The co-pyrolytic biochar was prepared by co-pyrolysis of peanut shell biochar and phosphate rock powder with different weight ratios. The influences of solution PH value, biochar dosage, initial concentration of heavy metal ions and adsorption time on the adsorption of Pb2+ by co-pyrolytic biochar were investigated through batch experiments. Langmuir and Freundlich isothermal adsorption models as well as quasi-first-order and quasi-second-order adsorption kinetic models were used for fitting analysis. The results showed that the optimum pH value of co-pyrolysis biochar for Pb2+ adsorption was 5. Under the conditions of biochar dosage of 2 g/L and adsorption time of 120 min, Pb2+ reached adsorption equilibrium, the maximum adsorption capacity was 62.438 mg/g, and the adsorption process was in accordance with Freundlich isothermal adsorption model and quasi-second-order adsorption kinetics model. The results showed that the adsorption capacity of co-pyrolysis of peanut shell and phosphate rock powder to Pb2+ was obviously better than that of peanut shell biochar, which had broad research prospects. In order to solve the problem that traditional scenic area management can’t real-timely monitor and control the information of tour guides, arrange tour guides’ route, evaluate tour guides’ situation. In tour explanation, many guides still use the trumpet-type explanation mode to transmit the knowledge of scenic spots. When the volume is too high, the noise of scenic spots will be produced. A guide scheduling management system is designed based on the "Internet Plus" and SSH( Spring + Struts 2 + Hibernate) framework. Administrators use browser access system to locate tour guides in real time, push messages, monitor tour guides,analyze and schedule tour guides’ route, and score each tour guide. The system implements the technology of real-time audio monitoring, one-click recording on Web pages, and uploading them to servers and pushing them to wireless terminals. The system strengthens the supervision of tour guides, improves the service quality in scenic spots,makes reasonable tour planning for scenic spots, makes it easier for tour managers to manage tour guides, and make tourists have a more pleasant, convenient and high-quality tourism environment. Objective: To investigate the effects of different effect compartment of sufentanil combined with propofol by target controlled infusion on Narcotrend index. Methods: 60 patients, aged 40~60, weight index<30 kg/m2, ASAⅠ-Ⅱ undergoing general anesthesia were randomly divided into 4 groups (n=15): sufentanil effect compartment concentration 0.1 ng/m L (group A), 0.2 ng/mL (group B), 0.3 ngmL (group C), and 0.4 ng/mL (group D). The propofol of 1.0 mg/kg was administered after 5 min when the concentration of sufentanil reached the effect compartment concentration. The parameters of BP, HR, SpO2 and Narcotrend index(NI) were recorded during proceeding of experiments. After experiments, all of patients were adjusted to appropriate anesthesia depth, then the muscle relaxants were administered and the tracheal intubations were done. Results: The NI decreased in varying degree with target injection of sufentanil, accompanied with the increase of target concentration, the trend of decrease is more obvious. During target-controlled infusion of sufentanil as sole, there was a negative correlation between the effect compartment concentration and NI, and the correlation index is-0.456. After 1 min of injecting propofol, the NI of Group D ascended initially, with statistical significance in comparison among groups (P<0.05), then the NI1 was decreased with the time. Conclusion: Sufentanil can decrease the NI, and the correlation between the effect compartment concentration and NI is negative, while sufentanil of 0.4 ng/m L effect compartment concentration combined with propofol caused the phenomenon that the NI raised temporarily, whereafter decreased.
