سابقه و هدف: ساختار توده عاملی کلیدی در رشد، عملکرد و چگونگی تغییر و تحولات در جنگل‌ است و ارزیابی ساختار جنگل‌های دست‌کاشت می‌تواند نقش مهمی در بهبود جنگل‌کاری‌ها و اجرای به موقع تیمارهای جنگل‌شناسی در هر توده ایفا نماید. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی ویژگی‌های ساختاری جنگل‌های دست‌کاشت در پارک جنگلی صائب تبریزی شهر تبریز با گذشت 25 سال از کاشت و رهاسازی مدیریت آن انجام گرفت. مواد و روش‌ها: در این بررسی پس از بررسی‌های میدانی اولیه، سه قطعه یک هکتاری انتخاب و بر اساس شاخص‌های کمی، ساختار هر قطعه‌نمونه بررسی شد. در هر قطعه‌نمونه، مشخصه‌های ساختاری توده (نوع گونه، قطر برابر سینه، ارتفاع درخت، ارتفاع و قطر تاج درختان) براساس برداشت کامل همه پایه‌های درختی و روش فاصله‌ای (مبتنی بر نزدیک‌ترین همسایه) اندازه‌گیری شد. به‌منظور بررسی تراکم درختان از شاخص فاصله تا نزدیک‌ترین همسایه‌ها، برای بررسی تنوع الگوی مکانی از دو شاخص‌ زاویه یکنواخت و کلارک و اوانز، برای بررسی آمیختگی گونه‌ای از شاخص‌ مینگلینگ، اختلاف ابعاد درختان از شاخص‌های تمایز قطری و ارتفاعی درختان و برای محاسبه تنوع درختی از شاخص ترکیبی تنوع ساختاری بهره گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: براساس نتایج، به‌طور متوسط تراکم درختان ۴۴۸ اصله در هکتار به‌دست آمد. در قطعه‌های نمونه مورد بررسی میانگین قطر برابر سینه 9/12 سانتی‌متر، میانگین ارتفاع درختان 1/5 متر و میانگین سطح مقطع برابر سینه 013/0 متر مربع در هکتار ثبت شد. بیش‌ترین فراوانی در بین گونه‌ها به ترتیب‌ متعلق به گونه‌های کاج سیاه با 4/50 درصد و اقاقیا 4/32 درصد بود. نتایج نشان داد که میانگین فاصله تا نزدیک‌ترین همسایه‌ها 36/4 متر بود. نتایج حاصل از شاخص‌ زاویه یکنواخت نشان از کپه‌ای بودن و شاخص کلارک و اوانز نشان‌دهنده‌ی الگوی منظم پراکنش مکانی درختان بود. براساس شاخص مینگلینگ، توده‌های موردبررسی از آمیختگی به نسبت متوسطی برخوردارند. نتایج شاخص‌های تمایز قطری و ارتفاعی درختان نشان داد اختلاف ابعاد درختان اندک بوده و سه قطعه‌نمونه همگن هستند. براساس شاخص ترکیبی تنوع ساختار، تنوع درختان در قطعه‌های نمونه موردبررسی کم بود. نتیجه‌گیری: در یک جمع‌بندی می‌توان بیان کرد که گذشت نزدیک به سه دهه از کاشت درختان در این پارک، جوامع درختی همگن بودن ساختار خود را حفظ کرده‌اند و هم‌چنین دارای آمیختگی متوسط هستند؛ بنابراین می‌توان اظهار داشت که در منطقه پژوهش توسعه ساختار جنگل به کندی صورت می‌گیرد. توصیه می‌شود به‌منظور افزایش پایداری زیستی، با عملیات پرورشی جنگل‌شناسانه، درختان به سمت افزایش آمیختگی و ناهمگن کردن ساختار هدایت شوند. نتایج این تحقیق می‌تواند توجیهاتی عینی بر اهمیت ایجاد آگاهانه راهبردهای جنگل‌شناسی در جنگل‌‌کاری‌های کشور به‌عنوان حلقه‌ای مفقوده در مدیریت جنگل کشور کمک کند.

According to the few basic and applied research related to the structure characteristics of Juniper (Juniperus excelsa)stands in the Irano-Turanian forests and the need for early recognition and proper management of these forests, the present study was carried out to evaluate the structural characteristics of J. excelsa forests located on south facing slope of Alborz mountain chain, Atashgah area, Karaj. For this purpose, systematic network with dimensions of 50×50 m was laid out and coordinates of all trees were determined by distance-azimuth techniques. Canopy diameter was measured in an area about 15.9 hectare in this stand. In order to study the structural characteristics of the stand, nearest neighbors distance index (density of trees), Clark and Evans index and uniform angle index (a variety of location), Mingling index (species diversity), size differentiation index (variety of trees), crown competition factor (competition of canopy trees) between J. excelsa and S index were used in this stand. The results showed that spatial pattern and arrangement of trees were regularly together and variety of trees, was found to be pure without any mixture. The crown competition index was 0.48 (non-unit) representing low crown competition in this stand. Three different aspects of the S index (diversity of spatial pattern, species diversity, and size variety) were 0.227 indicating low levels of tree diversity. The results of this study can be usefully employed for management, preservation, restoration, and development of sensitive and fragile J. excelsa forest ecosystems.

The aim of this research was to estimate the ecohydological parameters of the canopy covers including estimated canopy saturation point (P´G Estimated), canopy storage capacity (S), the ratio of mean evaporation rate from the wet canopy to the mean rainfall intensity ( ), free throughfall coefficient (p), computed canopy saturation point (P´G), and stemflow funneling ratio (F) of a Picea abies plantation in Lajim, Mazanderan province, north of Iran. To measure throuhgfall (TF), 45 rain-gauges were installed beneath the crown of the stand. Stemflow (SF) was measured using the average of 12 individual trees equaled to the SF amount. Over the measurement period, the cumulative percentage of TF, SF, and rainfall interception (I) were 41.0%, 5.1%, and 53.9%, respectively. The abovementioned ecohydrological parameters were found to be 4.2 mm, 3.54 mm, 0.38, 0.18, 5.90 mm, and 4.6, respectively. The ecohydrological parameters should be considered while converting natural stands to plantations of exotic tree species as this altering would be alter soil humidity, soil pedogenesis, and forest floor composition.
