The harmonious coexistence of economic, social and ecological systems has a significant impact on regional sustainable development and rational allocation of land and resources. The economic, social and ecological systems are separately coupled and coordinated, and the relative development degree model is added to simulate and calculate the coupling coordination degree and relative development value of each system of 7 cities Ecological Economic Zone around Poyang Lake from 2003 to 2019. On this basis, the urban temporal and spatial evolution pattern is systematically analyzed. The results show that: in terms of time sequence, the coupling and coordination degree of economic, social and ecological systems generally rises in a wave, and the coordination type changes from moderate imbalance in the antagonistic period to high coordination in the coordination period, realizing the leap of "antagonism running in coordination". All cities will achieve zero imbalance in 2019, with slight differences among cities, but little differences, and each system tends to be optimized gradually; Spatially, the coupling and coordinated development trend generally presents a two-level development pattern of "fast in the east and slow in the west" and "northeast southwest". The development growth rate of Pozhong region is relatively uniform and stable, and the overall trend is in a coordinated state; There are obvious differences in the relative development values between systems, and the overall trend is "social lag - economic and social lag - ecological lag". Although the coupling and coordination level of the three systems has improved as a whole in the past 17 years, the contradiction between systems is still the key problem limiting the overall sustainable development. Therefore, it is suggested to strengthen the reform of industrial structure, pay attention to the ecological benefits of various systems, and improve the level of intensive land use to ensure the rational use of land.
