Light quality has a regulatory effect on plant morphogenesis, photosynthesis, metabolism, gene expression and endogenous hormone levels. Light quality plays an important regulatory role in potato microtuber induction, dry mater accumulation during bulking stage, and photosynthate transport. Potato microtuber production based on tissue culture technology is the main way to construct seed potato factory production. Exploring the mechanism of light quality affecting the growth process of microtuber will help in improving the yield and quality of microtuber from the perspective of physical spectrum. This review discussed the effects of monochromatic light and combined light on the formation of microtubers and explored the molecular mechanism of light receptors in the formation of microtubers. In today' s big data era, big data processing frameworks such as MapReduce often appear slow and inefficient when processing data, specially related to graphs. Therefore, it is necessary to explore an efficient algorithm to handle this type of clique counting problem. Since the predecessor literatures have thoroughly explored the 3-clique counting, the extended version of the problem( the 4-clique counting problem) improves its position gradually. Under the guidance of a heuristic idea, this paper proposed a probability sampling algorithm based on neighboring edge sampling to solve the extended problem. With the usage of Chernoff inequality, the algorithm only needed a certain number of samplers as the performance guarantee of relative error under the approximate condition. Later, the experimental evaluation and comparison shows that the probability sampling algorithm loses a small amount of precision compared with the traditional precision algorithm, but it has great advantages in algorithm running time and space occupation. This paper reviewed the definition, research approaches and methods of plant-soil feedback and its research progress and problems. Plant-soil feedbacks involve two-step processes; plant changes the abiotic and biotic conditions of its associated soil; these changes in soil conditions may increase or decrease the growth of eonspeeifies, resulting in positive or negative plant-soil feedbacks, respectively. Plant-soil feedbacks can affect plant perlormanee and plant-competitive interactions, ultimately affecting community composition and diversity. Role of feedback in the succession process in the plant is uncertain. Growth enhancement of exotic and less negative feedback may result in that local species are competitively excluded, future climate change may cause changes in species composition and biodiversity loss, but resource complementarity and not too strong plant-soil feedbacks elfeets may lead to high productivity and diversity of mixed plant community. The key issues and further tasks of plant-soil feedback study were suggested as follows: (1) Design the experiment of plant-soil feedback in different ecosystems; (2) There were strong need to study reciprocating elfeets of plant and soil; using the molecular or genetic mean in plant-soil feedback; (3) Study on the mechanism of plant-soil feedback as a ecological factor.
