文章提出了光纤通信网与传感网融合的设想,即利用已有光纤接入网的通信信道,让传感网络发出的传感信号在光纤接入网中传输。首先分析了这种设想的可行性,然后提出了按固定帧复用的方式对传感信号和通信信号进行耦合,并根据已有光纤接入网的结构建立了该系统的网络基本结构,重点分析了传感信号与通信信号复用时的时隙及带宽分配问题。

[目的]评估仰卧位轴向负荷腰椎MRI检查对椎管的影响及其临床意义。[方法]89例患者进行了常规仰卧腰大肌放松体位（PRP）和仰卧位轴向负荷（ACE）MRI检查,其中慢性下腰痛患者61例,坐骨神经痛19例,神经性跛行9例。[结果]与PRP MRI检查比较,89例患者中有38例（43%）55个椎间盘水平（21%）ACE检查发现硬膜囊面积明显缩小（〉15mm^2）,L3/4水平硬膜囊面积平均缩小27mm^2,L4/5水平缩小30mm^2,L5/S1水平缩小28mm^2。ACE检查硬膜囊面积明显缩小多见于坐骨神经痛以及神经性跛行患者,分别达到68%（13/19）和78%（7/9）,而单纯下腰痛患者相对少见,仅为30%（18/61）。89例患者中有13例患者PRP检查硬膜囊面积大于100mm^2或75mm^2而ACE检查后面积明显缩小,并缩小至100mm^2或75mm^2以下。另外ACE检查中还发现26例32个椎间盘水平椎间盘突出程度加重、12例16个椎间盘水平椎间孔狭窄、10例11个水平黄韧带增厚、3例3个水平小关节半脱位以及3例3个水平腰椎滑脱。[结论]与常规成像方法比较,轴向负荷MRI检查能提供附加有效信息,对诊断中央性椎管狭窄以及隐匿性腰椎滑脱具有重要意义。

Slope protection frame construction vehicle is construction machinery equipment for soil slotting and cement concrete sliding form of highway slope. Aiming at the problem of motion control of rotating arm of slope protection frame construction vehicle in the slope environment, a position feedback control strategy based on fuzzy multi-parameter adaptive PID(proportional integral derivative) was designed. In consideration of the difference between the two chambers of the asymmetric hydraulic cylinder, the linear mathematical model of valve controlled asymmetrical hydraulic cylinder was established using area difference equivalent modeling method. By defining fuzzy subset, selecting membership function and establishing fuzzy rules, position control of asymmetrical hydraulic cylinder of rotating arm was realized using fuzzy multi-parameter adaptive PID control algorithm. Simulation and experiments show that fuzzy multiparameter adaptive PID based on the area difference equivalent mathematical model can effectively enhance position tracking control accuracy of hydraulic cylinder, and the effectiveness of the proposed control algorithm was verified. To improve the quality of label recommendation, this paper proposed a label recommendation method for Web services oriented functional semantic enhancement and label association. It integrated the context weight into the TextRank model to extract keywords that fitted well with the service function, which were used to construct the functional semantic enhanced service representation vector. It established the label association graph and generated the label association vector based on the improved GraphSAGE model. It used the KNN algorithm to obtain the recommended primary label and candidate label set. It used the service representation vector and label association vector to construct a label recommendation method combining fitness and association. Experiments show that the proposed method is superior to the current popular label recommendation methods in terms of accuracy and F₁-score, and it improves the quality of tag recommendation. Objective To study the application of nitrogen-doped carbon quantum dots (CQDs) in oil and gas development through alkylation modification of CQDs prepared by hydrothermal method. Methods Carbon quantum dots CQDs and nitrogen-doped carbon quantum dots N-CQDs were synthesized with citric acid as carbon source and diethylenetriamine as nitrogen source under hydrothermal conditions. An amphiphilic surfactant R-(N-CQDs) was obtained by surface modification of the prepared N-CQDs through an alkylation reaction. Results The particle size distribution of CQDs and N-CQDs was uniform, with the typical particle size characteristics of carbon quantum dots. The fluorescence quantum yields of CQDs and N-CQDs were 10% and 47%, respectively, at the maximum excitation wavelength, and nitrogen doping significantly improved the fluorescence properties of carbon quantum dots. Compared with commonly utilized surfactant SDBS, R-(N-CQDs) could reduce surface tension and improve foam stability and emulsification. Conclusion The modified carbon quantum dots can reduce water surface tension, have excellent emulsification and foam stabilization performance, and have specific application potential in oil and gas development. The metagenomic sequence analysis of the fermentation broth of three fermentation batches of kombucha was carried out, and the database was used for comparison. It was found that there were mainly Lactobacillus brevis, Lactobacillus plantarum, Weisseria sinusosus, Lactobacillus fermentatum, Lactobacillus pentosus, Weisseria fused, Lactobacillus reuteri, Nebulococci citronicum, Lactobacillus paracasei, Lococci lactate and other bacteria with probiotic function in the fermentation broth of tea fungus. A total of 76 512 functional genes were annotated by metagenomes, among which the most functional genes were annotated by metabolic processes. Most of the strains annotated by these metabolic pathways were probiotic strains, which were mainly involved in the tricarboxylic acid cycle, citric acid cycle, pentose phosphate pathway, glycolysis and so on related to carbohydrate metabolism.
