为数值研究中央空气纤芯半径对六重对称带隙导光型光子晶体光纤基模特性的调节,采用全矢量平面波与多极方法分别计算出该类光纤的带隙结构及不同中央空气纤芯半径时可能存在基模的有效折射率,由有效折射率分析了基模色散、非线性和限制损耗特性。数值结果表明,中央纤芯半径越大,色散越大,长波长段色散随入射波长在零色散附近振荡变化,在某一特定波长时非线性系数随中央纤芯半径的增大而增大;基模限制损耗总体随入射波长的增大而减小,在某些纤芯半径处出现振荡特性。

Quinoa is one of the most popular ingredients in the creation of healthy and environmentally friendly foods, due to its rich nutrient composition, balanced amino acids, and various bioactive substances. Quinoa noodles can be prepared for green and healthy food, particularly for better taste and market prospects. However, the traditional processing of wheat noodles cannot fully meet the high quality of quinoa noodles at present, due to the lack of gluten. Among them, extrusion has been applied to prepare the whole quinoa noodles. The natural color of food can also be closely related to its nutritional value. Quinoa grains with different colors often vary in the content of starch, protein, fat, fiber, and active substances. This study aims to clarify the great influence on the cooking and nutritional quality of extruded noodles made with quinoa as raw materials. The mechanism of quality of extruded quinoa noodles with different colors was explored to compare the basic components, gelatinization of quinoa flours, the microstructure, cooking quality, active components, and starch digestion. Results showed that the white quinoa achieved the highest content of total starch and crude fiber, compared with the red and black quinoa powder. The content of crude fiber increased significantly with the deepening of the color of quinoa powder. Among the three types of quinoa powder, the red quinoa exhibited the highest levels of fat and protein content. In terms of gelatinization properties, the peak viscosity, final viscosity, and setback value of white quinoa powder were superior to those of red and black quinoa powder. The pasting temperature of white quinoa powder was lower than that of red and black quinoa powder. Furthermore, L* values significantly decreased after extrusion, whereas, a* value and b* values significantly increased (P < 0.05). Additionally, the red and black quinoa powder, along with their extruded noodles, exhibited higher levels of polyphenols, flavonoids, and antioxidant activities, compared with the white quinoa. X-ray diffraction revealed that the extrusion process caused the changes of starch crystal type from type A to V. There was a decrease of starch crystallinity in the white, red, and black quinoa noodles from 17.12%, 25.55%, and 21.41% to 10.53%, 8.06% and 7.71%, respectively. White quinoa noodles shared the highest crystallinity, due to the high starch content and high setback value of powder. The recrystallization of starch formed a relatively stable and orderly molecular structure, thus enhancing the crystallinity of starch in the extruded quinoa noodles. Although the cooking time of red and black quinoa extruded noodles was shorter than that of white ones, their overall cooking quality was notably inferior. The cooking loss of white quinoa noodles was 7.46%, which was significantly lower than that of red (10.12%) and black (9.16%). At the same time, the extruded white quinoa noodles also exhibited the highest hardness (30.71 N) and springiness (0.97). The extruded noodles relied primarily on the gelatinization and retrogradation of starch. The rearrangement of starch was dominated to form a stable gel structure after extrusion for the cooking quality of extruded quinoa noodles. Scanning electron microscope images confirmed that the gel network structure of white quinoa extruded noodles was denser and more complete, thereby leading to the lower cooking loss and superior texture, compared with the red and black quinoa extruded noodles. The in vitro starch digestibility showed that the white quinoa noodles contained the highest resistant starch content and the lowest predicted glycemic index of 68.56. In summary, the red and black quinoa presented a relatively higher content of active substances, but white quinoa was more suitable for the production of high-quality and low-GI extruded noodles. To explore the effects of different kinds of organic feed on the performance and nutritional components of black soldier fly larvae. In this experiment, black soldier fly larvae were fed with single or combined feed materials such as organic solid residue in kitchen, bran, alfalfa powder, cornmeal and dried chicken manure. Then the nutritional components of feed, black soldier fly larvae and manure were detected. The differences of appearance, production performance and nutritional components of black soldier fly larvae were compared between each group. The results showed that the content of crude protein (43.6 g·100 g-1 DM), crude fat (28.4 g·100 g-1 DM) and salt (3.5 g·100 g-1 DM) in black soldier fly larvae fed with organic solid residue in kitchen was the highest, higher than those fed with bran, 50% bran + 30% alfalfa powder + 20% cornmeal, 75% organic solid residue in kitchen + 25% bran, pure dried chicken manure, and 64% dried chicken manure + 36% bran, and the yield under the same feed amount was significantly higher than that of each test group (P<0.05), which had larger individual, better appearance of the insect body, and shorter larval development time. In summary, the nutritional components of black soldier fly larvae fed with different organic matter were different, and the black soldier fly larvae fed with kitchen organic solid residue were more nutritious, which had higher feed research value. - Abstract
Objective To investigate the mechanism of XiaoYaoSan in anti-tumor metastasis. Methods A mouse model of CT26.WT colon cancer xenograft and lung metastasis was established. In vivo imaging of small animals, lung tissue anatomy and HE staining were performed to evaluate the lung metastasis under different doses (200, 400 and 800 mg) of XiaoYaoSan intervention. Tumor M2 macrophage markers were detected by immunofluorescence and Western blot assay. Serum levels of transforming growth factor (TGF) -β and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) -α were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The recruitment of VEGFR1+ myeloid cells in lung tissue was detected by flow cytometry. The expression levels of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (STAT3), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and premetastasis microenvironment markers matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) -9, S100A8 and Fibronectin were detected by Western blot assay. Results After XiaoYaoSan intervention, the lung metastasis was significantly reduced, expression levels of MMP-9, S100A8 and Fibronectin in lung tissue were significantly decreased, M1 polarization occurred in tumorassociated macrophages, the serum level of TGF- β was significantly decreased, and TNF- α level was significantly increased. The recruitment of VEGFR1+ myeloid cells was significantly decreased in lung tissue, STAT3 phosphorylation was inhibited, and VEGF expression was significantly decreased. Conclusion The antimetastatic activity of XiaoYaoSan is related to its ability to inhibit the pre-metastatic microenvironment, which may be realized by the phenotypic transformation of tumor-associated macrophages and inhibition of STAT3 signal transduction. The ubiquitin-proteasome system(UPS)is an important regulatory system for proteostasis in organisms. By means of degrading different target proteins,UPS participates in diverse cellular processes. SINA E3 ubiquitin ligase is a key type of E3 ubiquitin ligases of UPS,playing extensive and important biological functions. This research elaborated the functional research status of SINA E3 ubiquitin ligase since the first one was discovered in plant. Four main aspects of its functions,including in plant growth and development,plant responses under adverse environment,interactions between plant and other organisms and plant autophagy were expounded. Generally,all the reported functions of SINA E3 ubiquitin ligase in plant were summarized. Meanwhile,the existing issues and research prospects for functional study of SINA E3 in plant are proposed. Aimed to rapidly form high-quality cell sheets, poly(N-isopropylacrylamide-co-acrylic acid) (PNIPA-AA) was synthesized by free radical polymerization of N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPA) and acrylic acid (AA). The chemical structure of the synthesized PNIPA-AA was characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR) and Fourier infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), and temperature sensitivity was detected by variable temperature infrared spectroscopy and ultra violet visible spectrophotometry. PNIPA-AA was subsequently blended with polycaprolactone (PCL) for electrospinning thermosensitive fibrous substrate of PNIPA-AA/PCL. Morphology of the electro spun fibrous PNIPA-AA/PCL substrate was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and its temperature sensitivity was confirmed through water contact angle measurement. Using mouse fibroblasts C3H/10T1/2 as model cells, effects of the fibrous PNIPA-AA/PCL substrate on the formation and detachment of cell sheets were examined. Results showed that the lower critical solution temperature (LCST) of PNIPA-AA was 33.6 ℃. PNIPA-AA possessed better electrospinnability. Electro spun fibrous substrate of the PNIPAAA/ PCL showed higher hydrophobicity at high temperature (37 ℃) and faster water infiltration rate at low temperature (20 ℃). The fibrous PNIPA-AA/PCL substrate promoted cell proliferation and extracellular matrix (ECM) secretion in C3H/10T1/2. Moreover, it took merely 10 minutes for the formed cell sheets to be completely detached by cooling down the temperature to lower than LCST, e.g., 20 ℃. 49. 早期介入姑息治疗对肝炎相关性肝癌患者疼痛、焦虑影响分析.

- Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of integrating palliative care to reduce the pain and anxiety symptoms of liver cancer patients. Methods 60 patients with hepatitis related liver cancer in Kunming Third People’s Hospital were divided into standard treatment group (control group) (n = 30) and palliative interventional treatment group (n = 30) (study group). The control group received interventional treatment, and the study group received interventional treatment plus palliative treatment. Patients in the two groups were evaluated by pain scale and anxiety scale respectively after interventional treatment. After 12 weeks, the two groups were evaluated again with the scales mentioned above, and the pain and anxiety scores of the two groups were compared before and after 12 weeks, to analyze the factors influencing the pain and depression in patients with hepatitis related liver cancer, and to analyze the correlation between the related factors in the pain and anxiety scores of the two groups. Results There was no statistical significance in age, sex, education level, smoking history, alcoholism history, medical insurance type, liver function grade and hepatitis type between the two treatment groups (P > 0.05). There were statistically significant differences in family background, pain history, tumor stage, ECOG score, NRS score before treatment, NRS score after treatment, anxiety score before treatment and anxiety score after treatment between the 2 treatment groups (P < 0.05). After 12 weeks of treatment, the pain and anxiety scores of the patients in the control group were significantly higher than those in the research group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Palliative care combined with standard treatment has significant effects on alleviating pain and anxiety, and the earlier the palliative care program is entered, the better the improvement of patients’ pain and anxiety. Therefore, palliative care is not limited to patients with advanced liver cancer. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
