Objective To investigate the effect of compound Huangbai soulution combined with Chinese herbal medicine wet compress in the treatment of senile pruritus. Methods Totally 60 elderly patients with pruritus were randomly divided into the control group and study group, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received compound Huangbai solution wet compress, and those in the study group were compound Huangbai solution combined with Chinese herbal medicine wet compress therapy. The efficacy of the treatment was evaluated and compared between groups. Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 77. 50%(31/40), higher than 42. 50%(17/40)in the control group, with a significant difference(P＜0. 05). Conclusion Compound Huangbai solution combined with Chinese herbal medicine wet compress showed a therapeutic synergies in relieve the pruritus and improve the healing in elderly patients with pruritus. The construction of first-class courses and the implementation of curriculum ideological and political education are two problems faced by higher education. Taking the national first-class course animal physiology of Southwest University as an example, combined with the construction background of the "New Agricultural Science", this paper introduces how professional teachers and ideological and political teachers can achieve the same direction and form a "educating community", how to excavate the ideological and political elements of the course on the basis of "two properties and one degree", and how to integrate the ideological and political elements of the course into the teaching practice through innovating the teaching mode and compiling the curriculum ideological and political cases of the course. In order to improve the convergence speed and solution accuracy of the basic artificial hummingbird algorithm, a multi-strategy fusion artificial hummingbird algorithm is proposed. Firstly, the hummingbird position is initialized by the chaotic reverse communication strategy to improve the diversity of the initial population. Secondly, to coordinate global exploration and local search, the probability dynamic adjustment function is designed to control the guided foraging and regional foraging behaviors of hummingbirds, and the adaptive spiral is introduced to improve the migration foraging behavior. Finally, the location of the optimal hummingbird is disturbed by the Cauchy Gaussian mutation strategy to improve the algorithm's ability to jump out of the local optimum. Finally, 9 benchmark functions are chosen to evaluate the proposed algorithm in simulation experiments, which are compared with the other five latest optimization algorithms. [Objective/Meaning] By exploring the positive role of the merchant employer system in solving the employment issues of the left-behind female embroiderers, it was expected to construct a new ladder for these women to step towards the economic independence, thus to optimize the employment structure and promote the prosperity in common.[Methods/Procedures] Based on the micro-survey data of the Yi embroidery production and operation in Yongren County of Yunnan Province, the effect of the merchant employer system on the employment of the left-behind female embroiderers was studied by using the abstract method. [Results/Conclusions] Through the system of merchant employer, the embroidery skills of the left-behind female embroiderers could be transformed into the productive skills to obtain monetary income, and their scattered leisure time could be transformed into labor time to create value and surplus value, thus realizing the qualitative leap from non-productive personnel to productive laborers and from the production of self-sufficiency products to commodity production. As a form of production organization before the emergence of the capitalist mode of production, the “backward theory” of the merchant employer system was not appropriate, and still had practical significance in the national economy and even the Chinese economy. Based on MaxEnt model and ArcGIS10.2 software, we used 205 effective distribution records of L. muscari and 10 biological climate variables, to predict the potential suitable areas of L. muscari under the ssp245 and ssp585 climate scenarios in the modern and future 4 periods, and assess the dominant climate factors restricting the modern potential distribution area of L. muscari. The results showed that the ranges of AUC values for training and testing were 0.9861-0.9877 and 0.9849-0.9869, and the prediction results of the modern potential suitable areas of L. muscari were highly reliable. Under modern climate conditions, the potential suitable areas for L. muscari were mainly distributed in Jiangxi, Anhui, Guangxi, Zhejiang, Chongqing and eastern Sichuan, China. The proportion of the total suitable area was 0.73%, among which the high, moderate, normal and low suitable areas was 0.08%, 0.12%, 0.17% and 0.36%. The main climate factors affecting the distribution of its modern potential suitable areas were temperature (bio 11, bio 10 and bio 4) and precipitation (bio 18 and bio 16). In the next 4 periods, the total suitable areas for L. muscari under the two climate scenarios would decrease compared with modern times, especially under the ssp585 scenario, the suitable areas would decrease to 0.68% in the 2090s. The above results provided a certain reference value for the cultivation and protection of L. muscari and the further study of the influence of individual climate factors on the growth and distribution of L. muscari. The experiment selected Lactococcus lactis 17, Saccharomyces ceratosus Sa and Bacillus pumilus SE5 as fermentation strains, to analyze the nutritional values of the fermented soybean meals. The results showed that the inhibitory factors of pancreatic protein were almost all removed in all fermentation groups, and the content of soybean antigen protein was significantly decreased (P<0.05). The degradation rates of soybean globulin and β-associated soybean globulin were 88.83% and 58.03% in Bacillus pumilus SE5, respectively. The number of viable bacteria in all fermentation groups increased exponentially, the digestibility of crude protein, acid-soluble protein, soybean peptide and crude protein were significantly increased compared with that before fermentation (P<0.05), and the soybean peptide in soybean meal fermented by Bacillus pumilus SE5 was increased by 869.83%. On the basis of theoretical analysis in the framework of specific energy, the main factors of such an interaction were summarized as: the size and the spacing distance of cutters, mechanical properties of stratum, and penetration. A method for design of scaled model tests of tunneling process, by means of shield boring machines, was proposed. The diameter of cutterhead was reduced, while the size and the spacing distance of cutters, the stratum, and the penetration were kept as the same as they were on site. Such a method was applied to a model test of the tunneling of the Cancer Hospital Metro Station of Shenzhen Line 14. This station was the first application of a new construction method which was characterized by that the station was firstly excavated by a small shield boring machine and then re-excavated by a larger one. The results of the model test allowed for predictions of the axial forces and the torque moments of the prototype cutterhead. The predicted values agree well with the monitored ones on site. This underlines the reliability of the proposed method for design of the model test. The originality of this work was highlighted by the quantitative relations between the quantities of the model and the prototype shield boring machines, which provides a reliable method for design of a model test of tunneling by means of shield boring machines. The continuous excessive mining of groundwater has caused serious land subsidence in Xiqing. The monitoring data of water marks and long-term data of water levels were used to analyze the subsidence level and the consolidation characteristics of the formation and the physical and mechanical properties of cohesive soil. The first No.2 aquifer in this area was less affected by groundwater exploitation and settlement was less. Over years of continuous exploitation of the No.3 aquifer, water depth had exceeded the critical water level and stratigraphic continuous compression settlement had occurred. The land subsidence rate decreased after the groundwater level returned to above the critical level. The No.4 aquifer water depth had exceeded the critical water level and the soil contained a high water content and void ratio. The settlement of groundwater exploitation was high. The No.5 aquifer was stable with a slight improvement, which corresponded to the formation of a uniform settlement. This research can provide the theoretical basis for sinking control work in Xiqing. A label-free liquid crystal immunosensor based on orientation changes of liquid crystals was prepared for the detection of cecropin B through competitive immunization assay. The mixed APTES/DMOAP self-assembled monolayers formed by both long and short alkyls could cause uniform vertical alignment of liquid crystals. The homeotropic-to-tilted transition of liquid crystals induced by the specific binding event between anti-cecropin B antibody and cecropin B immobilized via a cross-linker glutaradehyde could result in the corresponding changes of the color and brightness of liquid crystal film. The gray-scale intensities of optical images of liquid crystal cells were measured to quantitatively analyse cecropin B concentrations at the range of 0. 01No. 1 ng/mL and as a result,the limit of detection is as low as 0. 01 ng/mL with immobilized cecropin B concentration of 150 ng/mL and anticecropin B antibody concentration of 500 ng/mL.
