In order to study the suitable stocking density of out-season E. sinensis marketing in lunar June （Eriocheir sinensis） under pond culture conditions, male juvenile E. sinensis（20. 43 ± 0. 11 g） were divided into three different stocking density groups: 1. 5 ind./m2（ low density group）, 2. 25 ind./m2（ medium density group） and 3 ind./m2 （high density group）. The growth performance, tissue indices, culture effect and economic profits of out-season E. sinensis marketing in lunar June were compared through a 140-day culture experiment. The results showed that: （1） Since April 15, the average body weight of the low density group was always the highest, the medium density group was the second, and the high density group was the lowest. There were significant differences among the three groups on June 15 and July 5. The total weight gain rate （WGR） of the low density group was slightly higher than that of the medium density group, and both of them were significantly higher than that of the high density group（P<0. 05）. The meat yield（MY） of low density group and medium density group was significantly higher than that of high density group（P<0. 05）. The total edible yield（TEY） of low density group was significantly higher than that of high density group（P<0. 05）. （2） The final average body weight and survival rate（SR） of the low density group were significantly higher than those of the medium and high density groups（P<0. 05）, while the yield of the high density group was significantly higher than that of the medium and low density groups（P<0. 05）. The feed conversion rate （FCR） and limb loss rate（LLR） of the high density group were significantly higher than those of the low density group（P<0. 05）, but there was no significant difference between the high density group and the medium density group（P>0. 05）. In terms of size distribution, the proportion of larger-sized male E. sinensis （≥110 g） of low density group was the highest and that of smaller-sized male crab（<100 g） was the lowest. （3） The total cost and total income of the high density group were the highest, the medium density group was the second, and the low density group was the lowest. The differences among them were significant（P< 0. 05）. The net profit of the high density group was significantly higher than that of the low density group（P< 0. 05）, and slightly higher than that of the medium density group. The return-on-investment（ROI） is just the opposite. The culture model of out-season E. sinensis marketing in lunar June has the characteristics of short culture cycle, simple production operation, low investment cost and high income. In view of the security problem of end-to-end data transmission in mobile communication, this study proposes a message transmission method based on pitch delay steganography used for mobile voice channel, which hides the intended data in the voice signal. The algorithm uses secret information to control the parity characteristics of pitch delay value in the voiced part of speech, so as to embed data bits. The pitch delay value of the voiceless part is quantified and output by secret information to realize the embedding of steganographic information. The pitch delay change caused by embedding does not cause serious degradation of the original speech quality, so it is difficult for the outside world to detect hidden data information when transmitting speech signals. This algorithm can ensure the security and privacy of end-to-end information transmission. The urban flood management program and the scale construction of drainage facilities are closely related to the urban rainstorm intensity and the flood level of the outer river, so it is necessary to conduct an in-depth study on the joint probability distribution of rainstorm intensity and the flood level of the outer river. Taking Wuhan City as an example, the Copula function is used to establish the joint distribution of hourly-scale urban rainstorm intensity and outer-river flood level, and the performance of different Copula models is evaluated by using the Max-Likelihood estimator, the model selection criterion, the RMSE and the NSE goodness-of-fit. The Local optimization(LO)and Markov chain Monte Carlo(MCMC)methods are used to analyze the uncertainty of Copula models. The results are as follows. There is an obvious positive correlation between the heavy rainfall intensity and the flood level of the outer river, and the correlation between the 1-h maximum continuous precipitation and the maximum daily water level is the highest, and the optimal joint distribution function is the Gumbel Copula function. The uncertainty analysis of model shows that the optimal parameters of the MCMC simulation basically match with the theoretical parameter values, which is obviously superior to the local optimization algorithm. The results of the model uncertainty are consistent with that of the evaluation of the goodness-of-fit, which further verifies the validity of the parameters of the joint distribution function. Under the same frequency, the univariate values are lower than the values of heavy rainfall intensity and outer flood river level corresponding to the two-variable joint frequency, and higher than those corresponding to the two-variable co-occurring frequency. The two-variable co-occurring reproduction period is higher than that of the single-variable design reproduction period, and the joint reproduction period is lower than that of the single-variable design reproduction period. The combined risk rate of both storm intensity and flood level at the same frequency is much lower than the frequency value in the univariate case, and the risk rate of drainage above 50 a is greater than that of the design storm return period, but the maximum risk rate does not exceed the joint risk rate. The L-shaped retaining wall and reinforced soil are combined to make full advantage of its good seismic performance. It can be used in supporting engineerings in earthquake-prone and high earthquake intensity regions. The failure mechanism and dynamic response of L-shaped reinforced soil retaining wall under earthquake load are studied. In order to define two failure modes of long-heel baseplate and short-heel baseplate, the critical coefficient of heel plate length (λcr) is proposed on the basis of the second and the third slip surface generation conditions. Assume that the backfill sliding surface is a straight line, applying the upper bound theorem and using the Mohr-Coulomb failure criterion, the critical state equations of L-shaped reinforced soil retaining walls under two failure modes are established respectively, as well, the seismic yield acceleration coefficient is derived. The optimal solution is given according to the extremum principle, and the critical yield acceleration coefficient and its corresponding inclination angle of the backfill sliding surface are obtained. The failure modes and critical yield acceleration coefficients affected by geometric parameters, physical and mechanical parameters and tensile strength of bars are analyzed. Through the analysis of the example, it can be seen that the reinforcement structure can effectively improve the seismic capacity of L-shaped retaining wall and change its failure mode. Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Xingnao Jieyu decoction on post-stroke depression (PSD) in rats and to investigate the relationship between its mechanism and hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis in PSD rats. Methods Sixty male SD rats were randomly divided into the normal control group, PSD group, fluoxetine group, low-dose Xingnao Jieyu decoction group, and high-dose Xingnao Jieyu decoction group, with 12 rats in each group. The rats in the normal control group were fed normally without intervention, and rats in the other four groups were subjected to middle cerebral artery occlusion and chronic unpredictable mild stimulation (CUMS) to establish the PSD models. During CUMS, rats in the fluoxetine group were given fluoxetine solution of 0. 2 mg/100 g, rats in the low-dose Xingnao Jieyu decoction group and high-dose Xingnao Jieyu decoction group were given 1. 05 and 2. 10 g/mL Xingnao Jieyu decoction by gavage, and rats in the normal control group and PSD group were given 1 mL/100 g normal saline. Depression was assessed by body weight, forced swimming test, sucrose consumption test and open field test. The rats were sacrificed, and the brain tissues were removed. The pathological changes of hippocampus were observed by HE staining. The serum levels of HPA axis-related adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) and cortisol (CORT) were detected by ELISA. Western blotting was used to detect the expression levels of glucocorticoid receptor (GR) in hippocampus and corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH) in hypothalamus. Results Compared with the normal control group, the PSD group had lower body weight, shorter forced swimming test time, less sugar consumption, and lower horizontal and vertical movement scores, smaller number of neurons in the hippocampus of rats which showed inflammatory changes, higher levels of ACTH and CORT in serum, lower expression of GR protein in hippocampus of rats, and higher expression level of CRH protein in hypothalamus (all P<0.01). Compared with the PSD group, body weight, forced swimming time, sugar consumption, horizontal and vertical movement scores increased, most of the hippocampal cell structure remained intact, the degree of damage was lighter, the edema phenomenon was reduced, the cell survival rate increased, and the cells were closely arranged, the levels of ACTH and CORT in serum decreased, the expression of GR protein in hippocampus was up-regulated, and the expression of CRH protein in hypothalamus was down-regulated in the fluoxetine group, the low-dose and high-dose Xingnao Jieyu decoction groups (all P<0.01). Conclusion Xingnao Jieyu decoction can improve the depression-like behavior of PSD rats； the mechanism may be that it inhibits the excessive activation of HPA axis and thus alleviate the damage of hippocampal neurons.
