城市森林公园是繁殖季节鸟类的重要栖息地，研究鸟类群落的变化规律，能为鸟类保护和公园的规划管理提供科学的依据。2014—2018年，采用固定样线法对南京老山国家森林公园繁殖期鸟类组成及年间变化进行了研究，共记录鸟类90种，隶属10目34科，以留鸟（55.6%）和夏候鸟（32.2%）为主，其中国家Ⅱ级重点保护鸟类8种。从月份变化上看，5月和6月繁殖季鸟类种数和密度无显著性差异；从年间变化上看，5年间鸟类物种数在46—68种之间波动，数量在752—1063只之间波动；鸟类群落多样性指数年间变化为3.268—3.628，均匀度指数为0.785—0.859，优势度指数为0.939—0.963；不同年份间群落组成有较强的相似性，相似性系数为0.708—0.810。整体而言，5年间老山繁殖季节鸟类种类组成、群落多样性无明显差异，保持较为稳定的状态。

城市森林公园是城市鸟类重要的栖息地,研究繁殖季节城市森林公园的鸟类群落有助于鸟类保护与公园管理。自2014～2017年,每年5月和6月,采用固定样线对南京紫金山森林公园的鸟类种类和数量进行了调查。共记录鸟类73种(10目28科),其中4种鸟类为国家Ⅱ级保护动物,雀形目鸟类占主要地位(66%)。从繁殖季节月份变化上看,鸟类种数、密度不存在显著差异。从年间变化上看,鸟类群落多样性指数为3.0510～3.3174,均匀度指数为0.8241～0.8524,优势度指数为0.9358～0.9510; 不同年份鸟类群落相似性全部处于中等相似水平。繁殖季节鸟类群落结构组成和多样性在4年间的波动并不明显,总体上较为稳定。

Objective: To investigate effect of STAT3 pathway regulation of miR-223 of inhibition of NLRP3 expression on sepsis inflammation and its mechanism. Methods: Fifty SD rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, miR-NC group, miR-223 group and miR-223 inhibitor group, with 10 rats in each group. Pathological morphology of liver and lung tissues in each group were observed. miR-223 expression in liver and lung tissues, expressions of inflammatory cytokines in serum, and protein expressions of STAT3, NLRP3 in liver and lung tissues were detected. Results: Compared with control group, structures of liver and lung tissues were destroyed in remaining groups, while miR-223 group was better than model group; miR-223 expression in liver and lung tissues was decreased in model group （P<0.05）; compared with control group, TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 levels in other groups were increased, while IL-10 level was decreased. Compared with model group, TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 levels in miR-223 and miRNC groups were decreased, and IL-10 level was increased （P<0.05）. Compared with control group, STAT3 protein expression in liver and lung tissues of other groups were decreased, and NLRP3 protein expression was increased （P<0.05）; compared with model group, STAT3 expression in miR-NC group, miR-223 group and miR-233 inhibitor group were increased, and NLRP3 protein expression was decreased （P<0.05）. Compared with miR-233 group, STAT3 protein expression in miR-233 inhibitor group was increased and NLRP3 protein expression was decreased （P<0.05）. Conclusion: STAT3 pathway inhibits NLRP3 signaling pathway by regulation of miR-223, which can inhibit inflammatory response in septic rats. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The experiment was to study the effect of the culture of Acremonium terrestris on growth performance, immunity and antioxidant function of meat sheep. A total of 100 healthy 80-day-old male small-tailed Han sheep with similar body weight were randomly divided into two groups, with five replicates in each group and ten lambs in each replicate. The lambs in control group were fed with a basal diet, and lambs in experimental group were fed with a basal diet supplemented with 0.2% culture of Acremonium terrestris. The pre-test lasted for 10 d and the formal test lasted for 60 d. The results showed that the average daily gain of lambs in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). The antibody production rate of experimental group was faster and the qualified rate of antibody was higher. The content of IgG, IL-6 and IL-10 in serum of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05). The content of IgA, IgM and IL-2 in serum of lambs were extremely higher than those of control group (P<0.01). The activity of CAT, GSH-Px and T-SOD in serum of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05), and the content of MDA was extremely lower than that of control group (P<0.01). The experiment indicates that the supplementation of 0.2% culture of Acremonium terrestris culture in diet can improve the growth performance of mutton sheep, promote the rate of antibody production, improve the antibody level, enhance the immunity and antioxidant capacity of body, and increase the economic benefit of breeding.
