Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a clinically refractory autoimmune disease. The destruction of bone and articular cartilage is a key pathological feature in the middle and late stages of RA. Acid-sensing ion channel 1a (ASIC1a) is a member of extracellular H+ activated cation channel family, which can transmit low pH signal from extracellular microenvironment into cells, activate downstream pathways and induce a series of pathological changes. New evidence shows that ASIC1a plays a key role in the pathogenesis of RA, promoting joint inflammation, synovial hyperplasia and the destruction of bone and articular cartilage, which is of great significance in the pathological process of disease. In this paper, the molecular characteristics of ASIC1a are briefly reviewed, and the possible mechanism of ASIC1a to improve cartilage injury of RA is emphasized, so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of RA. Objective: To explore and study the efficacy of modified Huangqi Danshen Yin combined with Yousiyue in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome and its impact on peripheral blood Th17/Treg immune imbalance. Methods: 66 cases of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from July 2018 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects. Accordded to the 1:1 simple allocation principle, the patients were divided into the traditional Chinese medicine group and the control group with 33 cases each. The control group were treated with Yousiyue, and the Chinese medicine group were treated with modified Huangqi Danshen Decoction on the basis of the control group. All patients were treated and observed for three Menstrual cycle, and the peripheral blood Th17/Treg immune imbalance were measured and calculated. Result: After treatment, the total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group were 100.0%, which were higher than the control group’s 81.8% (P＜0.05) . The Th17/Treg values after treatment in both groups were lower than before treatment (P＜0.05), and the traditional Chinese medicine group also showed a decrease compared to the control group (P＜0.05) . The endometrial thickness and maximum follicle diameter of the two groups after treatment were higher than before treatment (P＜0.05), and the traditional Chinese medicine group also showed a increase compared to the control group after treatment (P＜0.05) . The content of serum estradiol (E2) after treatment were higher than that before treatment (P＜0.05), and the content of serum Prolactin (PRL) were significantly lower than that before treatment (P＜0.05) . There were difference between the Chinese medicine group and the control group after treatment (P＜0.05) . Conclusion: The combination of modified Huangqi Danshen Yin and Yousiyue in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome can effectively regulate the immune imbalance of peripheral blood Th17/Treg, promote normal secretion of sex hormones, increase the thickness of the patient’s endometrium and the maximum follicle diameter, and improve the overall treatment effect of the patient. Objective: To investigate the effect of low-dose mifepristone combined with goserelin injection in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma and its influence on the level of sex hormones. Methods: 90 patients with hysteromyoma admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects. All patients were divided into control group, observation group A, and observation group B, with 30 cases in each group, using random number table. The patients in the control group were treated by intravenous injection of goserelin. Observe that group A was treated with conventional dose of mifepristone combined with goserelin, and group B was treated with low-dose of mifepristone combined with goserelin. Compare the clinical treatment effects of the three groups of patients, serum levels of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), progesterone (P), estradiol (E2) related hormones, procalcitonin (PCT) C-reactive protein (CRP) inflammatory factor level and adverse reactions. Results: The total effective rate of the three groups was different, observation group A and observation group B were higher than the control group (P<0.05), but there was no difference between observation group A and observation group B (P>0.05); There was no difference in the levels of serum FSH, P, E2 related hormones among the three groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the levels in the three groups decreased, and the levels of observation group A and observation group B were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), but there was no difference between observation group A and observation group B (P>0.05); After treatment, the levels of CRP and PCT related inflammatory factors in the three groups decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05), and the observation group A and observation group B were lower than the control group (P<0.05), but there was no difference between the observation group A and observation group B (P>0.05); The incidence of adverse reactions in the three groups was different, and the observation group B and the control group were significantly lower than the observation group A (P>0.05). Conclusion: Mifepristone combined with Goserellin injection has a significant effect in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma, both of which can improve the inflammatory reaction and sex hormone level of patients. Objective To understand the status and needs of doctor-patient communication in elderly patients with chronic non-cancer pain, so as to provide reference for taking targeted measures to promote doctor-patient communication in elderly patients with chronic non-cancer pain and enrich the teaching content of doctor-patient communication. Methods From October to December 2021, a total of 532 elderly patients with chronic non-cancer pain were investigatedwith a self-designed doctor-patient communication scalein Taizhou, Jiangsu Province. A total of 532 questionnaires were distributed and 532 valid questionnaires were recovered, and the effective recovery rate was 100%. Results Theshoulder and upper limbs [35. 3%（188/532)], lower limbs [30. 3%（161/532)] and neck [29. 9%（159/532)] were the most common pain sites in 532 patients. Patients who were satisfied with doctor-patient communication were mainly satisfied with healthpopularization of chronic pain [31. 0%（165/532)], understanding of pain coping style [36. 1%（192/532)], exercise guidance[33. 1%（176/532)], understanding of psychological needs[28. 9%（154/532)], communication with family members [34. 0%（181/532)]. Taking the development of Q oilfield in Bohai Sea as an example, the performance evaluation of the new polymer microsphere regulating and flooding system was systematically studied by conducting laboratory experiment and mathematical analysis to solve the problems of serious water channeling and curb the increasing production decline in the middle and late development of offshore heavy oil fields. Results show that with the increase of swelling time, the particle size of polymer microspheres increases first, then decreases and tends to be stable. In terms of microstructure, the spherical mesh structure with uniform distribution is formed in the middle and early stage, and the molecular structure degrades and forms a large-scale "agglomeration" phenomenon in the late stage. Microsphere system has strong plugging ability for high permeability reservoir, and the relationship affecting the plugging rate features that the core permeability is greater than the microsphere concentration and the swelling time. The microsphere system can greatly adjust the interlayer water absorption profile, realize the flow direction and expand the micro-oil displacement efficiency. The method was used to carry out the field test of microsphere control and flooding in Q oilfield. The combined formula of "high concentration front slug and low concentration main slug" was adopted. The mass concentration of microsphere was between 3000mg/L and 6000mg/L, and the injected slug volume was between 0.02PV and 0.03PV. The effective rate of regulating and flooding measures reached 100%, with the average daily oil increase of well group being 20m3/d, the water cut decreased by 2.6%, and the accumulative oil increase being 8.5×104m3. 目的 探讨3D body解剖软件辅助教学在椎管内麻醉教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2019 年1-6月贵州医科大学2015 级麻醉学专业学生为研究对象,采用随机抽样方法,将60名学生随机分为对照组 和研究组。对照组采用传统教学法,研究组采用3D body解剖软件辅助教学法。比较2组学生授课结束后的 理论考核成绩和实践技能考核成绩,调查研究组学生对3D body解剖软件辅助教学法教学评价的情况。结果 研究组理论成绩、实践技能考核成绩高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。93.34%学生认3D body 解剖软件辅助教学法有利于提高学习效率;96.67%学生认为有利于提高学习兴趣;90.00%学生认为3D body 解剖软件辅助教学法优于传统教学模式;90.00%学生认为教师教学设计合理;93.33%学生认为3D body解剖 软件辅助教学授课生动有趣;绝大多数学生认为3D body解剖软件操作简单,有助于显示和记忆椎管内解剖结 构。结论 3D body解剖软件辅助教学法能有效提高椎管内麻醉教学效果,提升学习效率和兴趣,值得进一步 推广。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

目的 观察脑电仿生电刺激治疗脑梗死患者对早期神经功能康复的效果。方法 将 2018 年 9 月至 2019 年 12 月在太仓市中医医院脑病科住院治疗的120例急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组 及干预组,各60例。对照组采用脑梗死规范化治疗,干预组在对照组治疗基础上联合脑电仿生电刺激治疗,均 观察治疗2周。两组患者在治疗前后分别使用改良 Barthel指数和美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评 分进行评价,以评估其日常生活能力和神经功能缺损程度。并比较治疗后两组的临床有效率。结果 两组改 良 Barthel 指数和 NIHSS 评分治疗前比较,差异均无统计学意义 (P>0.05)。两组患者改良 Barthel指数评分 在治疗后均较前明显增加, NIHSS 评分在治疗后均较前明显下降,差异均有统计学意义 (P<0.05)。治疗后干 预组改良 Barthel指数评分明显高于对照组,而 NIHSS 评 分 明 显 低 于 对 照 组,差 异 均 有 统 计 学 意 义 (P < 0.05) 。干预组临床有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05)。结论 脑电仿生电刺激能有效促 进急性脑梗死患者功能康复,可提高患者的生活质量。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
