Objective: To analyze the law of Professor Qin Yunfeng's medication in treating erectile dysfunction. Methods: Collect and sorted out the prescription data of Professor 2020.1-2023.12 Qin Yunfeng for the treatment of erectile dysfunction, and established a database after data standardization to analyze drug frequency, drug category, drug nature, meridian and core drugs. Results: A total of 203 prescriptions were collected, covering 205 traditional Chinese medicines, among which 100 were schisandra, Epimedium, Dangshen, Cu and Astragalus. Medicine is mainly warm, followed by cold and flat; more sweet taste; mainly liver and kidney, spleen, lung and heart; and reuse deficiency drugs. 12 groups of drug pairs and corner drugs, 1 group of potential combination and 6 groups of cluster combination were found. Conclusion: Professor Qin Yunfeng believes that ED can be treated from the five zang organs, and pay attention to the source of the day. Drugs has the characteristics of cold and temperature, gentle medicinal, orderly rise and fall, supply and mutual use, homorigin of essence and blood, and seeking Yang in Yin. In firefighting and industrial scenarios workers exposed to factors like metabolic heat production protective clothing and high-temperature radiation can experience a range of heat stress reactions such as increased body temperature dehydration fatigue and heatstroke potentially endangering human life. Heat stress assessment helps identify thermal risks in the work environment allowing for the adjustment of environmental parameters to enhance safety and comfort. Additionally improving working conditions can increase worker efficiency and overall productivity. Thermo-physiological models known for their flexible modeling and stable prediction are extensively used for thermal stress and safety assessments in thermal environments. This article aims to provide reference for further research on optimizing modeling methods and enhancing the predictive accuracy of thermo-physiological models so as to advance the technology for assessing thermal stress in clothed individuals in hot environments and establish individual protection strategies to ensure the health and safety of workers. When assessing thermal stress responses in clothed individuals in high-temperature environments researchers primarily focus on experimental studies and predictive modeling. However existing assessment methods have their limitations human experiments are costly and pose safety risks dummy tests struggle to dynamically respond to environmental changes and current thermal stress prediction models are more suited to steady-state thermal environments lacking efficacy in complex thermal scenarios. These issues underscore the need for more refined and comprehensive tools for thermal stress assessment. Consequently the development and application of thermo-physiological models have become a significant research direction in assessing human thermal stress in high-temperature environments. In practice the modeling and simulation of the human body the heat transfer model between the human body and the environment and the simulation of clothing heat transfer all impact the assessment outcomes. In human body modeling there is an increasing focus on detailed physiological structure portrayal and the complexity of simulating thermal regulatory mechanisms. Recent studies have developed extended human models suitable for high-temperature environments especially for individuals working in nonuniform thermal conditions considering both the characteristics of the subjects and the environment. In constructing the human-environment heat transfer model a comprehensive analysis of heat and mass transfer between the environment and the human body is conducted and numerical simulations are employed to determine the heat transfer coefficients of various human body surfaces. Two primary strategies are employed in clothing heat transfer simulation incorporating simplified thermal parameters of clothing or integrating thermo-physiological models with dynamic clothing models. Building a human thermo-physiological model is an effective method for assessing thermal stress in clothed individuals in high-temperature environments offering advantages such as stability efficiency and flexibility. In the future research can be carried out from the following directions. First new algorithms can be developed based on research in physiology and neuroscience to more accurately simulate the actual details of human body temperature regulation in high-temperature environments. Second integrating dynamic heat transfer coefficients into human-environment heat transfer models presents challenges necessitating overcoming differences between CFD models and human thermo-physiological models and applying suitable numerical methods and grid resolutions to capture the complex heat transfer and flow processes in high temperatures. Third it is necessary for future research to focus on enhancing the integration of clothing models with thermo-physiological models improving the precision of clothing models by considering material properties and fabric structures and developing comprehensive human-clothing-environment models for high-temperature settings taking into account key factors such as environmental temperature and humidity wind speed thermal radiation and human dynamics. - Abstract
Objective: To systematically evaluate the effect of mindfulness training on athletic performance. Methods: Pubmed, Web of science, EBSCO and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)databases were searched, and experimental studies on the effects of mindfulness training on athletic performance related indicators of athletes were collected from the establishment of the database to October 2022.The quality of the literature was evaluated according to Cochrane Handbook 5.1.0.Revman 5.4 software was used for meta analysis, and standardized mean difference(SMD)and 95% confidence interval(CI)were used as the main effect indicators. Results: A total of 17 RCTs involving 647 healthy athletes were included. The analysis showed that mindfulness training could effectively improve the mindfulness level of athletes(SMD=0.65,95% CI: 0.35-0.94,P <0.001),and the intervention effect reached a medium effect size. Positive mental state(SMD=1.14,95% CI: 0.50-1.78,P <0.001),negative mental state(SMD=-1.25,95% CI: -2.08--0.43,P <0.01),physiological indicators(SMD=-1.85,95% CI: -3.10-0.60,P <0.01),and the scores of fine motor skills(SMD=1.98,95% CI: 1.21-2.75,P <0.001)reached a large effect size. The results of subgroup analysis showed that≥10 sessions of mindfulness training had the greatest benefits(Ps <0.05)for improving mindfulness(SMD=0.40),positive mental(SMD=1.16),physical(SMD=-2.74),and motor performance(SMD=1.64).Conclusion: It suggests that mindfulness training and mindfulness-based interventions have significant effects on the indicators related to athletic performance, and more than 10 sessions of training have better effects. - Abstract
Objective To investigate the current application of the EQ-5D in health economics research in the field of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Methods PubMed, Embase, CNKI, CBM and Wanfang databases were systematically searched. The clinical research literature in the field of TCM such as ‘Chinese medicine’, ‘tuina’ and‘acupuncture’containing EQ-5D analysis was included. The Excel spreadsheet was used for data extraction, and the extracted information including title, publication year, author, institution, country, conflicts of interest (declaration or involvement of enterprise), study type, participants, interventions, outcomes, research perspectives and measurement methods. The Quality of Health Economic Studies (QHES) was used to evaluate the methodological quality of the included literature. SPSS 18.0 software was used for descriptive analysis of the extracted data. Results A total of 52 articles were included, and the study design was mainly based on randomized controlled trials. The application of EQ-5D-5L was less than that of EQ-5D-3L. Most of the literature used utility value and quality - adjusted life years (QALYs) for cost-utility analysis (CUA) . EQ-5D was widely used in the study of musculoskeletal diseases, and Chinese patent medicine and acupuncture were the most commonly used interventions. Chinese patent medicine was used in most systemic diseases, but it was mainly used in musculoskeletal system diseases, which was equivalent to the proportion of massage application. Acupuncture was the most widely used intervention in musculoskeletal diseases, followed by the application of pain diseases. According to the QHES evaluation criteria, the average score of the 37 articles with full text was 73.49. Among them, 20 articles were of high quality, 14 articles were of general quality, and 3 articles were of low quality. The quality of the research was generally acceptable, but there were problems such as unreasonable or unreported research time limit selection, research result interpretation, conflict of interest, research perspective, utility value and QALYs evaluation. No conflict of interest statement was made in all the studies involving enterprises. Conclusion The application of EQ-5D in the evaluation of health economics in TCM is less, and the quality of literature still needs to be improved. 大鸨是国家Ⅰ级重点保护野生动物,其越冬栖息地多选择靠近湿地的农田滩涂,主要以麦苗和其他农作物为食。河南省的黄河流域湿地滩涂及农田是大鸨最稳定、最重要的越冬栖息地和迁徙中转地。数量较大的大鸨集群主要出现在黄河滩区—长垣段及黄河滩区—三门峡段,沿黄河流域—郑州段的大鸨数量由于黄河流域湿地的过度开发及人为干扰严重而呈下降趋势。本次调查对近10年来越冬大鸨在河南省的种群数量、分布区域、保护情况等进行调查分析,为大鸨的保护提供了重要的基础数据。

37. 面向高光谱影像分类的网络结构自动搜索方法.

Objectives: The quality of network structure is the key to obtain excellent classification performance. Most of existing deep models are designed by the trial-and-error method. When the same model processes different hyperspectral images (HSIs), different network hyperparameters need to be set artificially to adapt to the data characteristics of different images, greatly increasing the difficulty of network design. Aiming at the problem of deep learning model design in hyperspectral image classification, this paper proposes an automatic network structure search method for HSI classification. Methods: In the proposed method, the differentiable structure search technology is first used to search the network structure on the source HSI data sets, then the deep network model is constructed by stacking cells, and finally the classification performance is evaluated on the target HSIs. It should be pointed out that, the proposed method only conducts one search on the source HSI data sets, and the obtained deep model can be applied to other target HSI classification tasks, which can effectively improve the utilization rate of the model. To improve the generalization ability and classification accuracy of the model, multi-source and multi-resolution HSIs are employed to construct the precollected data set, and the partial channel connection operation is introduced to further improve the search efficiency. Results: Three HSIs inculding Houston, Chikusei and Pavia Center are selected as source data. Four HSIs including University of Pavia, Indian Pines, Salinas and Houston 2018 are selected as the target HSIs. The source data is used to determine the network model and the target HSIs are used to evaluate the classification performance. Experimental results show that the proposed method can automatically search out a universal deep network model suitable for HSI classification task, and this model can achieve better classification performance than the conventional deep learning models. The overall classification accuracies of University of Pavia, Indian Pines, Salinas and Houston 2018 are 98.15%, 98.74%, 97.30% and 74.47%, respectively. Conclusions: Compared with other deep models, the model in this paper is automatically determined by differentiable architecture search algorithm according to the data characteristics of HSIs, effectively improving the classification accuracy of target HSIs while avoiding complex network design. Extensive experiments verify the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed method in HSI classification. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In the context of the rapid development of quantum computing technology, in order to meet the security requirements of cryptographic applications, this paper proposed an ElGamal public key cryptosystem based on Polar codes. The paper adopted Polar codes as the public code in the ElGamal public key cryptosystem based on error-correcting codes, used SC decoding algorithm to decode, and analyzed the decoding failure probability and security of the scheme. The results show that the algorithm has a high transmission rate, the selected parameters meet the requirements of information set decoding complexity and decoding failure probability, and the algorithm meets IND-CPA security. To investigate the effect of exogenous nitric oxide (NO)on aluminum tolerance of Eucalyptus seedlings under aluminum stress. In this study, sodium nitroproside (SNP)was used as exogenous NO donor in four kinds of Eucalyptus seedlings (Eucalyptus grandis, E. urophylla, E. tereticornis, E. urophylla×E. grandis). The effects of different concentrations of NO (0, 50, 100, 200, 400, 800 μmol·L-1)on the physiological indices of ROS, antioxidant enzyme activities and the contents of organic osmotic regulatory substances of Eucalyptus seedlings under 120 mg·L-1 aluminum stress were studied, and the differences of aluminum tolerance of four Eucalyptus species under NO treatment were compared. The results were as follows: (1)The addition of exogenous NO (50 μmol·L-1≤NO≤200 μmol·L-1)under aluminum stress promoted the contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein, the activities of antioxidant enzymes (SOD, POD, CAT, APX), the removal of ROS in the body, the reduction of MDA accumulation, and the improvement of aluminum stress resistance. However, under high concentration of NO (≥800 μmol·L-1), the activities of antioxidant enzymes and the contents of osmotic regulatory substances decreased in Eucalyptus seedlings, showing stress response. (2)NO significantly improved the aluminum tolerance of sensitive Eucalyptus, but not significantly improved the aluminum tolerance of tolerant Eucalyptus. Finally, the aluminum resistance of four Eucalyptus species tended to be consistent under the action of NO. (3)SOD, MDA, CAT, O2-, soluble protein and soluble sugar could be used as key indicators to evaluate the aluminum tolerance of Eucalyptus. This study provides a scientific reference for the selection of aluminum tolerance germplasm resources of Eucalyptus, and laid a foundation for further understanding of the mechanism of NO regulating the difference of aluminum tolerance between Eucalyptus species.
