细胞外囊泡(extracellular vesicles, EV)作为再生医学和药物递送的亚细胞疗法,近年来广受关注,而血小板作为治 疗性 EV的一个来源,具有独特的优势。血小板来源的细胞外囊泡(platelet extracellular vesicles, P-EV)具有抗凝、抗炎、促进细胞 再生和免疫调节等作用,并具有药物递送载体的潜能,其应用的主要领域包括促进伤口愈合,血管生成,促进神经、肌肉、骨骼的 生成。现对目前P-EV在皮肤再生领域的研究进展作一综述。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
