缺血性卒中是我国中老年人主要的致死、致残原因，而侧支循环对缺血性卒中的代偿作 用至关重要。随着影像学技术的发展，侧支循环评估的准确性得到大幅提高，许多大型临床试验也开 始结合侧支循环的评估制定治疗策略。另外，改善侧支循环具有巨大的潜在治疗价值。本文主要围 绕侧支循环在缺血性卒中的研究进展进行综述。 Abstract: Ischemic stroke is the main cause of death and disability in middle aged and elderly people in China. Collateral circulation plays an important role in compensation of ischemic stroke. With the development of radiological technology, the accuracy of assessment increased greatly in collateral circulation. Many large scale clinical trails have integrated assessment of collateral circulation in clinical decision. In addition, there has been great potential value in improving collateral circulation. This review is mainly focused on the study progress of collateral circulation in ischemic stroke.

Wind turbines are characterised by complex structures, difficult operation and maintenance, and long-term exposure to harsh operating environments. The demand prediction of wind turbine spare parts helps to equip wind farms with the most suitable number of spare parts to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of wind farms. Principal component analysis-back propagation( PCABP) model was constructed for the complex spare parts affected by multiple factors, and the elements affecting the wind power spare parts were first screened by PCA, and then the BP neural network algorithm was used to obtain the most accurate prediction results. The results of autoregressive integrated moving average ( ARIMA) model, BP neural network prediction and PCA-BP neural network prediction were compared. It shows that PCA can significantly reduce the neural network prediction error, and the accuracy of the prediction is 93. 94%, which is higher than the 88. 39% of the BP neural network prediction and the 85. 31% of the ARIMA model, so the PCA-BP neural network model has accurate prediction accuracy and reliable results, and it can be applied to the wind turbine spare parts demand prediction. 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of Zeste White 10 interactor( ZWINT) and Cyclin-dependent kinase 2( CDK2) and clinicopathological features in breast cancer, and evaluate their pathological diagnostic values in breast cancer. Methods GEPIA database was utilized to analyze the difference in the expression of ZWINT between breast cancer and normal breast tissues and assess the correlation between ZWINT and CDK2 expression in breast cancer. Kaplan-Meier Plotter database was employed to predict the relationship between ZWINT expression and clinical prognosis of breast cancer patients. Paraffinembedded pathological specimens of 84 cases of breast cancer and paired paracancerous tissues and fresh specimens of 20 cases of breast cancer and paired paracancerous tissues were collected. Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction( RT-qPCR) and immunohistochemical staining were used to detect the expression levels of ZWINT and CDK2 mRNA and protein in breast cancer and paracancerous normal breast tissues, to analyze the relationship between ZWINT and CDK2 expression levels and clinicopathological features of breast cancer. Association analysis was used to analyze the correlation between ZWINT and CDK2. Receiver operating characteristic( ROC) curve was delineated to evaluate the values of ZWINT and CDK2 in the pathological diagnosis of breast cancer. Results The results of database analysis showed that ZWINT was highly expressed in breast cancer tissues and there was a positive correlation between the expression of ZWINT and CDK2 in breast cancer( rs = 0.600, P < 0.001) . The expression of ZWINT was closely correlated with clinical prognosis of breast cancer patients( all P < 0.05) . The test results of 84 cases showed that the expression levels of ZWINT and CDK2 mRNA and protein in breast cancer tissues were higher than those in para-carcinoma tissues( both P < 0.05), and high expression was closely correlated with tumor size, tumor stage and lymph node metastasis( all P < 0.05) . Association analysis revealed that the degree of association of Φ and Cramer V coefficient test under symmetric measurements was the same as 0.322( P = 0.003), while the column linkage number was 0.306( P = 0.003) . The expression levels of ZWINT and CDK2 proteins were closely correlated. The areas under the ROC curve of ZWINT and CDK2 were 0.886 and 0.818, which yielded high diagnostic values for breast cancer. Conclusions ZWINT and CDK2 expression levels are closely correlated the occurrence, development and prognosis of breast cancer. 目的 了解我国患者安全胜任力相关护理研究的现状及发展趋势,分析相关研究热点,为进一 步研究提供参考依据。方法 以万方、中国知网、中国生物医学文献服务系统及维普数据库为数据来源;检索 涉及患者安全胜任力的相关护理研究的文献,检索建库至2022年7月的相关文献,应用SPSS21.0、CiteSpace 软件对文献的数量、年份、期刊、作者、关键词等进行分析。结果 从各数据库共检索到相关文献257篇,经过 去重处理共获得47篇期刊文献,最终纳入文献23篇。文献发表整体呈上升趋势;文献地区分布在14个省份, 其中有15篇文献集中在北京(6篇)、山东(5篇)和上海(4篇),占总发文量51.72%;期刊分布19种,23篇文献 中16篇文献发表于护理期刊占比69.57%,7篇文献发表于其他期刊,占比30.43%;基金资助文献11篇,占 47.82%,其中省级5篇(21.74%),院级或校级7篇(30.43%);23篇文献中,横断面研究最多,共12篇,占总数 的52.17%;关键词分析中共涉及38个关键词,其中出现频率最高的是胜任力,其次是患者安全。将关键词进 行聚类分析,共分为5个聚类,分别是专家会议、护理管理、护士、患者安全胜任力、效度。结论 我国患者安全 胜任力相关的护理研究还处于起步阶段,文献量总体较少,研究大多以横断面研究为主,缺乏符合我国国情的 框架及评估工具。针对患者、患者家属的干预性研究,本土化量表的研制、安全管理评价体系的构建将是今后 的研究方向。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The polypeptides from fruiting bodies of Volvariella volvacea were extracted by alkaline protease enzymatic hydrolysis, and purified by dialysis method to yield three different components (3 to 10, 1 to 3, and less than 1 kDa). The antioxidant activities in vitro of the three components were compared. The structure of purified polypeptide was characterized by LC-MS/MS, ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and amino acid determination methods. The result showed that the antioxidant activity of 1 to 3 kDa was strongest. The 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radical clearance rate was 99.81%, the ferric ion reducing ability was 1.47, and the clearance rates of 2,2′-azino-bis (3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS+ ) radical and hydroxyl radical were 99.15% and 99.34%, respectively. The total protein content of the antioxidant peptide of V. volvacea at this molecular weight was 71.12%, ash content was 12.75%, moisture content was 8.44% and the others were 7.69%.
