硅基光源是实现硅基集成光电子芯片的核心器件,虽然近年来国内外已经取得多项重要成果,但适合于下一代大规模光电集成芯片的小尺寸、低功耗、工艺兼容的高效硅基发光器件仍然缺乏。文章介绍了基于嵌入光学微腔中的锗量子点实现硅基发光器件方面的研究成果,通过将分子束外延生长的锗自组装量子点嵌入硅光子晶体微腔中,实现了室温下处于通信波段的共振发光。通过在图形化衬底上生长实现锗量子点的定位,并精确嵌入光子晶体微腔中,实现了基于锗单量子点的硅基发光器件。

Purpose Mobile-assisted language learning (MALL) apps such as Duolingo have great potential for promoting learners’ motivation to learn a second language (L2). However, little research has investigated how this motivational impact takes place. Additionally, despite the flexibility of mobile learning, most existing studies are conducted in classroom settings, with less attention paid to out-of-school technology usage. Design/Approach/Methods To address these gaps, we present a model based on self-determination theory and propose the idea of “motivational transfer” to explain the psychological mechanism underpinning the impact of technology. To examine the model, we conducted a case study with 20 Year 8 Chinese junior school students who used Duolingo to learn English as a foreign language (EFL) after school for 6 weeks. Findings Questionnaire and group interview data support our hypothesized mechanism: learners’ activity-specific intrinsic motivation (IM) for using Duolingo and their underlying psychological need for autonomy and competence can be transferred to a more general level, thereby enhancing learners’ global IM for L2. Originality/Value The proposed theoretical model expands our understanding of how digital technology stimulates learners’ L2 motivation; it can help L2 educators design better technological affordances to promote learners’ motivation both in and outside the classroom.

2018年5月，有市民在西山区滇池边发现1只死亡池鹭，送于云南农业大学，为明确其死因进行剖检。无菌采集其肠道内容物进行细菌分离培养、生化鉴定、16S rDNA 扩增片段同源性分析，确定致病细菌和其亲缘关系；剖检发现其肠道内有寄生虫，提取虫体DNA进行PCR扩增确定寄生虫类型。结果显示，分离到的致病菌为福氏志贺氏菌，命名为YNCL2018，寄生虫鉴定为蛔虫。诊断该池鹭为福氏志贺氏菌与蛔虫混合感染致死。

【Objective】The Paper aims to explor the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) of 5'-flanking and Intron 1 in growth hormone (GH) gene and the comb traits of Ningdu yellow chicken, and find molecular markers for the comb traits selection of local chicken breeds.【Method】The comb trait data at seven different week age of 499 Ningdu yellow chickens were recorded including comb height, comb length, comb thickness, wattle length, wattle thickness and number of comb teeth. These traits were associated with SNPs in the 5'- flanking and Intron 1 regions of GH gene using statistical analysis system (SAS). 【Result】A total of 13 SNPs were significantly associated with comb height trait (P < 0.05), including C1272225T, G1272611A, C1271211T, C1270902T, A1270769G, G1270640C, T1270578C, G1270503C, T1270451C, C1270032T. A1270769G was significantly correlated with the comb height traits at seven different week age. G1272611A was significantly associated with the comb height traits at five different week age. A total of 10 SNPs were significantly associated with comb length trait (P < 0.05), including C1272225T, G1272611A, C1271211T, C1270902T, A1270769G, G1270640C, T1270578C, G1270503C, T1270451C, C1270032T. C1271211T was significantly correlated with the comb length at six different week age. G1272611A was significantly correlated with the comb length at five different week age. The locus G1272611A was significantly associated with both comb length and height trait at five consecutive weeks, which had two genotypes in this population, GG and GA, comb height or length of GG genotype individuals were significantly higher than those of GA genotype.【Conclusion】G1272611A could be used as a candidate molecular marker for selection of Ningdu yellow chicken comb traits. [Objective] In order to provide theoretical support for ecological restoration and sustainable development of walnut industry in rocky desertification area, effects of different walnut intercroppings on soil nutrient content, microbe quantity and enzyme activity were studied. [Method] Six different interplanting modes including walnut (CK), walnut/sweet potato, walnut/com, walnut/cannabis, walnut/soybean and walnut/peanut (treatment 2 —6) were designed in Dongshan, Bama, Guangxi. Soil nutrient content, microbe quantity and enzyme activity in different treatments were analyzed and Pearson correlation coefficient was used to evaluate the correlation among the three. [Result] Compared to the corresponding CK, the content of alkali-hydrolyzed N, available P and available K in soil of walnut/soybean, walnut/sweet potato and walnut/corn were significantly increased by 19. 92%, 63. 45% and 102.98%, respectively (P <0. 05, the same as below) . Organic matter content of walnut/peanut treatment increased by 14. 32 %, but the difference was not significant (P >0. 05) . Compared with the corresponding CK, the number of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes in walnut/soybean, walnut/peanut and walnut/soybean treatments increased by 40.24%,100. 00% and 42.16%, respectively. Fungi amout of walnut/peanut was significanly higher than CK. Compared with the corresponding CK, the activities of soil cellulase, urease and acid phosphatase in walnut/com,walnut/sweet potato and walnut/com treatments were significantly increased by 118. 15 %,21. 50% and 137.94%, respectively. The results of correlation analysis showed that soil enzyme activity and soil available nutrient content promoted each other, among them, acid phosphatase was extremely positively correlated with available K(P <0. 01) and significantly positively correlated with available P, while urease activity was significantly positively correlated with available P, and cellulase activity was significantly positively correlated with available K, cellulase activity and organic matter. [Conclusion] In Bama, Hechi, Guangxi, the available N,available P, available K and organic matter in walnut/soybean,walnut/sweet potato, walnut/com and walnut/peanut treatment groups were the highest. The number of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes in the walnut/soybean group, walnut/peanut and walnut/soybean treatment group were the highest among the whole groups. Objective To observe the long-term progress of paravertebral ossification (PO) of adjacent segments and normal segments following cervical artificial disc replacement (CADR) based on CT examination. Methods Forty-five patients who underwent CADR were included. The segments were divided into the following groups: operative level, ad 」acent level, or non-adjacent level groups (control group). Preoperative and final follow-up CT images (range 57-108 months) were collected. We took the center of each segment of the vertebral body as the center of a circle and divided each segment into four areas: left Luschka joint area (L), right Luschka」oint area (R), anterior area (A), posterior area (P). PO from the C2/3 to C7/T1 segments in each patient was graded based on CT images. Results The proportion of high-level PO (grades 2 and 3) in every areas in the operative level group, adjacent level group, and control group was higher than that before surgery (P < 0. 05). Progression of PO in Land R areas in the operative level group was significantly more severe than that in the control group (P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in PO progression in the A and P areas between the operative level group and the control group, and there was no significant difference in PO progression between the adjacent level group and the control group (both P > 0. 05). C . Conclusions The incidence of PO after CADR is significantly higher in comparison with that in the preoperative status. Progression of PO with CADR at the operative level is concentrated in areas of the Luschka Jointsrather than A and P areas. 【Objective】The objective of the paper is to provide a reference for soil nutrient management and sustainable operation in Karst areas.【Method】The soil samples were collected from woodland and dry land in Baiduo Village(dolomite areas) and Shiqiao Village(limestone areas) in Shibing County,Guizhou Province,and then the soil nutrient was analyzed.【Result】The soil developed from dolomite was featured with higher organic matters,total N,available P,available K and hydrolysable N.The soil developed from limestone was featured with higher total P and total K.Total N was positively and very significantly related to hydrolysable N and organic carbon in soil developed from limestone and dolomite.Hydrolysable N was positively and significantly related to organic carbon in limestone areas.Hydrolysable N was positively and very significantly related to organic carbon in dolomite areas.Land use patterns had obvious effects on nutrient content in soil developed from limestone and dolomite.Soil total K,total N,hydrolysable N and organic carbon content in limestone woodland was higher than dry land,and available K,total P,available P and pH was lower than dry land.Soil total P and available P in dolomite woodland are lower than dry land,and other indexes are higher than dry land.The organic matter,total N,total P and total K content in dolomite-developed soil was Grade II,Grade I,Grade VI and Grade III respectively.The organic matter,total N,total P and total K content in limestone-developed soil was Grade II,Grade I,Grade V and Grade I separately.【Conclusion】Soil nutrient was not only affected by soil forming rock,but also affected by land use pattern. [Objective]To provide a scientific basis for the promotion of sugarcane filter mud organic manure, the effects of different proportion of sugarcane filter mud organic manure and compound fertilizer on agronomic traits, yield and quality fertilized of Chinese flowering cabbage were explored. [Method] Five different fertilization including no fertilizer(I), 100 % compound fertilizer(II), 75 % compound fertilizer + 25 % organic manure (III), 50 % compound fertilizer + 50 % organic manure(IV) and 25 % compound fertilizer + 75 % organic manure(IV) were applied to Chinese flowering cabbage. [Result] In the early stage of growth, the best agronomic traits of Chinese flowering cabbage showed in 25 % compound fertilizer + 75 % organic manure treatment (V). The second sampling showed that the plant height, leaf length and leaf width were increased with increasing organic manure contents while the trend of stem diameter and the leaf number was the opposite. The yield, economic benefit and net income of Chinese flowering cabbage in 50 % compound fertilizer + 50 % organic manure (IV) treatment were the best among all treatments. With the increase of organic manure content, soluble sugar, total sugar content and vitamin C of Chinese flowering cabbage presented an increasing trend. [Conclusion] Considering the agronomic traits, yield, quality and the risk of environmental pollution, 50 % compound fertilizer + 50 % organic manure(IV) was the best proportion for planting Chinese flowering cabbage.
