介绍了一种方形中空夹层钢管混凝土叠合（CECFDST）构件，通过对3组不同剪跨比的6个试件进行受弯试验，明晰了其破坏模态、受力过程、变形规律以及剪跨比的影响。建立有限元模型进一步开展了受弯构件内力和参数分析，并将有限元计算结果与试验结果进行了对比验证。研究结果表明CECFDST构件具有良好的受弯性能，各部件间协同工作；剪跨比对构件受弯过程和受弯性能的影响不明显，受弯承载力变化不到4.5%；增大中空夹层钢管混凝土（CFDST）部件的含CFDST率Do/B和名义含钢率αn能够有效提高其力矩占比和强度发挥效率，外部配筋率ρ和αn应分别与Do/B保持正向和反向协调配置，建议0.50≤Do/B≤0.75、0.25≤χn≤0.75、0.06≤αn≤0.20。

Objective To explore the effect of arsenic on cell proliferation, the antagonism of PC against arsenic and the relationship associated to wnt/p 一 catenin signaling pathway by using Proanthocyanidins (PC) and sodium arsenite (NaAsO2) to intervene human hepatocyte L 一 02. Methods We treated cells with different doses of PC alone or in combination with NaAsO?. The cell activities were detected by Cell Counting Kit - 8 (CCK - 8) method. Cell scratch experiment and Trans well experiment were used to detect the ability of cell migration and invasion. Real - time Polymerase Chain Reaction (Real - time PCR) method and western blotting (WB) method were used to detect the expression levels of message RNA (mRNA) and protein. Results NaAsO2 increased the activity of cell proliferation (1. 740 ± 0. 105), enhanced the ability of migration (556. 000 ± 3. 606) and invasion (439. 667 ± 8. 622). NaAsO2 up 一 regulated the protein expression of proto 一 oncogene c 一 myc (0. 739 ± 0. 012), cyclinDl (0. 943 ± 0. 002), Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) (1. 020 ± 0. 019), apoptosis inhibitor gene survivin (0. 571 ± 0. 033) and Matrix Metalloproteinase - 7 (MMP -7) (0. 695 ± 0. 059) • NaAsO2 could also up 一 regulate the protein and mRNA levels of pathway core moleculars wnt3a (protein: 1. 044 ± 0. 010, mRNA: 1. 789 ± 0. 165) and p 一 catenin (protein: 0. 958 ± 0. 037, mRNA: 1. 596 ± 0. 217). Compared with NaAsO2 group, when PC intervention was introduced, the levels of proliferation related proteins such as c - myc (0. 438 ± 0. 046) decreased. The levels of mRNA and protein of wnt3a (mRNA: 1. 181 ± 0. 018, protein: 0. 822 ± 0. 015) and [J 一 catenin (mRNA: 0. 965 ± 0. 078, protein: 0. 832 ± 0. 064) decreased. The expression of pathway inhibitors Glycogen synthase kinase 一 3R (GSK 一 3R) (0. 885 ± 0. 058) and Axin (0. 749 ± 0. 016) increased. Conclusion NaAsO2 induce L - 02 cell proliferation, which may be due to its activation of wnt/p 一 catenin signaling pathway. During the World War I, Chinese laborers were in a completely unfamiliar environment in the process of serving the Allied armies such as Britain, France and the United States, and was suffered from the bullying of Western cultural hegemony. Yan Yang-chu and others, who have received good education in both China and the West, popularized life knowledge to them as volunteers, popularized news information and domestic and foreign culture, so that Chinese workers could undergone certain changes in cognition and emotion, gradually emerged a national identity. Thus, social behaviour of Chinese laborers was affected. After the World War I, the rural construction school, represented by Yan Yang-chu, started rural civilian education aimed at developing ‘brain mines’ in rural China. They took the construction of the countryside as their own responsibility, provided rural civilians with the opportunity to receive education, comprehensively improved the quality of rural civilians, and set off a rural education enlightenment movement. Although this movement was interrupted because of the outbreak of the Anti-Japanese War, the phased results it achieved had certain enlightening significance for the rural revitalization in the new era. BACKGROUND: Due to the particularity of the ear structure, the skin at the auricle injury usually has poor motion range and tissue regeneration ability, and it is difficult to heal. Therefore, how to accelerate the wound healing and obtain an ideal repair effect has always been a problem and research hotspot in the field of surgery. OBJECTIVE: To explore the effects of Sanhuang gel on the wound healing, basic fibroblast growth factor and interleukin 17 levels of auricle skin defect in rabbits. METHODS: Sixty male New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into six groups (n=10 per group). In group A, no treatment was given. In groups B-F, a circular skin defect area with the diameter of 1 cm was made in the auricle. In group B, the wound was injected with physiological saline. In group C, the wound was coated with asiaticoside cream ointment. In group D, the wound was coated with Sanhuang gel. In group E, the wound was injected with PI3K/AKT agonist 740 Y-P. In group F, the wound was coated with Sanhuang gel and injected with 740 Y-P. The treatment was performed twice a day, for 30 consecutive days. The wound healing of rabbit ear was observed and recorded, and the pathological morphology of ear tissue was detected by hematoxylin-eosin staining. The mRNA relative expression levels of basic fibroblast growth factor and interleukin 17 in rabbit ear tissue were detected by real-time PCR. The protein expression of PI3K/AKT pathway in rabbit ear tissue was detected by western blot assay. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) After treatment, the skin wound healing speed was accelerated. After 30 days of treatment, the wound healing rate of Sanhuang gel and PI3K/AKT agonist alone was higher than that of asiaticoside cream ointment, and the combined application of the two had the highest wound healing rate. (2) Hematoxylin-eosin staining results showed that the epidermis of group B was significantly thickened and blood vessels were dilated; and a large number of infiltrated inflammatory cells and fibrous tissue hyperplasia were seen. Compared with group B, the morphology of groups C, D, E, and F was significantly improved, and new capillaries and numerous proliferated fibroblasts and endothelial cells were seen. Among them, group F had the most obvious improvement. (3) RT-PCR detection showed that the relative expression of basic fibroblast growth factor mRNA decreased and the relative expression of interleukin 17 mRNA increased after auricular skin injury. After different treatments, the relative mRNA expression of the two factors was improved to varying degrees. The improvement effect of Sanhuang gel and PI3K/AKT agonist alone was stronger than that of asiaticoside cream ointment, and the improvement effect of their combination was strongest. (4) Western blot assay showed that the expression of PI3K, AKT, p-PI3K, and p-AKT proteins decreased after auricular skin injury. The expression levels of the four proteins increased to varying degrees after different treatments. The elevating effect of Sanhuang gel and PI3K/ AKT agonist alone was stronger than that of asiaticoside cream ointment, and the elevating effect of their combination was strongest. Objective To explore the reproducibility, correlation, consistency, and clinical application value of the lumbar BMD measured with Philips workstation IntelliSpace (IP, without phantom) and Mindways (MW) QCT Pro (with phantom), respectively. Methods Two hundred and twenty patients were performed abdominal scan in clinic. The scan data were sent to the IP and MW bone mineral density measurement software for measurement. The Pearson correlation test was used to analyze the correlation between the measurement result of the two software. The paired sample t test was used to analyze whether the average values of the two method were different. The Bland-Altman chart was used to analyze the consistency of the two. Thirty randomly selected cases were measured twice by different operators using each QCT software to test the reproducibility. Results There was significant correlation between two measurements in 30 randomly selected cases using IP and MW software. Correlation coefficient was 0. 977 (P < 0. 01) showing high reproducibility. There was no significant difference between the two measurements (P > 0. 05).
