Objective: To explore the serum sample angiogenin protein 4 (ANGPTL4), cardiac troponin I (cTnI) and age,creatinine clearance, ejection fraction (m ACEF) score and coronary heart disease patients with percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) risk and the relationship between the postoperative clinical outcome. Methods: From January 2020 to October 2022 in our hospital fou PCI surgery of 108 cases of coronary heart disease patients into the study, according to the European cardiac surgery risk assessment system (EuroSCORE) Ⅱ score evaluation PCI perioperative risk, divided into high-risk groups and high-risk groups. All patients were performed preoperative m ACEF score and EuroSCORE Ⅱ score, to detect serum ANGPTL4, cTnI expression level. Followed up for 12months, the record of cardiovascular adverse events. Comparing high-risk group and the high-risk group of serum ANGPTL4, cTnI and m ACEF score, analysis of serum ANGPTL4, cTnI and m ACEF score and EuroSCORE Ⅱ grading and the relationship between the prediction of cardiovascular adverse events. Results: The high-risk group of serum ANGPTL4, cTnI levels and m ACEF score were higher than in the high-risk group (P＜0.05). By the Pearson correlation analysis, patients with coronary heart disease ANGPTL4, cTnI levels and m ACEF score and serum EuroSCORE Ⅱ scores were positively correlated (P＜0.05). Routine PCI surgery in patients with coronary heart disease in 108, during a follow-up of 12 months, 20 cases of adverse cardiovascular events, accounted for 18.52%. Cardiovascular adverse events group serum ANGPTL4, cTnI levels and m ACEF score were higher than in non cardiovascular adverse events group (P＜0.05). After multiariable Logistic regression analysis, serum ANGPTL4, cTnI levels and m ACEF score is PCI postoperative patients with coronary heart disease independent factors affecting cardiovascular adverse events (P＜0.05). ROC curve analysis showed that serum ANGPTL4 and cTnI levels combined with m ACEF score were 90.32% sensitive, 52.37% specific and 0.901 AUC in predicting adverse cardiovascular events in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI. Conclusion: Serum ANGPTL4, cTnI and m ACEF score is closely related to the risk of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) in PCI, combined prediction of postoperative clinical outcome performance is better. In order to study the soil squeezing effect of pile sinking under vibration load in expansive soil layer, based on the mechanical properties of shear expansion and water softening of expansive soil, the key technology of "hydrodynamic method" assisted pile sinking is proposed. Through field test and finite element calculation, the changing rules of deep horizontal displacement and deep soil pressure of the soil around the H-type and O-type steel sheet piles during pile sinking are summarized. The results shows that the deep horizontal displacement and deep soil pressure around the pile are closely related to the properties and depth of soil layer, and the shear expansion of expanding soil can significantly enhance the soil squeezing effect of the pile sinking. Compared with the pile sinking without auxiliary measures, the maximum value of deep horizontal displacement and deep soil pressure around the pile can be reduced by more than 50% when the pile sinking is assisted by "hydrodynamic method" . The auxiliary measures of "hydrodynamic method" can significantly reduce the adverse effects of pile sinking on the surrounding environment, which provides important technical support for the design and construction of combined steel sheet pile support technology. Summary Recently, the United States has continuously exposed big confidentiality cases, involving individuals ranging from former or current presidents to retired soldiers, which on the one hand shows that the protection of state secrets is facing the challenges of the digital age, on the other hand, it also reveals the full coverage of the US confidentiality legal system. This paper argues that, as a pioneer in information technology and a cyber power in digital technology, the self-reflection and innovation of the US confidentiality legal system in keeping with the times reflect the development trend of future confidentiality legal systems, which is worth learning from when revising and improving confidentiality laws in China. The experience of the United States rule of law in confidentiality indicates that under the rapid development of digital technology, the national confidential legal system needs to establish a concept of classified information infrastructure that conforms to the characteristics of the times, and fully consider the security of endpoints. system environments personnel and corresponding capabilities for establishing, maintaining managing and destroying classified information, so as to actively respond to environmental changes and challenges caused by the application of network information technology. After World War II, the United States modernized and reformed its classified information infrastructure through laws and regulations constantly adjusting the delicate balance between information disclosure and confidentiality. Under the guidance of a series of executive orders of President Roosevelt. the classified information infrastructure was changed from wartime to peacetime. After the 9/11 incident, President Obama's Executive Order No. 13526 further transformed the confidentiality infrastructure, established a comprehensive controlled unclassified information system, and gradually formed a set of classified information security system construction. Different from other legal systems in the United States presidential executive orders have become an important component and main source of the US confidentiality legal system due to their relatively simple and efficient legislative process. After legislation, the US government attaches great importance to the effective implementation of laws, that is, supporting regulations, requiring relevant departments to timely formulate or modify standards, manuals and other normative documents for implementation. These standards and manuals are important tools for ensuring the effective implementation of confidentiality infrastructure laws, and also demonstrate the strong technical characteristics of their confidentiality infrastructure legal system. This paper proposes that for a long time the legislation on confidential infrastructure in the United States has been guided by national security strategies, and focuses on supporting cooperation of related industries and enterprises. In cyber society. the relevant laws of the United States have also strengthened the connection between confidential infrastructure and cyber security: in the face of the new international security situation brought about by the Russia- Ukraine conflict, the flexibility of its confidentiality law also supports the transfer of security benefits under its strategic intention. [Objective] To explore the practical significance of organic fertilizer combined with biochar in the production of flue-cured tobacco in Dali, Yunnan Province, the study was carried out from four aspects: the transformation of soil nutrients, the growth and development of tobacco plants, the carbon and nitrogen metabolism in tobacco plants and the yield and quality of tobacco leaves. [Method] The field experiment was conducted, and three treatments were set up: applying only organic fertilizer (Y), applying only biochar (S) and applying organic fertilizer with biochar (Y+S). The input amount of C, N, P and K elements in each treatment room was consistent. [Result] Y+S and Y treatments were more beneficial to the formation of plant height, stem circumference and leaf area than S treatments;the activities of nitrogen metabolism-related enzymes and carbon metabolism-related enzymes in the plant were the best in Y+S, and the biomass of the tobacco plant was the largest. Compared with Y and S treatments, the water soluble sugar and reducing sugar in the upper flue-cured tobacco leaves were increased by 8. 30-8. 95 and 4. 90-6. 09 percentage points, respectively, and the ratio of sugar to alkali and potassium to chlorine was 6. 29- 6. 97 and 0. 22-0. 27, significantly reducing the nicotine content by 0. 82%; Compared with Y treatment, Y+S treatment significantly reduced the nicotine content by 0. 38 percentage points and increased the proportion of equal tobacco, with an increase of 0. 09 and 0.24 respectively; the output of flue-cured tobacco increased by 186. 15 and 510. 9 kg/hm² respectively, and the output value of flue-cured tobacco increased significantly by 20 391. 45 and 27 688. 8 yuan/hm² respectively. To address the issue of low adsorption capacity for fluoride ions in traditional adsorbents, granular lanthanum oxycarbonate (La2O2CO3) materials are prepared by activating lanthanum oxide (La2O3) . La2O2CO3 exhibits strong adsorption performance for fluoride ions and effectively removes fluoride over a wide pH range of 3.0 to 10.0, achieving a fluoride ion removal rate of 94.5% to 98.0%. The adsorption behavior of La2O2CO3 for fluoride ions follows the Langmuir model and is characterized as an endothermic process. At 25 ℃, it reaches a saturated adsorption capacity of 22.47 mg/g, which is approximately five times higher than that of traditional La2O3 materials. The adsorption kinetics adhere to a pseudo-second-order kinetic model, primarily involving chemical adsorption. La2O2CO3 can be regenerated using a sodium hydroxide solution, with a desorption rate of 90.3% achieved at a sodium hydroxide concentration of 1.0 mol/L, enabling the reuse of the adsorbent. Antibiotics in wastewater pose a major threat to human health and environmental safety, and the generation of reactive oxygen species by peroxomonosulfate (PMS) activation is an attractive option for the treatment of treating antibiotic wastewater. However, achieving efficient PMS activation remains challenging due to insufficient electron mobility efficiency. Herein, Co-doped Mn2O3 catalyst (Co5-Mn2O3) is prepared by a simple one-step calcination method, and the degradation performance of the Co5-Mn2O3/PMS system is investigated using ofloxacin (OFX) as the target pollutant, and the removal of OFX reaches 95% within 15 min, which is 12.3-fold enhancement compared with the pristine Mn2O3, and the degradation performance of the Co5-Mn2O3/PMS system shows excellent degradation performance for a variety of pollutants (ciprofloxacin, sulfamethoxazole, tetracycline, rhodamine B, and methyl orange), which demonstrates the potential for practical applications. It is confirmed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy that Co doping induces the surface reconstruction of the catalyst and electron migration to achieve the formation of Mn4+-O-Co2+ active sites. Trap experiments show that the electron-rich Co site and the electron-deficient Mn site could effectively activate PMS to generate sulfate radicals and singlet oxygen for the efficient removal of ofloxacin. This work provides a structural modulation method of the active site for controlling the catalytic function, which will provide a new perspective for the rational design of Fenton-like catalysts.
