本研究の目的は、日本社会におけるダイバーシティ推進の阻害要因を検討することである。本研究では、2021年に実施された全国の一般市民を対象としたオンライン調査データに基づき、性年代別にテキスト分析を行う。テキストマイニング用ソフトを使用し、第一に、分析対象の自由記述に出現回数の多い頻出語を性年代別に比較する。第二に、ダイバーシティ推進の阻害要因に関する記述において、出現パターンが似ている語を線で結んだ共起ネットワーク図を作図し、性年代別にその特徴の読み取りを行う。第三に、対応分析により、性年代別に特徴を表す語を明らかにする。テキスト分析の結果、20代から40代では固定観念や同調圧力、50代・60代では画一的な学校教育を阻害要因と考える意見が多く見られた。また、性年代別の特徴として、40代以下の男性は声高に権利を主張するマイノリティへの抵抗感、50代以上の男性は政治、40代以下の女性は男性・女性はこうあるべきとの風潮、50代以上の女性は親の教育や子どもが育つ環境に対する記述が相対的に多いことが明らかになった。, The purpose of this study is to examine the disincentives for promoting diversity in Japanese society. In this study, text analysis will be conducted by sex and age based on online survey data of the general public in Japan conducted in 2021. Using text mining software, first, we will compare the frequently occurring words in the free descriptions under analysis by gender and age group. Second, a co-occurrence network diagram will be created by drawing lines connecting words with similar patterns of occurrence in descriptions of disincentives for promoting diversity, and the characteristics of these words will be read by gender and age group. Third, a correspondence analysis will be conducted to identify words that express characteristics by gender and age group.The results of the text analysis show that many respondents in their 20s to 40s consider stereotypes and peer pressure, while those in their 50s and 60s consider uniform schooling to be a disincentive. In addition, as characteristics by sex and age, it was revealed that males in their 40s and younger were relatively more likely to describe resistance to minorities who loudly assert their rights, males in their 50s and older were more likely to describe politics, females in their 40s and younger were more likely to describe the tendency that men and women should be this way, and females in their 50s and older were more likely to describe parental education and the environment where their children are brought up. The results showed that women in their 50s and older were relatively more likely to describe their parents' education and the environment in which their children were raised.

The enormous amount of information stored in texts cannot simply be used for further processing. The development of text mining technology enables us to process specific methods and algorithms to extract useful patterns. The availability of “big data” and computational methods provides an opportunity for empirically measuring an unknown information and aim of English education in Japan. In this article, I present the discovery by computer of new, previously unknown information from the Course of Study in Japan. To answer my questions, I use text mining methods to measure the frequency of the vocabulary used in the Course of Study. This study aims at revealing the contents of the Course of Study issued in 1946, 1989, 2016 and 2017. Furthermore, taking correspondence analysis and quai-squared test into account, my findings indicate the significant difference in the frequency of the vocabulary of “output” and “input” except for “writing”. However, no significant difference is found between the use of “writing” vocabulary and “internationality” vocabulary. In other words, the aim of English education in Japan has not changed dramatically and there are a number of similarities in the past（1947）and present（2016, 2017）. In this context, the findings of the study are expected to provide significant insights to guide prospective research and practice in the field and to develop continuous improvement and standards for the Course of Study in Japan.

The purpose of this study is to clarify the characteristics of the various usages of “jibun（self）” by using a corpus of Japanese reading teaching materials and the BCCWJ, a general-purpose corpus of written language of Japanese native speakers. Based on Kim（2013） and Takubo（1997）,“jibun” can be divided into general usage, reflexive usage, the first-person pronoun usage, and the second-person pronoun usage. This paper makes a comparative analysis of the usage trend of “jibun” in the corpus of teaching materials of different levels and in the BCCWJ, and uses correspondence analysis to clarify the usage of “jibun” by using the register information in the BCCWJ. The results show that the usage tendency of “jibun” between the corpus of teaching materials and the BCCWJ is different in the follow two ways. First, the rate of reflexive usage in the corpus of teaching materials is higher than that of the BCCWJ, but the rate of general usage in the BCCWJ is higher than that of reflexive usage in middle and advanced levels. Second, the usage rate of the second-person pronoun usage of “jibun” in the corpus of teaching materials is lower than that of the BCCWJ, and it seldom appears in teaching materials. Furthermore, based on the correspondence analysis, it was also found that “jibun” has the moderating and sympathetic pragmatic functions.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the characteristics of adjectives at each level based on the corpus, which covers Japanese reading textbooks published after 2010 and to clarify the usages at each level for dimensional adjectives. In order to illuminate the semantic features of adjectives, the high frequency words of each level were classified based on the “Bunrui goihyo（Classified Vocabulary Table）”（National Institute for Japanese Language and Linguistics, 2004）. The results of correspondence analysis showed that adjectives expressing “Relation ‒ Quantity” （e.g. takai [high]） and “Relation ‒ Aspect” （e.g.warui [bad]） were used more frequently across all levels. It was revealed that the level of abstraction of adjectives differed at each level. Next, dimensional adjectives with a wide range of meanings and usages （takai [high] / hikui [low], nagai [long] / mijikai [short], okii [big]/ chiisai [small], hiroi [wide] / semai [narrow]） were selected to analyze their semantic features and usages at different levels. The results showed that the cases of semantic expansion （eg. a long life） increased with the difficulty of the texts, and that the number of predicative uses, in which the adjective is used as a predicate to indicate recognition or evaluation（e.g.“ The barriers to gender role awareness seem to be high.”） increased.

The purpose of the study was to describe impressions of pictures on the cover of a picture book and to explore how to describe the characteristics of the pictures using text mining techniques. Ninety-one adults (all female) were presented with 5 different pictures as stimuli and gave a free description of their impressions of the pictures. Text mining by KH Coder extracted characteristic words for each picture and revealed that, although the pictures were of the same title, their impressions differed greatly depending on the composition and touch of the picture. The results of the correspondence analysis suggested that two components, "staticactive" and "simple-decorative," could be used to describe the characteristics of picture books. These results suggest a new perspective on impressions of picture books and new development in the way we enjoy picture books and search for them based on intuitive impressions.

本稿は、3人の教師のオンライン授業インタビューから中級のオンライン日本語授業の受講者の満足度に影響を及ぼす諸要因を明らかにすることを目的とし、インタビューデータをもとに、KH Coderを用いて分析した。結果、中級の日本語授業は以下の点に留意して行うと、学習者の満足度を向上させることが明らかになった。まず、大前提として予習型の授業を行う。その際、(1)学習者には授業前までには必ず提出を義務付ける、(2)教師は、授業までに必ず目を通し、学習者の間違いの傾向を見極める。フィードバックについては(1)宿題、課題のフィードバックは必ず授業で行う、(2)フィードバックは個人の学習者の答えを共有する、(3)フィードバックは対応できる範囲内で丁寧にする、(4)フィードバックは正答を与えずに誘導する。の４点に留意する。また、これは人数にもよるが、ある程度の人数のクラスでは積極的にZoomのブレークアウトセッションなどを利用した学習者中心型のアプローチの授業を取り入れる。

In order to encourage first-year university students to understand English grammar, we tried to blend English grammar instruction with language activities. Our teaching design was made up of introduction, explanation, practice and activity. As a result of quantitative and qualitative analysis, students’ engagement was increased by the use of learning strategies and communication skills, and the higher their proficiencies were, the more actively they were involved in various activities. On the other hand, as their proficiencies were lower, the degrees of their active involvement seemed to be smaller. To enhance their English communication, we need to consider not only their competence but also interaction and reflection in our instructional design.

This study aims to clarify the cognitive characteristics of the urban landscape image held by adolescent youths. Therefore, we analyzed short sentences which college students describedabout urban landscape images, objects of beautiful scenery and their reasons, by text mining. The main results obtained are shown below. (1) Habitation history affects urban landscape image, (2)but images of history, tradition, etc. are not recognized as urban landscape images. (3) It isnecessary to learn community at institution of higher educations. This education teaches adolescent youths to love their home district, form the identity of the town. (4) Finally some knowledge about the procedure of correspondence analysis could be shown.

地方の中小都市においては少子高齢社会が進展し，限界集落の状況まで起きている。地方の財政は厳しく，行政も住民を含めた地域全体で地域社会の維持を計っていこうとしている。本研究は，高齢者自らが地域と連携して社会貢献している実態を調査，分析する。特に，地域の各地区で活動している老人クラブを調査対象とする。得られた主要な結果は以下の通りである。(1) 安全・安心・健康・社会との連携に関わる活動が行われている。(2)地域の中心部に近い老人クラブと離れた地区の老人クラブとの間の情報格差が大きい。(3)魅力ある老人クラブへの改革が重要課題である。(4)地域との協働が重要であると認識され，地域中心部から離れた地区での老人クラブの主導的役割が期待されている。

「だから」「したがって」等の順接接続詞の意味は、これまでフォーマルさや丁寧さといった文体的特徴によって定義されてきた。しかし、文体的特徴が実際の文章でどのように現れるかは明確でない。その結果接続詞の定義は曖昧にならざるをえず、場合によっては誤用を招くものとなっていた。本研究では、定義によって接続詞の違いを示すのではなく、レジスター別の出現頻度に基づく使用パターンを通して、実際の文章において用いるべき接続詞の選択基準を示すことを試みた。現代日本語書き言葉均衡コーパス(BCCWJ)から抽出した51,121件の結果・理由の接続詞に対する分析から、これらの接続詞にはそれぞれ出現しやすいレジスターがあること、接続詞の出現パターンから談話計画の有無によりレジスターが分類できることを明らかにした。さらに本研究では、接続詞「よって」の文体に関する従来の定義が使用実態を反映していないことを示し、文体的特徴による定義でなく、レジスターの出現頻度に基づく特徴付けという本研究の手法が有効であることを裏付けた。

これからの社会で自立して活動していくために、｢学力の三要素｣と表現される資質・能力を、初等･中等教育から高等教育まで一貫して育むためのシステムとして構築することが求められている。学校段階を超えた一体的改革とするために, 大学側では3つのポリシーの見直しと公開準備が進んでいる。同時に、それぞれの構成員も、教育改善、とりわけ学習目標に対応した授業方法の工夫や評価方法について、共通理解を持っておく必要がある。そこで、高等学校教員･大学教職員･大学生が協働で参加する2回のワークショップを企画し、大学における日本語文章作成科目の模擬授業を行った。各ワークショップ後の振り返りレポートを計量テキスト分析し、属性ごとの高大接続に対する捉え方を把握することで、高大接続の質的向上を目指した。

本研究は，教員免許状更新講習アンケートの分析を事例として，計量テキスト分析の技術を活用した教員のニーズを簡便に可視化し，把握する手法を提案することを目的した．KH Coderを利用し，必修領域・選択領域を総合した可視化，必修領域を対象とした可視化，選択領域を対象とした可視化，特定の関心に基づく可視化を行った結果，教員の研修ニーズに関して簡便な可視化が可能であることが確認された．個々の自由記述を読み取る前段階として全体的な状況を把握する手法として計量テキスト分析を利用することを提案する．, The purpose of this study is to propose a method which can visualize in service teachers' need for developing teacher Profession. KH Coder was used as a tool for text mining. Using text mining, it was found out that in service teachers' need for developing teacher was visualized easily.

Two kinds of data analysis methods were applied to the retrospective survey data collected by Morita, Shimizu, and Funaba (2012) to determine which university education programs and activities influence the alumni’s job performance. The result by correspondence analysis among university programs and activities and the fundamental competencies for working persons defined by the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (2007) indicated the following four clusters: (1) seminar and one’s ability to deliver opinions clearly, to analyze the status quo, and to clarify issues; (2) curriculum and one’s foreign language ability; (3) extra-curricular activities and one’s ability to listen carefully to others’ opinions and to influence and involve others; and (4) one’s activities outside university and the ability to create new values. The causal relationships among the actual degrees of curricular and extra-curricular activities in university, the utility of such activities in university life, and the three factors extracted from the responses to the questions of the fundamental competencies were also analyzed by the path analysis method. Activities outside university affected most significantly the alumni’s ability to solve issues, while a few activities related to university life affected their ability to collaborate with various people and to manage stress. The methodological issues with the alumni survey were also discussed along with the implications of these findings.大学における教育プログラムと活動が，卒業生の仕事の遂行に与える影響について明らかにするために，森田・清水・船場（2011）によって収集された回想的調査データに2 種類の分析方法論を適用した。経済産業省（2007）によって定義された社会人基礎力と大学におけるプログラム，活動の関係についての対応分析による結果から，以下の4クラスタが得られた：⑴ゼミと自分の意見を分かりやすく伝える力，現状を分析し課題を明らかにする力，⑵講義と語学力，⑶正課外活動と相手の意見を丁寧に聴く力，他人に働きかけ巻き込む力，そして，⑷学外での活動と新しい価値を生み出す力，である。大学の正課・正課外活動，大学生活における幾つかの活動の有用性，そして基礎能力についての質問項目から抽出された3つの因子の因果関係について，パス解析による分析を行った。学外での活動は，課題解決力に対して最も有意に影響していた。大学生活における少数の活動が対人関係力，ストレス耐性力に影響していた。卒業生調査における方法論的問題とこれらの知見について考察を行った。

概 要本稿は、作新学院大学人間文化学部における2011年度「社会調査及び実習Ｉ」で実施された調査の報告である。調査のテーマとして、3.11震災を挟んだ三つの時期（3.11以前、3.11～5.15メルトダウン報道、5.15以降）に対して、生活上注意していること、情報摂取に用いるメディアについて調査票調査をおこない回答を得た。全体的にみれば、二つ目の時期には注意行動が増え、メディア接触の変化が見られるものの、2か月を経た5.15以降は、「メルトダウン報道」というように事態がより深刻になっているにもかかわらず、（ほんの少数の回答項目を除き）3.11以前の行動に戻っている。全体としては、「震災事態」の日常化ということもできるが、中には、明らかに三つの時期を通して変化を読み取れるもの（飲料水、食料品の産地への注目の増大）もある。これらを、各回答項目に対して、回答者属性でクロス集計したものの対応分析をもとに評価を行った。さらに、対応分析を行うことによって、年齢、性別、居住と回答項目の関係を視覚的に検討し、三つの時期に対応する変化を検討した。

In this paper, the declarations (player's oaths) by senior high school baseball players at Koshien stadium every year are analyzed from the viewpoint of the modification of the texts. In result, 26 texts from 1968 to 2010 are divided into three groups according to the time. First group (named "traditional type") consists of the oaths from 1968 to 1983, that is traditional and stereotyped version made up of almost the same vocabularies and expressions. Second group ("innovation type Ⅰ") is from 1984 to 2000, that has variety and individualities. Third group("innovation type Ⅱ") is from 2001 ahead, that has the same character as the former but is different in that has entertainer's viewpoint in the texts. In conclusion, the reason why this kind of modification has occurred is that "liberation from restraint" emerged among Japanese young people after 1980s, and furthermore, "players as entertainers" consciousness has also emerged after 2000s.

90年代終盤以降､ ｢秋葉原｣は｢おたく｣の聖地として､急激に変貌を遂げてきた｡この｢秋葉原｣という地域ブランドの確立は､日本の文化･経済状況の変化がもたらした｢おたく｣ステレオタイプの変容と拡散に､深い関連があると考えられる｡本論文では｢おたく｣ステレオタイプと｢秋葉原｣の関連を明らかにするために､大学生(N-368)に対して調査を行い､ 1998年の調査と比較した｡その結果､ネガティブな｢おたく｣ステレオタイプが､ややポジティブな方向へ変化してきたことを明らかにした｡また｢おたく｣概念についての自由記述の分析から､ 98年の段階ではほとんど見られなかった､ ｢秋葉原｣という表現が､特有のファッションや趣味と結びついて多く出現していることを見いだした｡これらをもとに､日本を代表する地域ブランドとなった｢秋葉原｣の特徴を考察した｡, Since the end of the 1990s, Akihabara has been radically changed and made into a sanctuary for otakus, establishing "Akihabara" as a placebrand.This is apparently related to the diffusion and transformation of otaku stereotypes caused by cultural and economical changes in Japan.In this study, the questionnaire was first administered to 368 undergraduate students, in order to examine the relationship between the transformation and the diffusion of otaku stereotypes. The data of its research also revealed the relationship between otaku stereotypes and Akihara as a place-brand, then these analyses were compared with the data of the precedent one (Kikuchi, 2000). One of the things this study reveals is that last ten years the negative image of otaku stereotypes has been decreased. Another important change is observed in the analysis of the answerers' free comments on otaku stereotypes. In the new research, the word, Akihabara is frequently used to talk about typical otaku fashions or hobbies though such tendency was not recognized in the 1998 research. 大学のユニバーサル化に伴い,大学入学者選抜は受験者の「選抜」から志願者の「募集」へと大きく比重を移している.名称の工夫によるイメージ戦略もその一環と言えよう.本研究では「学部」を単位として高校生が大学に抱くイメージを調査した.対応分析によって19のイメージ語と81の実在の学部名の布置を2次元で描いたところ,総じて伝統的な名称の学部のイメージが良く,新奇な学部名称は総じて芳しく受け取られていない傾向が見られた., According to the expansion of university, reality on university admission has been shifting from selection to recruiting. The names of departments are also suspected to get determined as a part of tools for bewitching freshman candidates. The present study investigated what impression high school students held in the names of university departments. Nineteen impression words and 81 department names in existence were mapped in the space of two dimensions with the Correspondence Analysis. As a whole, impressions of traditional department names were favorably impressed. On the other hand, the participants had a tendency to get bad impressions from novel/unfamiliar names., 論文

研究目的は、看護学生が認識する成長を明らかにし、看護教員が認識する成長の概念と比較することである。ポートフォリオを導入した領域別実習前半終了時と後半終了時における成長報告書の自由記述をテキストマイニングの手法を用いて分析した。学生84名と教員13名の自由記述データを計量テキスト分析の手法を用いて分析した。成長報告書10語以上の頻出語分析結果において、学生が認識する成長は「リフレクション」から「獲得した力」へと変化していた。また、実習前後の自己組織化マップでは、４群のカテゴリーが抽出された。対応分析による抽出後の全体的布置において、学生と教員では成長と認識する内容に相違があることが分かった。学生は、知識や看護技術の向上を「自己の成長」と捉える傾向があり、一方、教員は学生の３領域のバランスに配慮しながらも特に情意領域の「感性」を重視していることが示唆された。, PURPOSE: The present study aimed to reveal information about the growth experienced by nursing students through analysis of free written reports on development. METHODS: Reports were written before the first half and after the second half of domain-variant practicums that had introduced portfolios. The nursing students' reports were compared to nursing faculty's ideas on perceptions od development. Free written data iof 84 students and 13 faculty members were analyzed using quantitative text analysis. RESULTSandCONCLUSION: Analysis of 10 frequently appearing words within the developmental reports indicated that the perceived growth of students changed from ""reflection"" to ""abilities obtained."" Four categories were extracted from self-organizing maps from before and after practicum. Differences were observed in content perceived as showing growth between students and faculty in overall arrangement of sampled words from correspondence analysis. Knowledge and enhanced skills in nursing tended to be perceived by students as ""self-growth,"" whereas faculty were particularly focused on the emotional domain of ""sensitivity,"" taking into consideration the balance of the three domains; congnitive domain, affective domain and psychomotor domain.

言語変化の原因については、比較言語学や言語地理学双方の立場から、様々な議論がなされてきたが、この問題に対し、変化の原因と変化の結果という関係を多変量的に捉えて知見を得る方法は、十分な議論があるとはいえない。そこで本研究では、これまでの言語変化の議論を踏まえつつ、具体的な事例について、系統推定や重回帰分析、対応分析といった数理的な手法を用いて多変量的な分析を行い、言語変化の原因や原因別の変化の特徴を明らかにした。, Doctor of Culture and Information Science, Doshisha University
