目的研究剖宫产术后再次妊娠阴道分娩的相关影响因素。方法选取2012年4月至2016年5月该 院收治的经剖宫产术后再次妊娠行阴道分娩的孕妇146例，均无阴道分娩相关禁忌证。对146例孕妇的临床相关资料及 妊娠方式、结局等进行回顾性分析，研究剖宫产后术后再次妊娠阴道分娩的相关影响因素。结果 146例孕妇中，成功阴 道分娩108例，成功率为73.97%;出现产后出血15例（10.27% )，子宫破裂4例（2.74% )，新生儿窒息3例（2.05%)。与阴 道分娩成功组比较，阴道分娩失败组孕妇年龄较大，孕前体质量指数（BMI)较高，孕周较长，近分娩时子宫颈Bishop宫颈 成熟度评分较低，胎儿体质量高，引产率较高，差异均有统计学意义(P<〇.〇5)。结论剖宫产后孕妇再次妊娠经阴道分娩 的影响因素较多，主要包括年龄、孕前BMI、胎儿体质量、孕周、子宫颈Bishop宫颈成熟度评分等。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
