2014年12月22日,扬州动物园内的1只松鼠猴突然发生死亡。解剖该松鼠猴可见其肺脏、肾脏、脾脏及肠道上呈现白色圆形、干酪样、大小不等的坏死病灶。无菌采集肝脏和脾脏后,在麦康凯琼脂板、血清琼脂板和鲜血琼脂板上进行细菌的分离鉴定。纯培养后,鲜血琼脂板上可见干燥的灰黄色的菌落。经生化试验和16S rDNA试验鉴定为假结核耶尔森菌。致病性试验的结果也表明该菌为该松鼠猴的致病菌。药敏试验结果表明该菌对羧苄青霉素和头孢噻肟比较敏感。

The International Society for Digital Earth (ISDE) was inaugurated in 2004. On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of its establishment, it is of great significance to review and look forward to the global development of Digital Earth. China has made active efforts and achieved remarkable results in using Digital Earth technology to address global challenges. Initiated by the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), ISDE and its Chinese National Committee (CNISDE) were officially established. ISDE has been playing a crucial role in leading the global development of Digital Earth by organizing international academic conferences, publishing world-class academic publications, and fostering important international collaboration networks. ISDE is the only one of the international scientific and technological organizations initiated by China to become a member of the International Science Council (ISC), which plays an important exemplary role in establishing influential international organizations in China. Looking towards the future, led by the globally dominant strategy and guided by the major national strategic needs, ISDE will continue to serve national science and technology diplomacy and contribute significantly to global digital and sustainable development. Aiming at the problem of noise reduction of electrostatic signals in the aero-engine gas-path under strong background noise, a noise reduction method based on intrinsic modal function (IMF) adaptive filtering combined with wavelet thresholding is proposed. Firstly, the original electrostatic signal is decomposed by the complementary ensemble empirical mode decomposition (CEEMD) method to obtain several smooth IMFs. Secondly, the optimal reconstruction adaptive low-pass filtering algorithm is constructed to filter the signaldominated IMFs. Thirdly, the noise-dominated IMF components are noise-reduced and reconstructed with the signal-dominated IMFs by the wavelet thresholding method, then the noise-reduced electrostatic signal is obtained. The simulated and measured signals are used to verify the proposed method and compare it with other noise reduction methods, and the results show that the method is effective in noise reduction of engine gas-path electrostatic signals and is superior in extracting weak fault signals. Objective To investigate the effect of intensive phototherapy for neonatal hyperbilirubinemia on cellular immune function and short-term immune-related adverse effects. Methods Totally 180 infants with hyperbilirubinemia were treated with different light intensity, the efficacy, cellular immune function and immune adverse effects were followed up for six months after discharge. Results After phototherapy, serum interleukin-6(IL-6) in both groups were decreased and CD4+(%) and CD4+/CD8+ were increased than that before phototherapy. The decrease rate of total bilirubin in the intensive phototherapy group was significantly faster than that in the conventional phototherapy group, at the same time, the total duration of phototherapy and hospital stay were significantly shorter than that in the conventional phototherapy group(P＜0.05) . No statistical significance in the incidence of diarrhea, rash, fever and hypo-calcemia during hospitalization and no immune-related adverse effects in 6 months after discharge were recorded. Conclusions Compared with conventional phototherapy, intensive phototherapy reduces serum bilirubin level more quickly and shorten the duration of phototherapy and hospital stay. Copy number variation refers to the increase or decrease in the copy number of a large segment of DNA sequence in the genome. Previous studies have revealed that copy number variation is the cause of many human diseases and is closely related to their mechanisms of occurrence and development. The emergence of high-throughput sequencing technology has provided technical support for copy number variation detection, which has become the mainstream copy number variation detection technology in human disease research and clinical diagnosis. Although new algorithms and softwares based on high-throughput sequencing technology have been developed, the accuracy is still in challenge. This paper presents a comprehensive review of copy number variation detection methods based on high-throughput sequencing data, including methods based on the methods of depth of reads, double-end mapping, reads splitting, scratch splicing, and the method based on a combination of the above four techniques. Moreover, the principles of each type of method, representative software tools, and applicable data as well as advantages and disadvantages of each type of method are discussed in depth. 目的探讨腓骨肌萎缩症 (CMT) 的诊断方法。方法对1例 PMP22 基因c.215C>T突变的 CMT 患儿的 临床资料及基因检测结果作回顾性分析。结果患儿女,主要表现为运动发育迟缓,患儿母亲双下肢短小、下肢肌 力下降。查体可见患儿双下肢关节被动活动度大,双下肢远端肌肉萎缩,下肢肌力及肌容量下降。颅脑磁共振成像 (MRI) 检查可见患儿双侧脑室旁白质斑片状影。全外显子组基因测序结果显示,患儿及其母均存在PMP22 基因杂 合突变 (NM_000304.4:exon4: c. 215C>T (p. Bougainvillea peruviana‘Thimma’, belonging to the family Nyctaginaceae, has high ornamental values in landscape. It is an ideal material to study the regulation of flower and leaf coloration. It is vital to establish a rapid and efficient gene verification system in B. peruviana. In this study, phytoene desaturase gene（PDS）was used as an indicator gene, we explored the effects of different inoculation sites and fragment length on the silencing effects of endogenous PDS mRNA in B. peruviana leaves induced by tobacco rattle virus（TRV）and established an optimized virus-induced gene silencing system（VIGS）for B. peruviana. The results showed that the silencing effect of leaf friction injection was more significant than that of tender stems friction injection. Additionally, PDS gene silencing was induced by both the inserted fragment of 336 bp and 457 bp, and the latter one was more significant. As a common pediatric disease, attention deficit disorder (ADHD) is hardly differentiated in patterns, both because of its various syndromes, and the main symptoms are mental and spiritual disorders. Based on the core concept of Huangdi Neijing, we discuss the clinical diagnosis and treatment of ADHD based on images. ADHD is studied using both physical and functional images, which mainly represent clinical symptoms of hyperactivity, unstable emotions, distractibility, and poor comprehension. We summarize the characteristics of ADHD as “ excess in wind and fire image, deficiency in earth and water image”, considering that “ excess in wind and fire image” is responsible for the symptoms of hyperactivity and unstable emotions, while “ deficiency in earth and water image” is responsible for distractibility. Further, the symptoms of poor comprehension and difficulties in communication indicate a disability of “ renwu ” ( cognition of world ) in the heart. We suggest corresponding therapies and prescriptions based on our clinical experience in order to provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of hyperkinetic diseases in children. BACKGROUND: Titanium as a bone substitute material has been widely used in the field of oral implant devices, but its bioinert would affect the stable combination with bone tissue at the early stage of implantation. Therefore, exploring to improve the osteogenic properties of titanium through surface modification is necessary. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of composite coating of aspirin loaded chitosan nanoparticles and polydopamine on the viability of osteoblasts in vitro. METHODS: The titanium sheets modified by polydopamine coating as well as aspirin loaded chitosan nanoparticles and polydopamine composite coating were constructed. The surface morphology and microstructure of the coatings were characterized by scanning electron microscopy. In vitro sustained-release properties of aspirin nanosphere coatings on pure titanium were detected. Rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells were seeded and cultured on the pure titanium sheet and the two kinds of modified titanium sheets. The spreading morphology of rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells on the surface of titanium sheets was observed by cytoskeleton staining. Cell proliferation was determined by CCK-8 assay. The osteogenic differentiation of rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells on titanium sheets was measured using alkaline phosphatase staining and immunofluorescence staining. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) Scanning electron microscope images showed that the pure titanium surface was relatively smooth, and deposits as well as grain appeared after the dopamine polymerization. Aspirin microspheres were spherical with uniform size distribution. The hydrophilicity of the nanoparticles immobilized titanium surfaces and the polydopamine coating modified titanium surfaces were better than that of the pure titanium sheets (P < 0.05). The aspirin appeared to be slow and sustained under the encapsulation of chitosan nanoparticles. (2) As observed by cytoskeleton staining, the cells showed insufficient cell expansion on the surface of the pure titanium sheets and formed a few filopodia on the dopamine modified titanium sheets. The cells on nanoparticles modified sheets showed perfect expansion. (3) CCK-8 assay showed that the titanium sheets had no obvious cytotoxicity, and the cell proliferation rate of the nanoparticles modified titanium sheets displayed higher rates of proliferation than that of the dopamine coated and pure titanium sheets with increasing cell culture time (P < 0.05). (4) Alkaline phosphatase activity was highest on the surfaces of nanoparticles modified sheets. Immunofluorescence showed that the fluorescence intensity of alkaline phosphatase was strongest. (5) The results showed that the sustained-release coating of aspirin loaded chitosan nanoparticles on the titanium surfaces could enhance the proliferation and adhesion of rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and promote osteogenic differentiation. Objective: To examine the associations between authoritarian parenting and non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) in adolescents. Methods: Participants included in the analyses were those who participated in the baseline survey and the follow-up survey of Shandong Adolescent Behavior and Health Cohort, and without the history of NSSI at the baseline survey. Totally 5154 middle and high school students were recruited. The Adolescent Health and Behavior Questionnaire was used to collect data on adolescent and family demographical factors, and non-suicidal self-injury, the CES-D Scale was used to assess depressive symptoms, and Parental Discipline Scales were used to assess authoritarian parenting. Multivariate logistic regression models were used to examine the relationship between authoritarian parenting and non-suicidal self-injury among adolescents. Results: Among 5154 participants,236（4.6%） reported NSSI at 1-year follow-up,1144 (22.2%) reported having been exposed to authoritarian father and 1095 (21.2%) to authoritarian mother. Multivariate logistic regressions showed that authoritarian father (OR=1.72,95%CI=1.11-2.64) and authoritarian mother (OR=1.65,95% CI=1.09-2.50) were significantly associated with increased risk of NSSI. The theory of “aromatics acting on the spleen” is crucial evidence leading aromatic herbs to regulate the spleen to treat related diseases in clinical practice. This article discusses the definitions, origin and the application of the theory of “aromatics acting on the spleen”. “Aromatics acting on the spleen” originates from “spleen is related to fragrance” in Huangdi Neijing, which is one of the five odors. Odor is a concept as important as flavor, which are different from nose to another, causing heart and lungs dominating odors. Aromatics, including cereals and vegetations, refer to harmonious and glorious qi in general. “Aromatics acting on the spleen” is short for “odors that are fragrance being transported to the spleen”, which originates from the theory of five odors in Huangdi Neijing after the Song and Yuan dynasty, during the development of Zang-Fu viscera syndrome differentiation, the medicinal properties theory, and the meridian tropism system. Essentially, “aromatics acting on the spleen” is to operate spleen qi, highlighting the function that the medicinal “qi” affects Zang-fu viscera qi movement, which can both nurture spleen qi, promote rotating in the middle energizer, and invigorate the spleen to resolve dampness, stimulating qi to eliminate dampness. Meanwhile, if aromatics are overused or misused, they could easily damage the spleen qi. Clarification of the theory’s connotation, origin, and forming and developing process has significance in constructing a modern Chinese medicine theoretical framework, implementing the use of aromatic herbs in the clinic, and treating diseases related to spleen and stomach. The CuFe2O4 spinel ferrite catalyst was prepared by sol-gel method, and Fe-Cu catalyst was characterized and analyzed by XRD,BET,SEM etc. CuFe2O4spinel ferrite catalyst was used for catalytic wet oxidation of coal chemical wastewater membrane concentrate. The results showed that the COD and UV254（phenolic compounds） removal efficiency of coal chemical wastewater membrane concentrates reached 87.3% and 97.1%,respectively, after 60 min of reaction, under the condition of initial pH=3,hydrogen peroxide dosage of 5 mL/L, the reaction temperature of 160 ℃ reaction pressure of 1.5 MPa, and catalyst dosage of 1.2 g/L.
