To investigate the impact of various irrigation methods on alfalfa and determine the most suitable for the region, the study used alfalfa as the subject and conducted plot comparison experiments. It examined the effects of three primary irrigation methods—W1 shallow subsurface drip irrigation, W2 surface drip irrigation, and W3 horizontal jet irrigation on the growth, yield, and water use efficiency of alfalfa in the Wuchang region. Employing the entropy weight-TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method, the study aimed to identify the most water-saving irrigation method for alfalfa production in the region. The result showed shallow subsurface drip irrigation effectively enhanced soil moisture. During the alfalfa growth phase, the soil moisture from 0-60 cm under the shallow subsurface drip irrigation was significantly higher compared with both surface drip irrigation and horizontal jet irrigation (P<0.05).The highest total yield of three crops of alfalfa under shallow subsurface drip irrigation reached 14 379.4 kg·hm-2, representing an increase of 11.76% and 46.15% compared with surface drip irrigation and horizontal jet irrigation, respectively.There was no significant difference in the relative feeding value of the three crops between shallow subsurface drip irrigation and surface drip irrigation treatments (P<0.05). The average relative feeding value of the three crops under shallow subsurface drip irrigation was the highest at 121.3, reflecting the best nutritional quality. Using the entropy weight-TOPSIS method to compute the relative proximity, it was concluded that the W1 treatment had the highest relative proximity of 0.522, making it the optimal solution in this experiment. W1 treatment not only achieved higher yield and quality but also enhanced water production efficiency. Therefore shallow subsurface drip irrigation can significantly improve the yield and water use efficiency of alfalfa, making it a suitable water-saving irrigation method for alfalfa in water-scarce regions. - Abstract
Dynamic monitoring and quantitative estimation of forage crop growth are of great importance to the large-scale pro‐ duction of forage crop. UAV remote sensing has the advantages of high resolution, strong flexibility and low cost. In recent years, it has developed rapidly in the field of forage crop growth monitoring. In order to clarify the development status of forage crop growth monitoring and find the development direction, first, methods of UAV crop remote sensing monitoring were briefly described from two aspects of data acquisition and processing. Second, three key technologies of forage crop including canopy information extraction, spectral feature optimization and forage biomass estimation were described. Then the development trend of related research in recent years was analyzed, and it was pointed out that the number of papers published on UAV remote sensing forage crop monitoring showed an overall trend of rapidly increasing. With the rapid development of computer information technology and remote sensing technology, the application potential of UAV in the field of forage crop monitoring has been fully explored. Then, the research progress of UAV remote sensing in forage crop growth monitoring was described in five parts according to sensor types, i.e., visible, multispectral, hyperspectral, thermal infrared and LiDAR, and the research of each type of sensor were summarized and reviewed, pointing out that the current researches of hyperspectral, thermal infrared and LiDAR sensors in forage crop monitoring were less than that of visible and multispectral sensors. Finally, the future development directions were clarified according to the key technical problems that have not been solved in the research and application of UAV re‐ mote sensing forage crop growth monitoring: (1) Build a multi-temporal growth monitoring model based on the characteristics of different growth stages and different growth years of forage crops, carry out UAV remote sensing monitoring of forage crops around representative research areas to further improve the scope of application of the model. (2) Establish a multi-source data‐ base of UAV remote sensing, and carry out integrated collaborative monitoring combined with satellite remote sensing data, historical yield, soil conductivity and other data. (3) Develop an intelligent and user-friendly UAV remote sensing data analysis system, and shorten the data processing time through 5G communication network and edge computing devices. This paper could provide relevant technical references and directional guidelines for researchers in the field of forage crops and further promote the application and development of precision agriculture technology. Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of multiple intracranial primary peripheral Tcell lymphoma. Methods The clinical data of 1 patient with multiple intracranial primary peripheral T-cell lymphoma were retrospectively analyzed, and the relevant literature was reviewed. Results The patient had a history of depression for 10 years and was misdiagnosed as encephalitis. Cranial MR examination showed multiple patchy signal shadows in the left frontotemporal occipital insula and the left basal ganglia region. The diagnosis was made after pathological and molecular diagnosis by surgical biopsy. The patients and their families gave up receiving chemoradiotherapy and died after 6 months of follow-up. Conclusions Intracranial multiple peripheral T-cell lymphoma is relatively rare, and the clinical manifestations are not obvious. Imaging examination is prone to misdiagnosis. The diagnosis is mainly confirmed by surgical biopsy and pathological and molecular examination, and radiotherapy and chemotherapy after the diagnosis is clear is the main method to prolong the patient’s survival. In order to determine the correlation between UAV image information and wheat biomass and yield, based on the field experiments of different planting densities, different nitrogen fertilizer levels and different varieties, the RGB images of field wheat at main growth stages were obtained by using UAV aerial photography in this study. The color and texture characteristic parameter values of the wheat images were obtained by image processing, and the wheat biomass and final yield were obtained by field sampling, and then the relationship between the wheat biomass, yield and different index of color and texture feature parameters was analyzed. The results showed that the 8 color indexes such as normalized difference index (NDI), Extra green vegetation index(ExG), visible light atmospherical resistant vegetation index (VARI), extra red vegetation index (ExR), green leaf vegetation index (GLI), extra green-red difference index (ExGR), modified green-red vegetation index (MGRVI), red, green and blue vegetation index (RGBVI) and 4 texture feature parameters such as angular second moment (ASM), gontrast (CON), correlation (COR) and entropy (ENT) could be extracted from UAV images. The correlation between the biomass, yield and various color index at wheat jointing stage and booting stage was high. The correlation between all color indexes and biomass at the jointing stage reached an extremely significant level, and the correlation coefficient between ExGR and biomass was the highest, the correlation coefficient was 0.911. Except for RGBVI, all the other indexes reached a significant or extremely significant correlation at booting stage, among which MGRVI had the highest correlation and the correlation coefficient was 0.817. The correlation trend between color indexes and yield were consistent with that of biomass. The correlation between the color index and biomass and yield at early wintering stage and flowering stage were slightly lower than that at jointing stage and booting stage. Among the wheat texture parameters, only ASM and ENT at early wintering stage and CON and COR at jointing stage and CON at booting stage had a significant or extremely significant correlation with biomass, among which COR had the highest correlation(negative correlation) and the correlation coefficient was -0.574. CON and COR at jointing stage and CON, COR and ENT at booting stage had a significant or extremely significant correlation with yield, among which COR at jointing stage had the highest correlation(negative correlation) with the correlation coefficient of -0.530. After combining color index and the texture feature parameters, the correlation of these parameters with wheat biomass and yield were all improved. Among them, the biomass correlation increased by 0.27%, 0.11%, 8.81% and 2.65% respectively in the 4 stages, and the yield correlation increased by 7.05%, 0.72%, 0.58% and 0.12% respectively in the 4 stages. Therefore, combining the color index of UAV image with the texture feature parameters can improve the estimation accuracy of wheat biomass and yield. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
