链式静止同步串联补偿器以其模块化、可扩展、高压大容量的特点，在未来电网中应用前景广阔。在介绍静止同步串联补偿器调节电网潮流的原理基础之上，采用了针对链式拓扑的分层控制策略，包括系统级、装置级和模块级的控制。然后，针对链式静止同步串联补偿器常见的IGBT开路故障，提出一种软件故障诊断方法。该方法无需增加额外的测点，可作为常规硬件检测方法的补充和后备方案。最后，仿真验证了静止同步串联补偿器的控制策略和IGBT开路故障软件诊断方法的有效性。

【目的】探索组蛋白H3K27me3 甲基转移酶Ezh2 在间充质干细胞内缺失对小鼠骨骼肌细胞分化及骨骼肌线粒体的影响。【方法】构建Ezh2 间充质干细胞条件性敲除小鼠（Ezh2F/FPrx1-Cre）。HE 染色、改良Gomori 三色染色及四氮唑还原酶染色（NADH-TR）法观察细胞形态及线粒体情况。电镜观察骨骼肌细胞和线粒体超微结构。Western Blot 法检测 6 周龄小鼠骨骼肌细胞中 Ezh2、H3K27me3 和骨骼肌分化相关基因 Myogenin、Myosin、Desmin 及线粒体蛋白CytC 的蛋白表达量。Realtime RT-qPCR 法检测骨骼肌分化相关基因和线粒体相关基因的表达情况。免疫组化染色检测骨骼肌中CytC 的表达量，ATP 含量测定试剂盒检测骨骼肌细胞内ATP 含量。HE和NADH-TR 染色观察2 周龄小鼠骨骼肌。检测6 周龄小鼠棕色脂肪中Ezh2 蛋白含量，电镜观察小鼠棕色脂肪中的线粒体。【结果】敲除组骨骼肌中 Ezh2 及H3K27me3 蛋白含量均明显降低。敲除组小鼠的骨骼肌肌纤维粗细不等，部分核内移，骨骼肌分化标志物 Myogenin 和 MhcIIb 的 mRNA 表达明显减少（均 P < 0.05），Myogenin 蛋白表达量减少，NADH-TR 和 CytC 免疫组化染色显示线粒体增加。电镜下敲除组骨骼肌肌原纤维粗细不等，细胞膜下及肌原纤维间线粒体数量明显增加，呈团块状聚集。线粒体无水肿，嵴无明显减少。敲除组线粒体相关基因CytC、Tfam、Pgc1α的mRNA 和CytC 蛋白表达升高（均P < 0.05），但ATP 含量明显降低（P < 0.05）。2 周龄小鼠骨骼肌纤维粗细不等，但 NADH 含量无差别。电镜下 6 周龄小鼠棕色脂肪细胞线粒体无数量增加或形态异常。【结论】Ezh2 在间充质干细胞阶段对小鼠骨骼肌细胞分化是必须的，并维持线粒体产生ATP 的功能。Ezh2 缺失小鼠骨骼肌细胞线粒体产生ATP 减少，线粒体数量代偿性增加。

局部热消融是肝癌三种可达根治效果的方法之一，此方法针对早期肿瘤，在影像学方法引导下将针型器具插入肿瘤内部，通过改变局部温度造成组织坏死，使坏死范围覆盖整个瘤体，达到原位灭活肿瘤的目的。虽然热消融具有创伤小，费用低等优势，但是在病灶显示欠佳，病灶邻近肝内、肝周重要结构时，仍有可能出现消融不完全或者热损伤并发症。本文就复杂肝癌病灶的消融策略和技巧做一综述。

【目的】探讨基于肝表面智能自动对位法的超声-CT/MR融合成像在肝脏局灶性病变定位的可行性及简便性。【方法】采用飞利浦EPIQ7的PercuNav融合成像系统对30例增强CT或MR发现肝内局灶性病变的患者进行超声-CT/MR融合成像检查。同时采用系统配置的基于肝表面智能自动对位法（智能法）和常规内定标人工对位法（人工法）进行融合成像配准，比较两种方法的配准成功率、初步配准误差、微调配准次数。【结果】所有30例患者中，智能法和人工法的配准成功率均为96.67%（29/30），且初步配准误差和微调配准次数两种方法之间比较无统计学差异（P>0.05）。进一步分层分析，左肝病例中，人工法的初步配准误差优于智能法，差异有统计学意义（P=0.00），而微调配准次数虽然人工法少于智能法，但两者比较差异无统计学意义（P=0.09）；而在右肝病例中，智能法的初步配准误差和微调配准次数均优于人工法，差异有统计学意义（P

文章利用光子转换理论给出了两种光纤的任意信道间隔、N信道单向受激拉曼散射（SRS）的稳态分析结果,提出了一种新型的具有平坦增益的宽带拉曼光纤放大器（FRA）。对64信道的波分复用（WDM）系统进行了仿真,为FRA增益平坦化提供了一种新的实现方法。

性别鉴定是调查野生种群雌雄性比的重要方法,对野生动物种群管理具有重要意义。而牙釉质（AMEL）基因在性染色体上具有较高的保守性,在鉴定动物性别方面得到了应用,本次试验采用北京麋鹿生态实验中心的15头糜鹿组织样本,其中11个来自雄性麇鹿鹿茸,4个来自雌性糜鹿静脉血液。对所取样本分别进行基因组DNA提取、AMEL基因片段PCR扩增、纯化、测序。得到了AMEL基因鉴定和实际雌雄性别个数差异不显著（P>0.05）。结果表明:雌性麋鹿产生1条322 bpX带和1条N带,雄性麋鹿则产生322 bpX带和277 bpY带以及1条N带,雄鹿（10/10）和雌鹿（4/4）性别鉴定结果分别都与实际性别符合,所以,使用鹿茸角和血液样本进行AMEL.基因扩增电泳分析可以对糜鹿性别鉴定。

With the deepening reform of China's energy structure, actively developing nuclear energy has become a major trend. The fourth-generation nuclear energy system represents the trend and technological frontier of nuclear power development, therefore, the research on lead-cooled fast neutron reactors has attracted much attention internationally. Based on the open-source software OpenMC developed by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology( MIT) for the Monte Carlo neutron transport equation in reactors, the advanced lead fast reactor European demonstrator ( ALFRED) was selected as the research object, and two distinct coolant materials were used to conduct physical calculations of the lead cooled fast reactor core. The results show that under identical fuel loading conditions, the utilization of lead-bismuth coolant yields a significant enhancement in the reactor core's initial reactivity by 271 × 10-5 . Moreover, the reactor core manifests a heightened proportion of effective delayed neutrons during normal commercial operation. Additionally, the neutron spectrum of the reactor core exhibits broader and harder characteristics, while also showcasing improved burning efficacy for the 239Pu nuclide within the fuel matrix. Consequently, the employment of lead-bismuth alloy coolant within the ALFRED reactor core culminates in a heightened effective multiplication factor. This augmentation holds promise for enhancing the controllability and burnup performance of the reactor core, while concurrently mitigating the generation of radioactive waste. The volatile components of Citri Grandis Exocarpium from Huazhou (CGEH) and Guangxi (CGEG) were analyzed by portable gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography-time-of-flight mass spectrometry (GC×GC- TOF MS) combined with headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS/SPME). Due to its limited separation ability, the portable GC-MS can identify only 8 chemicals in CGEH and 4 chemicals in CGEG and is not able to determine any marker compounds which can distinguish CGEH over CGEG. While the merit of GC GC-TOF MS is strong separation ability, allowing the identification of 304 chemicals in CGEH and CGEG, of which 261 chemicals are reported for the first time. Among them are 52 compounds only detected in CGEH, 81 ones unique in CGEG, and 171 detected in both CGEH and CGEG. The volatile components in CGEH and CGEG are classified into 17 and 19 types, respectively. The contents of alkene aromatics, hydrocarbons and alcohols in both CGEH and CGEG are relatively high. The principal component analysis (PCA) and orthogonal partial least squares (OPLS-DA) were further performed on the MS data obtained by GC GC-TOF MS. The results indicated that there is basically no difference from different batches of fruits in the same region, while have obvious differences between CGEH and CGEG. Among these different components, 10 compounds including 3,4-diethyl-1,1'-biphenyl, 1-methyl-4-(1-methylethenyl)-1,2-cyclohexanediol, 1-dodecanol, a-ethylidene-benzeneacetaldehyde, 3,8-dimethyl-undecane, tetradecanal, 2-methyl- tridecane, 5-methyl-2(5H)-furanone, tetraethylene glycol, sabinol in CGEH are screened out with the values of Pearson correlation coefficient [p(corr)|>0.9, p>0.06 and variable influence on projection (VIP) value 1.1. On the other hand, several marker compounds, such as cedrane, hibaene, 1,3,5- tris(methylene)-cycloheptane, (E)-longipinane, 1,1,6,6-tetramethylspiro[4.4]nonane, 2-(4a,8-dimethyl- 1,2,3,4,4a,8a-hexahydro-2-naphthalenyl)-2-propanol, gurjunene, [15-(10,40,7a)]-1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8- octahydro-1,4,9,9-tetramethyl-4,7-methanoazulene, (2R,5S)-2-methyl-5-(prop-1-en-2-yl)-2-vinyltetra- hydrofuran, copaene, spathulenol, B-elemene, sativene, N-[4-bromo-n-butyl]-2-piperidinone, eremophilene, 100-eremophilane, oleyl alcohol, trifluoroacetate, and selinane are picked up in CGEG. These results proved that GC×GC-TOF MS can identify markers of Citri Grandis Exocarpium, while portable GC-MS can not. Objective To investigate the preventive effect of ankle pump exercise in the prevention and treatment of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity during perioperative knee arthroscopy. Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in sports medicine department of our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the whole course group, the postoperative group, the anticoagulation group and the control group by simple random sampling method, with 25 cases in each group. In the whole course group, patients received ankle pump exercise from admission to discharge. In the postoperative group, patients started ankle pump exercise immediately after awaking from surgical anesthesia until discharge. In the anticoagulation group. hypodermic injection of low molecular weight heparin sodium was given to prevent thrombus until discharge, and ankle pump exercise was not performed. The control group could not exercise ankle pump and prevent thrombus with drugs and the affected limb was moved regularly after surgery. D-dimer and lower limb blood vessel color Doppler ultrasound were performed before and on the 3rd day after operation to detect the occurrence of lower limb thrombosis in the four groups. Results A total of six cases of thrombus occurred in the control group (24.0%). The incidence of thrombus in the postoperative group, the whole course group and the anticoagulation group was 0. The incidence of thrombus in the postoperative group, the whole course group and the anticoagulation group was significantly different from that in the control group (X²=12.471.P<0.001). There was a statistically significant difference in BMI between the hypercoagulable group and the non hypercoagulable group (P< 0.05). The incidence of hypercoagulability in the control group [64.0% (16/25)] was significantly higher than that in the postoperative group [24.0% (6/25)], the whole course group [12.0% (3/25)], and the anticoagulation group [0(0/25)], with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Regular ankle pump exercise during perioperative operation under knee arthroscopy could effectively prevent deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity.
