Objective To analyze the risk factors of upper gastrointestinal cancer and precancerous lesions, to construct a prediction model for high⁃risk population of upper gastrointestinal cancer, and to identify high⁃risk groups of upper gastrointestinal cancer. Methods The population group at age 40-69 who participated in the "Rural Upper Gastrointestinal Cancer Early Diagnosis and Treatment Project " in Yangcheng County, Shanxi Province from June 2020 to December 2021 were selected, and randomly divided into a training set (n=1,997) and a validation set (n=852), according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria with a ratio of 7 to 3, used for training and validation of the model, respectively. The chi⁃square test was used for univariate analysis, the factors with P < 0.2 were screened for the optimal subset of variables, and the combination of variables with the lowest akaike information criterion (AIC) was selected to construct a logistic regression model and establish a scoring scale. The receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) was drawn and the discrimination of the model was evaluated according to the area under the curve (AUC). The calibration of the model was evaluated by the Hosmer⁃Lemeshow (H⁃L) test and the calibration curve. The clinical decision curve analysis (DCA) was used to evaluate the clinica applicability. Results A logistic regression prediction model for the high⁃risk population of upper gastrointestinal cancer and precancerous lesions was established based on five risk factors, including age, sex, smoking, hot food intake and family history of cancer. The AUCs of the training set and the validation set of the model were 0.759 (95%CI: 0.689-0.830) and 0.743 (95%CI: 0.606-0.880), respectively. The calibration curve combined with H⁃L test proved that the model had good calibration (P>0.05). According to the logistic regression model, a scoring scale model was established with a score ranging from 0 to 27 points. The higher the score, the higher the risk of disease. The AUCs of the training set and the validation set were 0.760 (95%CI: 0.690-0.829) and 0.748 (95%CI: 0.612-0.884), respectively. The calibration curve combined with the Hosmer⁃Lemeshow (H⁃L) test proved that the model had good calibration (P>0.05).The DCA indicated that the model had good clinical applicability. Conclusions The prediction model and scoring scale model of the high⁃risk population of upper gastrointestinal cancer and precancerous lesions, based on the five risk factors including age, sex, smoking, hot food intake and family history of cancer, have good predictive value, which are helpful for the screening of the upper gastrointestinal cancer population. A fluid-solid coupling calculation model of vertical water-entry of projectile at low subsonic speed is established based on multi-material arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian-Lagrangian coupling method. Compressibility effects in fluid mechanics are considered in the proposed model. The multi-medium coupling numerical calculation technology of cavity-fluid-projectile is used to simulate the vertical water entry of projectile. The curves of underwater depth and projectile velocity, and the times of cavity surface closure and cavity deep closure at different velocities of water entry are obtained. The evolutionary process of cavity and the phenomenon during high-speed water entry of projectile are stimulated. The acceleration, stress and strain responses of projectile are obtained, and the influence laws of velocity of water entry on the times of cavity surface closure and cavity deep closure are also obtained. Objective To evaluate the suitability of preoperative magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) positivity as a predictor of biochemical recurrence after radical prostatectomy (RP). Methods Data of 115 diagnosed prostate cancer patients with RP from 2006 to 2013 were collected retrospectively. According to MRI results, patients were divided into MRI positive group (n=87) and MRI negative group (n=28). The preoperative clinical data were compared between two groups. Biochemical recurrence was defined as increase or persistence of serum prostate specific antigen (PSA) levels>0.2 μg/L after surgery. Cox proportional hazard regression model was used to analyze the risk factors associated with biochemical recurrence. Results The survival time was shorter in MRI positive group than that of MRI negative group. The preoperative PSA level was higher in MRI positive group than that of MRI negative group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the age of patients between two groups. In MRI positive group, the proportion of preoperative PSA>20 μg/L , the proportion of patients at clinical stage T3, the proportion of patients with pathological Gleason score≥8, the proportion of patients with seminal vesicle invasion (SVI) and the proportion of patients with endocrine therapy were higher than those of negative group (P < 0.05). The univariate analysis showed that preoperative MRI positivity, PSA level, biopsy Gleason score, clinical stage, pathological Gleason score, SVI level and lymph node invasion (LNM) were associated with biochemical recurrence (P < 0.05)．However, the multivariate analysis showed that only preoperative MRI positivity, biopsy Gleason score and clinical stage were independent prognostic factors (P < 0.05). Elastic wave in the seabed caused by low frequency noise radiated from ship is a so-called ship-induced seismic wave which can be used to identify the ship target in shallow sea. In order to investigate the detecting range and signal feature of ship-induced seismic wave in shallow sea with thick sandy bottom, a detecting test of seismic waves caused by random ships in inland river with thick sandy bottom is carried out with a three-component seismometer for weak seismic wave detection. The seismic waves caused by several random ships are obtained. According to the calculated time-frequency spectrum of the seismic waves, the propagation characteristics of seismic waves caused by ships in shallow water with thick sandy bottom are analyzed. The vertical component of seismic wave can propagate to a far distance compared with the horizontal component. The signal received by seismometer in far field is mainly caused by the noise radiated from the propeller because the line spectrum of the detected signal is almost the same as that of the propeller and always has a double frequency of the propeller's rotation frequency. 目的 比较经尿道前列腺电切术( TURP)、经尿道前列腺剜除术( TUEP)治疗良性前列腺增生( BPH)的临床效果。方法选择BPH患者319例，根据手术方案不同分为TURP组185例、TUEP组134例。术后随访36个月，观察两组术后尿道狭窄发生率、狭窄长度、狭窄位置以及治疗前后最大尿流率、残尿量等指标。结果 TURP组及TUEP组术后出现尿道狭窄分别为14、11例(P>0.05)，狭窄长度分别为(2.2±0.6)、(1.7±0.6)cm(P <0.05)；行尿道扩张术分别为7、6例(P>0.05)，行内镜下冷刀切开术分别为7、5例(P>0.05)。两组术后最大尿流率、残尿量均明显低于术前(P均<0.05)，但TUEP组最大尿流率改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论 TURP、TUEP治疗BPH均有较好效果，但TUEP改善尿道狭窄的效果好于TURP。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
