- Abstract
BACKGROUND: Osteoporosis is often accompanied by sarcopenia and an increased risk of fractures from falls. Recent studies have indicated a close relationship between lipid metabolism and sarcopenia. Abnormal lipid metabolism may directly impact muscle physiological function and metabolism. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship between lipid metabolism and sarcopenia and evaluate their causal relationship using Mendelian randomization. METHODS: Mendelian randomization was used to explore the causal relationship between low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, triglycerides, and muscle mass. Research data from genome-wide association studies were used and a sensitivity analysis was conducted to verify the reliability of the results. Approximate indicators of muscle mass, including trunk lean mass and appendicular lean mass, were used as outcome measures. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The study found a negative correlation of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and triglycerides with muscle mass, while no correlation was observed between high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and muscle mass. The results of the sensitivity analysis indicated a robust causal relationship. Using Mendelian randomization, this study provides evidence of a causal relationship between low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and triglycerides and muscle mass. This finding deepens our understanding of the effects of lipids on sarcopenia and has important clinical implications for the prevention and treatment of sarcopenia and osteoporosis. 4. 雷珠单抗辅助激光手术对Ⅱ型糖尿病性视网膜病变患者的影响.

- Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of laser surgery assisted with Leizumab on retinal thickness and visual acuity recovery in patients with type II diabetes retinopathy (DR). Methods A total of 140 type II DR patients in Hopeshine-Minsheng Hospital of Xinzheng from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected retrospectively, and divided into the control group (70 cases) and the observation group (70 cases) according to different surgical methods. The control group received laser treatment, while the observation group received laser surgery assisted by Leizumab. The visual acuity levels, time to clinical symptom improvement. hemodynamic levels [end diastolic blood flow velocity (EDV), peak blood flow velocity (PSV), blood flow resistance index(RI)], low-vision quality of life (CLVQOL) scores, and incidence of complications between two groups were compared. Results The observation group had shorter absorption times for exudate, fundus hemorrhage, and retinal edema compared to the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The observation group had higher visual acuity and the best corrected visual acuity at one month after surgery, and the grayscale value and retinal thickness of the field of view were smaller than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The EDV and PSV levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group one month after surgery, while the RI levels were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The CLVQOL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group one month after surgery, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Laser surgery assisted with Leizumab can promote blood circulation in the eyes of type II DR patients, reduce retinal thickness, improve vision, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and improve postoperative quality of life. Objectives: The green channel received by Luojia3-01 satellite in Bayer imaging mode has relatively strong signals. The camera often adopts a fixed exposure and gain setting for images containing high saturation pixel values, which comprehensively leads to the color deviation of the images with partial snow or cloud cover captured by Luojia3-01 satellite. Methods: To solve the above problems, a histogram overlapping white balance method combining color compensation and cross-correlation is proposed. First, in order to further improve the details of the image, the Gamma function is constructed through the distribution proportion of the region of low gray value to enable adaptive gamma correction processing. In order to improve the similarity of the distribution of color channels, the standard deviation of the image is used to calculate the weight to compensate for the attenuation channels, and the brightness information is maintained based on YCbCr color space to avoid the background brightness change of the image. Then, in order to improve the color deviation and maintain the overlap of the color mean, the color histogram is overlapped by using the cross-correlation relationship, and the parameters are adjusted according to the features of the images with partial snow or cloud cover. Finally, subjective analysis and objective evaluation of the corrected images are carried out. Results: The proposed method has the best processing effect in retaining the information of other ground objects except snow or cloud, and the information entropy value is the largest. The calculated value of the color correlation index obtained by processing the scene images with different amounts of snow and ice or cloud coverage also reaches the optimal value, and the color correlation is the highest compared with other methods. Other color correction methods, such as gray-world algorithm and gray-edge algorithm, are not effective, and it is difficult for other methods to achieve a balance between improving the color cast and preserving image information. Objectives: In order to alleviate the pressure of satellite image data transmission between satellite and ground, the Bayer imaging mode is increasingly being used in remote sensing satellite imaging systems. The information loss occurs because each pixel in the Bayer image only stores information from one color channel. Therefore, a full-color image must be reconstructed by Bayer interpolation for subsequent applications. However, the existing interpolation methods suffer from false colors at image details and overall color tone shift issues. Methods: In response to the above issues, this article proposes a Bayer interpolation method by integrating color-difference gradient and color correlation. First, the proposed method extracts the color difference gradient information between each channel of the original Bayer image, and uses a normalized color difference gradient function to assign corresponding weights to the estimated color difference values in each direction. The interpolation is carried out along the edge direction to protect the detail information at the edge. Then, the color ratio constraints are set according to the correlation between different color channels, and the relative proportion of the three channels in the local sliding window is adjusted to improve the color shift phenomenon in the interpolation results, which makes the reconstructed full-color image have real color tones and complete details. Results: The experimental comparison is conducted on simulated images and real Bayer images obtained from Luojia3-01 satellite, and the proposed method has significantly improved the false color problem at the edges of ground objects. Compared the comparison methods, the proposed method has the highest peak signal-to-noise ratio and structural similarity index, and the lowest mean square error and natural image quality evaluation score. Conclusions: The proposed method can effectively improve the problem of missing details at the edges of ground features and enhance the quality of reconstruction. It has been successfully applied to the data processing system of Luojia3-01 satellite to interpolate Bayer images in orbit and on the ground, providing effective guarantees for the various applications of Luojia3-01 satellite data. Objectives: The conventional group sparse representation (GSR) model encounters challenges in precisely estimating the sparsity of individual image groups, because the influence of noise results in distortion in the restoration of original image group. Methods: This paper introduces a strategy denominated as the group sparse residual constraint. This strategy leverages non-local self-similarity priors to derive precise estimate of sparse coefficients for each original image group. Subsequently, the sparse coefficients of corresponding degraded image groups are constrained to approximate this estimate. Furthermore, the intricate nature of noise in area-array satellite images (e. g., Luojia3-01 satellite images), surpasses the simplicity of additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN). Consequently, conventional GSR model tailored for AWGN exhibits a reduction in efficacy when deployed in real image denoising scenarios. To address this, this paper introduces two distinct weight matrices into the data fidelity term and regularization, respectively, with the intent of characterizing the statistical features inherent in both images and noise. This paper adopts the alternating direction method of multipliers for optimizing the proposed image denoising task. Results: The effectiveness of the proposed model is validated by the experiments using simulated data and real images obtained from the Luojia3-01 satellite. In the experiments of simulated data, the proposed model outperforms other methods in removing AWGN and spatially variant noise. In the experiments of real images, the entropy of denoised images by the proposed model shows improvements of 2.03%, 1.18%, 1.26%, 1.24%, and 2.10%, compared to the block-matching and 3-D filtering method, multi-channel weighted nuclear norm minimization method, nonlocally centralized sparse representation method, low-rankness guided group sparse representation method, and trilateral weighted sparse coding method, respectively. Conclusions: The proposed method exhibits good performance in processing area-array satellite images with low signal-to-noise ratios and complex noise structures, significantly enhancing the quality of the image. By effectively reducing noise while preserving crucial details and edges, it provides a reliable solution for enhancing the usability and interpretability of area-array satellite images, particularly in challenging conditions. Objectives: The distribution of buildings is an important indicator to measure regional development. Automatic extraction of building information from remote sensing images is of great significance for urban and rural planning. Most existing methods underestimate building details such as boundaries and tiny buildings. Methods: In order to increase attention to building details, a dual-stream detail-concerned network (DSDCNet) is proposed in an encoder-decoder manner. First, a dual-stream feature extraction module is used to extract semantic features and detail-concerned features. They are fed into the decoder consisting of a series of detail refinement modules where detail-concerned features make up for the missing details of semantic features and the semantic features enhance semantic continuity of detail-concerned features. Then, a semantic-detail fusion module is used to fuse and squeeze two refined features. Furthermore, deep supervision is conducted and the multi-level outputs are used in detail-concerned loss function so as to strengthen the supervision of building details. Results: Five mainstream networks are selected for comparison in WHU dataset, ISPRS Vaihingen dataset and a domestic high-resolution dataset. The evaluation results show that DSDCNet has better performance than other networks, especially in F1-score and intersection over union without introducing too much network complexity. Conclusions: DSDCNet not only manages to improve the overall performance of building extraction results, but also effectively maintains the integrity of building boundaries and reduces the missed detection of small buildings. In order to explore the response of the precious tree species Toonaciliate var. pubescens to different amounts of different fertilizers, the young forest of T. ciliate var. pubescens was taken as the research object. A random block design was used to analyze the effects of fertilization on the growth, leaf nutrients and physiology of young forest of T. ciliate var. pubescens, and three fertilization levels(high, medium and low)were set, including nitrogenous fertilizer(N), phosphate fertilizer(P), compound fertilizer(CF)and slow-release fertilizer(SRF). The results were as follows:(1)Fertilization could promote the height and diameter at breast height(DBH)growth, and the effects of nitrogenous fertilizer and compound fertilizer were more obvious. The average tree height, average DBH and average volume of 4-year old tree with nitrogenous fertilizer increased by 15.0%, 21.9% and 67.5% compared with CK(no fertilizer), respectively, and the annual average growth of DBH under low nitrogenous fertilizer(N1)treatment was the highest(2.99 cm). Compared with CK, the average tree height, average DBH and average volume of compound fertilizer were increased by 16.7%, 19.2% and 54.3%, respectively. High slow-release fertilizer(SRF3)and low phosphate(P1)had the largest annual increases in tree height and DBH(1.96 m and 2.33 cm)in the 4th year, respectively.(2)Fertilization significantly increased chlorophyll content and non-structural carbohydrate content in leaves of T. ciliate var. pubescens, nitrogenous fertilizer significantly promoted the synthesis of soluble sugar and phosphate fertilizer significantly promoted the synthesis of starch.(3)N1 and phosphate fertilizer significantly promote the increase of N and P contents, respectively, and phosphate fertilizer, compound fertilizer and nitrogenous fertilizer significantly increased K content in leaves.(4)The principal component analysis showed that the effect of fertilizer to promote growth was nitrogenous fertilizer>compound fertilizer>phosphate fertilizer>slow-release fertilizer>no fertilizer. Among them, N1, i.e. 100 g·plant-1·year-1, had the highest comprehensive evaluation value. Comprehensive fertilization cost and benefit, nitrogenous fertilizer or compound fertilizer can effectively promote the growth and development of T. ciliate var. pubescens young forest. It is recommended to apply 100 g nitrogenous fertilizer per plant per year in young forest stage. [Objectives]The purpose of this study was to investigate the biological functions of nonstructural protein 1 (NS1) of Japanese encephalitis virus (JEV) . [Methods]JEV NS1 gene was cloned into pFastbac1 vector and transformed into DH10Bac competent E.coli to generate a recombinant bacmid; sf9 cells were transfected with recombinant bacmid DNA to generate a recombinant baculovirus. JEV NS1 was successfully expressed by virus infection of High5 cells. Exogenous NS1 protein was added into the supernatant of human endothelial cells (HBMEC),cell morphology was observed using confocal microscopy, the effect of JEV NS1 protein on the sialic acid modification of HBMEC surface was observed, and the expression of tissue protease L in the cells was detected by IFA. Mice was injected with JEV NS1 and its N207 glycosylation site mutant protein NS1 N207Q via the tail vein, and the effect of these two proteins on the blood-brain barrier (BBB) permeability in mice were detected by Eoans blue staining (EB) at 24,48,72 hours. [Results]It was found that JEV NS1 protein could increase the expression of cathepsin L and lead to endodermic calyx injury by down-regulating sialic acid on human endothelial cells. Animal experiment showed that NS1 protein could disrupt the blood-brain barrier in mice. NS1 N207Q protein treated cells had no significant effect on the surface sialic acid modification, and in vivo treatment had no significant damage to the blood-brain barrier of mice. [Conclusions]JEV NS1 protein had the biological function of brain endothelial injury, and its damage function was greatly reduced after mutation of N207 site, which provided a new idea for the optimization of JEV subunit vaccine candidate antigen. 高层空间钢结构随着结构高度增加,荷载加大,节点加工的难度和对其精度的要求亦越来越高。如何确保空间钢结构斜交钢管柱节点制作准确,逐层顺利对接,最终呈现"折纸灯笼"造型是该工程加工控制的难点。而其斜柱交叉节点的4个牛腿朝向不在同一平面内,且节点板厚度大,节点封闭结构内部间距狭小。阐述了其制作和空间牛腿端口的精度保证这一整个加工难点的核心工作,可供同类结构施工借鉴。
