8. 红毛五加多糖对大鼠肝细胞免疫损伤的保护作用及其机制.

- Abstract
Acanthopanax giraldii belongs to the Araliaceae plant, and most of the Araliaceae plants have a two-way regulation effect in regulating immunity. A. giraldii polysaccharide is a single component extracted from the traditional Chinese medicine A. giraldii. The anti-inflammatory effect of polysaccharides has rarely been reported. This study aimed to explore the protective effect and mechanism of polysaccharide AHP-II on LPS-induced hepatocyte injury in rats. This experiment was divided into five groups: blank group, model group (LPS, 40 μg·mL-1), AHP-II low, moderate, high-dose group (25, 50, 100 μg·mL-1). LPS (40 μg·mL-1) was used to prepare the rat hepatocyte immune injury model. The cytotoxic effect of AHP-II on hepatocytes was first examined by CCK-8 method to eliminate interference, and the secreted level of TNF-α by the cells and the level of ROS were measured by ELISA and flow cytometry respectively to establish the hepatocyte immune injury model. Then the inhibitory effect of different doses of AHP-II on inflammatory factors was explored, and the level of JNK2 protein and its phosphorylation were detected by western method to further explore the inhibitory mechanism of AHP-II. The results showed that the experimental dose of AHP-II had no damage to cells by CCK-8 method, which indicates that the reduction of inflammatory factors secreted by cells treated by AHP-II is not due to its cytotoxic effect. AHP-II groups (25, 50, 100 μg·mL-1) decreased TNF-α content durig hepatocyte injury. At the same time, the high-dose AHP-II group can reduce the secretion of ROS durig hepatocytes injury, and the high-dose AHP-II group has the strongest effect in inhibiting ehe conrent of ROS. After the addition of AHP-II, the phosphorylation level of JNK2 protein decreased in a dose-dependent manner, and the AHP-II high-dose group had the strongest inhibitory effect. This indicate that the polysaccharide AHP-II can play an immunoprotective role by reducing the protein content of P-JNK2 and inhibiting the levels of TNF-α and ROS. The results of this study provide a scientific reference for the hepatoprotective effect of A. giraldii, and promote the further development and utilization of the resources of A. giraldii. 9. 连续级配饱和破碎岩石压实特性试验研究.

- Abstract
In order to study the compaction characteristics and particles size distribution of saturated broken rock of continuous gradation,an experimental study was conducted on saturated broken rock which satisfies the Talbol distribution by using self-made equipment and MTS816.03 rock mechanics test system. The influences of n on the secant modulus,the tangent modulus,the porosity,the bulking factor and the compactness were analyzed. The variation laws of distribution coefficient r with Talbol index and axial stress were investigated. The stress-strain relationship of broken rocks was established,which can reflect the variation of particle size distribution. The results show that the secant modulus,the tangent modulus,the porosity,the bulking factor and the compactness of rock samples were negatively related with the Talbol index n in the bearing process of broken rock samples. The distribution coefficient r decreased when axial stress increased. And the distribution coefficient r tended to increase with n,when the axial stress was less than 50% of the uniaxial compressive strength.When the axial stress was more than 50% of the uniaxial compressive strength,the relationship between distribution coefficient r of broken rock samples and n fluctuated. The distribution coefficient r of different n tended to be uniform with the axial stress exceeded 90% of the uniaxial compressive strength. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection has become the main cause of hepatocellular carcinoma. A series of cell models for HBV infection are established to lay a good foundation for the research on the pathogenesis and treatment of HBV. In this review, we summarize culture models for a single type of cells, co-culture models for multiple types of cells, and other animal models, which are mainly for HBV transfection and infection. We also discuss the methods of cell model construction for HBV infection and their virological characteristics. It provides reliable evidence of models for scientific interpretation of advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of chronic hepatitis B. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

12. 预制双圆形孔洞砂岩强度与变形破坏特征.

- Abstract
A large number of micro cracks,holes and other defects appear in the rock material because of the complexity of its natural formation process.In order to study the interaction mechanism between the cavities and the effect of the cavities on the mechanical behavior of rock,the uniaxial compression tests were conducted on the sandstone samples with the different geometric arrangements of holes and the diameters of the side holes to obtain their strength,deformation and fracture evolution laws. The result demonstrates that both the peak strength and elastic modulus of the samples show the trend of first decrease then increase with the increase of the angle. The minimum and maximum values reach at α=30° and α=90°;the peak strength and elastic modulus show a gradually decrease with the increase of the diameter of the side hole. The damage form of the sandstone containing double circular cavities is affected by the angle and the side hole diameter,mainly in the three aspects of crack initiation forms of the samples,the fracturing behavior of the central hole and the coalescence mode of the double circular cavities. The interaction between the central hole and the side hole gradually increases and then gradually decreases with the increase of the angle,the increase of the diameter of the side hole can also enhance the interaction between the central hole and the side hole,and this has been confirmed in the void coalescence. 13. 基于 CT 扫描的饱和破碎灰岩侧限压缩下微观结构演化特征.

- Abstract
Lateral confined compression tests for saturated crushed limestone were conducted to study the evolution of the microstructure in crushed rock masses.Micro-CT system was used to observe the microstructure of the samples. Based on the average particle size,the particle crushing state of the saturated crushed limestone under compaction was obtained quantitatively,and the relationship between porosity and average particle size was analyzed. Using image technology,the evolution of the particle shapes was studied quantitatively. The experimental results indicate that during compaction,particle crushing is pervasive,the pores in samples are compressed and filled with fine particles,and the connectivity between pores become worse. The initial gradation influences the porosity of samples. Under same axial stress,the porosity increases with an increase in Talbot exponent. The relationship between the porosity and the average particle size is linear,and the porosity can be used to describe the crushing state of the samples quantitatively. With the increase of axial stress,the circularity of the particles decreases monotonously,the shapes of the particles are more regular,the relationship between circularity and axial stress can be fitted by an exponential function.
