Activity degree is an effective monitoring method to sensitively perceive the frequency, characteristics, quality, efficiency and other immediate conditions and subtle changes of scientific and technological innovation events, and it is an important supplementary to macroeconomic data. This paper constructs a monthly monitoring and evaluation indicator system for the activity degree of scientific and technological innovation in Chongqing, and systematically sorts out the data of 39 administrative districts and counties and 16 development zones of 12 months in 2021. The analysis reveals that (1) in the whole city and the development zone, there is a polarization effect of "one district" being active while "two groups" being inactive, and high energy level platforms being active while low energy level platforms being inactive; (2) districts and counties with development zones show prominent advantages in innovation activity, and the longer the establishment time and the higher the energy level, the more obvious the advantages could be observed; (3) local governments played an important role in the process of guiding and mobilizing the local innovation activity, and the stronger of the government's guiding function was observed in the less active of the region; and (4) the city's landmark science and technology activities and the rule of the time node have initially appeared. Objective To explore the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) combined with pelvic floor magnetoelectric stimulation therapy to optimize the perioperative management on postoperative recovery of elderly women with pelvic organ prolapse. Methods A total of 110 elderly female patients treated in this hospital from June 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the study subjects and divided into the study group and control group by adopting the random number table method, 55 cases in each group. The study group used ERAS combined with pelvic floor magnetoelectric stimulation therapy. The control group adopted the routine perioperative management scheme.The operation-related indexes and the incidence rates of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups, and the scores of Quality of Recovery-40 questionnaire（QoR-40）,Pelvic Floor Distress Inventory-short form 20（PFDI-20）,Pelvic Floor Impact Questionnaire-7（PFIQ-7） before and after operation were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the general condition, operation time, intraoperative blood loss volume, time of anesthesia recovery room and postoperative fever between the two groups（P＞0.05）.The first time to get out of bed, first exhausting time, first eating time, first defecating time and hospitalization time in the study group were superior to those in the control group; the incidence rates of postoperative nausea and vomiting, abdominal distension, urinary retention and venous thrombosis in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P＜0.05）.The PFDI-20 and PFIQ-7 scores in postopertive 3 months in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the QoR-40 score at postoperative 24,48 h in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The application of ERAS combined with pelvic floor magnetoelectric stimulation therapy can promote the perioperative recovery of elderly women with pelvic organ prolapse, reduce the incidence rate of postoperative complications, relieve the patients′ discomfort and improve the quality of life after operation. BACKGROUND: p38 MAPK pathway has been shown to play an important role in the synthesis of inflammatory factors, but the relationship between p38 MAPK signaling pathway and interleukin 17, interleukin 6 and other inflammatory factors in periodontal ligament fibroblasts during orthodontic tooth movement is little reported. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship of the expression of inflammatory cytokines interleukin 17 and interleukin 6 with p38 MAPK in human periodontal ligament fibroblasts under continuous static pressure, and to explore the effect of p38 MAPK signaling pathway on the expression of interleukin 17 and interleukin 6. METHODS: The periodontal tissues of fresh first and second premolars were obtained from the removed teeth of the orthodontic patients aged 11-15 years (informed consent had been obtained). Periodontal ligament fibroblasts were cultured in vitro, and the cell model loaded with gravity was established. Cell culture plates were loaded with 0, 1, 2 and 4 g/cm2 pressure for 5, 15, 30 and 60 minutes, respectively. The expression of p38 MAPK protein was detected. The passage 4 cells were seeded, and then randomized into six groups: blank, dimethyl sulfoxide, inhibitor (p38 MAPK blocker, SB203580), loading, loading plus dimethyl sulfoxide, and loading plus inhibitor groups. The intervention lasted for 60 minutes. The interleukin 17 and interleukin 6 protein and mRNA levels in periodontal ligament fibroblasts after loaded with 4 g/cm2 force were detected by RT-PCR and ELISA. RESULTS and CONCLUSION: (1) The expression level of p38 MAPK protein in the 2 and 4 g/cm2 groups was increased with time prolonged, peaked at 30 minutes, and began to decrease at 60 minutes. (2) Compared with the groups without loading, the loading groups showed an increase in the expression levels of interleukin 17 and interleukin 6. The expression level of interleukin 6 in the inhibitor group was down-regulated, and the expression level of interleukin 17 showed no significant difference. (3) To conclude, static pressure can promote human periodontal ligament fibroblasts to secrete interleukin 17 and interleukin 6. Interleukin 6 secretion may be related to p38 MAPK signaling pathway. However, there is insufficient evidence to demonstrate that p38 MAPK signaling pathway is involved in periodontal ligament fibroblasts inducing interleukin 17 expression under static pressure. 粒径≤2. 5μm的大气细颗粒物被称为PM2.5,它是空气污染的主要成分,是危害人类健康的主要危险因素之一。PM2.5粒径较小且携带大量有毒害成分,被人体吸入后,可沉积于呼吸道和肺部,进入肺泡上皮细胞,损坏肺泡表面的肺表面活性物质相关蛋白（SP）。SP是由肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞合成分泌的脂蛋白复合物,可分为亲水性蛋白SPA、SPD和疏水性蛋白SPB、SPC。SPA、SPD是对抗呼吸道病原体和过敏原的重要宿主防御组分,SPB、SPC主要作用是降低肺泡气—液界面处的表面张力、提高肺的顺应性。PM2.5能结合SP,并引起它们的表达水平和功能异常,与多种肺部疾病的发生发展密切相关。其机制可能是通过激活特定的信号通路、诱导炎症因子或细胞因子表达以及氧化损伤等途径,进而影响SP表达。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: To analyze the effect of ultrasound guided sclerosing agent lauromacrogol in the treatment of hepatic cysts. Methods: Eighty patients with hepatic cysts treated in our hospital between April 2011 and January 2015 were selected as study subjects- The subjects were divided into the control group(36 cases) and the treatment group（44 cases）. 36 cases in the control group were treated with anhydrous ethanol sclerosing agent while 44 cases in the treatment group were treated with lauromacrogol sclerotherapy. The cholinesterase (CHE), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and total bilirubin (TBIL) were determined before operation, at 1week and 6 months after operation. The treatment effect, adverse reactions and complications, hospitalization time and the time of cyst closure were compared between the two groups. Results: ① 1 week and 1 month after operation, the total effective rate of group B was higher than that of group A, but there only was significant difference at 1 week after operation (P<0.05). At 6 months after operation, the total effective rates in the two groups were similar (P>0.05); ② 1 week after operation, ALT and AST in group A increased. Compared with group B, there was significant difference (P<0.05). 6 months after operation, ALT of the two groups decreased (P>0.05); ③The incidence rates of abdominal pain, intracystic hemorrhage, intoxication and needle tract bleeding in group B were lower than those in group A, but there only were significant differences in the incidence of abdominal pain and intoxication (P<0.05); ④The hospitalization time and time of cyst closure of group B was shorter than that of group A (P<0.05). Conclusions: The application of ultrasound guided lauromacrogol sclerotherapy in the treatment of hepatic cysts, the effective rate is high and has little effect on the liver function of patients. Objective: To investigate the application value of lauromacrogol in the treatment of varicose veins of lower limb. Methods: The medical records of 75 patients (75 affected limbs) with varicosis of great saphenous vein of lower limbs confirmed between September 2013 and September 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. According to the treatment regimen, the patients were divided into two groups. Among them, 33 cases (33 limbs) treated by ultrasound guided injection of foam sclerosing agent lauromacrogol were included in the lauromacrogol group while 42 cases (42 limbs) treated by high ligation of great saphenous vein combined with stripping were included in the operation group. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, off-bed time, treatment costs and incidence of postoperative complications were recorded. Patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months after operation, and the recurrence rate was recorded. Results: The operation time, off-bed and length of hospital stay of the lauromacrogol group were shorter than those of the operation group; the intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization expenses were less than those of the operation group (P＜0.05); The incidence rates of subcutaneous hematoma and skin numbness in the lauromacrogol group were significantly lower than those in the operation group (P＜0.05); The 12-month recurrence rate in the lauromacrogol group (12.12％) was lower than that in the operation group (33.33％)(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Injection of foam sclerosing agent lauromacrogol is an alternative minimally invasive therapy for treating varicosis of great saphenous vein of lower limbs. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
