中学校通常学級において，授業中の教員への妨害行動や授業への不参加といった問題行動を示していたADHDのある生徒1名に対して，市教育センター特別支援教育巡回指導員と中学校が連携して対象生徒の適切な授業参加や課題従事行動の増加を図る実践を行った．市教育センター特別支援教育巡回指導員が，「自己決定の機会と行動契約法の導入」「『問題行動を起こさないための予防的対応』『問題行動が起きたときの対応』の簡易マニュアル」を中心に構成した支援プログラムを作成して中学校に提案した．中学校では，この支援プログラムを基に対象生徒を支援するとともに，市教育センター特別支援教育巡回指導員と月1回のケース会議を行って支援プログラムを評価し改善点をまとめ，次の支援につなげていった．6ヶ月間の支援の結果，対象生徒の適切な授業参加や課題従事行動を増加させることができた．これらの結果より，授業参加に困難を示す発達障害のある生徒に対する支援方法について考察した．

目的：本研究は，アディクション等の障害を持ちながら地域で生活されているセルフヘルプグループのメンバーが，看護学科の健康教育論の授業へ参加し，自らの体験を語ることによる学生の学習効果と授業への知見を得るものである。方法：研究に同意の得られたアディクション等のセルフヘルプグループメンバーと学生を対象にアンケート調査をした。セルフヘルプグループメンバーの伝えたいことと学生の理解内容の比較および学生の授業前後の関心度と印象度を比較検討した。結果：受講後の学生は，セルフヘルプグループへの関心度やセルフヘルプグループメンバーの印象度が有意に高まった。また，セルフグループメンバーが学生に伝えたいことと学生が学んだことは，一致する項目と一致しない項目がみられた。一致する項目は，「人との関係やつながりの大切さ」や「自分たちの思いを知ってほしい」ということであった。一致しない項目として，「本音を語れる良い機会だった」，「社会復帰について」，「当事者が看護者や社会に期待すること」，「治療の大変さ」などであった。学生の学びの構造を因子分析した結果，『現状を知ること』と『その人の内面を知ること』の2つの因子が生成された。考察：当事者の話を直接体験として聞くことは，学生の関心度を高めたり先入観をなくす良い機会になっていた。しかし，セルフヘルプグループメンバーと学生の有用性の間に一致と不一致が混在していた。不一致部分については，今後の参加授業にグループワークやディスカッションを取り入れ，学生がその人自身の内面的な心情にも触れて，『その人の内面を理解すること』へ結びつけることが，さらなる学習効果を得ることになると考える。, Purpose: In the present study, self-help group members with Mental health-related issues such as alcohol dependence who were living in the community participated in a nursing department health education theory course and described their personal experiences. The study was designed to assess knowledge acquired from the course and the learning effects among the students. Method: A questionnaire was administered to consenting self-help group members and nursing students. Content for which students demonstrated comprehension was compared with points that self-help group members wanted to convey. In addition, a comparison of the students' interest and impression levels before and after the course was examined. Results: Levels of interest in self-help groups and the strength of impressions left by self-help group members significantly were increased among students after taking the course. The points that group members wanted to convey and the material that students reportedly learned matched for some items, but not all. The items that matched were "the importance of connections and relationships with others" and "the desire for others to know my thoughts." Items that differed included "good opportunity to say what I truly think," "re-entering society," "expectations for nurses and society," and "difficulty in receiving treatment." Factor analysis on the structure of student learning yielded the factors "Knowledge of Current Situations" and "Knowledge of Internal Aspects of Another." Discussion: The direct experience of listening to the accounts of the self-help group members was a good opportunity for heightening interest levels and eliminating bias among the students. Despite this, there was a lack of consistency in how the members and students applied course experiences. Future course participation should include group work and discussion on the items lacking consistency. Further learning effects may be observed in students by touching upon the emotional states of others and linking inconsistent points to "understanding the internal aspects of others."

application/pdf, 紀要論文, 近年、世界のボーダレス化に伴い日本でも多様な言語文化背景を持つ子どもたちが増えている。そして、それに伴い子どもたちの授業参加の難しさが指摘されている。本稿では多様な背景を持つ子どもたちの授業参加を可能にする手立てを探るため、一名の帰国児童(健二)の授業参加のプロセスを周囲の児童との言語を通した関係作りに注目し明らかにした。まず、教室全体の言語的やり取りの量的変化から授業への参加過程を明らかにし、続いて言語的やりとりの質的変化から授業参加に伴う周囲の児童との関係構築の過程を明らかにした。分析の結果、健二の授業参加は授業に個別に参加する周辺的参加から徐々に授業の流れに直接関わる正統的なものとなっていった。そして、参加の積極化の背景には、参加に向けた健二自身の主体的な関わりと周囲の児童とのことばを通した関係性の構築が影響していることがわかった。, Recently, cross border movement of people has become more common, resulting in an increased number of people with diverse backgrounds. Consequently, the number of children with diverse languages and cultures has grown as well. Sometimes this can cause problems. Many schoolteachers have pointed out that these children often have difficulties participating in class. In this study I try to clarify one way these children can successfully participate in class. Specifically, I observed the participatory behavior of one returnee student named "Kenji". I observed how he gradually began to participate in class by constructing relationships with his classmates through language. First, I analyze the changing process of Kenji's class participation by observing a change in the amount of classroom interaction. Then I analyze how he constructs relationships among his peers together with his class participation by observing a change in the quality and content of interaction. The results show that Kenji's class participation gradually became full participation. And, it becomes clear that Kenji's active participation and the co\ nstruction of relationships with his classmates through language have an influence on Kenji's participation.

この研究の目的は，授業者の手振りとうなずきによる受容的・促進的な「構え」が，子どもの授業参加を促進できるかを調査することにあった．この調査は，６年生（17名:11歳から12歳）の２教科の授業を対象として，６週間に渡って行われた．この調査では，授業者の「構え」（通常／強調）を独立変数として，各授業における子どもの発話数・同時発話数・発話者数・授業時の印象・成績を従属変数とした． その結果，明らかになったことは，①授業者の非言語的行動についての「構え」は分析対象となった手振りとうなずきの頻度を増加させなかった．しかし，②子どもの発話は有意に増加する傾向にあった．同時に，③自発の発話も同様の傾向にあった．なかでも，④男子の発話者が増加した．さらに，⑤第三者（大学生）による授業映像の印象はよい方向ヘシフトした．以上のことから，授業者の非言語的行動に関する「構え」は，子どもの学習に効果があると結論された．
