人工呼吸器を使用している障がい児(者)の母親の負担感やQOL の研究は数多いが、家族の危機に関する研究は少ない。そこで本研究では、家族が医療的ケアを受け入れる際のストレス因子の明確化と、医療的ケア必要児（者）を育てる家族の危機的状況のモデル化を目的とし、障がい児の家族を対象に質問紙調査を行い、家族アセスメントの視点をより具体的にするための危機モデルを作成し、因子を抽出・可視化した。

研究成果の概要 (和文) : 本研究では滞日外国人の子どもたち(国際結婚児も含む)がなぜ学業挫折、その結果としての社会的孤立に陥りやすいかを探究した。その結果、家族にかかわる要因が重要であることが分かった。調査の結果、家族の低い不安定な収入、子どもの教育に配慮することが困難な出稼ぎ型のライフスタイル、家庭内暴力や別居や離婚が引き起こす家族統合の欠如、などが主な要因であることが明らかとなった。, 研究成果の概要 (英文) : We inquired into the causes of school failure and consecutive social isolation of foreign children in Japan (including Japanese children born from mixed marriage) and found out that the following family problems constitute its major factors : low and instable family revenue, target earner's life style which makes difficult to pay attention to the child education and the crises of family integrity caused by the domestic violence, separation or divorce, etc..

自由論文, 介護保険法の施行から7年半経過しているものの、法改正に伴う制度変更、財源の確保の中、現状はまだ流動的である。そこで本稿では、介護保険制度における重要な中核であり、また制度変更の影響を最も受ける、要介護者と家族集団、及び家族員をめぐる家族危機の推移に焦点を絞りながら、家族内での役割の再組織化、家族の介護への対応、及び社会への影響について、現状を踏まえ今後の方向性や問題点を明確にしたいと考える。, Despite the passage of seven and a half years after the enactment of the Nursing Care Insurance Law in Japan, the present conditions surrounding the nursing care insurance system are still fluctuating due to the changes made in the system accompanied by the revision of the Law and some financial challenges that the system faces. Those in need of care and their family members are in the central part of the nursing care insurance system, and are most susceptible to whatever changes that the system is subjected to. While focusing on the development of the family crisis that have been experienced by those in need of care and their family members, this article aims to identify the future direction and future challenges of the nursing care insurance system taking the reshuffling of the roles to be played among family members, attitudes of family members towards the care itself, and social impacts that the family crisis have caused into considerations.

慢性疾患児の家族は,在宅での子どもの療養生活と家庭生活との調和と常態化に努めながら,種々の問題に対処していかなければならない。しかし,その問題に適切に対処できない場合には,家族危機を招くことも少なくない。そのために,適切に対応できるための組織化が求められている。
