Objective The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of different dressings on poor wound healing in patients undergoing surgery via posterior midline approach. Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent surgery via posterior midline approach in the pediatric ward of Neurosurgery Center of Tiantan Hospital were included as research objects. All pediatric patients were divided into control group and intervention group by using random number table method. The pediatric patients in the control group (30 cases) were protected by standard wound dressings starting from the first dressing change after surgery, while the pediatric patients in the intervention group (30 cases) were received intervention (silver alginate ion dressing + hydrocolloid dressing protection) starting from the first dressing change after surgery. The incisions of all pediatric patients were examined daily starting from the first day post-surgery to assess postoperative wound healing, and frequency of dressing changes during the healing process was recorded. Results The healing time of incision grade A in the intervention group was significantly shorter than that in the control group［(12. 02±1. 69) days vs. (15. 90±2. 30) days］, with a statistically significant difference (P＜0. 01). The number of dressing changes in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group ［(2. 13±0. 99) vs. (3. 05±0. 85)］, with a statistically significant difference (P＜0. 05). Conclusion The utilization of silver alginate + hydrocolloid dressing outperformed traditional dressings in safeguarding against impaired wound healing following a posterior median surgical approach. This intervention not only shorten wound healing time but also reduced the frequency of dressing changes, thereby alleviating pain and promoting prompt wound recovery among pediatric patients. (目的 观察不同敷料对后正中手术入路切口愈合不良的影响差异。方法 选取2021年3月—7月于首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院神经外科中心小儿病区住院期间行后正中入路手术的病例60例, 采用随机数字表法分为对照组和干预组。对照组30例, 即患儿从术后第一次换药时开始仅给予普通敷料保护; 干预组30例, 即患儿从术后第一次换药时开始给予切口干预(藻酸盐银离子敷料+水胶体敷料保护)。从术后第1天开始对所有患儿切口进行检查, 明确术后切口愈合情况, 伤口愈合期间的换药次数, 观察不同敷料对后正中手术入路切口愈合不良的影响差异。结果 术后切口甲级愈合时间干预组(12. 02±1. 69) d, 较对照组(15. 90±2. 30) d缩短, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05); 换药次数干预组(2. 13±0. 99)次, 低于对照组的(3. 05±0. 85) 次, 差异具有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。结果 给予藻酸盐银离子+水胶体敷料保护对后正中手术入路切口愈合不良的效果优于传统敷料保护, 不仅缩短了切口愈合的时间, 还降低了换药频次, 既减轻了患儿的痛苦, 又促进了切口尽快愈合。)

Phlebitis is one of common complications of the intravenous infusion of fluids. This paper summarized the nursing experience of an acute cerebral infarction patient with phlebitis. In addition to the routine methods such as external application of potato slices and 50% magnesium sulfate wet dressing, the Comfeel hydrocolloid dressing was used to treat the phlebitis. Swelling and pain degree were measured. After 8 days after intervention with Comfeel hydrocolloid dressing, clinical symptoms of phlebitis disappeared and pain was relieved. The application of Comfeel hydrocolloid dressing is effective to relieve the irritation symptoms caused by phlebitis, it has advantages of easy-to-use, safe and being relatively painless. (静脉炎是经外周留置针穿刺常见的并发症。本研究总结1例急性脑梗死合并静脉炎患者的护理经验。在常规方法(土豆片、50%硫酸镁外敷)基础上, 给予康惠尔水胶体敷料治疗, 通过红肿面积、疼痛评分等评估护理效果。给予康惠尔水胶体敷料干预后8 d, 患者临床症状消失, 皮肤完好, 无疼痛。使用康惠尔水胶体敷料治疗静脉炎, 能改善血管的刺激症状, 具有操作简单、使用安全、无疼痛的优点。)

目的 探讨水胶体敷料降低阿奇霉素致儿童静脉炎发生率的应用效果。方法 选取2021年2 -8月在某三级甲等医院儿童呼吸病区住院治疗的支原体肺炎患儿共60例作为研究对象, 将随机分为对照组 和观察组, 各30例, 各静脉输注150例次。对照组给予传统静脉输液护理, 观察组在对照组基础上给予水胶体 敷料干预护理, 比较两组疗效。结果 观察组患儿静脉炎发生率、静脉滴注阿奇霉素所用时间均明显低于对照 组, 差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗依从性明显高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 水胶体敷料可以降低儿童阿奇霉素静脉炎的发生率, 间接缩短患儿输注阿奇霉素的时间, 增加患儿的耐 受性和依从性, 从而提高患儿的治疗舒适性, 值得临床推广应用。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To investigate the effect of combination use of stoma powder, skin protective film and hydrocolloid dressing and one-piece ostomy pouch in ICU patients with incontinence-associated dermatitis (IAD). Methods Totally 40 ICU patients with IAD were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of hospitalization. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing management, while patients in the observation group were given a comprehensive nursing using stoma powder, skin protective film, hydrocolloid dressing and one-piece ostomy pouch. The IAD skin healing condition, healing time, time-consuming and frequency of nursing were observed and compared between the two groups. Objective To explore the application effect of functional dressings in the nursing of pressure injuries, and to provide evidence-based basis for the nursing of pressure injuries. Methods Computer search for randomized controlled trials on the effects of functional dressings in nursing of pressure injury in the Cochrane Library, PubMed, WOS, CNKI, Wanfang Data and VIP databases, screened and included the literature, and the search time limit was from the establishment of the database to June 2020. Two reviewers independently conducted literature screening, data extraction, and quality evaluation in accordance with Cochrane quality evaluation standards, and then used RevMan 5. 3 software for Meta analysis. Results Totally 17 articles were included, with a total of 1206 patients. BACKGROUND: At present, there is no consensus on the effect of different dressings in the healing of donor site, and few studies have directly compared the healing effect of different dressings. OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the healing effect of five different dressings on donor site wounds by network meta-analysis. METHODS: Randomized controlled trials about different dressings in the treatment of donor site wounds were retrieved by computer in PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane, Chinese Academic Journal Full Text Database, Chinese Biomedical Literature CD-ROM Database, WanFang Data Platform and Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database. The retrieval time limit was from inception until May 2018. Literature screening, quality evaluation and data extraction were conducted independently by two postgraduates. Winbugs 1.4.3 and Stata 13.0 softwares were used for data analysis. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: A total of 13 randomized controlled trials were included. In the observation group, foam dressing, hydrocolloid dressing, alginate dressing or silver dressing was used. In the control group, vaseline gauze was used. The results of network meta-analysis showed that the healing time of donor sites for alginate dressing, silver dressing, hydrocolloid dressing and foam dressing was significantly shorter than that of vaseline gauze (P < 0.05), but there was no difference in wound healing time between foam dressing, hydrocolloid dressing, alginate dressing and silver dressing at the donor site (P > 0.05). The healing effects of different dressings were ranked as follows (from good to bad): alginate dressing, silver dressing, hydrocolloid dressing, foam dressing and vaseline gauze. Overall findings indicate that alginate dressing may be the best choice to shorten the healing time of donor site, and further investigations are warranted. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

目的研究水胶体敷料在新生儿呼吸衰竭持续气道正压通气护理中的应用效果。方法选取201 7 年1 月至 2019 年3 月该院收治的呼吸衰竭新生儿80 例作为研究对象，根据育抽法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组各40 例。对照组采用纯 鼻塞固定法实施持续性气道正压通气，观察组采用水胶体敷料敷贴配合鼻塞固定法实施持续性气道正压通气， 比较2 组患儿治疗 依从性、鼻部皮肤并发症发生率、血气分析指标。结果观察组患儿冶疗依从性高于对照组，鼻部皮肤并发症发生率低于对照组， 差异均有统计学意义(P<0. 05) 。治疗1 2 h 后， 观察组动脉血盖分压水平高于对照组， 动脉二氧化碳分压水平低于对照组， 差异 均有统计学意义(P<0. 05) 。结论在新生儿呼吸衰竭持续气道正压通气护理中， 配合使用水胶体敷料敷贴， 能够提高患儿治疗 依从性，减少鼻部皮肤并发症发生率， 改善血气功能，值得推广。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

目的 解决头部慢性创面患者使用封闭式负压引流 (vacuum sealing drainage, VSD) 安置过程中密闭不严的问题。方法 选取自 2019 年 1—12 月, 陆军军医大学第二附属医院整形外科收治 3 例头部慢性创面第 1 次行 VSD 安置术患者。其中 颅脑手术后内固定材料外露伴感染 2 例。创面大小分别为 6.0 cmx8.0 cm、4.0 cmx3.0 cm、3.0 cmx1.0cm。在 VSD 安置中采 用水胶体敷料辅助固定, 安置术后对患者进行标准化健康宣教。结果 3 例患者行 VSD 后均无漏气现象出现, 效果均满意。结论 水胶体敷料辅助固定法有效解决了 VSD 在头部慢性创面使用过程中密闭不严的问题, 值得推广应用。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
