BACKGROUND: Hydrogels play an important role in the field of wound repair because of its three-dimensional network structure, excellent moisture absorption and retention properties and biocompatibility. OBJECTIVE: To review the application of hydrogel dressings as scaffold materials in sustained drug release, debridement and hemostasis for skin traumas. METHODS: We took “hydrogels, wound healing, diabetic foot, skin ulcer, burns, radiodermatitis, chronic wounds, drug Carriers” as the key words in Chinese and English, respectively, to retrieve the related literature published from 2000 to 2019 in PubMed, CNKI, and Wanfang databases based on internet search. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Hydrogels have a three-dimensional structure similar to extracellular matrix and possess good plasticity, moisture retention, self-healing and long-lasting sustained release properties. As scaffold materials, hydrogels loaded with one or more drugs on skin wounds can enhance the anti-infection, hemostatic and debridement ability of drugs, promote cell adhesion and growth factor expression, induce angiogenesis, collagen deposition, macrophage polarization and granulation tissue formation, and finally, lead to the sweat glands and hair follicles formation, epithelialization acceleration, and shorten the healing process. However, the development and application of multi-functional hydrogels are mostly in the basic research stage of animal experiments, and there is still a lack of large-scale clinical studies to prove their efficacy and safety. 【Objective】 To provide reference for the comprehensive utilization of crop straw resources in Guangxi, the development potential of the main crop straw resources in Guangxi was explored, the straw resources and spatial pattern of the main crops in Guangxi were analyzed.【Methods】The straw-grain ratio method was used to analyze the straw resources and spatial pattern of the main crops in Guangxi. 【Result】The total amount of straw resources of main crops in Guangxi had increased year by year, among which rice, potato and corn stover were the main sources. In 2016, the theoretical resource of main crop straws in Guangxi was 23.0686 million tons, the collectable resources were 18.6832 million tons, the possible utilization amount was 15.8807 million tons, and the convertible energy was 7.3316 million tons of standard coal. The main crop straw resources in Guangxi were mainly distributed in the southwest and northern regions. The rice straw resources were mainly distributed in the southern and northern regions; the corn straw resources were mainly distributed in the northern and southwestern regions; the potato straw resources were mainly distributed in the northwest and the southern region. 【Conclusion】The main crops in Guangxi are rich in straw resources, and the total amount of straw resources is increasing steadily year by year. Objective: To cross-culturally adapt the Chinese version of Illness Perception Questionnaire-Revised (1PQ-R), and to examine its validity andreliability. Methods: The study was conducted among Peking Union Medical College Hospital outpatients from May, 2014 to June, 2015. Totally 600 patients of six groups were recruited, including patients with functional gastrointestinal disorders, peptic ulcer/ reflux esophagitis, major depressive disorders, somatic symptoms disorders, as well as general patients from the traditional Chinese medicine department and general internal medicine department. Among them, 111 completed the re-test after 4 weeks. The 9-item Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9), 7-item Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale (GAD-7), and 12-item Short Form Health Survey (SF-12) were used as the criterion measurements. Results: The 1PQ-R included 3 components(the symptoms identity, the illness representation, and the causes). Exploratory factor analysis of the symptoms identity and causes section generated 6 and 4 factors, respectively, accounting for 54. 4% and 55. 6% of the total variance. Confirmative factor analysis of the illness representation section showed that the original seven-factor model was well fitted in this sample (X2/df = 2. 87, CF1 = 0. 96, RMSEA = 0. 06). Six groups of patients differed significantly in every factor of the three components, except for the cyclical factor of the illness representation (P <0. 05). The factor scores of the 1PQ-R were significantly correlated with the scores of PHQ-9, GAD-7, SF-12 (∣ICC∣= 0. 10 -0. 65, Ps < 0. 05). Cronbach's alpha for each factor ranged from 0. 52 to 0. 91, and the test-retest reliability of each factor (ICC) ranged from 0. 57 to 0. 88. Conclusion: The adapted Chinese version of 1PQ-R shows good reliability and validity when assessing the illness perceptionof outpatientsin the general hospital. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective Seek countermeasures against the debt risk in universities. Methods Taking the debts of Kunming Cheng gong universities construction as an example，analyze the reasons and countermeasures for the debts of universities in Yunnan province. Results Due to the enrollment expansion policy, the higher education in Yunnan province has been transformed from the "elite" education into "mass" education. The universities in Kunming have gained unprecedented development opportunities，especially with the completion of the Kunming Cheng gong University town. However，loan funds for the new campus construction mostly came from banks. So，the huge debt stress from banks has been brought with the development of the universities. Conclusion The sustainable development of universities requires the moderate debt. The government，universities and society need to work together to control the scale of debt effectively and avoid the debt crisis. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
