The surface tension, wetting emulsification time and salt thickening effect of the mixed solution were tested after the compounding of sodium fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate (AES) and sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate (LAS). The results showed that the surface properties of the mixed solution were most suitable for multi-system use when AES accounted for about 20% of the total active content; the viscosity of the AES/LAS mixed solution was significantly enhanced in the presence of NaCl. Straight-chain alcohol ethers (AEO3) and isomeric alcohol ethers (IAEO3) with an EO addition number of 3 were synthesized from C12-14 straight-chain fatty alcohols and C13 isomeric alcohols. The physical and chemical properties (surface tension and contact angle) and application properties (wettability, emulsification, foam performance, detergency, and gelation range) of the two alcohol ethers were tested. The results showed that IAEO3 has lower cloud point and higher freezing point when the number of EO addition is the same; AEO3 has better ability and efficiency to reduce surface tension than IAEO3; AEO3 has slightly higher initial foam and faster defoaming, while IAEO3 has lower initial foam height than AEO3, but the foam is more stable and not easy to eliminate. IAEO3 is slightly inferior to AEO3 in terms of decontamination power; IAEO3 has no gel range and is suitable for application in concentrated products; IAEO3 is significantly better than AEO3 in terms of wettability, emulsification and other properties. The catalytic performance of different types of acidic catalysts (Lewis acidic catalyst SnCl4 with Mg(C104) 2, Bronsted acidic catalyst H3 O40PW12 ・ xH2 0, and laboratory homogeneous acidic catalyst NAE-03) was systematically investigated in the ethoxylation reaction of C12_14 fatty alcohols・ It was shown that the laboratory homogeneous acidic homogeneous catalyst NAE-03 was used to obtain fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ethers with high EO addition number, low dioxane content and good application performance. Through the observation of the appearance of the two component compound system, the freezing point, emulsifying property, wettability, foam and detergency performance of the compound system were tested, and the properties of the compound system were studied. The results show that the modified oleyl ethoxylate (SOE60) can improve the solubility of MES in the system, and promote the dissolution of MES. When the content of active substance is 60%, the mass ratio of SOE.N.60: MES is greater than 6: 4, a uniform and transparent system can be formed. When the content of SOE-N.60: MES is 6: 4, the freezing point is 25 °C. The emulsifying property of the composite system is similar to that of SOE.N.60, an(l the wetting property is better. For the decontamination performance, the decontamination performance of JB-03 is better than that of SOE.N.60. 4H-SiC semiconductor is an ideal electronic material for high temperature, high frequency, and high power electronic devices. In recent 20 years, the material growth technology has been developed, and the quality of 4H-SiC materials has been gradually improved. In this paper, the necessity of homoepitaxial growth of 4H-SiC is briefly described. Then, several important aspects of the material science of 4H-SiC, such as impurity doping, extended and point defects, and high-speed growth process are reviewed. Objective To explore the effects and mechanisms of astragaloside on degenerative nucleus pulposus cells. Methods Normal and degenerative nucleus pulposus cells were cultured and observed, collagen II was detected by immunohistochemical staining. Degenerative nucleus pulposus cells were cultured with astragaloside at the concentrations of 20, 40, 60 and 80μg/mL, respectively. The cell viability and proliferation were detected using CCK-8 assay and MTT. Meanwhile, cell apoptosis was determined by flow cytometry analysis; Western blotting was then used to determine the expressions of Bcl-2, Bax, SIRT1 and PGC-1α as well as the level of acetylation and phosphorylation for PGC-1α; MDA, SOD, β-galactosidase and ATP were measured by colorimetry. Results Compared with the normal nucleus pulposus cells, the degenerative nucleus pulposus cells showed more patches of necrosis and lower expression of collagen II. The cell viability and proliferation were increased after treatment with 40μg/mL of astragaloside. However, cell apoptosis was inhibited. Moreover, the astragaloside-treated group showed increased SIRT1 and PGC-1α, phosphorylation of PGC-1α, SOD and ATP; but decreased acetylation of PGC-1α, MDA and β-galactosidase. Conclusion Low-dose astragaloside promotes the proliferation and survival of degenerative nucleus pulposus cells through activating SIRT1/PGC-1α pathway. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
