- Abstract
The normal esophageal mucosa specific 1 gene (NMES1) is considered as a tumor suppressor gene which significantly reduces expression of various malignant tumors. The NMES1 can affect various cellular biological behaviors such as proliferation, apoptosis and migration of tumor cells. ( Objective) A two-year field experiment was conducted lo clarify the effect of combined addition of crop straw with NPK fertilization on crop components, annual productivity and economic benefits under rice-rape rotation in Hanzhong basin and provide theoretical basis and technical support for straw-returning instead of chemical fertilizer application. ( Method ) The experiment included five treatments: application of NPK without straw returning ( SN + NPK), application of NPK with straw returning ( S + NPK), application of NPK with decayed straw returning (SD+ NPK), application of NPK with 15 % reduction plus decayed straw returning (SD+ 85 % NPK) and application of NPK with 30 % reduction plus decayed straw returning (SD+ 70 % NPK). [ Result] The straw returning combined with the NPK fertilization increased the crop yield by improving pods of main florescebce, pods of branch and seeds per pod of rape and seed setting rate and effective panicle of rice. However, straw returning combined with the NPK fertilization :reduction decreased the crop yield by reducing pods of branch and 1000-aeed weight of rape and spikelets per panicle, seed setting rate, effective panicle and 1000-seed weight of rice. Compared with SN+ NPK treatment, the increase in annual average rape yield in two yean, was 14. 82 % for S + NPK, 18. 63 % for SD+ NPK, -1. 25 % for SD + 85 % NPK, and - 6. 84 % fur SD + 70 % NPK, the increase in annual average rice yield in two years was 1. 54 % fur 5 + NPK, 6. 35 % fur SD+ NPK, -4.07 % for SD +85 %NPK, and -6. 86 % fur SD +70 %NPK, while the increase of annual net profit in two years was 24.02 %, 23. 91 %, 5.06 %, and -0. S7 %, respectively. ( Conclusion)The combination of straw returning with NPK fertilization was an effective fanning practice lo improve crop yield and economic benefits in Hanzhong basin. SD + 85 % NPK treatment did not affect the annual average yield, but significantly had a cost :reduction caused by leas fertili7.er application with a reduction in total fertilizer by 107 kg • hm - 2 • Considering the environment and economic effects, decayed straw returning with 15 % reduction in NPK application was more suitable to achieve green production. [Objective] The study aimed to screen new fertilizers suitable for rice in southern Shaanxi, provide scientific basis for improving rice yield and fertilizer utilization rate and reducing non-point source pollution in water conservation area, and lay a foundation for the study of fertilization effect and response mechanism of soil microorganisms, the research explored effects of different new fertilizations on yield of rice and microorganisms in rice field. [Method] Seven treatments were set up, including no fertilizer( CK) , conventional urea (F), humic aeid (HA) , organic-coated pure fertilizedOPF), urease inhibitor(UI), nano-synergistic fertilized NSF), 90-day controlled-release fertilizer (CRF) . The yield and yield components of rice under different treatments were determined. The number of soil microorganisms in 0—20 cm soil layer was determined by dilution method of plate counting at different stages, which includes pre-transplantation, seedling stage, tillering stage, booting stage and maturity stage of rice. [Result] The 90-day controlled-release fertilizer increased the effective panicle number, grain number per panicle, seed selling rate and 1000-grain weight of rice. Seed yield increased by 86.84 % and 8. 3 % respectively compared with control and conventional fertilization. In increased the number of bacteria and B/F (bacteria/lungi) value, decreased the number of fungi, in the whole growth period. Moreover, the effect was most remarkable at maturity stage. Humic acid nitrogen fertilizer increased rice yield bv increasing 1000-grain weight, increase soil microbial biomass, bacterial biomass and B/F value and reduce the change of community structure in early stage of rice growth (seedling stage and tillering stage). Organic-coated pure fertilizer promoted rice yield by increasing the number of effective panicles, significantly reduced the number of fungi in the whole growth period, and increased the B/F value and reduced the change of community structure in the late stage of rice (booting stage and maturity stage). [Conclusion] In this study, 90-day controlled-release fertilizer, humic acid and organic-coated pure fertilizer were new fertilizers suitable for rice use in Hanzhong Basin, which could increase crop yield, the number of microorganisms and improve community structure. - Abstract
【Objective】Rice-wheat rotation each year is one of the most important agricultural planting systems in Hanzhong plain region. The field experiments in winter wheat growth period under rice-wheat rotation system were conducted to investigate the effects of reduction of N, P, and K fertilization rates plus rice straw return on soil nutrient, enzyme activities and wheat yield. 【Method】The experiment design included four treatments: NPK fertilization without straw return, NPK fertilization with straw return( NPKS), NPK fertilization rate reduction by 15 % plus straw return(-15 % NPKS) and NPK fertilization rates reduction by 30 % plus straw return(-30 % % NPKS). 【Result】Compared to NPK( CK), NPKS, -15 % NPKS and-30 % NPKS treatments all reduced the soil bulk density of 0-15 cm soil layer, especially in 0-5 cm soil layer. Compared to NPK, NPKS and-15 % NPKS treatments increased LOC and TOC contents in 0-15 cm soil layer, however, -30 % NPKS treatment reduced LOC and TOC contents, straw return treatments increased TOC content in 15-30 cm soil layer. The NPKS and-15 % NPKS treatments increased the urease activities by 32. 7 % and 29 %, respectively; The NPKS treatment increased the invertase activity by 19. 8 %, however, -15 % NPKS and-30 % NPKS treatments significantly reduced the invertase activities by 32. 5 % and 10. 7 %, respectively, meanwhile, both-15 % NPKS and-30 %NPKS treatment reduced soil nutrient contents. As far as wheat yield, the-15 % NPKS treatment had no significant effect on wheat yield, but the-30 % NPKS treatment did reduce wheat yield. Correlation analysis showed that the wheat yield was significantly correlated with soil organic carbon. The appropriate reduction in NPK fertilizer application rate(-15 %) plus straw return had no significantly negative effects on soil fertility and crop yield. 【Conclusion】In conclusion, under rice-wheat rotation system, the appropriate reduction in NPK fertilizer application plus rice straw return had positive effects on agriculture, economy and environment, which could not only ensure the crop yield and improve the utilization of straw but also reduce fertilizer inputs and environmental pollution.
