Under the background of economic system reform and the continuous transformation of financial functions, the implementation of financial fine management has become the mainstream direction of reducing cost, increasing efficiency and sustainable development of feed enterprises. The paper takes the t-3 financial data of 20 feed listed enterprises in Shenzhen and Shanghai in 2020 as the research sample to explore the applicability of PCA-SVM model to financial fine management of feed enterprises. It is found that PCA-SVM model effectively integrates the advantages of PCA and SVM model, eliminates the linear correlation of sample data, reduces dimension and significantly enhances the classification ability and generalization of financial fine management of feed enterprises. And PCA-SVM model has good applicability for measuring the financial fine management level of high-dimensional data and small sample feed enterprises, which can provide reference for financial managers. Therefore, feed enterprises should strengthen the application of modern information network technology, improve the technology embedding system, strengthen the whole process control and improve the application level of PCA-SVM model in financial fine management. To investigate the effects of diabetes (DM) on blood biochemical indexes, cardiac indexes and quality of life in patients with heart failure (HFpEF) with ejection fraction retention. The 246 patients with HFpEF from January 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into DM-HFPEF group (n=98) and NDM-HFPEF group (n=148) according to whether DM was concurrent or not. The baseline data and blood biochemical indexes of the two groups were compared. The heart function parameters were detected by echocardiography. The quality of life of the patients was evaluated by Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of Life Questionnaire (MLHFQ). There were statistically significant differences in body weight, systolic blood pressure, proportion of patients with coronary heart disease and proportion of patients with hypertension between the two groups (P<0.05). Compared with NDM-HFpEF group of patients, the white blood cell count (WBC), neutrophil counts (N), serum creatinine (Scr), triglyceride (TG), fasting blood glucose (FBG), postprandial 2 hours blood glucose (2 HPBG), K+ levels of patients with DM-HFpEF group were increased. Hemoglobin (Hb), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) level decreased (P<0.05). The end-diastolic left ventricular volume index (LVEDVI) of the DM-HFpEF group was lower than that of the NDM-HFpEF group, and the interventricular septal thickness (IVS), left ventricular posterior wall thickness (PWTD), E peak, E/e' were higher than those of the NDM-HFpEF group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of physical limitation, social limitation, emotion, and economy and total scores in MLHFQ in patients with DM-HFpEF group were higher than those in patients with NDM-HFpEF group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). DM promotes the thickening of IVS and PWTD in patients with HFPEF, it can reduce diastolic function and quality of life. This study aimed to identify the Cinnamomum camphora canker disease pathogen in Fujian Province. We isolated, purified, and analyzed the pathogenicity of canker samples from four districts including Fuzhou City, Mingxi County of Sanming City, Jianyang District, and Shunchang County of Nanping City to determine the pathogen. The morphological characteristics of the pathogens were combined with the ITS, EF-1α, RPB2, and BT gene sequences of the representative strains for amplification and sequencing. This allowed the construction of the evolutionary tree, and the pathogens were finally determined. Among 75 dry ulcer samples collected from the camphor trees in different regions of Fujian Province, 43 pathogenic strains were obtained after tissue isolation, purification, and pathogenicity testing. Based on the status of mycelium growth and spore characteristics of pathogenic fungi and the results of phylogenetic trees, four strains were obtained, namely: Neofusicoccum parvum, Lasiodiplodia theobromae, Lasiodiplodia pseudotheobromae, and Lasiodiplodia iranensis. The pathogenicity test results showed that N. parvum was the strongest pathogen, followed by L. theobromae, and L. iranensis was the weakest. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Water plays an active role in energy dissipation and damping control of the water tower structure under seismic excitations. This paper aims to study how different water storage affects the seismic performance of the reinforced concrete (RC) inverted conical water tower under ground motion and explore which is the best water level in shock absorption. Based on the similitude principle, a 1/30 scaled model of organic glass inverted conical tower model was designed according to a real structure. Through shaking table test, the dynamic characteristics, acceleration and displacement response of the tower model with different water levels in different intensity levels were obtained. The numerical simulation results, which were calculated by ABAQUS finite element software, were compared with the shaking table test results. The research shows that as the water level increases, the natural vibration period of the model increases gradually. Different water levels will reduce dynamic response of the water tower to different extents. When the water level is more than half of the maximum, the damping effect is good, under different ground motions. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To explore the polymorphism of Runx2 gene between Hani ethnic minority in Honghe and Han nationality in Kunming,Yunnan. Methods One hundred and twenty healthy screening people in the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University were as Han population,and 126 Hani people in Honghe region were as Hani population. The polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism( PCR-RFLP) method was used to analyze the Runx2 gene promoter P1-330 G / T allele polymorphism site. The RT-PCR Taq Man SNP genotyping method was used to analyze Runx2 gene second promoter P2-1025 T / C allele polymorphism site,and the genotypes were sequenced. The bone mineral density( BMD) of the right calcaneus was measured using ultrasonic instrument. The difference of genotype distribution and allele frequencies between Hani ethnic minority and Han populations was compared,and the relationship between influencing factors and BMD in Hani population was analyzed.Results Both the genotype distribution sites of GG,GT,TT of Runx2 gene P1-330 G / T and G,T allele frequency,and the genotype distribution sites of TT,TC,CC of Runx2 gene P2-1025 T / C and T,C allele frequency had no significant difference between Hani ethnic minority and Han population in Yunnan( P > 0. 05). The genotype sites like GG and GT of Runx2 gene P1-1025 T / C,and genotype sites like TC and TT of Runx2 gene P2-1025 T / C were different between normal BMD and lowBMD group in Hani ethnic minority( P < 0. 05). Logistic regression analysis showed that in Hani population,the OR and 95% CI of Runx2 gene P1-330 G / T locus,P2-1025 T / C locus,and age to BMD were 1. 337,0. 649-2. 756,0. 132,0. 024-0. 710,and 1. 101,1. 041-1. 163,respectively. Conclusion The genotype distribution and allele frequencies of Runx2 gene P1-330 G / T and P2-1025 T / C polymorphism sites had no population and regional differences. The genotype distribution and allele frequencies of Runx2 gene P1-330 G / T and P2-1025 G / T polymorphism sites showsignificant difference between normal BMD and lowBMD group of Hani population in Yunnan. Runx2 gene P1-330 G / T site is not associated with BMD. Age is a risk factor for BMD.
