臨床心理学と国際関係論とは，それぞれに解決するべき事例があり，理論的にも対比できる。本論では，戦略論や弁証法について論じ，国際紛争解決のための４つの事例，および臨床心理学における戦略的心理療法，弁証法的行動療法などの理論を検討した。戦略的，弁証法的な逆説の使用により，逆説的にシステム全体を動かす手法の可能性を考察した。さらに言論の自由，事例検討の重要性と共同研究の必要性を論じた。

Studies on the international system of ancient East Eurasia, or, in its more ordinary name, ancient East Asia, has harvested numerous achievements, from China, Japan, Europe and America, by historians since the WWII. And numerous achievements are harvested by international relations scholars as a result of the increasing preponderance of East Asia in international affairs nowadays. Despite of similarity of choosing themes and mutual reference among them, the scholarship features national characteristics and undergoes difficulties of bridging the inherent isolation among them. However, according to their basic “independent variables”, the scholarship can be categorized into three types overall, that is, power relations, ideational worldview, international institutions. After summarizing this scholarship, there emerges a possibility to uncover the deep-rooted but concealed problems and to open up some new ways to discover new facets of this age-old theme.

人が生物学的な存在であると同時に社会的な存在であることを考えると，カウンセラーが個人を支援しようとする場合，個別の支援の他に、その個人を取り巻く様々な援助資源をうまく機能させて，チームで支援することも不可欠となる。では，効果的なチーム支援を行うために，カウンセラーはどのように関わればよいのだろうか。本稿では，カウンセラーがチーム支援を引き出した成功例として３つの実践を取り上げた。具体的には高等学校内での転入職員の支援，大学の学生相談での長期欠席者の支援，児童養護施設での児童の支援と，クライエントの援助資源が異なる３つである。しかし，そこでのカウンセラーのかかわり方には，ある共通点が見いだせた。本稿では，その共通点を箕口（2016）の「コミュニティ・アプローチを実践する心理援助の専門家の要件」に沿って考察した。最後に「協働」「どのようにサービスを提供するのか」という観点から考察した。

2015（平成27）年4月に生活困窮者自立支援法が施行され、これまで制度の狭間であった、生活保護に至るまでにない生活困窮のものに対する支援が始まった。従来の福祉サービスは、高齢者、児童、障害者など特定の分野において、特定の者を選別し、サービスの可否を定めて行ってきたものである。近年の社会情勢から、様々な要因から、経済的困窮に至る要因が複雑に絡み合っていると考えられる。これまでのセーフティネットだけでは、生活困窮に至る状況を食い止めることができない。そのため、第2のセーフティネットとして施行されたのが生活圏窮者自立支援制度である。この制度は、経済的労働的自立支援を中心としているが、その他の制度の狭間で今まで対象にならなかった人々、支援が届かなかった人々を対象に支援を可能にする余地が十分にあると考えられる。さらには住民活動などのインフォーマルサービスから公的扶助などのフォーマルサービスまでを含む重層的なネットワークやワンストップサービスなどの総合的な包括的な相談窓口などの設置の可能性も含むものと考えられ、地域福祉的な視点で考えるに、重要な制度となると思われる。本稿は重層的で幅の広いシステムの構築の可能性を視野に、地域福祉的視点で生活困窮者自立支援法をとらえ課題と展望のための一考察を示すものである。

This research examined Australia and Japan in the ATP rankings and the international tournaments held in the past 20 years. Australia has seen a lot of successful players in the 1990s, this number decreased for a while, and has increased again since 2010. There were few Japanese players who reach the top 100 in the 1990s, but has seen since 2009. International tournament competition number are increasing since 2004 in both countries. Australia had a friendly system and education, when encouraged players to compete in the tournament. Japan is strengthening players due to the increase of the futures tournament and increased the ATP rankings holders.

筆者は、多文化接触の事例を、我々が複数の学派を越えた多視点で見るように、複数の違う視点で捉えることを試みた。その際に、グループ役割についての理論などを、多文化交錯を分析する手段として用いた。それにより、多文化間事例の多くがグループ役割の問題を抱えており、受容的なカウンセリングのみならず、グループ役割を固定化しないような全体への介入、システム的な視点、影響力のある代表者を集めた自由討論の手法などが有効であることを示した。

技術・家庭（技術分野）におけるプログラミング教育にソフトウェア設計の考え方を取り入れた学習の過程を検討する。技術・家庭（技術分野）の学習内容の「プログラムによる計測・制御」の学習は、初学者を対象としたプログラミング学習を実施するものである。しかし、その内容は、簡単なプログラミングの手順を学ぶことには効率的であるが、サンプルプログラムによる演習やプログラムの修正作業が中心となり、プログラムを考えて作り出す、設計の考え方が抜けている。そこで、ソフトウェア設計の過程を、初学者を対象としたプログラミング学習に適用し、要求に応じたプログラムを段階的に作り上げていく学習方法を検討した。検討の結果、「目的の表現」「原理の構築」「原理の具現化」の三段階を有するプログラミングの学習過程を考案した。, We considered a learning programming process based on software design for technology education. Lessons of computer program-aided measurement and control are for beginners to learn programming. These lessons are efficient to learn the step of programming, but the main of the lessons are works of typing the sample programming and debugging. Therefore, these lessons have a fundamental lack of the concept of design. Then we considered learning processes of programming and applied the process of software design to lessons for beginners (junior high school students) to learn programming to meet needs in a systematic manner. As a result, we propose the process of programming, which constructed three steps couching aim, construction of rules and realization of rules.

問題演習において，問題解決に失敗した学習者に対して行われる活動は一般的にその問題に対する解答・解説などのその問題の解決に関する直接的な教授であった．しかしこれは学習者にとって受動的な学習であったといえる．学習者に能動的に学ばせる上では，直接的にその問題の解き方を教えるのではなく，問題解決失敗を自分で克服させることが望ましいが，解決に失敗している学習者が単独でそれを克服することは難しいことも明らかである．本論文では直接的な教授活動なしで問題解決の失敗を克服する活動を自己克服と呼び，その自己克服を支援する方法として，問題中のできる部分とできない部分を切り分けながら演習を行う単純化方略を提案する．これは個々の問題の構造とその構造に基づく問題間の関係性が明確に定義され，それらの差分の中に学習者の困難さが存在すると仮定できる場合に実現可能な方法である．本論文では，このような条件を満たすドメインである初等力学を対象として，この単純化方略を用いて問題解決失敗の自己克服を支援する演習システムをタブレットPC 上で開発し，高等専門学校の正規の授業で利用した．その結果として，本来は難しいはずの自己克服活動が多く観測されたことから，本システムの有用性が示唆されたと判断している．

As is generally known, various social problems are caused by corporations that pursue profit maximization. Today, corporations must place the utmost priority in fulfilling their social responsibilities through their business activities, rather than seeking maximum profit in their businesses. System models are therefore needed that define corporate social responsibility and provide guidelines for corporations to follow. From this perspective, in the form of a case study, this paper addresses the following question: Which element of a business accomplishes social responsibility and provides it with guidelines? The conclusion we reached is as follows: There are various types of partnership relations that aim at social improvement (hereinafter"relations") in corporations and their external environment. When these multiple relations are connected with one another, this leads to the creation of new concepts and knowledge, which further leads to the generation of innovative goods and services that reflect the new concepts and knowledge. When these innovative, unprecedented goods and services gain support from increasing numbers of people, this often leads to the creation of new businesses that accomplish social responsibility. In this process, relations function as seeds of new businesses. Accordingly, one essential element of a business that accomplishes social responsibility is relations.

This article reviewed current understanding of gene expression (gene-environment co-action) during development in order to clarify the significance of Gottlieb's views on developmental psychobiological systems and developmental science. Gottlieb espoused the theory of probabilistic epigenesis in which1) An organism is a system of multiple levels from lowest (genes) to highest (external environment) that reciprocally affect one another (bidirectional interaction).2) Cells have equipotentiality, and genes synthesize proteins through co-action, i.e. gene expression, with the environment (nonlinearity).3) Development is the emergence of function and structure as a result of gene expression depending on experience, i.e. interaction (co-action) of two or more factors ranging from genes to the environment (probabilistic epigenesis).Conditions for human development must be analyzed the social (nurturing) system that ensures successive generations musht be investigated.G.Gottliebの発達理論、発達的心理生物学的システム論を概説した。１）生体は遺伝子から環境まで多層の水準が双方向で作用するシステムである（双方向性）。２）細胞は等能で、遺伝子は環境との相互作用によって発現し蛋白質を合成する（非決定性）。３）発達は遺伝子から環境まで二つ以上の要因の相互作用（協働）である経験を通して遺伝子が発現し、機能・構造が形成される（確率論的後生説）。発達科学構築にあたっての上記の主張の意義を考察し、今後の課題として人の発達環境の分析とそれを踏まえた世代の継承を担保する社会システム、養育システムのあり方を検証する必要性を指摘した。

平成22年度より坂戸市・城西大学共同プロジェクトをスタートさせた本研究は，市民の介護福祉と健康に関する情報を一元化し，グローバルフィールドバックシステム(B.M.C-Ⅲ)によって市民に情報を還元しようとする試みるプロジェクトチームの研究活動である。そして本研究期間は５年間（平成２２年４月～平成２７年３月）という長期的なビジョンに基づく調査研究であり，坂戸市大学連携地域活性化支援助成事業でもある。本論文は，高齢化社会対策として，各課題を解決すべく“人にやさしい見守りシステム”の提案・試作を報告する。

今後の学生数が増加していくにつれて、学生の出欠や小テストなどの管理作業も負担が大きくなるだろう。これに対応し、学生の管理をより効率的に行えるように自動集計をはじめとするデータベースの構築を模索している。特にExcelのみを利用した成績管理のシステムを構築し、教師の省力化が実現できたことについて報告している。併せて、その長所と限界を確認し、より柔軟な管理が可能なデータベース構築を展望している。, 実践報告

ジル・ドゥルーズの哲学的主著である『差異と反復』は、主観性を原理とする哲学に対する批判を通して自己の哲学を形成したものである。その過程でドゥルーズは、従来主観性の哲学の根本概念のひとつであったコギトを、自己の哲学の根本概念として捉え返そうと試みている。このドゥルーズの振る舞いは、彼の哲学の性質を考えるなら一見奇妙に感じられる。本稿は、彼のコギト論を問うものである。本稿の主張は次のようなものである。（1）コギトは『差異と反復』全体を貫くもっとも基本的な構造である。コギトは、ドゥルーズ哲学のなかで存在と生成を一挙に捉える概念として捉え返されるのだ。つまり、コギトがなければ、生成もない。（2）またコギトの基本構造を取り出すことで、個別のテーマ群（時間、生成、現実性と潜在性、思考、超越論哲学など）を結びつける俯瞰的な視点を提示できるだろう。まず、コギトの基本構造を描き出し、それが時間論に見出されることを確認する。続いてコギト論に対する精神分析の寄与を見る。さらにデカルトとドゥルーズのコギト論の違いを分析する。最後に、コギトと人称性の関係を問題にする。以上を通して『差異と反復』がコギト論であることを確証する。, Dans son ouvrage principal, Différence et répétition, Deleuze a constitué sa propre philosophie à travers la critique de la philosophie de la subjectivité. Malgré cela, le concept de cogito y reste toujours présent. J’aimerais soutenir deux points suivants. 1) Le cogito est l'élément le plus fondmantal dans Différence et répétition. Il assure la compatibilité de l’être et du devenir. En d’autres mots, sans cogito,sans devenir. 2) La structure du cogito nous donne un point de vue qui permet de survoler les relations entre des thèmes particulières dans Différence et répétition; le temps, le devenir, l’actuel, le virtuel, la pensée, et la philosophie transcendantale. D’abord, je voudrais décrire la strucuture du cogito pour constater qu’elle se trouve dans sa théorie du temps. Ensuite, je voudrais sonder l'influence de la psychanalyse sur la theorie deleuzienne du cogito et la différence entre celle-ci et celle de Descartes. Enfin, et pour terminer, je voudrais examiner la relation entre le cogito et la personnalité.

application/pdf, It is of utmost importance that systems maintain the robustness in itself to reduce the influence of the uncertain factors resulting from the various external conditions on the reliability of systems. This private view proposes the diversity of elements composing systems as one of the robustness in systems and discusses the fundamental issues related to the diversity from the two viewpoints of probabilistic theory and information theory. It is hoped that such a private view will help to maintain the robustness in systems.

Since medical services are supported by medical insurance system. To be realized sustainable medical insurance system, to the hospitals in Japan (HIJ), management improvement is required. Although HIJ adopt the principle of nonprofit, HIJ need to introduce the management system based on the budget control. Some readings such as balanced scorecard (BSC) insist that since the management control system (MCS) centered on the budget control is based prior financial performance and a link between MCS centered on the budget control and future financial performance is vague, the perspective of management decision-making tend to shorten. But even if BSC is introduced, the budget control must be reinforced.

モデル管理研究において代数的モデリング・システムは代表的な成功事例である。本論では,ユーザ定義モデルと標準モデルの概念を数学的記法に基づいて定義した後,代数的モデリング・システムの機能を,この枠組みを用いて解説した。代数的モデリング・システムを利用することで,標準モデルの構築を自動化できるが,大規模な組合せ最適化問題を扱うことは難しい。この課題に対し,茨木[2004]では,いくつかの標準問題に対する強力なソルバーを開発し,必要に応じて使い分けるアプローチを提案している。Ibarakiアプローチでは,現実世界の問題を異なる標準問題でモデル化し,異なるソルバーで求解することも可能である。本論では,その仕組みが結合情報を使って定義できることを示した。 ユーザ定義モデルを構築することにより意思決定者に対するモデル親和性を改善できることに加え,標準モデルへの橋渡しを担う結合情報では,ソルバーを起動する前に解空間を限定させる仕組みを記述することも可能である。これは解法アルゴリズムと同様な高度な知的資産であると考えられる。

Any strong earthquake as a stressor brings not only a lot of harmful effects to our lifeline in a moment, but also gives strong damages to different systems of individual, family and local community. It leads to even functional disorder or dysfunction of each system. The social system, however, restores the balance and is regenerated in consequence of a kind of homeostasis. This essay aims to examine the social process of restoration from the point of view of resilience which shows the power of system coping with crisis. Our findings are as follws. First, individual personality system with resilience could cope with serious crisis, reconstructing the meaning of life. Secondly, family system with resilience could enhance the level of cohesion, coping to the situations of difficulty. Thirdly, local community with resilience could cooperate with outside many associations and social network, recover eventually, and furthemore establish symbolic revival. But these findings are not nonclusive.
