为提高耦合波导系统的透明度,文章重点分析了波导损耗、非线性以及周期调制参数对系统性能的影响。在弱波导理论近似下,采用龙格-库塔算法数值求解非线性薛定谔方程,发现随着耦合波导损耗的增大,输入波导的透明度表现出先衰减而后增强的反直觉现象。进一步研究表明,提高输入波导的非线性强度,可以有效地提高输入波导中的光强分布,表现为光信号透明度的增强,该研究结论对于普通耦合系统和周期调制系统具有普适性。因此,提高输入波导的非线性,增强耦合波导的损耗,并对输入波导进行适当的周期调制,可以获得最大的透明度。

采用周期调制技术,系统研究了线形和正三角形结构的三光纤耦合系统中光信号传输量子特性的差别。在紧束缚近似下,得到三光纤耦合系统中光信号传输的耦合模方程组,并对不同系统参数对一些重要量子现象的影响进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,结构不同会导致量子隧穿及相干隧穿破坏等量子特性的改变,从而影响光信号能量分布及震荡频率。研究结果对设计新型的光交叉连接器等光纤器件有指导意义。

Objective To explore the risk factors of postpartum anxiety in women undergoing cesarean section after the full implementation of the policy that a couple can have two children. Methods 154 women who underwent elective cesarean section were selected as the research subjects. One day before and after surgery, Clinical data were collected on the 2nd day after surgery and 6 weeks after surgery. The mothers were evaluated with the Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and the Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale (EPDS) on the 1st day before surgery and 6 weeks after surgery. Maternal women were divided into anxiety group and normal group based on Zhou's SAS score. The relevant data of the two groups were statistically analyzed to analyze the risk factors of anxiety disorder. Results: Pain during activity 24 hours after surgery, time to get out of bed for the first time after surgery, removal of urinary catheter Time, days of hospitalization, and maternal overall dissatisfaction with the postpartum recovery period (confinement period) are related to postpartum anxiety, and the differences are statistically significant (P<0.05). Multifactor Logistic regression analysis showed that overall maternal dissatisfaction with the confinement period ( OR=7.741, 95%CI: 3.612～16.591, P<0.001) is an independent risk factor for anxiety disorder in women with cesarean section 6 weeks after delivery. Conclusion: The incidence of anxiety disorder in women with cesarean section is higher 6 weeks after delivery. Satisfaction during pregnancy can reduce the incidence of postpartum anxiety. Based on the system research data at home and abroad, the rock mass structure information collection and integration, dangerous rock stability reliability analysis, rock collapse disaster monitoring and prevention were summarized and researched, in order to analyze the current research status of the tunnel rock collapse disasters. Combined with the research work, the theory and technical defects of rock collapse disaster were summarized, and the relevant prevention and control measures against dangerous rock fall were also analyzed, so as to provide theory basics for dangerous rock collapse during tunnel construction. Objective To study the application effects of humanistic care in therapeutic hemapheresis for treating high leukocyte leukemia. Methods Totally 82 patients receiving leukapheresis in the hematologic department of our hospital from June 2012 to July 2014 were selected and divided into the study group (42 cases) and control group (40 cases). The study group used the humanistic care during the whole process of therapeutic leukapheresis, including the interview and evaluation before leukapheresis, environment during leukapheresis, position, puncture technique, psychological support and follow-up observation after leukapheresis, while the control group adopted the everyday routine care. The occurrence rate of adverse reactions at puncture site and the care satisfaction degree on leukapheresis process were compared between the two groups. Results The care satisfaction degree on leukapheresis process in the study group [95.2% (40/42)], which was significantly higher than 70.0% (28/40) in the control group, while the occurrence rate of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group [11.9%(5/42)vs. 45.0% (18/40)], the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Applying the humanistic care in the leukapheresis therapy can decrease the incidence rate of adverse reactions and increases patients′ satisfaction. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

OBJECTIVE: To probe into the clinical efficacy of omeprazole combined with comprehensive nursing intervention in treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. METHODS: 100 patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage admitted into Hanchuan People's Hospital from Aug. 2013 to Aug. 2015 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table, with 50 cases in each. The control group were given conventional western clinical treatment combined with conventional nursing; while the observation group additionally received omeprazole combined with comprehensive nursing intervention. The clinical treatment effects of two groups were observed. RESULTS: After treatment and nursing intervention, the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, the bleeding time and amount of bleeding after treatment in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0. 05). CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of omeprazole combined with comprehensive nursing intervention in treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage is significant, which can effectively shorten the bleeding time of patients and reduce the patient's amount of bleeding after treatment.
