To summarize the clinical treatment experience of 2 cases of ventricular premature contraction by auricular acupoint therapy. Based on the routine medication treatment, auricular acupoint therapy can effectively reduce the number of premature beats, improve palpitation, chest tightness and other symptoms, improve patient' compliance with treatment and nursing, and further improve the quality of life of patients. (本文总结2例室性期前收缩采用耳穴疗法治疗的经验。通过对室性期前收缩患者实施耳穴疗法后, 有效减少患者的早搏次数, 改善心慌、胸闷等症状, 提高患者对治疗和护理的依从性, 进一步提高患者生活质量。)

Objective The aim of this study is to explore the clinical effect of applying Traditional Chinese Medicine prepared with different solvents to Shenque(RN8) acupoint for the treatment of constipation. Methods A total of 60 patients with constipation during their hospital stay between Mary 2020 and Mary 2021 were included and randomly assigned into control group and treatment group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group and treatment group received the therapy of applying the TCM drugs prepared with warm water and rice wine respectively to Shenque(RN8) acupoint for 4 h once a day and there were two rounds of treatment, with each round lasting 7days. Results The total effective rate of treatment group and control group was 96. 67% and 73. 33% respectively and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups (P＜0. 05). Conclusion Application of the TCM drugs prepared with rice wine to Shenque(RN8) acupoint for the treatment of patients with constipation during their hospital stay is clinically effective and safe and it can be promoted to use in clinical nursing. (目的 探讨不同溶剂调制药物贴敷神阙穴治疗便秘的临床疗效。方法 选取2020年5月—2021年5月北京中医药大学东方医院心内科住院期间合并便秘患者, 共选择病例60例, 按照随机对照法分为对照组和治疗组, 各30例。对照组给予温水调和中药剂贴敷治疗, 治疗组给予黄酒调和中药剂贴敷治疗, 分别给予神阙穴贴敷4 h, 1次/d, 7 d为1个疗程, 共治疗2个疗程。 根据症状改善情况评价干预效果。结果 治疗组总有效率为96. 67%(29/30), 对照组总有效率为73. 33%(22/30), 2组差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 采用黄酒调和中药剂贴敷神阙穴治疗住院期间便秘患者的临床疗效较好, 安全性良好, 可以在临床护理中推广使用。)

Hypertension is a common chronic disease, and headache, as one of the clinical symptoms of hypertension, has recurrent attacks and seriously affects the quality of life of patients. In recent years, studies have applied the combination of auricular pressure massage, ear tip bloodletting and auricular point pressing to treat hypertensive headache with good efficacy, improving patients' comfort and quality of life, which is widely used in clinical practice. This article reviewed studies on the efficacy of combined auricular acupoint therapy in the treatment of hypertensive headache patients. This paper summarized the practice and experience of shift rotation in the general ward, CCU and catheterization unit of cardiology. The practice of shift rotation included rotation background of rotation, setting up of a team of clinical teachers, establishing the teaching program, training before shift rotation and related assessment. Nurses were trained in professional skills, and implementation of shift rotation had relieved pressure on nursing human resources. This paper summarized the nursing experience of a case of phlebitis caused by peripheral intravenous infusion of amiodarone hydrochloride treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine collapse stains. The patient was treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine collapse stains, and interventions on exercise and mental health were carried out to improve the rehabilitation. Traditional Chinese Medicine collapse stains, characterized by easy-to-operate, safe, wide scope of application, comfort and high rate of acceptance among patients, is effective in treating phlebitis caused by amiodarone hydrochloride injection. The Three Gorges Project has brought great changes to the regional land use and ecological environment in China in recent years. The temporal and spatial changes in land use and habitat quality are essential to promote the development and protection of territorial space, as well as the transformation of high-quality development in the reservoir area. In this study, land-use data were used from several phases in Hubei section of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area, according to the construction time node. An InVEST model was used to evaluate the spatial and temporal differentiation characteristics of habitat quality. The distribution index, topographic potential index, and geographically weighted regression model were finally utilized to investigate the topographic gradient effect of habitat quality and the response to land-use change. The results showed that: 1) The characteristics of land-use changes in the study area were mainly the large expansion of construction land and water areas, and a small increase in the area of cultivated land, while a small decrease in the area of forest and grassland. 2) The quality of habitats improved in some areas after the first-phase resettlement of the Three Gorges Project. The habitat quality significantly degraded around some cities and towns in the reservoir area and the Three Gorges Dam after the first-phase resettlement to the full completion of the Three Gorges Project. The quality of habitats in the reservoir area remained stable after the full operation. 3) The habitat quality of contiguous urbanization and engineering construction areas located in low topography was degraded to a greater extent, while the habitat quality of cultivated land reclamation areas scattered in the middle topography was slightly degraded, and the habitat quality of high topography areas with high forest and grass coverage was basically stable, from the perspective of spatial distribution. 4) Geographically weighted regression models showed that there were spatial differences in the response of habitat quality to the change of different land types. The habitat quality responded significantly to changes in forestland in southern Xingshan County, northern Yiling District, and the junction of southern Zigui and Badong County. The habitat quality in the villages and towns responded significantly to the changes of cultivated land in the south of Badong County, such as Yesanguan Town. Furthermore, the habitat quality responded significantly to changes in the construction and cultivated land distributed in the northern part of Xingshan County, around Badong County, and near the Three Gorges Dam. The findings can be expected to reveal the temporal and spatial change of habitat quality, particularly providing decision-making references for the sustainable development of land use and protection in the Hubei section of the Three Gorges Reservoir areas.
