам супротивника та для логістичного забезпечення і підтримки військ (сил) з урахуванням обсягу завдань, які покладаються на відповідні рівні військової ієрархії. Теоретична цінність дослідження: аналітичний метод надав можливість визначити ефективність застосування безпілотних систем, а метод математичного моделювання який розглядається, як джерело інформації про процес в якому методи теорії ймовірності є основним засобом обробки результатів математичної моделі із визначення потреби у безпілотних системах. Практична цінність дослідження: розроблена методика визначення потреби у безпілотних системах дає можливість визначити потребу у безпілотних системах для своєчасного забезпечення відповідних підрозділів (військових частин). Цінність дослідження: цінність дослідження полягає у визначенні потреби у безпілотних системах, що наддасть можливість на оперативному рівні управління своєчасно забезпечувати тактичний рівень управління а на стратегічному своєчасно планувати закупівлю відповідних систем для їх поповнення на оперативному рівні. Обмеження дослідження: обмеження дослідження полягає у тому, що не враховується модель проектування організаційно-штатної структура підрозділів безпілотних систем. Тип статті: науково-теоретична.

Наукову статтю присвячено розробці методики на базі наявних показників, критеріїв та моделі щодо вибору раціонального (кращого) варіанта застосування сил та засобів прикордонного загону із завданням збирання (добування) та обробки даних обстановки. Автором розкрито важливість наявності об’єктивної інформації щодо обстановки, яка склалася у прикордонні нашої держави, прикордонні суміжної держави, та вчасного реагування на зміну значень показників оцінювання стану обстановки як основної складової для прийняття управлінського рішення з організації оперативно-службової діяльності на державному кордоні. Зроблено висновок про те, що основним інструментом щодо своєчасного забезпечення інформацією керівників різних ланок управління є досягнення належної інтерактивності за рахунок створення ефективної системи збирання (добування) та обробки даних обстановки. Зазначена методика ґрунтується на побудові функціонально-організаційної схеми з урахуванням чинників, що будуть впливати на спроможності сил та засобів щодо збирання (добування) та обробки даних обстановки. Визначено, що для ефективного прийняття та виконання рішення щодо організації оперативно-службової діяльності важливими є два критерії: збір якомога більше інформації (даних обстановки) та її своєчасний аналіз, що відповідає задекларованій меті наукового дослідження. Розроблена методика формування раціонального варіанта застосування сил та засобів прикордонного загону щодо збирання (добування) та обробки даних обстановки буде відігравати важливу роль щодо доцільного використання усіх наявних сил та засобів, що у свою чергу дозволить підвищити ефективність охорони державного кордону на визначеній ділянці. Реалізація розробленої методики надасть можливість підвищити рівень функціонування системи збирання (добування) та обробки даних обстановки, визначити раціональний варіант використання сил та засобів прикордонного загону для кожної ділянки відповідальності окремо, а також розробки рекомендацій штабам прикордонних загонів щодо раціональних варіантів застосування сил та засобів для виконання завдань щодо збирання (добування) та обробки даних обстановки.

Стаття присвячена аналізу можливостей використання геоінформаційних систем в навчальному процесі в рамках підготовки здобувачів непрофільних спеціальностей. Окреслено переваги та недоліки використання геоінформаційних систем в навчальному процесі. Наголошено на мультидисциплінарних властивостях геоінформаційних систем, що розкриваються у можливостях здобувачів проводити дослідницьку діяльність в рамках кількох навчальних курсів. Геоінформаційні системи відповідно до своїх функціональних можливостей та ліцензійних умов можна розділити на комерційні програмні комплекси та Open Source програмне забезпечення. Навчальні дисципліни на базі геоінформаційних систем для непрофільних спеціальностей структурно мають бути орієнтовані на: вивчення методики одержання та аналізу географічної інформації для формування баз геоданих; збирання просторової інформації та її класифікацію; побудову на основі проаналізованих геоданих просторових моделей; вивчення основ ГІС-картографування; аналіз функціональних можливостей геоінформаційних систем.

Profitability is an economic category of fundamental importance for the theory and practice of the economic analysis. It is a generalized relative indicator that characterizes the effectiveness of the activity of business subjects that function in different sectors and their related industries of the national economy. The object of this publication covers the enterprise’s profitability calculated on revenue basis. The subject matter of the study refers to the profitability on revenue from sales of products basis (profitability of revenue). The article consistently substantiates the methods for analysis of revenue-based profitability and profitability on net revenue from sales of products basis. It highlights different options and models for analysis, thus binding the different aspects of the enterprise’s business. It determines the power and direction of the direct factors’ impact on the changes of profitability calculated on the basis of the total amount of revenue and the amount of net revenue from sales of products. It further substantiates the objectively existing relations and dependencies both between revenue-based profitability and the indicator ‘Costs per revenue of BGN 100’ (revenue effectiveness), that characterizes the effectiveness of the overall business, as well as those between profitability of sales and the indicator ‘Full cost per production of BGN 100’, that characterizes the effectiveness of the enterprises’ operations carrying out industrial business as their principal activity. The author’s objective is to improve the methods for analysis of profitability calculated on revenue basis and net revenue from sales of products basis. The profitability analysis is a typical example of external analysis. It is carried out by using data from the enterprises’ financial statements, which are public. The information obtained from the analysis is designed to meet the information needs of external users of information disclosed in the enterprises’ financial statements. The information obtained from the analysis enable them to make informed decisions for the relevant enterprise and their business contacts with them. The resultative analytical information is useful for the internal users – the financial management and the management of each enterprise in general, in order to elaborate and make informed, justified and efficient decisions for the development of its business, the achievement and maintenance of market and financial stability, as well as financial balance in short- and long-term perspective. Background. Based on the fundamental principles of training, the methodology that each coach develops in the planning of sessions can be effective in improving the performance of their athletes. Study purpose. Therefore, the general objective pursued in this study was to find out the type of work carried out by the coaching staffs in their different teams/clubs. Materials and methods. For this work, a descriptive cross-sectional study was carried out on a sample of 517 coaches from different divisions and nationalities. To characterise the sample, descriptive measures were used and Pearson's chi-square was used to study whether there is a relationship between the variables studied. All statistical analyses were performed with Stata and statistical significance was always set at a p-value < 0.05. Results. The results indicated that the methodology preferred by the coaches for working on the technique was the Coerver and analytical methods. The global and analytical methods were the most used on average by the coaches for tactical work. The coaches, regardless of the division or category in which they train, indicated that strength is the most important capacity to work on. Conclusions. The results of this study can be very useful for future coaching staffs when distributing training sessions and workloads. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of strategic management accounting in the accounting practice of domestic enterprises in the conditions of military operations, and determines its place in the management system as the main source of management information for making strategic decisions in the extremely difficult conditions of the functioning of domestic enterprises in the conditions of military aggression. It is noted that the company's development strategy, including in the crisis conditions of wartime, is implemented with the help of strategic planning - the development of plans, programs, budgets, procedures at the company, as a valuable expression of the organization's actions in the conditions of risks associated with the stay enterprises in the combat zone or the zone of defeat by the enemy's means (missiles, drones, artillery). A researched and systematized list of tasks to be solved by strategic management accounting of enterprises in the conditions of military operations; systematized basic strategic management accounting documents containing information about wartime emergency situations; a toolkit of management accounting is proposed, which allows to formulate the strategy of the enterprise under the conditions of military operations. Goal. The purpose of the study is to determine the place and role of strategic management accounting in the accounting practice of domestic enterprises in the conditions of military operations, the development of tools that allow making management decisions of a strategic nature in the presence of alternatives. Methods. Research methods are general scientific methods of cognition, in particular, the article uses methods of empirical analysis to study the main concepts of research, methods of document systematization; tabular methods for building a structural-logical model of calculations related to the choice of an enterprise strategy in the presence of alternatives; methods of generalization in the process of formulating conclusions. The results. The work proves that today strategic management accounting is one of the functions of strategic management, which provides managers with information about the state of the enterprise and the possibilities of its development in conditions of military risks; the list of tasks to be solved by the strategic management accounting of enterprises in the conditions of military operations has been clarified, its methodical support has been improved taking into account emergency situations of a military nature. This publication highlights the methodology for analysis of production net sales revenue. It consistently presents an analysis of the deviation of production net sales revenue for the current period versus the previous period. This deviation is subject to the influence of three direct factors: 1) Changes in the natural volume of sold products. 2) Changes in the product range structure of sold products. 3) Changes in the net sales price of products. The impact of these direct factors may be established both in absolute and in relative terms. For this purpose, the author uses different elements of the method of the financial and business analysis: methods of comparison, adjustment of indicators, subsequent substitution, index method, etc. Analysis is made for the dynamics of production net sales revenue for more years in a row, by identifying both their average dynamics and the variation for the whole period of time. To this end, the author has used the dispersion analysis. The object of research in the article is the net revenue from product sales. The object of study is explained through the methodology for analysis, which is the subject matter of the study presented in the article. The methodology for analysis is complex system of sequentially implemented interconnected stages. The following stages can be distinguished: 1) Information provision of the analysis. 2) Analysis of the dynamics of net revenue from product sales for the current versus previous period with a multiproduct structure of production. 3) Analysis of the average annual dynamics of the net revenue from sales of the production for the analyzed period. 4) Analysis of the variation of the actual around the average actual net revenue from sales of the production for the analyzed period. 5) Analysis of the dynamics of net revenue from product sales by product group. The author’s objective is to suggest improved methodology for analysis of production net sales revenue. The author presents her vision being well aware that the methodology for analysis of production net sales revenue may be successfully used in the business practice for the management of enterprises and their business both in operating and in strategic aspect. The information obtained from the analysis is useful for the financial management of the enterprise for making the right decisions for its development, for achieving market and financial stability and its good positioning in the competitive market. У статті розглядається методика динамічних тактико-спеціальних занять у системі комплексу тактико-спеціальних дисциплін: тактико-вогневої і тактико-спеціальної підготовки (далі – ТСП, ТВП) у професійній підготовці підрозділів швидкого реагування Державної прикордонної служби України (далі – ДПСУ). Окреслено пропозиції змін щодо вдосконалення професійної підготовки особового складу підрозділів швидкого реагування ДПСУ на основі аналізу результатів їх застосування у бойових діях щодо стримування агресії російської федерації до України, де особовий склад ДПСУ постійно виконує поставлені бойові завдання. Праналізовано упровадження Стратегії та Програм розвитку підрозділів швидкого реагування ДПСУ щодо їх реорганізації та переорієнтування на стандарти підрозділів спеціального призначення США та Європейського Союзу. На основі аналізу бойового досвіду застосування підрозділів швидкого реагування виявлено, що особовий склад потребує більш динамічного навчання дій у складі дрібних груп: пересування на місцевості, подолання природних і штучних перешкод, підтримка і прикриття вогнем один одного, ведення ефективного вогню на випередження у разі раптової зустрічі з противником тощо. У підсумках статті підкреслено важливість удосконалення професійної підготовки підрозділів швидкого реагування як провідного спеціального підрозділу ДПСУ у забезпеченні безпеки кордонів України. Зазначено, що успіх виконання завдань, покладених на підрозділи швидкого реагування, буде залежати від підготовленості структурних підрозділів, а для вирішення особливо небезпечних завдань необхідний високий рівень підготовленості, що дозволить реалізовувати завдання, які покладаються на них законодавством. З урахуванням цього у межах професійної підготовки до оперативно-службової і бойової діяльності запропоновано один із варіантів динамічного тактико-спеціального навчання в комплексі тактико-спеціальних дисциплін, який визначається комплексним підходом у підготовці з різних дисциплін одночасно і включає не лише вітчизняний досвід, а й міжнародний, за новими стандартами в системі безпеки, набутий в країнах ЄС та США. Підготовка особового складу підрозділів швидкого реагування ДПСУ до здійснення спеціальних заходів потребує постійного розвитку її методології, а вдосконалення організаційно-правових засад значною мірою сприятиме створенню необхідних передумов для підвищення ефективності як підготовки, так і функціонування таких підрозділів. Ця система підготовки не є остаточною та потребує постійного вдосконалення відповідно до загроз, які виникають останнім часом у світі.

В статті висвітлено результати проведеного аналізу, який мав на меті порівняння існуючих практик та систем проведення аудиту кредитного портфелю комерційних банків в Україні з відповідними підходами до постановки та вирішення задач аудиту кредитної діяльності в комерційних банках за кордоном. Доведено, що незважаючи на позитивні тенденції розвитку аудиту кредитного портфелю в Україні як в напрямку удосконалення нормативно-правового забезпечення, так і розробки прикладних методик на рівні окремих комерційних банків, існують певні виклики та перспективи для подальшого вдосконалення даного напрямку роботи. Виявлено спільні та відмінні риси, що можуть стати підґрунтям для розробки рекомендацій щодо подальшого удосконалення системи аудиту кредитних портфелів в українських комерційних банках. Наголошено на актуальності ширшого застосування можливостей прикладного економіко-математичного інструментарію в процесі формування бази моделей відповідних систем підтримки прийняття управлінських рішень.

The purpose of the article is to analyse the decorative and monumental works of the Ukrainian artist Fedir Tetianych, created in the 1970s, and to identify the traditions of the transavant-garde in their design and methodology. The research methods are based on the fundamental principles of art historical analysis with the involvement of interdisciplinary connections (psychology, cultural studies, and philosophy). The method of epistemological analysis is used in the process of clarifying the concepts of a number of art historical concepts, in particular, neo-expressionism, transavant-garde, mythopoetics. The systematic-analytical method is used to highlight the artistic and technological features of F. Tetianych's monumental works as an original example of the Ukrainian transavant-garde. The scientific novelty of the study is to identify the formative and compositional achievements of F. Tetianych's monumental works, which stylistically correspond to the traditions of the transavant-garde of the last third of the twentieth century. Conclusions. After analysing the monumental works of F. Tetianych, which were created in the 1970s, it can be argued that this period was important in the formation of both the philosophical and poetic doctrine of ―Fripulia‖, the author's original mythopoetics, and interesting techniques and methods of implementation, which involved the use of industrial and consumer waste. The described artistic and technical techniques and methods of F. Tetianych, who belonged to the representatives of the ―unofficial‖ art of Ukraine, correspond to the traditions of the transavant-garde and are in tune with the style of many foreign artists of the last third of the twentieth century. A strategically important part of the management of a business entity is objectively formed economic data on all levels of the enterprise's activity. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the principles of the formation of an optimal system of economic data for the process of analyzing the level of management and the possibilities of its improvement in a competitive environment. In the article, a study of the essence of accounting information was carried out, which made it possible to substantiate the indicators of the analysis of the management activity of the business entity. A sequence of steps for the formation of accounting information is proposed, which provide for the coverage of all levels of the enterprise's activity and its generalization in certain time intervals. A system of indicators for conducting management analysis has been formed, which are directly calculated on the basis of accounting information and relate to the internal environment of the business entity. In the future, external indicators can be used to improve the analysis and increase the level of adequacy of its results. The latter should be taken from the data of statistical collections. At the same time, it is appropriate to choose indicators tha t characterize the most significant factors influencing the level of development of the enterprise in a competitive environment. Economic data are offered for conducting an analysis of the management of a business entity, taking into account all levels of financial and economic activity. The work substantiates the need to introduce an ecological component into the process of assessing the level of management, which will allow rationalizing the distribution of the company's income in order to improve the env ironment. It is proposed to supplement the economic data regarding the assessment of the management of the economic entity with indicators that are individual for a specific economic entity and are established by its management. This approach will make it possible to carry out a more accurate assessment and develop effective measures for the development of the enterprise and increase the efficiency of its activities, including management. В статье представлены разработки, предназначенные для преподавания русской литературы эпохи классицизма в высших учебных заведениях. Творчество великого русского ученого М.В. Ломоносова рассматривается не только как образец высокой художественности русского классицизма, но и как теоретическая база развития русской литературной традиции. Для аргументации такого подхода использованы принципы исторической поэтики, системный анализ теоретических работ Ломоносова в области стихотворных размеров и стилистики. Продемонстрированы особенности природных образов оды и идиллии, их философское звучание, воплощенные в них патриотизм и психологизм, которые впоследствии стали основой для развития других направлений русской литературы. Также рассматривается богатый потенциал низкого стиля, благодаря которому в литературе воплощалась поэтика обыденной жизни, народный колорит и многообразие живых, искренних человеческих проявлений. Плодотворность метода Ломоносова подкрепляется практическим развитием его подходов к художественному языку в творчестве других представителей русского классицизма от Сумарокова до Державина. Итогом изучения теории и практики М.В. Ломоносова должно стать поэтапное формирование у студентов фундаментального подхода к пониманию путей развития русской художественной литературы в единстве смыслов и выразительных форм.

Мета роботи: удосконалення методики роботи органів управління Державної прикордонної служби України щодо планування оперативно-службової діяльності. Дизайн/Метод/Підхід дослідження: В основу методики покладено підхід, що базується на побудові мережевої моделі, вузлами якої є стан завершеності виконання процедур планування, дугами - процес виконання цих дій чи процедур. Методика розроблена на основі методу мережевого планування та управління. Результати дослідження: удосконалено методику роботи органів управління Державної прикордонної служби України щодо планування оперативно-службової діяльності в сучасних умовах. Теоретична цінність дослідження: методика дозволяє з достатньою адекватністю представити найбільш суттєві сторони процесу роботи органів управління під час планування оперативно-службової діяльності та забезпечує раціональну послідовність виконання управлінських процедур. Оригінальність/Цінність дослідження: новизна методики полягає у формуванні нових процедур роботи органів управління Державної прикордонної служби України та послідовності їх виконання у процесі планування оперативно-службової діяльності на наступний календарний рік чи інший період. На відміну від існуючих методика враховує додаткові процедури планування, а саме: оцінювання загального рівня ризиків та оцінювання результативності оперативно-службової діяльності. Майбутні дослідження: у ході подальших досліджень доцільно створити базу даних типових процедур роботи органів управління у тому числі з використанням засобів автоматизації, як складової комплексної моделі системи підтримки рішень щодо оперативно-службової діяльності з охорони державного кордону. Статтю присвячено розробленню методики формування позитивного іміджу ДПСУ через сучасні медіа. До найбільш суттєвих ознак іміджу автори відносять такі: імідж є цілеспрямовано сформованим образом людини, предмета чи явища; імідж є ідеальним об’єктом, усвідомленим людиною, реалізація якого відбувається під час діяльності та спілкування; імідж є цілісною структурою, що не конфліктує з культурою соціуму; імідж має вплив на поведінку людей; імідж є явищем динамічним; імідж є більш ілюзорним, ніж реальний образ. Автори зосереджують увагу на корпоративному іміджі. Організаційну (корпоративну) культуру вони трактують як сукупність найважливіших припущень, схвалених представниками відомства, таких, що мають своє відображення в цінностях та нормах, яких вони дотримуються. Щодо засобів масової інформації, то зазначаються їх основні ознаки: звернення до масової аудиторії, доступність багатьом людям, корпоративний зміст виробництва і розповсюдження інформації. Методика формування позитивного іміджу ДПСУ через сучасні медіа передбачає отримання та систематизацію знань про прикордонну професію, військову службу, український народ, його мову, історію та героїчне сьогодення; знайомство з народними традиціями патріотичного змісту, їх творче застосування у повсякденній діяльності; навчання робити висновки-узагальнення, знаходити і пояснювати причинно-наслідкові зв’язки у суспільно-політичних процесах розвитку демократичної України; формування вмінь, навичок роботи з різноманітними джерелами інформації. Ураховуючи наведене нами раніше, методика формування позитивного іміджу ДПСУ через сучасні медіа являє собою сукупність систематизованих методів, прийомів і засобів формування позитивного іміджу ДПСУ через сучасні медіа, правил їх застосування, порядку інтерпретації одержаних результатів. Її розроблення обов’язкове ще й тому, що вона визначає можливості різноманітних методів для досягнення бажаного результату – сформованого позитивного іміджу ДПСУ. До організаційних форм формування позитивного іміджу ДПСУ через сучасні медіа автори відносять такі: використання на заняттях та виховних заходах інформаційних джерел щодо героїчних епізодів та повчальних прикладів в діяльності прикордонників, прикладів мужності та героїзму сучасних прикордонників; вивчення історії, воєнної історії своєї Вітчизни, свого міста, історії прикордонної служби, підрозділу; залучення прикордонників до участі в упорядкуванні меморіальних комплексів, пам’ятників, церемонії поховань захисників України; пропаганда в медіа передового досвіду кращих прикордонників, прикладів мужності та патріотизму.

Introduction. Innovative activity, as a creative productive activity, has always been and remains the basis for ensuring the progress of society and innovative training is one of the priorities of educational institutions. These aspects become especially relevant in relation to the professional training of future technology teachers, who will have to prepare the younger generation for the innovative activity at the initial stage of their training and form a stable opinion among them about the need to acquire knowledge and skills required for innovative activity. To solve these problems, most researchers create an educational environment (EE) of the appropriate model (developing, innovative, ecological, etc.). However, they do not address the issues of preparing technology teachers for innovation and do not fully utilise all available educational resources, including digital ones. In this regard, there is a problem of creating a new innovative pedagogical and technological educational environment (IPTEE).Aim. The current research aimed to identify and substantiate the possibility of effective preparation of future technology teachers for innovative activities when teaching in an innovative pedagogical and technological educational environment.Methodology and research methods. The research methodology is based on the following conceptual provisions: 1) innovative activity has arisen together with the formation of human society and has always determined its development; 2) one of the main tasks of each university is the innovative training of students; 3) the training of innovative activity is understood as the formation of students’ competence in innovative activity; 3) the training of innovative activity is most effectively carried out in conditions for the formation of an appropriate educational environment. To implement the aforementioned provisions, the updated authors’ methodological system of research on the problem of innovative training of university students was used. Such methodological system provides the implementation of mixed, project, “inverted” and other methods of teaching innovation in the basis of integrated, convergent, environmental and other approaches to learning.Results and scientific novelty. The main result of the research is the formation of a new didactic category – an innovative pedagogical and technological educational environment. The environment includes conceptually-targeted, infrastructural, content-based, psychological-didactic, methodological-technological and relaxation-diagnostic components, its features are the following: 1) focus on innovative training of technology teachers as directly related to the material objects of the innovative economy of the country; 2) universality in the form of the possibility of using it to solve other educational tasks; 3) graphical visualisation of the environment model with an indication of the hierarchy and interrelation of components, its scale, combinatoricity and functional sufficiency; 4) compliance of the environment with all the requirements of regulatory documents on educational activities at the university; 5) possibility of full-scale implementation of modern approaches to learning (innovative, personalised, environmental, project, etc.); 6) possibility of constant monitoring and control of the implementation of the environment within its relaxation and diagnostic component; 7) use of modern educational technologies, including digital; 8) possibility of obtaining specialised knowledge and studying other disciplines within the framework of using network learning; 9) innovativeness of the environment, determined by the novelty of the approach to teaching the teachers innovation technology and its effectiveness.To teach innovation activity in this environment, a model of a methodological system for the formation of competence in innovation activity among future technology teachers has been created, combining conceptually-targeted, meaningful, instrumental-activity and reflexive-evaluative components. The scientific novelty of the proposed approaches lies in the fact that without violating the structure and content of the curriculum, innovative training of students is guaranteed.Practical significance. The methodological system of research and the concept of innovation activity are concretised, its structure is developed, effective methods of training of future technology teachers for innovation activity are substantiated, and the methodology for teaching innovation activity in an innovative pedagogical and technological educational environment is developed.

У статті подано ситуаційну характеристику подальшого етапу судового провадження як елемент базової судової методики, що за своїм змістом повинна розкривати діяльність суду на всіх етапах, які складають систему судового провадження, давати рекомендації з вибору його напрямів, проведення процесуальних дій, використання найдоцільніших засобів впливу на конкретні судові ситуації, представлених комплексами процесуальних дій і тактики їх проведення на різних етапах судового провадження. Аналізований етап охоплює підготовчу частину судового розгляду, з’ясування обставин, встановлених під час досудового розслідування, та перевірку їх доказами. Ситуації цього етапу характеризуються тим, що суд за участю сторін проводить безпосереднє дослідження всіх доказів, необхідних для обґрунтування вироку чи іншого рішення, яке може бути ухвалене за результатами судового розгляду. На прикладі ситуаційної характеристики центральної частини судового провадження продемонстровано, як може виглядати базова судова методика, що містить рекомендації стосовно рішень та дій головуючого в тій чи іншій ситуації певного етапу загального порядку судового розгляду кримінальних справ. Структуру цієї моделі, що й надалі буде наповнюватися новими елементами, в теоретичному плані можна використати як зразок для побудови криміналістичних методик за окремими видами судового провадження, а в прикладному – як набір практичних порад щодо розв’язання суддями реальних судових ситуацій. Констатовано, що ключовим питанням, яке істотно впливає на вибір тактики судового розгляду, є визначення порядку подання сторонами зібраних ними доказів, що охоплює черговість і метод їх дослідження. Наведено варіанти послідовності судового дослідження доказів, зокрема в багатоепізодних справах, у справах про злочини, вчинені злочинними групами, в ситуаціях заперечення обвинуваченими своєї провини. Розглянуто питання щодо можливості використання в суді показань обвинувачених, потерпілих, свідків, отриманих під час досудового розслідування.

The research search for modern pedagogy (deaf pedagogy) in the context of the New Ukrainian School is experiencing a period of rethinking approaches, gradually abandoning established views and traditions. The desire of modern pedagogical masters to improve the pedagogical, integrated, sign bilingual process determined a positive trend in the development of binary lessons. The aim of the article: to present the methodological principles of conducting a binary lesson by a sign language teacher and a subject teacher in special institutions for students with hearing disorders. Results of the article. The essence of the binary lesson consists in the construction of the educational process by two subject specialists and was considered by both foreign and Ukrainian researchers as a phenomenon of fundamental sciences, the integration of education, which is the highest form of the embodiment of interdisciplinary connections at a new level of education. In the modern discourse of the New Ukrainian School, there is an innovative page of pedagogy (integrated courses of primary education). A binary lesson of "Ukrainian Sign Language" and any subject is such a coordinated form of organizing the educational, cognitive, communicative activities of students with hearing impairments under the leadership of two teachers, which is a continuation of the thematic classroom work and is aimed not only at improving subject competencies, but also creative communicative speech activity of students. Conclusions. Based on the analysis of foreign and Ukrainian sources on the research problem, it was established that teachers are more interested in the problem of organizing integrated education (binary lessons), differences from common education in inclusive classes and traditional education in special schools. Binary features are outlined: general (structure of the binary lesson, stages of implementation) and special ones related to the choice of the topic, definition of the goal, organizational and pedagogical conditions, planning, implementation, determination of the advantages of the binary lesson along with the traditional one, which meet the needs of students with hearing disorders simultaneously developing their communication in the forms of speech, cooperation, critical thinking, dialogical interaction. Ensuring the economic security of the functioning of all economic entities is one of the main tasks, the solution of which makes it possible to preserve national sovereignty. Since February 24, 2022, the domestic economy has been suffering from russia's brutal, open and large-scale military aggression and is in a state of constant turbulence. That, in turn, causes increased attention to security issues at all levels of the economy in the face of global, geopolitical, and domestic economic threats. That is why this study aims to develop a methodical approach to assessing the level of economic security of financial and credit institutions. Scientific approaches to the definition of the concept of "economic security of financial and credit institutions" are analyzed and the author's vision of the concept through the prism of development is proposed. The existing methodical approaches of domestic scientists to the assessment of the level of economic security of financial and credit institutions were studied. A methodology for assessing the level of economic security of financial and credit institutions based on the scoring approach has been developed. Quantitative and qualitative components of economic security are highlighted, which are proposed to be analyzed in the study of economic security. It is proposed to use the Harrington scale to determine the level of economic security of financial and credit institutions. Approbation of the proposed methodology was carried out on the assessment of the activities of five banking institutions. According to the analysis obtained, the relevance of the proposed methodology for assessing the level of economic security of financial and credit institutions has been proven. The article examines the essence of the concept of «IT-service» and provides a critical assessment of the state of regulatory regulation of the costing of services. It is found that the insufficiency of regulatory regulation and the lack of theoretical research on the choice of an organizational and methodological model of costing information products and services in practice encourage adaptation of the general costing methodology without taking into account the peculiarities of the technology of providing IT-services (production of IT-products), which reduces the reliability of costing calculations and does not contribute to the adoption of effective management decisions. Therefore, based on the study of scientific works, the significant differences inherent in IT-services were defined and systematized, and the specific features of IT-services and their provision technologies were determined. It has been proven that the established features of IT-services have a significant impact on the organization and methodology of cost accounting for the provision of IT-services. It was concluded that the most adequate to the nature of IT-services and the features of the technology of their provision is the noncontract (project) method of accounting with the detailing of production costs by customers, IT-projects and types of information services. Taking into account the requirements of the current regulatory framework and the technological features of the provision of IT-services, the composition of cost items for the implementation of IT-projects has been identified, which will contribute to streamlining the accounting of costs and calculating the cost of IT-services. In order to take into account the peculiarities of the provision of IT-services, the ratio of cost accounting objects and calculation objects is proposed, and calculation units are differentiated depending on the type of IT-services. Taking into account the insignificant amount of indirect costs for the provision of information services, a traditional approach to their distribution using a single basis – the working time of programmers – is proposed. An organizational and methodological model of project costing of IT-services is proposed. The practical application of the given proposals will ensure the complete inclusion of costs in the cost of IT-services, the reliability of cost calculations, and the improvement of the quality of management decision-making. У статті визначено зміни та модифікації в методиці викладання та вивчення вогневої підготовки в ЗВО МВС України зі специфічними умовами навчання в умовах воєнного стану. Наразі практично-тактичні можливості з проведення занять з вогневої підготовки, які регламентовані та рекомендовані відповідними нормативно-правовими актами (не лише загальними методичними рекомендаціями щодо підготовки студентів цивільних вищих навчальних закладів, а й наказами, інструкціями та розпорядженнями спеціалізованих навчальних закладів з особливими умовами навчання, а також практичних курсів з підвищення кваліфікації), не відповідають до реальних умов і ситуацій застосування вогнепальної зброї. Визначено та окреслено проблематику сучасних методів використання та застосування зброї, специфіку змін у методиці викладання вогневої підготовки, змін, пов’язаних з підвищенням рівня володіння вогнепальної зброї та психологічного сприйняття її застосування під час воєнного стану у закладах вищої освіти. Зазначено особливості та методики викладання вогневої підготовки в ЗВО МВС України, загалом та зазначено інновації у цій сфері. Також у статті зазначено важливість вогневої підготовки, яка є складовою частиною професійної підготовки здобувачів в закладах вищої освіти зі специфічними умовами навчання, спрямованих на формування, розвиток і вдосконалення навичок і умінь, необхідних для впевненого володіння зброєю при виконанні оперативно - службових завдань. Досліджено та проаналізовано, що кількісні показники практичної діяльності надають більший вплив на ефективність та результативність кінцевих навичок – вміння правильно поводитися зі зброєю та стріляти, в різних умовах службової діяльності.

На основі опрацювання доктринальних публікацій НАТО та Сухопутних військ США, бойового досвіду сил оборони України було виявлено та систематизовано нові для діяльності вітчизняних органів військового управління раціональні принципи, прийоми та процедури, які доцільно впровадити у відповідні стандарти з управління військами. Показано, що, з метою мінімізації впливу невизначеності та мінливості обстановки у сучасній війні, під час ведення операцій потрібно покладатися насамперед на принципи, а не на плани, оскільки плани швидко “застарівають” і потребують коригувань. Підкреслюється, що в державах-членах НАТО командири та органи управління всіх рівнів застосовують процедуру оцінювання (Assessment), під якою розуміється порівняння прогнозованих результатів з реальними подіями з метою визначення загальної ефективності застосування військ та прогресу в досягненні визначених цілей і створенні бажаних кінцевих умов. Вона є безперервною, спрямовує усі функції операційного процесу, завершує кожну операцію чи фазу операції та застосовується в кожній ланці управління. На жаль, процедура оцінювання, як методика, яка б використовувалася для безперервного коригування плану операцій, доктринальними документами сил оборони України наразі не визначена. Показано, що наявна методика Assessment достатньо повно викладена в публікаціях НАТО та держав-членів НАТО, однак вона подається не завжди структуровано, а сприйняття її суті та змісту ускладнюється спеціальними термінами, які не завжди мають відповідності в українській військовій термінології. Зазначені обставини спричинили необхідність удосконалити наявну методику за рахунок алгоритмізації її змісту, а також забезпечення семантичної інтероперабельності (тлумачення базових принципів і понять) у сфері планування сухопутних операцій. Для наочності приводиться актуальний для російсько-української війни приклад розроблення фрагмента методики оцінювання. Розкрито, що основою методики Assessment є формалізована модель оцінювання, яка базується на експертному виборі показників ефективності та індикаторів цих показників. Якість вибору залежить від компетентності, креативності та, головне, практичного досвіду тих, хто планує. Завжди існує ризик необ’єктивності експертних оцінок, тому використання зазначеної методики не означає, що результати воєнних дій є математично детермінованими. Отже, командири та офіцери штабу мають застосовувати логічні судження до математичних результатів процедури оцінювання, щоб оцінити прогрес максимально цілісно. У результаті командир отримує як математично чіткий аналіз, так і висновки експертів, щоб комплексно та всебічно оцінити прогрес, що сприятиме адекватності його рішень в умовах мінливої обстановки. Зроблено висновок, що реалізація методики Assessment сприятиме підвищенню спроможності органів управління оцінювати прогрес ведення воєнних дій та скеровувати плани цих дій відповідно до змін умов обстановки. Також її використання може підвищити оперативну та тактичну сумісність підрозділів сил оборони України з підрозділами держав-членів НАТО під час планування спільних операцій.

У науковій статті подано обґрунтування вперше розроблених алгоритму та методики побудови системи забезпечення запобігання загрозам у прикордонній сфері. Запропонована методика надає можливість побудувати систему запобігання загрозам у прикордонній сфері за рахунок своєчасної оцінки та виявлення стану загострення обстановки (на основі наявної випереджувальної інформації) і переходу її у стан загрози, та формування інформаційних потоків до системи утворення прикордонної політики держави. Алгоритм запропонованої методики висвітлює комунікаційну сукупність двох підсистем: “Інформаційно-аналітичної підсистеми запобігання загрозам у прикордонній сфері” та “Підсистеми реалізації заходів запобігання загрозам у прикордонній сфері”, що загалом формують структуру системи забезпечення запобігання загрозам у прикордонній сфері. За умови, що запобігання виявленим загрозам можливе лише у разі прийняття додаткових рішень на державному рівні управління або за рахунок законодавчих змін (“важелів впливу”) така комунікація надає можливість реалізації доповідей до системи утворення прикордонної політики держави щодо застосування додаткових сил і засобів тощо. Для своєчасного прийняття рішень щодо протидії зростанню загрози запропоновано використання добре апробованого методичного апарату, який надає можливість своєчасно виявити та прогнозувати ступені загострення обстановки у прикордонній сфері на період виконання рішення з урахуванням можливості переростання процесів загострення обстановки у більш небезпечні стани. Варіанти комбінацій ознак загострення обстановки за класичним підходом розглядаються як багатовимірні одиниці, що дозволяє використовувати відомий у таксономії підхід до оцінки багатовимірних об’єктів, доопрацювавши ідею вимірювання таксономічної відстані з урахуванням специфіки завдань оцінки ступеня рівня загострення обстановки та її переходу у стан “загроза” в комплексному варіанті оцінки стану прикордонної безпеки. Саме кінцева інформація про загрози та ризики є “матеріалом” для проведення аналізу та формування пропозицій щодо організації охорони (оборони) державного кордону і прикордонної політики в державі загалом, що обґрунтовує необхідність впровадження системи оцінювання (відповідних показників і критерію) якості кінцевої інформації.

Аналіз динамічної обстановки, яка склалася в поточний період ведення бойових дій та може продовжитися у прогнозованому майбутньому, виявляє об’єктивну потребу в забезпеченні надійного управління підлеглими підрозділами з метою оперативного реагування на зміни обстановки, впорядкування взаємодії з органами державної влади, силами безпеки та оборони тощо. Зазначені умови виявляють потребу у комплектуванні штабів прикордонних підрозділів, які знаходяться в оперативному підпорядкуванні, офіцерами з відповідною фаховою підготовкою і наявним практичним досвідом щодо організації та ведення бойових дій (оборонного або наступального характеру) у складі військових об’єднань, які (офіцери) орієнтуються в порядку та особливостях прийняття та реалізації штабами ЗСУ управлінських рішень. У статті подано алгоритм задекларованої методики, яка надає можливість реалізації відбору претендентів для комплектування управлінськими кадрами штабу органу охорони державного кордону. Обґрунтовано використання відповідних критеріїв для відбору претендентів та оцінки їх (претендентів) потенційних можливостей щодо виконання функцій на керівних посадах штабу органу охорони державного кордону в різних умовах обстановки. Отримані результати надають можливість сформувати логічні вимоги та практичні рекомендації для подальшого оцінювання та відбору претендентів на заміщення конкретизованих вакантних посад штабу органу охорони державного кордону (формування потенційного кадрового резерву). Зроблено висновок, що отримана методика надає можливість забезпечити прогнозовану якість прийнятих рішень і, відповідно, ефективність реалізації оперативно-службової діяльності прикордонних підрозділів у різних умовах обстановки в майбутньому. Акцентовано на необхідності в подальшому розробити відповідне програмне забезпечення.

Цель. Совершенствование методики расследования пожаров на автотранспортных средствах. Методы. Теоретический анализ, обобщение, систематизация. Результаты. Статья посвящена расследованию дел о пожарах на легковых автомобилях. С учетом современных тенденций развития криминалистической тактики описаны этапы осмотра транспортных средств при поджогах, особенности работы с вещественными доказательствами, средства, приемы и методы обнаружения и изъятия следов. Область применения исследований. Представленные результаты могут быть использованы в правоприменительной деятельности при расследовании пожаров на автотранспортных средствах.

The article presents the result of a study assessing the impact of a new category – the regional pace of life on the socio-economic indicators of the functioning of territories. The purpose of the development of the author's methodology was the reasonable possibility of its use in the system of regional management. The proposed methodological algorithm makes it possible to achieve the target positions of the socio-economic development of the region with the help of the selected typological grouping of tools for managing the regional pace of life. The tool developed by the authors can be used both as an independent means of territorial development and as an indicator of readiness for the development of additional resources by the region. The approbation of the methodology made it possible to identify the optimal development trajectory for Belarus and recommend two typological groups of tools for changing the regional pace of life. The problem solved in the study suggests the use of a new element of the regional development system, draws attention to the possibility of forming a modernized direction of regional development. В статье представлен результат исследования оценки влияния новой категории – региональный темп жизни – на социально-экономические показатели функционирования территорий. Обоснованная возможность его использования в системе регионального развития требует наличия методического обеспечения управления региональным темпом жизни. С этой целью разработана авторская методика, которая позволяет достичь целевых позиций социально-экономического развития региона с помощью выбранной типологической группировки инструментов управления региональным темпом жизни. Разработанный авторами инструмент может применяться как в качестве самостоятельного средства развития территорий, так и в качестве индикатора готовности к освоению регионом дополнительных ресурсов. Апробация методики позволила выявить оптимальную траекторию развития для Республики Беларусь и рекомендовать две типологические группы инструментов изменения регионального темпа жизни. Решаемая в исследовании задача предлагает к использованию новый элемент системы регионального развития: региональный темп жизни, обращает внимание на возможность формирования направлений регионального развития на его основе.
