This paper summarized the auricular acupoint pressing therapy and nursing of a patient with abdominal distension after ovarian cyst surgery by laparoscopy. Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation, auricular acupoint pressing therapy and comprehensive nursing interventions including diet guidance and lifestyle care were carried out to relieve the abdominal distension after ovarian cyst surgery by laparoscopy. This paper summarized the auricular acupoint pressing therapy and nursing management for a patient with insomnia after quitting smoking. In addition to routine nursing, auricular acupoint pressing therapy and related health education were carried out. The sleep monitoring was conducted for the data analysis of sleep quality assessment. Sleep time of the patient was significantly prolonged and sleep quality of the patient was improved after a 2-week intervention. The insomnia symptom after quitting smoking was effectively relieved. Objective To investigate the effect of rubbing therapy with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) ointment in the treatment of primary dysmenorrheal. Methods Totally 82 patients with primary dysmenorrheal were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, with 41 cases in each group. All patients received Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction, and an additional therapy of TCM ointment rubbing was carried out in the treatment group. The pain degree was evaluated by Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), and the effect of intervention was compared between two groups. Results The VAS score dropped in both two groups after treatment, and the VAS score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0. 01). The total effective rate was 90. 24%(37/41)in the treatment group, which was significant higher than 75. 61%(31/41)in the control group (P＜0. 05). Conclusion The rubbing therapy with TCM ointment is effective in pain relief in patients with primary dysmenorrheal. Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) nursing technology has unique advantage in life cultivation and health preservation, chronic disease management and other areas. The community nurses’ awareness of TCM nursing technology remains to be improved. There is an increasing need for TCM nursing among community dwellers in China. However, the promotion and practice of TCM nursing technology provided by community nurses are influenced by the inconsistent standards of medical costs, level of community-based nursing service and other issues. This paper briefly summarized the Application status and thinking of TCM nursing technology in community nursing, in order to provide reference for the community-based promotion and practice. Helicobacter pylori(Hp)is the causative agent of gastritis and peptic ulcers, and its infection is worldwide, with a high rate of infection. Antimicrobials are ineffective in the acidic environment of the stomach, thus requiring treatments that target both bacteria and stomach acid. Omeprazole and amoxicillin were the classic bactericidal and antacid combination therapy, and then developed into triple therapy, i.e., bismuth or proton pump inhibitor + 2 antimicrobials. With the increase of antimicrobial drug resistance, the triple therapy replaced by the new potassium-competitive acid-blocking agent started to be used, and bismuth quadruple therapy was adopted in areas with high rate of clarithromycin resistance, but it was still difficult to stop the declining trend of the eradication rate. Scientists are searching for strategies with non-antimicrobial drugs while continuing to delve into the mechanisms of resistance. Probiotic-assisted therapies and Hp vaccines are expected to improve eradication rates, and stimuli-responsive materials also show potential for eradicating Hp, especially the idea of altering the oxygen environment in the gastric juice so that Hp cannot survive offers a new strategy for eradication. Objective To investigate the effect of blood-letting acupuncture and cupping therapy in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods Totally 60 cases of herpes zoster patients admitted to our department between October 2020 and June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment, and the observation group was given blood-letting acupuncture and cupping therapy on the basis of the control group. In order to optimize the extraction process of compound lipid-lowering oral liquid, the effective components of compound lipid-lowering oral liquid were analyzed by network pharmacology and molecular docking technology, and the optimal extraction process was determined by orthogonal design experiment. The results show that the main active ingredients in compound lipid lowering oral liquid are isohamnetin, kaempferol, quercetin and other flavonoids, which acts on key targets such as AKT1, IL6, PPARG, and plays a role in the treatment of simple obesity through insulin resistance, lipolysis, AMPK and other signaling pathways. Taking the content of total flavonoids and the yield of dry paste as the evaluation indexes, orthogonal design experiment shows that the best extraction conditions are as follows: the charred crataegus, vigna umbellate, cassia seed, poria cocos, semen coicis and Chinese wolfberry are added with 1 500 mL water and steeped for 60 min, decocted for 45 min and then decocted with lotus leaf, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae and rose hips for 25 min. It can be seen that the compound lipid-lowering oral liquid could play an intervention role in the obesity by multicomponent, multi-target, and multi-pathway treatment. Through network pharmacology and molecular docking, the process evaluation index is determined and the preferred process is stable which can lay the foundation for oral liquid product development. Serious stress concentration effect often occurs at the thread root on dredging pump shafts, leading to high stress on the shaft end part. Under the action of alternating load, the pump shaft is prone to fatigue failure, which affects the project progress and economic benefit. In order to study the influence factors of stress concentration for the pump shaft, the trapezoidal thread at the end of the pump shaft of a dredging pump was numerically studied. A two-dimensional axisymmetric finite element model of the end part of the pump shaft was established in ANSYS, and the local maximum stress at the thread root and the stress concentration factor were calculated. Numerical analysis were carried out for the influence factors on the stress concentration factor, i. e., fillet radius at thread root, thread tooth height, thread pitch and thread position. The results show that the stress concentration factor increases with the decrease of the fillet radius of the thread root. The influence of screw height is insignificant and can be ignored. There is a linear positive correlation between the stress concentration factor and the thread pitch. Appropriately increasing the distance between the thread and shaft shoulder can reduce the stress concentration factor. The stress concentration factor calculated in this paper can be used to modify the S-N (Stress-fatigue life) curve of the shaft material, so as to improve the prediction accuracy of the pump shaft fatigue life. Objective To explore the status of job burnout and its influencing factors among public health workers of grassroots Center for Disease Control and Prevention,and to provide references for the occupational mental health intervention.Methods The basic situation questionnaire and the Maslach Burnout Inventory- General Survey were used,the workers of 9 districts and counties level Center for Disease Control and Prevention in the main districts of Chongqing were selected for questionnaire survey.The status of job burnout and its influencing factors were analyzed by Wilcoxon rank sum test and multiple ordered logistic regression. Results A total of 667 questionnaires were sent out,664 of which were valid,with an effective rate of 99.55%.A total of 329(49.55%) workers were detected with job burnout,of which 178(26.81%) were mild, 111(16.72%) were moderate,and 40(6.02%) were high.The job burnout risk of monthly income <3 000 yuan and 3 000-<5 000 yuan were 3.798 times and 3.113 times of ≥8 000 yuan group,respectively(OR= 3.798,95%CI 1.712-8.426;OR=3.113,95%CI 1.701-5.698).Compared with ≥20 years of work experience in disease control institutions,the risk of job burnout was lower for workers with <5 years,5- <10 years and 10-<20 years of work experience(OR=0.491,95%CI 0.276-0.875;OR=0.525,95%CI 0.305-0.904;OR=0.611,95%CI 0.389-0.961).Conclusions The situation of job burnout among public health workers of the grassroots Center for Disease Control and Prevention is severe.It is found that the monthly income and the working years are the influencing factors of job burnout. Objective To explore the competency indicators for disease control workers to be able to work in the grassroots Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and provide reference for the selection of personnel at the grassroots disease control organization. Methods Use literature research, Delphi, and Analytic Hierarchy Process to establish indicators and weights. Results A total of 24 public health experts were included, and two rounds of expert consultation were conducted. The positive coefficient of experts was 100%, the authority coefficient was 0.78, and the consensus of the expert opinions of the two rounds was 0.242 and 0.301, which were statistically significant (P<0.05). The Cronbach's a coefficients for the two rounds of questionnaires were 0.931 and 0.919, respectively. In this study, 3 first level indicators, 8 second level indicators and 52 third level indicators were established. The ranking of the first level indicators weights is: quality and literacy, knowledge structure, abilities and skills. The ranking of the second level indicators weights is: personal characteristics, professional knowledge, professional literacy, professional abilities, vocational education, professional skills, supplementary knowledge, and extraordinary abilities. Among the third level indicators, the top two are the knowledge of preventive medicine and self confidence. Conclusion The results is reliable. Arning at the problems of low permeability, strong water sensitivity, insufficient energy, high freezing point and difficalt development in G fault block at J oilfield, an innovative carbon dioxide miscible fracturing technique is proposed, which is based on the analyses of reservoir characteristics and production dynamic. This technology used carbon dioxide combining with solvent boosting energy storage fracturing to supply formation energy, removed formation blockage by no acid regurgitation and swelling agent, improved low temperature fluidity of crude oil by using pour point depressant, then realized the reservoir reconstruction, increased drainage area, and improved the production. The field tests were carried out with 9 wells in G and L fault blocks. The average daily production after the measures was 1, 7 — 6. 5 times higher than before. Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of RhoA and NF- kappa B and the proliferation and invasion of ovarian cancer cells. Methods: The expression level of RhoA and NF- kappa B in the ovarian cancer cells A2780, SW626, Skow3 and normal ovarian epithelium HOSEA by RT-PCR and Western blot; MTT method was used to determine the cell proliferation ability, and the invasiveness of cells was detectd by transwell assay. Results: The expression of RhoA and NF-κB showed no significance between three ovarian cancer cells, but they were obviously higher than those in the normal ovarian epithelial HOSEA(P<0.05). MTT experimental results show that at 24 h, 48 h, 72 h, 96 h, 120 h, the value of absorption of the overexpression of RhoA and NF- kappa B were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). After RhoA transfection, the transmembrane cell counts of A2780, SW626, Skow3, HOSEA were 33.56± 12.42, 56.21± 9.53, 25.53± 11.89, 0, respectively, indicating that SW626 had the strongest invasiveness (P<0.05). After NF-κB transfection, the transmembrane cell counts of the A2780, SW626, Skow3, HOSEA were 22.53± 12.57, 33.90± 10.12, 45.91± 9.02, 0, Skow3 cells had the largest number of penetrating cells (P＜0.05). Conclusions: The expression of RhoA and NF-κB are increased in ovarian cancer cells, and the overexpression of RhoA and NF-κB can enhance cell proliferation and invasiveness. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Tubal twin gestation is a kind of rare disease, and the incidence only 1/125 000. Due to the unstable hemodynamics, tubal twin gestation is more dangerous than normal ectopic pregnancy. The intraperitoneal hemorrhage of tubal twin gestation may endanger the life of pregnancy women. Objective · To conduct a survey on the current status of professionalism and personal protection in Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) practitioners in Shanghai, analyze the existing problems and provide suggestions, in order to improve work quality and management level of CCSD. Methods · Cluster sampling was used to extract 23 different level hospitals with CSSDs among 4 districts in Shanghai including Jing’an, Jinshan, Qingpu and Jiading. A total of 147 participants consisted of 104 employees and 43 heads of CSSDs. Field investigation and questionnaire survey were applied into CSSD practitioners for investigating their essential information, professionalism and personal protection status. Results · Practitioners in different hospitals showed different professional knowledge, especially practitioners in private hospital performed worse than those in secondary and tertiary-level hospitals in this survey of professionalism. Daily protection measures were defective due to lacking of consciousness of personal protection. Conclusion · There was problem of personal professionalism and protection consciousness in CSSD practitioners.
