观察非肝炎病毒相关性肝细胞癌(以下简称肝癌)组织中鸟苷酸交换因子ECT2的表达变化,探讨其与肝癌患者临床病理特征的关系。方法 78例非肝炎病毒相关性肝癌手术切除标本,同时每例患者另取癌旁组织标本作为对照。采用免疫组织化学染色法检测肝癌及其癌旁组织中的ECT2蛋白,RT-PCR检测ECT2 mRNA,比较不同临床病理参数肝癌患者ECT2蛋白表达阳性例数。结果 非肝炎病毒相关性肝癌及其癌旁组织ECT2蛋白表达阳性率分别为71. 8%(56/78)、38. 5%(30/78),ECT2 mRNA相对表达量分别为0. 53±0. 05、0. 38±0. 09,两者比较P均<0. 05。肝癌患者低肿瘤分化者、肿瘤直径≥5 cm者、甲胎蛋白水平≥100 ng/m L者、有微血管癌栓者均较中高肿瘤分化者、肿瘤直径<5 cm者、甲胎蛋白水平<100 ng/m L者、无微血管癌栓者ECT2蛋白表达阳性例数多(P均<0. 05)。结论 非肝炎病毒相关性肝癌组织中ECT2表达高,ECT2蛋白表达可能与肝癌的复发、转移有关。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
