Objective: To explore the latent profiles of distress disclosure in patients undergoing assisted reproductive technology (ART), and to analyze the influence factors among different classes. Methods: Through the convenience sampling, patients undergoing ART were recruited from Women′s Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from August to October 2023. Basic Information Questionnaire and Distress Disclosure Index(DDI) were collected. Mplus 8.0 was used for exploratory latent profile analysis, and SPSS 27.0 for univariate analysis and multinomial Logistic regression. Results: A total of 192 patients undergoing ART were finally investigated with a median DDI score 39.00 (31.00, 47.00). Distress disclosure manifested itself in 3 potential categories named low disclosure type (n=41, 21.4%), medium disclosure type (n=82, 42.7%) and high disclosure type (n=69, 35.9%). Multinomial Logistic regression showed that the education level, place of residence, number of ART treatment cycles, source of reproductive pressure, financial burden during treatment and the cause of infertility were factors influencing the latent profiles of distress disclosure in patients undergoing ART (all P<0.05). Conclusions: The distress disclosure in patients undergoing ART has obvious classification characteristics. Medical staff should identify patients and carry out the targeted interventions according to the patients with different distress disclosure characteristics to self-expression in order to reduce psychological distress. 鲁克沁构造带稠油藏属于吐哈盆地前侏罗系稠油分布区.研究表明，其油源为台北凹陷二叠系，中高孔、渗的中上三叠统为其提供了良好的储层条件.鲁克沁构造带三叠系油藏烃类注入至少有两期，早期为晚三叠世-早侏罗世，晚期是晚白垩世，并以早期注入为主.稠油成藏则由多因素综合作用造成，由于早期源岩成熟度较低，原油本身较稠，而油气运移过程中轻质组分散失、生物降解和盆地抬升剥蚀阶段大气水下渗所导致的水洗氧化等作用则使其进一步稠化.

油气的运移、聚集与地下水动力场的形成与演化密切相关.随着沉积盆地的形成与演化,地下水动力场也有形成、发展和消亡的过程.讨论鄂尔多斯盆地地下水动力场的形成与演化,推断其油气的分布规律:大气水下渗——向心流处为水区,天然气离心流区为气区,越流天然气漏失区对应于气水共存过渡区.

Objective: To explore the relationship among loneliness, rumination and suicidal ideation in college students. Methods: Totally 915 college students [712 males, 203 females, average age( 20 ± 4) years]were assessed with UCLA Loneliness Scale( UCLA), Ruminative Responses Scale( RRS) and Beck Scale for Suicide Ideation-Chinese Version( BSICV). Bootstrap and structural equation model were used to test the mediating effect of rumination on relationship between loneliness and suicidal ideation. Results: Bootstrap test showed that symptom rumination mediated loneliness and suicidal ideation( 95% CI: 0. 002-0. 009). The structural equation model proved to exhibit an appropriate data fit( χ2/df = 3. 50, RMSEA = 0. 05, CFI = 0. 99, GFI = 0. 96). Conclusion: Loneliness may be related to suicidal ideation in college students, and rumination( symptom rumination) mediates the relationship between loneliness and suicide ideation. Objective: To explore school counselors' attitude and decision-making towards dual relationship and confidentiality. Methods: Totally 123 school counselors (27 males and 96 females, aged 20 to 60 years old, 41 primary and secondary counselors, 82 college counselors) filled up of self-designed Questionnaire for School Psychological Consultants on Dual Relationship and Confidentiality Rules, and the related factors which could influence the school counselors' attitude and their decision-making in dual relationship and confidentiality in the counseling work. Results: Totally 71.5% (n=88) school counselors chose not to accept other relationships with students after counseling, 14.6% (n=18) school counselors chose to accept other relationships with students after counseling. The school counselors who had not accepted supervision easier to answer as "accept other relationship may raise clients self-esteem or feelings" than those had got supervision (P<0.05). The school counselor believed that the confidentiality agreement should be breached of the top 3 (suicide attention, drug use and bad gangs). Counselors easier to breach confidentiality agreements on situation of students had suicide plans than situation of students had plans to run away from home (P<0.001). Conclusion: This study shows that two factors, including supervision and differential clients "issue may have effect on school counselors" attitudes and decision-making towards dual relationship and confidentiality situation in their counseling practice. Objective： To explore the deafness susceptibility gene carrier and gene mutation type in non-syndromic hearing loss cases, and provide scientific evidences for deafness patients treating and genetic counseling. Methods： A total of 821 cases of non-syndromic hearing loss were enrolled in study, and peripheral blood was collected to extract genomic DNA and detect the mutation of nine mutational hotspots of four common deafness susceptibility genes, GJB2, GJB3, SLC26A4 and mitochondrion 12S rRNA. Results： There were 375 cases with positive results of mutation for deafness susceptibility gene in 821 non-syndromic hearing loss cases. The positive rate of mutation was 45.7%, and no significant difference was found in the positive rate of mutation between male and female(P=0.625). A total of 447 gene loci mutation was found, in nine mutational hotspots of four common deafness susceptibility genes, 375 cases carried deafness susceptibility gene. Moreover, 241 cases carried gene loci mutation of GJB2 gene (53.9%), and 235 del C loci had the highest rate of mutation. There were 126 cases carried gene loci mutation of SLC26A4 gene (28.2%), and the main mutation loci was IVS7-2 A 〉 G. There were 79 cases carried gene loci mutation ofmitochondrion 12S rRNA gene (17.7%), and the highest rate of mutation came from 1555 A 〉 G loci. Only one case carried gene loci mutation ofGJB3 gene (0.2%). Analysis of the kind of mutation for 375 cases which carried deafness susceptibility gene, and results showed that there were 304 cases with one kind of mutation (81.1%), and 70 cases with two kind of mutation (18.7%), but only one case with three kind of mutation (0.3%). Conclusion： High rate of mutation for 235 del C loci of GJB2 gene, and IVS7-2 A 〉 G loci of SLC26A4 gene was found in non-syndromic hearing loss cases. Objective: To explore the mediating effect of positive emotion on relationship between cognition reappraisal and meaning of life in freshmen. Methods: Totally 192 freshmen[62 males and 130 females, aged 18 to 22 years, mean age (20 ±2) years] were assessed with the Chinese version of the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ), Positive words of the Positive and Negative Affect Scale (PANAS) and Chinese version of the Meaning of Life Questionnaire (MLQ). Interval of 3 months of longitudinal data was used to investigate the mediating role of positive emotions in cognitive reappraisal sense and meaning of life. Results: The EPQ scores were positively correlated with the scores of PA, MLQ-P, and MLQ-SQ- =0. 17 -0. 26, Ps < 0. 05). The PA scores were positively correlated with the scores of MLQ-P and MLQ-S (r =0. 16 -0. 35, Ps <0. 05). Bootstrap test showed that positive emotions mediated meaning of life through cognitive reappraisal (95% CI: 0. 065 - 0. 295). The structural equation model proved to exhibit an appropriate data fit (X2/df= 1. 58, RMSEA =0. 06, CFI =0. 98, GFI =0. 95). Conclusion: It indicates that cognitive reappraisal is related to meaning of life and positive emotions, and positive emotions mediate the relationship between cognitive reappraisal and meaning of life among freshmen. 消化道内窥镜技术因极其重要的临床意义而蓬勃发展、日益更新。新阶段下电子胃镜不仅仅是以往的 常规胃镜检查与活检，更重要的是加上放大、染色胃镜及内镜窄带成像技术（NBI）筛查不易发现的上消化道早期癌，以 及各种止血治疗、黏膜及黏膜下病变切除、甚至超声胃镜引导下胆胰疾病的诊治、经内镜逆行胰胆管造影（ERCP）和经 口内镜下肌切开术（POEM）等。因此，胃镜技术得到了更为广泛的普及应用，目前县级及以下的基层医院已广泛开展， 但是由于基础理论知识欠缺、规范的操作流程缺乏等导致基层医院胃镜医师对疾病的诊治水平参差不齐，漏诊、误诊层 出不穷。该院作为国家内镜培训基地，每年为贵州省基层医院培养大量胃镜医师，在教学与培训过程中不断总结经验和 吸取教训，以期尽可能地提高进修医师的胃镜诊治水平，造福于患者。该文总结了新阶段下基层医院进修医师电子胃镜 教学的意见或建议，希望给胃镜培训基地带教教师及广大进修医师带来启示。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Wnt／β-catenin 是经典Wnt 信号通路，主要调控细胞的增殖能力。肠道肿瘤是消化系统常见的恶性肿瘤 之一，肿瘤干细胞(CSC)在其发生、转移和复发中具有重要作用。研究发现，经典Wnt 信号通路对结肠CSC 的生成 及结直肠癌转移具有关键性调控作用，Lgr5 是其诱导产生CSC 的重要标志，针对该通路的靶向治疗可以抑制结肠 CSC 的生物学行为。因此，深入了解经典Wnt 信号通路与CSC 的分子的关系，或许可以从根源上遏制结肠肿瘤的 发生、发展及转移，对肿瘤防治有重要意义。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

目的:探讨5-脂氧合酶活化蛋白(FLAP)抑制剂MK886对人结肠癌细胞HT-29增殖的影响及其作用机制。方法分别采用12．5、25、50、75、100、200μmol/L的MK886干预体外培养的HT-29细胞，分别于干预24、48 h时采用CCK-8法测定细胞增殖抑制率，结果显示MK886抑制HT-29细胞增殖最佳作用时间为48 h、最佳浓度为48．12μmol/L。选择48．12μmol/L MK886干预HT-29细胞(MK886组)，另设对照组(不干预)，干预24 h时采用Real-time PCR技术检测Ascl2 mRNA表达，干预24、48、72 h时分别采用Western blotting 法检测 Ascl2 mRNA和蛋白表达。结果经过48．12μmol/L MK886干预24 h时HT-29细胞中Ascl2 mRNA相对表达量为0．35±0．02，对照组为0．72±0．02，两组比较P<0．01。48．12μmol/L MK886作用24、48、72 h时HT-29细胞中Ascl2蛋白相对表达量分别为1．75±0．13、1．10±0．15、0．71±0．19，均较对照组降低(P均<0．05)；且随着MK886作用时间延长， Ascl2蛋白相对表达量逐渐下调(P均<0．05)。结论 FLAP抑制剂MK886能抑制人结肠癌细胞HT-29增殖，其机制可能与下调Ascl2 mRNA和蛋白表达有关。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
